A vacation rental should come with support, not surprises. That's why VRBO comes with a VRBoCare guarantee and 24. 7 life support from real people. So if something goes sideways, VRBoCare can help. If the host cancels Verbocare. If the listing says heated pool, but there's actually no pool to heat. Definitely a Verbocare thing. If my teenager starts calling me Leslie instead of mom, that's a family thing.
Dustin
Leslie.
Francesca
That makes sense. Sorry.

Dustin
Welcome to the Friend every time I'm in the zone. My name is Dustin.
Francesca
I'm Francesca, also known as. Hey, friend.
Dustin
Hey.
Asante
My name is Asante.
Dustin
This is the Friend zone. If you don't sit your goddamn damn ass down with them spaces in between your teeth.
Francesca
I missed that one for a while there.
Dustin
That's right. And it's time. Because today we are going. It's time for. We could have did a couple clips this week. We could have did that. We could have did. Hi, I'd like to file a police report. We could have done. It's time for some good old fashioned slut shaming. We could have did that because we about to get somebody today now. Oh, everybody knows that. One of my least favorite people on earth is Tokyo Tony. Right? Like to me, she just represents literally everything that's wrong with the world, with life, with people, with just. Just everything. Low ambitions, lack of nothing, ain't never been nothing, don't want to be shit. Just a horrible leech of a person. Right?
Francesca
Yeah.
Dustin
In fact, in my standup set, I tell a joke about how. Well I used to. In the old jokes about how Blac Chyna was my mama. I mean, if Tokyo Tony was my mama, I wouldn't tell nobody. And I said on the stage, if I was black China, when I argue with, I would. I would say. Instead of saying yo mama, I would say, mama. My Mama. That's how I would insult people. Tokyo Tony was my mother. You crazy. However, recently she's been back in the news with them spices in between her teeth. Shout out to James Caldwell Spillet Boy TV on YouTube. Go subscribe to his channel. But she's been in the news for making some terrible, horrible, motherfucking comments about Black China and. And saying that she wanted to Marvin Gaye her. Now, everybody knows what happened to Marvin Gaye, right? Her, his dad killed him, right? Okay, so here's the clip of what Tokyo Tony said. I'm gonna play it, we're gonna listen to it, then I'm gonna give you an update on what's happened. So here's Tokyo Tony being the filthy, vile, ashtray, cigarette butt of a woman that she is. Here we go.
Francesca
So fucking mad. If she walked to that door, I will Marvin Gay that I would Marvin Gay her and deal with whatever I got to do. That's how much I hate her ass. Oh, I will mother date his. Watch her bleed the out. What, you didn't call 91 1? Come pick this devil the fuck up off my floor.
Dustin
That's what she said about her daughter.
Asante
Arrested or committed for those.
Dustin
You are so on the money with that. Because obviously this evoked a visceral reaction from people that saw it, right? People online felt away about it. Motherfuckers was like, oh, somebody gonna beat her the fuck up. Like, who would say that about their child? It's unnatural. You know what I'm saying? It hit a lot of bells for people. Like, China ain't said a word, right? Ain't said nothing, which we love. It also came out later because she continued to rant for days. It came out later. Something she mentioned, something about $250 for groceries and Blac Chyna telling her no. So that kind of was the red
Francesca
flag I was gonna say. And I know this probably has something to do with $200.
Asante
Simple as.
Dustin
Okay, so. But everybody was pissed about that, right? So somebody ended up calling the FBI and had them go to her front door.
Francesca
Oh, shit.
Dustin
Now she talking all that shit in that video about how. And you should see the faces she makes. I'm gonna send it to the group thread.
Asante
It sounds like she's really means it. That's what I'm saying.
Dustin
A little bit of teeth she got left. Her teeth look like what they do to your real teeth before they give
Francesca
you veneers and they make them little triangle.
Dustin
That's what her teeth look like. And she was grimacing and sneering nostrils big and burnt out. Nose hairs all fucked up like brush, burnt brush after a forest fire. You should have seen her ass. So. And she's flailing, bitch. I heard she was doing all that shit.
Francesca
That's scary.
Dustin
Y' all listen to how her tone and tune changed when the FBI showed up. Let's run the audio.
Asante
Oh, my God.
Dustin
Social media threat.
Francesca
I didn't dress. I said, I'm a Marvin Gayer ass. And I said, I'm gonna do demon time on the floor. Wait. Because we had a podcast and I put her on it. She was dancing to my AR Chaka Khan. So I said, I'mma dance to Marvin Gay. I said, I'm on this. I'm a demon. Time that ass down to the floor. So I use that metaphor to put it over there to connect it.
Dustin
Right. So now your tone changed. Now you was on a podcast. She was. So then she should simply be Auntie Shaka Khan. And now it was a metaphor. No, you punk ass lady. You a punk ass woman.
Francesca
I watch her bleed out, right?
Asante
Yeah. Which is fine. So she can't be committed. She just has to be arrested at this point. So clearly she knows what she's doing.
Dustin
But, see, this a street lady. You feel me? So, like that whole the law and shit, we gotta get her on the street level. You a punk. You a hoe, Tokyo Tony. The police came. You police came.
Asante
Prison.
Dustin
Exactly. You police ass. Narc ass lady. The police came and you folded. You ain't shit. All that shit you be talking about what you gonna do to some motherfucking body and how tough your ass is. And you was on the street of D.C. which you look like you still on the streets of D.C. and by on them, I don't mean homeless. I mean making body contact with. Because you look dirty, like you rolled wherever. Like, wherever you building. You. You was in. It was on fire. You stopped, dropped, and rolled all the way to work. That's how you look. But fuck you. You a hoe. You a punk. You soft. You switched up your tone soon as the motherfuckers ran down on your motherfucking ass as they should have. Because the shit you were saying is straight up illegal. And it's wrong to you. You can't threaten to kill people like that. Especially not your daughter, who's famous and more well liked than you. Don't nobody even like Tokyo Tony. Don't nobody fuck with her. Tia Kemp, who all things Tia Kemp is. You know what? She is likable. And Tia Kemp was just online the Other day saying when she sees Tokyo Tony, she gonna straighten her ass out.
Asante
I did see that.
Dustin
Hell yeah. And I can't wait. I wish she would go on baddies and they would let them young girls beat the hell out of her ass like a pinata. That's what I wish they would do. But since you want to be a street woman, yeah, you want to be a street woman and shit. You a soft ass, punk ass, whole ass street lady. That's what you is. And you ain't got no heart. You all barking no bite. And you can, you can never be bite because your teeth are in shambles. So that couldn't even be possible. And second of all, you just an Internet punk all about all bark, no bite. Just literally just talking shit online for the sake of going viral or making people have a reaction, which I guess I'm doing now. But fuck you.
Francesca
Yeah, but you're a horrible person. But she does something and then people going to be like, oh, we ignored.
Asante
And she's like, yeah, yeah, believe me. And it's like, yeah, we did. Crazy lady, black china.
Dustin
Kids older, they seen that shit, they know what you doing. How you talking about their mama? Yeah.
Francesca
So what's the benefit of the FBI pulling up? Like, just to tell her is just
Dustin
a warning or I think because there were threats made. So, like people called him and they came to check her about it or whatever.
Asante
She's on their radar. That's a win for me.
Francesca
Okay? That's what I'm saying. Like, what's the next step?
Dustin
I know, I want some cuffs in the baton.
Asante
How serious?
Francesca
It ain't just coming to the house. Like, what's the next step?
Dustin
I think Blac Chyna would have to pull that trigger, you know what I'm saying?
Francesca
I think people just reported genuinely feels threatened.
Dustin
It would have to be something like that. This is just people alerting them to the shit she's doing and saying with them spices in her teeth. Okay, so fuck Tokyo Tony. She's a horrible, horrible, yikes, you know, viaduct hugging, barnacle of a woman. And I can't stand her, man. I can't. I hate the fact that she's popular with people because they want to see how far she'll go, right? I hate what that means about people. I hate everything about her and I always have. She makes me want to stop smoking. That's how much I hate her.
Asante
She's an episode of Black Mirror. She turned it. The blackest mirror.
Dustin
She turned it black looking at it. It just went black and shattered. Ow. If I had a mirror, that's what I would have did, too.
Francesca
But this is the same generation that's paying Glorilla's sister for whatever reason, right, Bro Rilla?
Dustin
Whatever is, by the way, you ask, you may not. It may not come the way you think the blessing is gonna come, right? But she got cast to the new season of Baddies, so I get to see her get her ass.
Francesca
My God, are you serious?
Dustin
So thank God we get to see her get knocked for getting on our nerves on the Internet. She is so irritating to me. And the fact that anybody who is willing to go against their family or anything serious for money and temporary attention from the motherfucking Internet, to me, you are the worst kind of person on earth.
Francesca
Agreed.
Dustin
The worst. And your name is Bro Rilla.
Asante
Except for coil array. I give her a pass.
Dustin
What does she have to do with this? What is she.
Asante
Because her daddy be talking about her. But she. So her daddy. Her daddy used to say that she would talk about him, even though I never knew that. Well, he started this one at the time, right?
Dustin
Started the. She was responding, right?
Asante
So that's why I'm like, I'll give her a pass because her circumstances. The one that'd be vocal.
