Shayna discusses her process into biohacking and the impact oxidative stress has on inflammation in the body: "This is where the biohacking came in. I like to look at the root cause. This is where biohacking came in and what helped me. Oxidation stress is linked to inflammation. Inflammation is not a good thing.
