Jenny had the pleasure of meeting Luka at the Evolve business coaching summit in Edmonton last month and is thrilled to be joined by him to hear about how he went from playing professional sports to becoming a fitness coach for the past two decades, and how he leads and inspires so many people to achieve REAL results.

Luka has become a self-taught expert and enthusiast for change psychology. He dives into the self-determination theory which breaks down the importance of choice, competence and community; and why coaches need to understand the complexity of behaviour change to truly train right and transform. He shares personal stories of how his life led him to really explore the why behind his choices and launch a self-led journey to become a master of motivation and self-comprehension, and in this truly insightful and educational conversation he describes how he applies all of this crucial understanding to his coaching practices