Dustin
It's the person being vocal.
Asante
I've never heard her say. I always hear him talking about her. I'm like, why?
Dustin
It's a lot of people responding to. But we talk about the people who aren't the people who bring it to the Internet and are willing to betray the natural order of. You know what I'm saying? Just for the. What, a check? A little What? You know what I'm saying?
Asante
What a little tension.
Dustin
But Tokyo Tony and bro, what a
Francesca
time to be alive.
Dustin
You could put them both in a salad spinner and just go. As far as I'm concerned. Have y' all heard of.
Asante
Have y' all heard of the show the damn. What is it called? The. The something of Reggie Dinkins?
Dustin
Yes, it's on Peacock, NBC. Yeah.
Asante
Tracy Morgan. Erica Alexander.
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
What?
Dustin
Megan Thee. Stallion guest star.
Asante
Megan Thee. Stallion was a guest. Harry fucking Potter.
Francesca
What?
Asante
You don't really know. Yeah. The rise and fall of Reggie Dinkins. Thank you. The reason I brought it up is because there was a scene where one of the people was like, what are you doing inside? Shouldn't you be on your phone? Or what are you doing outside? Shouldn't you be on your phone? I thought that shit was so funny because that's how this new generation is. It's like, you wouldn't expect to see some of them fast. It's just out and about. It's like, bitch, shouldn't you be on your phone somewhere?
Dustin
I'm gonna watch that show.
Asante
Yeah.
Dustin
And one of the major reasons I'm gonna watch it is because they're campaigning. They're campaigning right now for Erica Alexander to go after the best supporting actress in a comedy series Emmy.
Asante
She's great on there.
Dustin
I would love to see her get it. And so, like, you know, you start seeing it in the trades like it was in Variety the other day. Like, Eric Alexander eyes best supporting actress comedy. So they starting a campaign and I wanna. I would love to see her, you know? Cause she. That's that mean Maxine Shaw got it. That's literally, you know what I'm saying? We'd be like her getting it for playing Maxine.
Asante
It's great watching her because she's so good on there. And she's like. Even though you do always think of her as Maxine Shaw, she's not giving Maxine Shaw, but she is still Maxine Shaw. So it's like great to see Maxine Shaw not be Maxine Shaw and win. Just working.
Dustin
We love her. She mean a lot to us. She was in what's the movie? American American Fiction. She was incredible in it, which I
Francesca
saw that in the theater and I was so happy when she popped up on the screen because I didn't know she was on it.
Dustin
We were playing a love interest and
Francesca
the whole audience went, oh, yeah. We were like, yay.
Dustin
Yeah.
Asante
I really, really love her on there.
Dustin
So we gotta support that show because we want her to get attention. We gotta give it numbers, you know what I'm saying?
Francesca
I didn't know. I literally didn't know anything about it. So I checked it out.
Asante
Knew about it initially because I remember seeing Erica Alexander was gonna be in a new show. And then later on I saw clips of Megan thee stallion being on a show with Harry Potter. And I realized it was the same show Eric Alexander was on. So I was like, I gotta go back and watch this show.
Dustin
Megan did good at her scenes too.
Asante
She did.
Dustin
She actually can act.
Francesca
Didn't she fall sick or something happened with. Is she back on? Everything's cool. Oh, wow.
Dustin
She literally took the day off, you know what I'm saying, after that. And then she came back like that Thursday, I think, and knocked it out. She been. They. I haven't seen the show yet. I'm gonna go though. But they said she'd been wearing Moulin Rouge out At the audiences. Everybody be everybody. I know that went. They be all on Instagram, like, so it's a good time.
Francesca
Nice.
Asante
I think she had to find her.
Francesca
Okay.
Asante
Because I think she had a lot going on and then it started. But I think now that she's, like, able to focus and be there and be present, has her footing. She's just killing it now. But Megan Stallion, she did need a little break, but she back better.
Dustin
No other female rapper has ever done Broadway like that. That's so cool. And not only is she the first female rapper to do Broadway, she's the first woman to play that role that she's playing in Moulin Rouge. It's always been a male character before that. So I just think that, you know what I'm saying, That's just. That's the shit. To me, being an overall entertainer and you a rapper. That's the shit.
Francesca
Yep. Shout out to her. And shout out to the understudy. He got a little shine for that day. I'm sure he was like, what?
Asante
But also, blessings to understudies. Right.
Francesca
Right. You know what a job.
Asante
I know that that's like a hard role because you really don't know if you're going to get the chance to do it or, you know, you mostly don't.
Francesca
You just have to know what to do. Yeah. Regardless.
Asante
But also so necessary because something like that happening to Megan, like, you know, people would be like, oh, I guess we're not going to be able to go see the show tonight. But it's like, no, you still got to see a great show.
Francesca
Yeah. Shout out to her. I'm glad she's feeling better. I never knew what had happened. I just saw people being like, oh, she's not there. So, Dustin, it was your birthday.
Dustin
It was
Francesca
Dustin's birthday.
Dustin
Thank you so much. Yeah.
Asante
Dustin Rossed on this earth with us doing his motherfucking big one.
Francesca
Tell us, how was your birthday?
Dustin
I had a great birthday. I kind of just went with the flow and took it easy. And I felt so much love from all my friends and family and shit. I stayed local in New York and everybody, all my friends showed me so much love. Like, I went out all weekend and just was with the people, you know what I'm saying? And I had a great fucking time. All the DJs was on fire. It was just. I was seeing people I hadn't seen in a long time. It was like the motherfuckers in town. So I just. It was just a social weekend for me. And literally, literally My friends went out of their way to show me a good time and it just felt good to be appreciated, you know?
Francesca
Yeah.
Dustin
And I think that's what birthdays are all about. So much love to everybody. Thank you for all the birthday wishes. I really feel.
Francesca
We love you.
Asante
We love you so much.
Dustin
So much.
Francesca
I'm glad you had a good birthday. I love birthdays. I'm one of those people that loves birthdays.
Dustin
Well, yours is coming up.
Francesca
I rarely get the birthday blues. I'm always so happy to celebrate. Right. Which is crazy. We're old, Dusty.
Dustin
I know. It's old time at the Apollo. That's right. Hold on to your seats. That's right. It's old time at the Apollo.
Asante
It's a love that part.
Francesca
Old Time at the Apollo is the Apollo title. Let me text.
Dustin
It's old time. Hell yeah.
Asante
How do you feel?
Dustin
Old. No, I'm just playing. I feel thankful, you know, Just grateful to be here. Grateful to be able to be doing things that I love doing professionally. I dreamed of having a life where my work was what I wanted it to be. I just put it like that. Working full time jobs and trying to still do this shit and recording at night. Y' all know this used to look very different for us. And so the way that it is now is exactly what all that hard work was for. And I just pray to God I'm able to continue working hard. I got a lot of dreams and shit I want to accomplish and see and realize. And so that's it. And I just want to be a good person. Smoke my weed, get my dick, suck, mind my business.
Francesca
Come on.
Dustin
That's all I want to do, you know what I'm saying? Like so. And just give goodness to the world. So that's what I'm on.
Francesca
Nice. Well, we wish you all of those things.
Dustin
Thank you very much. I know y' all mean that. Y' all know what I like, so thank you.
Francesca
You know, I got my rocks in the window.
Dustin
Please line them. Please, please line them up. They work. I respect the game, friend. You know, I ain't never been. I leave space for everybody to do anything. I respect it for real, because it's all about the through line. And all of those faith systems is goodness and being a good person and love, showing love and respect and support. And when you zoom out and get out of. And you unlearn some shit and recognize that that's what. How did this conversation turn into this? Right? But when you recognize that that's. That's how people around the world express that. You respect it.
Francesca
Yeah.
Dustin
You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Yeah.
Dustin
And you feel nothing but goodness and love from it. If that's the intention, that's how I feel.
Francesca
It always is.
Dustin
Yeah. So put them in the baby. You better pop. You got that rag. Rub them down. Put them. Smack it up. Flip them. Rub them down and put them in the window. Thank you.
Asante
Like, they get ready for the Apollo.
Francesca
We also want this. All right. We also wanted.
Dustin
Oh, my God.
Francesca
Kiki Shepherd Pass.
Asante
Ain't that crazy? I forgot that
Francesca
Apollo, that beautiful icon. And I heard that she. It was so much more than I even knew. Like, apparently she was a part of so many charity organizations. Yeah. Really accomplished dancer. Like, I heard the rundown of her resume, and I was like, wow. I kind of hate that. I didn't know any of this, but shout out to her for having such a full life, you know, she's in.
Dustin
She's in. She's immortalized in rap lyrics. I think it's Nas that has a song where he be like, rub the wood. Like, Keke Shepherd. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Even though that's crazy Nas.
Asante
Right.
Dustin
But, you know, a nod nonetheless. Right? Like, you know, Keke shepherd mean a lot to us. And she was one of the first black beauty brands on some real shit that I ever saw. Cause Keke shepherd was that girl, and she wore gowns and. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
And looked the same all those years.
Dustin
To this day, she still look like that. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Yeah. But that to me is also. Whenever a black woman was a dancer, do you notice that they, like, hold that, Right? That just classy eloquence.
Dustin
Thank you for making space for me to use that word. That's one of my favorite words. L I T H E L. Cause it's so. It is a perfect descriptor for that.
Francesca
It sounds.
Dustin
You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
That's what it means, right?
Asante
Yeah.
Francesca
Like that she really is like, wow, what an icon. But I'm glad that we mentioned the Apollo because we did not get a chance to say rest in peace.
Dustin
Bringing that up. Rest in peace to Keke Shepherd.
Francesca
Right.
Dustin
And much love to the family. You know what I'm saying? Like, Keke shepherd mean a lot to black people.
Francesca
Sure does.
Dustin
That's right. It's a black show.
Francesca
Part of the fabric. For real. But I was going to say, I want to also say happy birthday to our friend Shariel.
Dustin
Happy birthday, Shariel.
Francesca
40th sister.
Dustin
We love you, girl.
Francesca
We love you so much. Had a fabulous time this weekend in Atlanta. Yes.
Asante
We had the time we were supposed to have.
Francesca
And then, you know, we had been concerned about travel with everything happening in the airports, of course I was like. But honestly, it was smooth. I didn't have any issues. I. Not one issue. Landed safely. I mean, you know, I'll say the. The TSA took a little longer than usual, especially when you have all the things like clear plus and touchless ID, all the things.
Dustin
But not no four hour shit, you know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Nowhere near four hours. It probably took me like 45 minutes, which is a little long, but not as long as it could have been. Right? And I anticipated not knowing what was going on, so I left with enough cushion time. So everything was great. And all of us made it back home safely without any delays or any problems.
Dustin
I'm glad Shardell got her celebration. She deserves it. Y' all were all friends with Shariel. When I became friends with all of y', all, she was yalls friend first.
Francesca
Yeah.
Dustin
And the minute I met her, she was like, you know what I'm saying? Like, one of the best. And she gets all the jokes, you know, I love people like that. She's naturally funny. Beautiful. Shout out to you, Shariel, baby, happy birthday.
Francesca
And it makes you happy, right? It makes you happy to see your friend just happy. Like at the end of the day, we all flew from everywhere and she just seems really happy. She had like, what, three outfit changes?
Asante
Or was it. Was it three or four? I think she had a. I don't know. She.
Francesca
It was a red party, cuz red is her favorite color, so we all wore red.
Dustin
She wore.
Francesca
Everyone did look really nice. Thank you, too, for all the comments. Y' all are so sweet. Y' all was like, wait a minute, y'.
Dustin
All.
Asante
No, but hold on, hold on, hold on. Because we not going to escape past this friend. Fran.
Francesca
Thank you, brother.
Dustin
Yup.
Asante
Fran just.
Dustin
I ain't even seen the full body yet. I just seen, like, waist up. And you look beautiful, Fran.
Francesca
Thank you.
Asante
I mean, friend.
Dustin
And you know what?
Asante
I didn't even make a big deal out of it. I'm not gonna do too much now. But, Fran, you did your big one. You did your thing. Just you do your thing. Fran, you look amazing.
Dustin
Fran can look. Fran can dress.
Asante
Yes.
Dustin
You know she can dress. She be having her shit on.
Asante
And she was just like. I just felt like being a girl tonight. I was just like, girl?
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
I kept saying that. When I came down, I was like, I'm gonna be a girl tonight. And everybody was cracking up, like, but
Asante
she was being that girl.
Dustin
She was being in a Celine punk. Yeah. Stop playing.
Francesca
It was super cute. We had a lot of fun. Everyone was just so pretty. We just had a beautiful fan group, and it's just.
Dustin
What bag did you carry?
Francesca
You know what? I didn't.
Dustin
Okay, bad news.
Francesca
I didn't even carry one. Yeah. Cause I didn't have. I mean, what was I gonna carry?
Asante
The EJ video got to you? No, I'm kidding.
Francesca
Right? Right. I didn't have a bag small enough for the night.
Dustin
I was like, listen, the service is a service. Cause there's some people needed to know that. You know what I'm saying? Sometimes you can't choose the messenger. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
The best was when Jade came down with her bag. I was like, EJ would die. Cause Jade had a rice bag. Like, a literal bag of rice. It's so fire, though. I'm not gonna hold you.
Dustin
It is.
Francesca
It really is. Jade's little hippie style, and she had a literal bag of rice, like, the bag.
Dustin
And that was her handbag, so.
Francesca
Her handbag. She's so fly. I love her. Yep. And when she came down with it, I said, oh, girl, EJ would die.
Dustin
Who's that?
Asante
She said, only. Cause we made mention of video before already, so it was, like, already on our. Our mind.
Francesca
Well, honestly, you know, everyone is so pretty.
Dustin
All of y' all look. All of y' all look gorgeous. Absolutely. And you know who else didn't around?
Francesca
Who?
Dustin
Kia.
Asante
I already knew you was about to say that.
Dustin
Blue. That light blue hair on her with that red dress and that gold jewelry.
Francesca
She does that.
Dustin
Stop playing her with Dr. Robinson. Okay.
Francesca
Kia's.
Asante
You want to talk about a beauty like Keke Shepherd.
Francesca
What a gorgeous woman, right? I'm kidding.
Dustin
Don't tell me that was the first thing I said to her. The first time I met her. We was over somebody house, and she had on all white, and her hair was up in a bun. She had on a white, like, strapless, like, shirt and, like, white flowy pants, and her hair was up in a bun on top of her head. And I was like.
Francesca
Right?
Dustin
I was like, you are so pretty. Hi. That's literally how we met, me and Kia. I love that.
Francesca
Every time I'm in the zone, I'm actually really excited that we're working with Poshmark, because I love me some Poshmark. I've talked on this show incessantly. That's Mariah word about how much I love thrifting. Not only does the quality, I mean the quality. When you go thrifting, nothing compares to the. What would you say the quality of your. But now you know, things are changing. And the best part is you can really tap into your personal style when you thrift. Right. But I also understand a lot of people depending on where you are don't have access to good thrift stores. So the digital space is the great equalizer. And that's why Poshmark is perfect. You can find pieces from everywhere, every era. If you're going to a wedding, just summer festivals, just to hang out with your friends or just to be cute, Poshmark will have something for you. Francesca
She really is so gorgeous. I was telling her because we were sitting there eating Asante and I just was eating.
Dustin
I'm sure that food was good.
Francesca
It was so damn good. We, Asante and I were like, we can't get up again. We can't get up again. That's why we kept saying friend.
Asante
P.S. oh, I need to cash app you, by the way, but psycho, thank you for ordering whatever that food was that you ordered.
Francesca
Oh, oh, you had it? You ate it? Cause I left it.
Asante
I had a little bit before I got on the road and it did what it needs.
Francesca
I'm glad that you did because I was kind of sad. Like, damn. I didn't even. It's wasted.
Asante
I was scared. I was like, what did she get up in the middle of the night? I was like, she in the other house. Damn, she ain't gonna come over here for this.
Francesca
No, no, no. Honestly, I was hoping someone ate it. I had gotten a. We went to this Brazilian cafe. Cause they went to get coffee. And I was like, you know what? Let me get a bowl with like. Because y' all were headed a Waffle House. Y'.
Dustin
All.
Francesca
Y' all know I wasn't about to get Waffle House.
Dustin
What you gonna get at Waffle House? Right?
Asante
Right.
Francesca
I told them. I was like, I'm gonna go for the social aspect.
Dustin
Oh, no.
Asante
Literally, what she said.
Francesca
So I went and got a bowl that had, like, you know, all of the things that I like and then had it in a bag, headed to Waffle House with them.
Asante
But then we decided, yeah, we're like, we're not going to Waffle House.
Francesca
That.
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
We ended up going to Ponce Market. Oh, I love.
Dustin
It's so much fun in pond. So you can go up on the roof and.
Asante
Yeah, it was great weather.
Francesca
I've never been.
Asante
And it's connected to the belt line. I ain't realized it was connected to the belt line.
Francesca
I was like, damn, it was. It was a lot in there. I was like, whoa, this is crazy. It kind of reminds me of Chelsea Market. But like, yeah, much bigger, obviously. But yeah, we Went in there and ate, like at some Italian spots. So of course I had to eat some more.
Asante
It was good.
Francesca
Yeah.
Asante
But I'm glad that you good service too. Shout out to our girl, right?
Francesca
And we saw some of y' all when we were. Because Asante and Crystal and a few of other our friends ended up leaving after we ate. But me, Kia and Jade stayed to shop, of course.
Asante
Oh, damn, they got y'. All.
Francesca
I saw some stores, I was like,
Dustin
wait a minute, let me go on here and see.
Francesca
Yeah, yeah, we stayed to shop, which was so much fun. I. You know what?
Asante
Yeah, I seen the bags. I was low key, mad. It's all right because remember, I seen the madewell men's. I was like, I need to go in there. But I just left.
Francesca
We. I had to. I told Asante I'm reprogramming how I feel about Atlanta because for many years I did not want to go back there. I have my reasons. But it had more to do with people specifically. And now it was such a great weekend.
Dustin
Yeah. Kind of what we.
Francesca
Reset was complete reset. I had only been back for work, really. So it was Right. And now this is the first time I've gone back for pleasure. And it really was fun.
Dustin
Like, that's wonderful.
Francesca
Everyone we met in Atlanta was fun. You know, girls. Yeah.
Dustin
You was on the beltline.
Asante
We didn't go. We didn't go to the actual belt line. We was right there.
Dustin
Last time I was on the belt line, I was with one of my friends who's a girl.
Asante
I see people on the belt line.
Dustin
We were at an open air spot, like, having drinks and shit. This couple walks up that she knew. Cause she's in like the art scene and shit, you know what I'm saying? And the edgy scene. Anyway, a few scenes. So anyway, the couple comes up, they like talking and they just started, you know what I'm saying? We just started talking. I'm aloof, oblivious. I'm with my sister, you know, one of my friends is like, my sister. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, we chilling these. Don't. You know that couple hit on me like a. They were white and they were like. They were like a biker couple, like tattoos and all up.
Francesca
Wait, yeah.
Dustin
On the belt line in Atlanta? Yes. Oh, my mama, like, yeah, like, told me everything. They had like a. A shop down there that they did something. I can't remember, some kind of repair work. Might have been a skateboard shop or something like that. And they wanted me to come to the shop with Them and like, they smoked. I smoked. So, you know, we had smoked outside. It's before the hitting on.
Asante
Right.
Dustin
They was just cool and they had their own. We didn't have to pass it. So, you know, it was like, just fun.
Francesca
Yeah.
Dustin
Just vibing out as time went on. And then my girl, my friend gonna say afterwards that we get in the car and I'm telling her, like, can you believe. You know, I'm running down, oh, are you slow? Of course, they're swingers. You know, that's where I met them, at the swing. Yeah. Like, you couldn't have told me before I was. You know what I'm saying? Before I was talking and. And friendly and all that. You know what I'm saying? I was like, damn. Because I was not interested. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Wait, is this a friend that we know?
Dustin
No, but she's like, the friend.
Francesca
Okay. I was like, same.
Dustin
Same profile.
Francesca
Else is there.
Dustin
Same profile, but not her edgy party.
Francesca
Oh, I just realized we didn't see her.
Asante
She was out of town.
Francesca
Okay. It just hit me like, oh, wait, we told you. Popped up on her. But yeah, I'm gonna reprogram how I feel about it. It's funny, friend, because it really is a nice place.
Asante
One of the comments that I made. Excuse me. I'm sorry. One of the comments that I made before you had said that to me was. I don't even remember who I was talking to. But we were like, we're having such a good time in Atlanta. Two things, just real quick about how you feel about Atlanta. One, we always have a good time when we travel in and out of Atlanta, like, usually because of who we with. So you're always gonna have a good time with us, which you obviously know. But don't get too happy about that. Thinking about moving back to Atlanta. I'm gonna just say that. But the second thing is, it would.
Francesca
Well, I was gonna say that's.
Asante
Yeah, look, look. You were like, I wasn't. Second thing. We had so much fun in Atlanta. I said this before you said this. I was just like, oh, shit. She getting real excited by Atlanta, but I can't see her back here. And you're like, I can't either. I take the time too. But the other thing was, it's just so funny when we're in Atlanta, honey.
Francesca
That's why I be living. They don't know crazy because, look, because
Asante
you was checking them security wait times way before you had to be. You let me just look and see. But we Were having such a good time in Atlanta. I was thinking, like, it was such a good idea. Later on, we were talking about all moving together in the same neighborhood. Not in Atlanta again. But wouldn't that be so amazing if we all had houses in, like, a cul de sac on the burbs?
Francesca
God, that would be a dream for us. Just have an estate or something. But it'd be hard because we all have such different personalities. So to find a city that would accommodate all of our needs, all the different.
Dustin
I want to modern home. They got them in Atlanta, though. I don't want a modern home.
Francesca
You can get that.
Dustin
I almost moved to Atlanta.
Francesca
Really? When you were deciding.
Dustin
Nope. This was right after the pandemic, when things had, like, opened back up. I had auditioned for a morning show that was coming out in Atlanta.
Francesca
You know what?
Dustin
I remember that. I remember I had to fly back and forth and do all them chemistry tests and stuff.
Francesca
And I remember the people that you were doing the chemistry test with. Yep.
Dustin
And they sent me an offer. It was incredible. And they were going to give me a place down there because it was going to shoot Monday through Thursday. But they knew I was based in New York. I was the only person out of the people that made it that was based, not based in Atlanta. And at the last minute. This is the kind of shit people don't know about all of this work we do and shit. You can think you got something lined
Francesca
up down to the line.
Dustin
Had. Had sent the offer, the deal, all of that at the last minute. The. The. Should I say network or should I say company? The powers that be took the funding and put it towards something else at the last minute. So all of us. It just was gone that fast.
Francesca
Crazy. Crazy.
Dustin
They was gonna give me an apartment in Atlanta and everything.
Francesca
Yes, I remember.
Dustin
Yup, yup. Oh, well, I was so ready. I was ready to be behind that table with my coffee mug and my cards and popping my shit when I tell you. Oh, my God. Like, they had us doing, like, mock segments. And in this one segment, I had to do hula hoop. Color hula hoop. I had to hula hoop with this lady that did color therapy. Doing. Using hula hooping. That was, like, the method that she used. And so she. They had me up there in, like, slacks and a polo shirt. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
That's so. Good morning.
Dustin
Holding the cards and, like, with her. You know, I was turning it up. You know what I'm saying? They was all laughing. I really thought I had some.
Francesca
But you know what? It's because you supposed to have a solo show, and that's coming back around.
Asante
The magic is going to come back.
Dustin
I feel like Maya Angelou and Oprah. Ooh.
Francesca
But Atlanta, I love you. You were fun. I do want to shout out Stephanie, too. At some of the stor that we visited, there was just such so many cute girls that were helping us out. I was like, that was so fun. That made the shopping experience a blast. But, yeah, it was really cute. I had a great weekend. Shari was happy, and that's all that matters. And I was so happy to be around my friends.
Dustin
It felt good.
Francesca
God, I'm like, just to be in a house together. I do love that about us, that we have the type of friends that we can stay in a house. And it's like, all good, you know,
Asante
I'm glad I missed out the movie selection. I'm glad I missed out.
Francesca
You know what? I'm glad you said that.
Asante
I was happy to just hear about it.
Francesca
A documentary.
Asante
I was not.
Dustin
About what, friend?
Francesca
It was like three in the morning. There's a documentary that I need everyone listening. If you haven't already, go on Netflix and. And search Caterpillar. And it's a doc about the people who are traveling to India to get their eye colors changed. The way that Tiny.
Asante
It's the Tiny doc, Destin.
Dustin
All right. Tiny doc.
Francesca
But it's like a psychological evaluation of these people.
Dustin
Why are you saying they got to be crazy to do it?
Francesca
I won't say that word. But they are just people that have been through a lot of things. And the doc you initially think is just about this eye color surgery.
Dustin
And then it goes deeper into this,
Francesca
but then it goes deeper into their lives to try to make a connection of who is the kind of person that would do this. And it ended up being amazing. I mean, I loved it. I had everyone watch it, and it was a time.
Dustin
Would you do it?
Francesca
What?
Dustin
I don't want my eyes. I like my eye color.
Francesca
No, I mean, when I was younger, of course, I loved hazel eyes. And I had contacts for like a couple months. You know, you get them contacts from them random optical shops on, like, Fordham Road.
Dustin
Every little optifree. Your opti free solution, you know what I'm saying?
Francesca
But I had it for a couple months in like, ninth grade or some shit. But it, you know, everybody kind of goes through that little random phase. But I never. I wouldn't do a surgery. No.
Dustin
Tiny didn't have no complications. God bless it.
Francesca
And I'm happy for her because people on this doc did not have the same face.
Asante
I heard that they used Tiny's face as, like, an advertisement. The way to, like, the African shops where you like, using, like, the other, like, Beyonce and them on that thing.
Dustin
Worldwide, like Candy said. I'm worldwide, Tiny. Worldwide. God damn it.
Francesca
You can go on their Instagram. It's bright, underscore, ocular. That's the company. I am not encouraging anybody.
Dustin
Maybe I'll give me some eyes. I think I should get, like, green.
Francesca
No, no, no. Not till you watch. Watch the dark first. Watch the doc first, because I'd be looking.
Dustin
I already be looking niggas in the eye anyway. That's my signature. So you a man. If I get some tiny eyes, Please.
Francesca
But you know when you talk to someone with light eyes, they'd be staring at you like that when they talking to you, they'd be like, yeah.
Dustin
They'd be like, what, friend?
Francesca
You'd be like, I can see them,
Dustin
but I'm in.
Francesca
But yes, yes, please watch Caterpillar. I actually think.
Dustin
Why would they call it Caterpillar? Caterpillar. What?
Francesca
Because they transformed.
Dustin
Hey, they got eyes like a caterpillar. That's what they was.
Francesca
I want. Yes. This is.
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
Okay, then Instagram.
Dustin
Oh, I'm going, hell, yeah.
Francesca
And they.
Asante
The hell I am.
Francesca
I really. Yeah. Look how scary.
Dustin
Well, she ugly anyway. That lady right there. Yeah. Oh.
Francesca
Two of those people were in the actual documentary. But I would love for Dustin and Asante to not only watch it, but share their commentary.
Dustin
Look at him in the middle. Wait, come a little closer Sunday. Look like an avatar. You know, say like. Like somebody's icon on a. On a social platform.
Francesca
We're gonna watch this for the binge, okay. Because we're doing a turnover soon. We're finishing the burbs. Dustin is wrapping up the burbs.
Dustin
Hallelujah.
Francesca
Who is just renewed.
Dustin
Hallelujah. I don't care. Cause we're not watching it. Hallelujah.
Francesca
Hallelujah.
Dustin
I can't wait.
Francesca
So before we jump into the next set of episodes for a show, I think we should break it up. And do you know how we do? We'll do, like, some documentary in between. So I'm gonna have us do the caterpillar. We just have to.
Asante
All right.
Dustin
We have to.
Francesca
We have to discuss this with our listeners.
Asante
Not being forced to watch after laughing all weekend about having missed out on this great, amazing.
Francesca
When I tell you we had a ball. We went to sleep at like 5 or 6 in the morning.
Dustin
I love times like that, right?
Francesca
We were just on the couch laughing for hours and just having a really good time.
Dustin
I was in the after hours on Saturday. Don't judge me, but I was in the after hours on Saturday. And in this particular after hours, there's like a backyard space, right? So, like, you'd be all in the. It's like in a apartment building, kind of like you be all in the. It's a multi floors, but then you can go out in the back and like niggas be out there chilling and shit. So I was out there and the sun had came up by this point. It was like maybe 7:30, 7, 45, something like that. And I was with my friends and we was all chilling, we was lit. And I was like, you know this. There's something gay and spiritual about being out when the sun come up. You know what I'm saying? I was like, this feels so good. And the niggas is like, I know. I swear to God. I was just thinking the same thing. It's something. Maybe it's gayly spiritual. I don't know if it's gay and spiritual, but it's something about being out and watching the sun come up and still smelling good, still being intact, you know what I'm saying? And just sharing that moment with your community and your friends. Oh, my God. The weed hit better, the drinks is stronger. By the time you get to the after hours, everybody already lit and then you see people you didn't see before. So you gotta try to pull it together so you can flirt. It's just great. And I really. It's a transformative, like, you be in deep thought, you know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Nah, that's true. Especially when it just.
Dustin
Oh, my God. We was outside talking about politics and shit. We was really like buying bonding, you
Francesca
know what I'm saying?
Dustin
I was like, wow. It's just. It's something about that.
Francesca
I feel you, though, because it just felt so nice to be up late,
Dustin
you know, with your girls, that you can be yourself with friends you trust. Y' all trust each other.
Francesca
Couch. Like I was wrapped in a blanket, of course. And we were just like watching this doc and laughing, pausing it every two seconds.
Dustin
Jade is cussing and cynical.
Francesca
Jade. Jade really is. Honestly, I was telling my partner that my friend group legit. Every single person is so funny. If you think about it, every single person is so funny.
Dustin
Like, both of y' all funny. Crystal is hilarious. Jade is hilarious.
Francesca
Jade.
Asante
No, but Dustin. No, but Dustin. Dustin, Dustin.
Francesca
There's Nobody that's not gonna make it.
Asante
Dustin friend is so fucking funny.
Dustin
Me and Fran are friends to this day because the day that we met at that march, at the march, I was talking my shit and Fran was laughing at all of my jokes. Fran, you was catching shit. I was saying that everybody else wasn't even catching and we was looking at each other laughing and shit. I'm like, this girl is like. I love. So the humor is a connection.
Francesca
I really, really. For some reason it hit. I think because I don't have friends out here. It highlights.
Dustin
You got to refresh.
Asante
The moment was like even more special
Francesca
because I don't have friends here. It highlights the friends that I do have even more. Like, I'm like, man, I'm so blessed. I really am. I have great friends.
Asante
But friend, I think that's what's making you funnier too. Because I'm telling you, with that moment, you just popped up in the house in that reg or somebody. I just felt like being a girl, like, it was so magical. It just felt like a TV moment. But it felt like you were being a different character. But it was so on brand for how random but also bomb. It was just like.
Dustin
So let me get you pulling that
Asante
shit out out of nowhere.
Dustin
Let me. And I can't wait for you to send me the full body pictures. I don't know what you waiting for.
Asante
She on the phone with her partner. I really wanted to go over there and grab the phone number, but you don't know. You don't even know though.
Dustin
You telling me. I got asante friend, Crystal, Kia, Jade. We all at the same damn table the way that we would. If I had been at that party the way that we would have gossiped all night long at the table. I don't even think y' all the
Francesca
two nickieshari like, it's just amazing. Oh, and Fatima.
Dustin
Oh, my God. Shout out to daughter. Shout out to both Nikki's.
Francesca
I love all y' all talk about, right? You want to talk about a dress?
Dustin
Oh, Dubs is a professional. Put that shit on her.
Francesca
What?
Dustin
She literally competes.
Francesca
No
Asante
deservingly so she took the longest to get ready just to have the least on.
Francesca
She did.
Asante
It was honestly the most worth it.
Dustin
Bet she wasn't ashy. Oh, Dubs be oily.
Francesca
I never that.
Dustin
You know what? Dubs is least thief. She is. She is.
Francesca
She really is.
Dustin
You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
She shut down party down. Honestly, no. But can I tell you, I just have to laugh because Shari came up to me after and was like, I know. This was a real Atlanta party. I hope you weren't outside of your car comfort zone.
Asante
It was very Atlanta because people kept
Francesca
asking me to twerk. I was like, I'm okay, right?
Asante
I just got this dress on.
Dustin
I ain't even. That ain't right.
Francesca
I'm so good.
Dustin
Thank you.
Francesca
Like, it's cool. I'm just sitting here eating meatballs, which were great.
Dustin
Thank you.
Asante
That was real. I was fucking with the meatballs.
Dustin
I love the meatballs.
Francesca
The food was so. Damn.
Asante
I was fucking with the meatballs.
Francesca
Yeah, we had these meatballs.
Dustin
I need two trays of meatballs. One needs to be the burger barbecue ones, and the other one needs to be in that cream of mushroom sauce. You know what I'm saying? You need. You need two things of meatballs. Y' all know how this work. You know what I'm saying? It's a black event. Y' all know how the meatballs work.
Francesca
And also the weather that Atlanta has been having. We were in 85 degree weather the whole time.
Dustin
I can't wait. I'm being that bitch.
Asante
It was so good.
Dustin
After I finished my work obligation.
Francesca
That's right.
Dustin
I gotta fly out in the morning. My event is tomorrow that I have to work at. Shout out to Counterculture and Deviant. And the panel that I'm hosting that I'm moderating rather represented state rep from Texas, Jalanda Jones with the short blonde hair. They'd be popping her shit online. She was one of the panelists. Chanel from House on Fire. A bunch of people.
Francesca
But is it too late for people to sign up?
Dustin
There's an RSVP link. It's a free. It's a ticketed event, but the tickets are free with the rsvp. So I'll give you the link.
Francesca
I was gonna say, let's put it. So people catch the episode early enough. Yeah. We have day listeners.
Dustin
So I got a couple meetings on Thursday. Once I wrap all that up, I look at that weather and what I gotta do Friday. Well, yeah, I'm going to see Cardi and.
Francesca
Oh, yay. Oh, that's gonna be cute.
Dustin
Yeah. And then, like, shout out to Alex. Alex, of course, but her twins turned two that weekend.
Asante
Oh, wow.
Dustin
Wow. So I'm going to get all that in babies there, too. Yes. So way tyranny.
Asante
Congrats to her.
Francesca
Eerie, right?
Dustin
I let them be so bad, too. When I go see them, like, they be. They. Cause they funny. You know what I'm saying? Like, they like to laugh I be saying they name, pulling them down. They be cracking up. And then they be throwing shit from the high chair. And it's funny to me, so I keep giving it to them, and they be looking at me. They'll throw it and look at me and laugh. I be like, yeah, Dustin, it'd be so funny. You know, she got a pit bull, American bully, which is what made me. The way that they be terrorizing that dog. And it's so cute because they have, like, no fear of this. This menacing pit bull, right? And they just be moving and grabbing it by the face. Moving.
Francesca
He just be turning at kids. The way they treat animals. You be like, do not hurt that cat that way.
Dustin
But you let somebody try to fuck with them, that dog will kill you. You know what I'm saying? Like, so it'd just be amazing to watch. I'll be on the other side. And I just make my voice deep when I talk to him. Sit down. They finna get me.
Francesca
Happy birthday to the babies.
Dustin
Yes.
Francesca
Oh, this Aries season is strong, huh?
Dustin
Okay, and then Taurus coming right on up.
Francesca
Clicking in right on. That's me and XD and Candy.
Dustin
Candy. A Taurus? Yeah.
Asante
Did you see them pictures?
Dustin
Cynthia, Portia and Drew, they was calling them. They gonna say, let me cater to you, child.
Francesca
Wait, what was the picture there?
Dustin
So there's some pictures to. To advertise Porsche's go naked hairline. Drew Sidora and Cynthia Bailey both have wig lines on Porsche's hairline. So they took some photos topless. You could just see, like, they arms and shoulders and shit, and they, like, leaning on each other. Look like destiny, child. Let me cater to you, child. That's what they said.
Francesca
The Internet.
Dustin
That's how they fit to find it. Look, friend, They look good. You know what I'm saying?
Asante
They look great.
Francesca
We gotta add that to the carousel.
Asante
Yeah, yeah, they look fantastic.
Dustin
Let me cater to you, child so done.
Francesca
Man, over here. These allergies are still.
Dustin
Y' all heard the latest? I hope you feel better, cuz. You know I know y. I'm fighting. I'm fighting spring for me. Ain't been no Crystal Staircase either, Fred, so I get it. Y' all seen the white raggedy lion ass White house, right? Had the door dash Grandma Drop off McDonald's to Donald Trump. Talking about no tax on tips really helped her out. And all this, right?
Francesca
Wait, what?
Dustin
This literally happened? It was a big photo op. Donald Trump was talking his shit at the door of the Oval Office. This lady in a red shirt that Says doordash grandma is talking to him. You know, whatever.
Francesca
What?
Dustin
Five minutes later, the people on the Internet then pulled up, mind you, she said that she is a. She does DoorDash in DC whatever. Five minutes later they pull up video of her in Nevada a. At a, at a. At a Trump rally event or something. Basically advocating or campaigning for Donald Trump. She was. It's a plant. She was a plant. It's all a lie. They set the whole thing up cold busted, too.
Francesca
I mean, the doordash grandma vest kind of. Because who the hell delivers like that?
Dustin
And she's a horrible looking white woman. She. She looks like the. She looks like. You remember on Wife Swap that episode when that, that radical Christian lady. Yeah, she looked just like that. Let me see. I'm about to show y' all right now too. And it's definitely going in the carousel. But she is.
Francesca
She's so weird. What. What did he need to do that for?
Dustin
This? So that's her. You see her in the doordash grandma shirt.
Francesca
Oh, wow.
Dustin
And on the other side is her doing her thing in Arkansas or whatever. And how you doordash. You drove. You brought the food from Arkansas. Girl, you don't even live in D.C. you know what I'm saying? What was you doing? Don't she look like that lady from Wife Swap, though?
Francesca
She does, yeah.
Dustin
She needs a haircut and some, some pants and a big old print shirt.
Francesca
God, Trump is so weird.
Dustin
Doordash grandma. So you know, the whole Internet been on that lady ass, the administration ass and doordash ass. Now the whole of everybody been on their ass. Like, why would y' all even participate in some like this?
Francesca
Speaking of, I saw what's his name? Byron Gnome. The text messages have been released. Did you see that?
Dustin
Yeah, he hate her.
Francesca
Yeah, yeah. Telling the girl, I want to marry
Dustin
you and be your trans bimbo. What did he say? Yup.
Francesca
And telling her he want to pay for all her surgeries. Put it on my amex child. Paid in full.
Dustin
I mean, they had the money. Kristi Noem stealing ass. You know how much money she done fleeced out the motherfucking government since she took that position?
Francesca
Right, right.
Dustin
That commercial, was it two hundred and something million dollars they spent on that commercial of her riding here. And you know, they looked up where all the companies were that the money went to. There were companies that had just been
Francesca
established like eight days prior and they were connected to her friends. Like people.
Dustin
They done got so rich. Yes. Got so much money out there since. So he lit Y. Yeah, that's how he paid for them titties. That. Them ask a drag queen, that shit is expensive. Them breast, fake breast, false breasts. Like, that's.
Asante
That's expensive.
Francesca
Especially if you want them to look good. Right.
Dustin
And his seem symmetrical. They were even and symmetrical. I could tell it was no botch job, you know what I'm saying? He. He spent some money on that. Might have been a rack for that rack, you know what I'm saying?
Asante
Oh, my God.
Francesca
I'm wondering was he want his titties.
Dustin
He do.
Francesca
The girl that exposed him, I just kept wondering, why does she give up her lick? You know what I mean?
Dustin
Like, because sometimes people want to do the right thing. Or at least that's how I' ma frame it. I think that her integrity.
Francesca
I feel like the government approached her.
Dustin
Hell yeah.
Francesca
I think Trump's team, after she kind of threw them. After Kristi Noem threw him under the bus during the deposition, I think he was like, all right, you want to play, we go play. I really feel that way. Dress up, okay? And we know exactly who's to hit up.
Dustin
If you look at her voting record, if you look at her what she's the issue she's been vocal on, especially during her tenure as governor of South Dakota, you know what I'm saying? She's always been anti trans, anti lgbt, all that shit. She looks totally different. If you see a side by side of her from 10 years ago and today, she has had like an extensive amount of plastic surgery to the point where she's like a totally different person.
Asante
Yes.
Dustin
And meanwhile, literally, the call is coming from inside the house. Cause your husband is a fucking cross dresser.
Francesca
And I'm sure she knows that. And that's probably a lot of where this is coming from.
Dustin
I keep telling people the box was big. Them titties getting delivered to that house. That box was big. Even if he brought them in from work or something, she wasn't that bad. What in the hell is in that bag?
Asante
What do you got in that bag?
Dustin
That's what we would need to know. Them titties coming to the house. Somebody rang the doorbell, somebody signed for them. So I believe she definitely knew. Where was he keeping the titties? Your house ain't that big. Where was he keeping the titties at?
Asante
Where was he keeping the titties?
Dustin
And you know, he ain't got just one set. You know, you have to wash that stuff. It starts smelling and stanking, all of that.
Asante
So there's only the balloons before the titties like.
Dustin
Like upkeep. Yeah.
Francesca
A little wipe down with some doctor bar.
Dustin
Might as well go on have the surgery, go and get some bags. Might as well, you know what I'm saying? Go get your titties done. If you really about that life, get cleavage hoe. You know what I'm saying? If you really about that life.
Francesca
Has Kristy no put out a statement since all of this?
Dustin
Well, yes, she did. She put out a statement saying that she's devastated and her family's shocked and. Respect privacy, please. You the last motherfucker whose privacy gonna be respected. We wanna. We want to tell everybody everything about you because you have literally made. You were literally the poster girl for you. You was putting that vest on. Bulletproof vest with the police and ice on the front. Doing photo ops with your hair done. Taking pictures in front of caged men and women.
Francesca
Insanity.
Dustin
But you want somebody's privacy respected? Fuck it. Your husband's a cross dressing bimbo and we all know about it.
Asante
And you.
Dustin
Ben knew about it and he don't want you. He'd rather be her and have her. He ain't even gay. He's still. He's attracted to women and he just wants to be a trans woman that is attracted to women. That's a very common thing. Yeah. Freak freaks in the house. Freaks come out at night. Hey, the freaks come.
Francesca
Freak night.
Dustin
Freaks at night. Yeah. Freaky deaky in the gnome house. Shout out to you know who Dominique Morgan is. Very smart. Very smart. Dominique Morgan. She came out on. On transgender day of visibility.
Francesca
Wow.
Dustin
Dominique Morgan opened her video. What? Happy trans day visibility to the gnome household.
Francesca
She is so.
Dustin
I love it. I love it. Because this is who these people are. The very things that they try to hate, shame and vilify other people for and criminalize is the very same shit that they're doing behind closed doors and on the goddamn Internet. Did you see him making duck lips? He was doing like this. Showing his coochie print, doing like this. And pink shorts and had his little dick and nuts. Ain't none but this big old white ass. Old white man dick and balls this big. Had it pushed to the side and pushed back like a pussy. That's how he had his meat to. To do his bimbofication. Let's talk about the things, the choices that were made here. Cause this even seems like he wanted
Asante
Big T being discussed. That's why I don't want to talk about it.
Dustin
Yeah, well, I'm talking about him to shame. I'm pointing fingers and laughing you know what I'm saying? I'm not giving him space. I'm laughing at him and her especially. And this for all the trans people, okay, all that's hard for the, for the girls, the trans dolls, you know what I'm saying? Protect the dials. All the, that they tried to do and the horrible things Kansas right now, taking driver's license. You heard about that?
Francesca
No.
Dustin
Kansas literally just passed a law where they're taking driver's license. And if you see a person going in the wrong bathroom or whatever, you can be arrested. You can, you can basically be arrested for being trans in public in Kansas right now.
Francesca
They passed that as a law right now. Wow.
Dustin
Right now. And this motherfucker got a bitch in the house with him that's supporting and enacting all those things because she's in a position of power. She's the face of the people being. Families being pulled apart, motherfuckers being yoked up at immigration court dates trying to do the right thing. She's the face of all that. That and her husband is doing that behind closed doors and saying how much he hates her and want to be with them. And you think we ain't f to rub it in her face, right? We, we are motorboating her with them very titties her husband wore. That's what we're doing.
Francesca
And the ICE agent Hollywood style commercial.
Dustin
What kind of all that reprehensible, horrible they've been doing horrible, unspeakable shit. Let's not even begin to talk about the horrible, unspeakable things that the victims who have been wrongfully arrested and detained have been saying is taking place in those fucking concentration camps. ICE detention centers. Have you read those things?
Francesca
And they're just building more and more
Dustin
in areas where the land around it is going to be fucked up. Just like these AI power plants, right?
Francesca
Data centers. The data center. Did you see the one in my
Dustin
black neighborhoods fucking up the people generations to come? Dumb, dirty. So yes, then them gnomes. Your husband got a. Got titties.
Francesca
It was, it was jarring too, to see ICE at the.
Dustin
In the airport.
Francesca
Yeah, that was my first time seeing them because they have. Surprisingly, they weren't here in pdx. As you know, Trump hates us. So I thought we were going to be one of the first cities, but we didn't see them. But when I was in Atlanta, I saw them on my way back. I was like, oh shit, I'm talking about full of ICE agents.
Dustin
Get the fuck out, man. And I know there were People who were obviously working in that government agency before these mass deportations start being conducted the way that they have. Right? ICE has always been around. ICE has always been a part of government that's necessary. You know what I'm saying? But you pieces of shit that answered the call for this administration, you sons of bitches are the ones that are sullying that whole agency. It's y'. All. Y' all that have that knew what he was doing, that knew what he was doing and wanted the money and also wanted to live out your call of duty real life fantasy of being a vigilante, a patriot. You know what I'm saying? All of y' all motherfuckers need to shave. Y' all got the worst skin I've ever seen. You ever look at them Ice Age skin and facial ingrown hairs and shit?
Francesca
It's horrible. So it fits the profile.
Asante
Yeah.
Dustin
Because their bodies are bubbling over with hatred and toxins and poison. That's that part. They're bad people. So it's y' all that we're talking about when we say, fuck ice, and we hate ice. It's y' all the people that knew what they was doing and wanted to do it and enabled him being able to do it.
Francesca
Yeah. And it was weird because the ICE agent, some of them were like, me and Jade were talking about this, how they were being overly kind and you could. And your body just can't receive it, you know, because you're like, I just. I don't know if they're trying to change the PR around them now or. Like you said, there were agents that were working there prior to this or have nothing to do, you know, with this new batch of whatever the intention is, whatever the case may be. I just was like, nah, not connecting. Like, they were like, good morning. You know? I was like, what?
Asante
Like, nobody could be chipping like this.
Francesca
So it was just crazy. Yeah.
Asante
That you hear.
Francesca
Yeah. And so many of them for what? They're just standing there.
Dustin
I didn't even project 2025, honey. They didn't want to privatize TSA. This is not a political show. So why are we doing this right now?
Francesca
It's political. So it's like, we gotta talk about it.
Dustin
And I really be mad about this shit, you know, I don't believe I grew up as a Jehovah's Witness. I'm black and I'm gay. I know what it's like to be othered and marginalized.
Francesca
Right.
Dustin
I would. I don't want to do that to nobody. And I don't think it's fair. And I also understand American history and understand patterns repeating themselves. Shout out to big old. You know what I'm saying? Right. So we know that with one margin of marginalized group of people is tapped on the shoulder and shoved by the government, right into not having any rights into. To being controlled, into being exploited and manipulated. That ripple effect is going to hit each and every single marginalized group because that's the intention of the action. So you dumbass niggas, right? That are. And by niggas, I mean black people. It's not gender specific. You dumbass niggas that are talking about your Christian values had you voting Republican or you're conservative and all this other shit and you don't and get them out of here and all this other shit. You're next. You're now actually I was gonna say. Because when it's happening to them, it's actually happening to you. I just don't understand what else people need to see. It's been so much shit that has happened and we been. We've had to witness, to bear witness to Breonna Taylor. We can name all these names right now. It's coming from other ways. They done fired all these black women from these government jobs. It used to be a good thing for a black woman to have a good position of leadership in the government. Government benefits. Y' all know how we've talked about those jobs growing up all our damn lives. Of course, this disenfranchising all of the black nurses, both male and female, who. Who are now no longer considered a professional occupation, which means that they're not eligible for grants. And all the things that enabled that workforce to be populated by black people in the ways that it was. That's intentional. That's systematic racism. And why don't y' all motherfuckers see that? And why aren't you mad as hell about it? Because it hasn't hit you yet. When things make affect them personally, that's when they want to speak up. And now they're claiming to have this mass exodus from maga.
Francesca
Oh God. So crazy to watch.
Dustin
Go straight to hell.
Francesca
Like have grace.
Dustin
Go straight to hell.
Francesca
Those of us who just didn't know.
Dustin
Go straight to hell in a hand basket and burn bitch. Because you knew what you was doing in the first place and you didn't give a fuck until you were affected flat out. And that is what makes you a bad person right there, is that you couldn't see that it Wasn't good for you. Didn't have no empathy. You didn't even understand the way the world works, that, hey, they fucking with them. I mean, they can fuck with anybody and they shouldn't be fucking with them in the first place.
Asante
Place.
Dustin
So let's put a stop to that and not support it. Nah, you got your prejudices and biases and shit and you want bad things to happen to them other groups, so. And it ain't fucking affecting you, so you're supporting it until it slaps you in your motherfucking face. Yeah, and now we supposed to give grace Kiss the entirety of my ass.
Francesca
For real?
Dustin
For real. And that's me being nice about it.
Francesca
I was having a convo with one of my neighbors and she said we were talking about I don't even know what. And she was like, yeah, because the world is now becoming very dangerous. And I just started laughing when she said that. I said, compare that to a black
Dustin
woman from New York.
Francesca
What? I said, the world is now becoming really dangerous. And she caught herself once I repeated it back to her and she was like, okay. She was like that. That didn't make sense today. I was like, no, girl, come on now. Like, you know, you sound crazy.
Dustin
Oh my God, you sound crazy, brothers.
Francesca
And I'm seeing a lot of that, right? It's just this sudden awareness that's like kicking into people like, oh my God, this is a dangerous place. Yeah, girl, been. But like you said, until it reaches their backyard.
Dustin
The first time. I say it every time we talk about this on this show, but it's because it's seared into my memory, right? The first time during that first administration, when they started them up, mass deportations, and they was taking them kids out of them people's arms. And I saw that shit on TV the first time, it fucking affected me immediately. I was fucked up, sad and shit. Ryan, when I saw that they had them two and three year old kids representing themselves in immigration court.
Francesca
Yep, I saw that.
Dustin
And the court, the officers of the court and the people were functioning in these formal capacities with these two and three year olds representing themselves. That's a different type of evil for me. And that was enough for me to know that all this is up. Then when you start actually legitimately looking at policies and language and, and, and seeing and understanding it for what it is. You see so many things that are wrong. How could anybody support that? It goes so far beyond allowing people to have a difference of opinion or their, you know, exercising their freedoms and their rights of Choice, you know what I'm saying? To pick whatever they want to support. It goes so far beyond that because the things that they are doing are harmful to people, literally. So I just don't get the part
Francesca
when you try to have that conversation with someone who feels that way. There are no policies that they can mention that they're supporting. That's the part I don't get. I'll sit like, okay, what are the policies that you claim are so much better? And not to say that both sides don't have their issues, but what are the policies that you, that you're supporting? That's the one question I have.
Dustin
And that be pissing me off too, when people try to make it a both sides issue. This is not about Donald Trump is not a bad person because he's a Republican candidate. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
He's a bad person.
Dustin
He's a bad person that's making all the other people that popular and identify as that bad. It's them motherfucking people. So stop this. I feel like it's such an easy play for people to try to be like, but the Democrats fucked up too. Yeah, yeah, but we're talking about his ass and we're talking about the people that actually have power right now and are making decisions that affect people's lives and livelihood. I, I just. And, and to me, you are so boldly marked as an idiot after you open your mouth about this, when you start saying that dumb shit and not being able to back it up and substantiate, create these opinions that are flat out wrong. You look so stupid. And the people don't even realize how stupid they look. It actually is funny. Like, oh, my God. Who literally has words on her forehead. Stupid. Stupid as stupid as hell.
Francesca
Saying, not saying nothing in those videos.
Dustin
I mean, he let in like the Club $5,000. I mean, a person with small 12 small children who have to grow up and function as adults in this. And this ain't serious to you, bro. And you a rich. And this ain't serious to you. So sorry then, you know, no. Hate to take it there, but I'm tired. Like Fantasia said, don't free yourself. Hate to take it there, but I'm tired. Yeah, yeah, I'm tired.
Francesca
Everybody's feeling the same way. The same antennas. So

My God, man, these are these dirty ass. And then. And one last thing because we got to get this tongue tied, you know, Lips too close to the gum line ass bozo. Melania, we got to get her too. Did you see her? I did not have knew Epstein. We must. The victims must come forward. You ain't see that species. I know because you've been in your bubble and I ain't mad at you friends.
Francesca
You have to survive.
Dustin
Yeah, she just came forward and spoke about the Epstein saying that she ain't never had relations with him him and she ain't never been around him. Whatever all this mind you is.
Francesca
Why did it come out in the
Dustin
files that she hit okay, multiple hundreds of times, photographs, all kind of shit, you know what I'm saying? Ties between the director of her documentary, Brett Ratner and Epstein, all this other shit. And then Elizabeth Warren, Senator Elizabeth Warren, just called into question that the legitimacy or the lawfulness of the business that was conducted with Amazon and the Trumps for her documentary. Why did they pay her $40 million for that documentary? And Elizabeth Warren is, like, moving forward legally with, like, calling all that into question right now. That just came out, I think, like two days ago in the press, but, like, just all of them. And she got up there lying again, this the only speech her ass couldn't plagiarize from Michelle Obama, because guess who wasn't in the files. And then got shit to explain.
Francesca
Okay, guess what? Family wasn't okay.
Dustin
Exactly. So she got up there. I have never relationed to all that other shit.
Francesca
I didn't even see that.
Dustin
Thank God you didn't. You better off for not having the memory. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
But, I mean, Trump is also denying that he knew the man. So as many files. Oh, my God, y'.
Dustin
All.
Francesca
Anyway, pray for us, Lord.
Asante
Right?
Francesca
Cover us, Lord.
Dustin
Yes.
Francesca
Those listening from around the world pray for us.
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
As we pray for you, we pray for y'.
Asante
All.
Dustin
Thank you.
Francesca
Exactly. Because I know we ain't made nobody's country a crystal stair.
Dustin
I know God's sick of me. I pray over my drinks in the club.
Francesca
You should. I pray over everything I do.
Dustin
I pray before I eat and. And when I be in the club, I'll be like, amen, and I'll go on and start the drinking.
Asante
I was praying on the road the other night.
Dustin
I ain't unlearned that. You know what I'm saying? You know, I stay prayed up.
Francesca
Asante drove to Atlanta.
Dustin
Oh, you did. So y' all.
Asante
Okay.
Francesca
I got to see the car. I got to ride in his car.
Dustin
Oh, with the red interior.
Francesca
So love the car. Beautiful car. And it was so cool because he was, like, driving us and taking. Taking us to the mall.
Dustin
Okay, you got to put on the road in Atlanta, Tay. That's what's up. Yeah.
Francesca
Yeah.
Asante
Me and Bonnie got to make the trip to and fro. Yeah, it was easy.
Francesca
It was so clutch, too, because once we were done with the weekend, he was like, peace.
Asante
I was like. I was like, good night, everybody, in case I don't see you in the morning. And everybody was texting like, hey, y', all, who's up for the airport? I was. And I text everybody on the side like, oh, good morning. I just made it back to Charlotte. I love you. Like, travel safe. So it's like everybody was getting ready to leave. I was like, bitch, I'm about to get in the cruise.
Dustin
What is it, like three hours?
Asante
It was three and a half hours. Yeah.
Francesca
That's not bad.
Asante
It really took me four. Cause I stopped for a couple. I stopped a couple of times, which I really didn't need to stop, but I stopped. So you know, snacks. It was a really good time. But yeah, that's what's up.
Francesca
I love that. It was so good.
Asante
Yeah, I like my little car. I like that.
Francesca
I took a picture,
Dustin
head out on
Francesca
the highway, you know, my deal. So is this normal? My dealership hit me yesterday offering to buy my car back.
Dustin
Yes.
Asante
Are they trying to sell you something? Yeah, they always do that.
Dustin
Especially to get you in a new one.
Asante
Yeah.
Francesca
Oh. I was like, hey, why did. And then they went damn near price matching.
Dustin
I was just about to say, depending on what the deal is, friend.
Francesca
Honestly, when they were. The fact that they were price matching, I'm like, because, you know, cars depreciate, right? So the fact that they were gonna pay me what I pay, I kind of was like, wait, what's your credit?
Asante
You're credit worthy. So it's like sometimes it makes sense for them to buy. Buy cars back that they can resell used. So to get you, if they can just price match you into a brand new car, get you in a new deal and put that car onto another deal. It's like a double deal for them.
Dustin
So it's customer retention, plain and simple.
Francesca
Got you. Because I did wonder that. I was like, I asked them, is the catch that you want me to get the newer one and keep me in the longer terms, you know, like reset my terms basically. And the guy's like, not necessarily.
Asante
That's exactly what it is sometimes, but sometimes it is strictly that. So it's business. He.
Dustin
Yeah, but if it works out for you, why not? You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
I was thinking that, I was like, I wasn't necessarily thinking about a new car. Yeah. But when someone, you know, positions you in that way, cuz low key. I do miss my old car and wanted to go back to that brand. And so I was thinking like maybe this is a sign because I wasn't going to get this money from no one else. Even if I sold it to like a carmax or something, you know, they're not going to pay what I paid, so.
Asante
Exactly, girl, you've been rolled with it.
Francesca
I know, I'm considering it, but they're not assigned. At least without me having to sign for another one. Yeah, Right. So if not.
Asante
So they might be able to get you into a deal with a different car with like a low, lesser, a shorter amount of terms.
Francesca
But let's say he said that he was like, well, the new version of your car came out and if you buy that, instead of said, we'll have you with no interest, Fran, you need
Dustin
to go to that dealer.
Francesca
And I said, no interest for how long? Because I'm thinking he's gonna say, you know, a year or something. He said, no, no interest the whole term. I said, what? You know, it feels confusing. Cause I'm like, catch here, like paying me for my car, putting me in a new one, no interest.
Dustin
I was looking at customer retention.
Asante
Yeah. If you, if you're correct. And again, like the thing is, if they can just keep getting cars back used to resell, because sometimes it's easier to get. Because. So I don't want to put too much in my business, but the type of vehicle. No, I'm not. But the type of vehicle that I have, sometimes it's like, all right, we can resell these, but do we want to. The type of vehicles, sometimes it's easier to get them from owners if it's like a one owner vehicle with like low mileage or even high mileage, but like it's been around for a year or two or whatever.
Francesca
And that's what he said. He was like, the fact that it's one owner, the mileage that I have on it and then I have the top of the line in their brand. He was like, this is a great
Dustin
sale for us and think about the long term metrics for the company. You now say they put you into the new one. Right. Which I, I, of course, of course can't tell you what to do, but I think you should strongly consider.
Francesca
Consider. Yeah, yeah.
Dustin
Say they put you into the new one. Now you're a brand loyalist. Now they have another, another metric now that they can use where people went from what they have into another one. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Right.
Dustin
Your car is an, is a resale that came back into the system. You know what I'm saying?
Asante
Right.
Dustin
That is, it's good for them to retain you as a customer and maintain that chain. Like that's good for them. So yeah, it's a trait they want you to. If it works for you, why not? You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Yeah.
Asante
Everything was already a plus for them. So it's like they're, it feels like a sweetheart deal, but it's like you're already. Already their sweetheart.
Francesca
Right.
Asante
Like you've already like they're calling you literally because they're like, all right, hey, you put X amount of miles on this car, you credit worthy and responsible. So like they might call you every six months, every year, depending on like what come out and what you're driving. And you know what they haven't like what. Look what the need for is in the market.
Francesca
Yeah.
Asante
Because if a car has just become like, if you just have like a good brand or a good reliable type of car, people are always going to look for those types of cars. So then dealerships gotta find those cars. So a good way is to customer database. I do.
Francesca
The one I have now, it's like that car is reliable. Yeah.
Asante
Like people just so like Dustin was saying, they go through their customer database and they find people just like you to get those cars. So they put you in something new and sometimes if it means they gotta shorten that lease on that or whatever. Cause they might call you again in a year anyway.
Dustin
So it's like I think you should get it and you should get it in all black.
Francesca
Right.
Dustin
Cause that car looks so good in all black.
Francesca
It does look really good. Cause we see it passes sometimes. Like damn low key.
Dustin
Y' all gotta that dark. The color you have is beautiful too.
Francesca
But yeah, the black one, I know. And because that's like my old car. I love the like food. I mean, honestly, that's a crazy deal. Especially him saying no interest.
Dustin
Go test drive the car. What did your partner. Well, never mind. This is too personal. We'll talk.
Francesca
No, what did he. Well, he's very much like, what? It's something. It's on you want to do.
Asante
Yeah.
Francesca
Like, he's like, you should also speak to someone that says should.
Asante
You should also speak to someone that sells cars or like has looked at like car deals too. Because I just been watching some YouTube videos because I become obsessed with my car deal. Hence me going back and working out.
Francesca
Yeah.
Asante
But I think it's so interesting because you, you're right. Question. What's your question? Right. Ice. I'm sorry. It just was good.
Francesca
It was a good movie today. Boy.
Dustin
I thought you had one of them strawberry church candies.
Asante
No, no, I was just like, sorry, I. I chewed it up. I swallowed them. Done. But in those deals, sometimes they like. You're right to question it because they might. You're right. They might try to put you on a longer term or there might be like an extra this or. But I don't know that's what I'm like. You might want to speak to someone, because if they're saying zero interest, depending on how long, if you pay something up front, you might be killing whatever interest is on the back end or whatever. So I don't know. Like, there might be a. Plus, it might be a trap. You might be right. But also go, look.
Francesca
I was like, I'll come back when I have more time and then sit and kind of have more of a. A conversation so I can better understand what is being offered, why it's being offered, because it just seems too good to be true. Like, pay me for my car. I know, because he. And the reason I even was in his presence was because I told y', all, someone at the gym hit my car. Yeah, they crashed. They cracked the side of my bumper. Big ass truck pulling out. And you know those parking lots that are the internal ones? I don't know what they're called. Like the. The. The round ones.
Dustin
The ramps.
Francesca
They're the ramps. Thank you. It was. They're so narrow.
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
And which is crazy, because I'm a new driver and I haven't hit nobody. I'm like, what the. You hit my.
Dustin
Yeah, because you ain't drunk off of Coors beer. And like, the. That probably hit the front of your car.
Francesca
And I told y', all, I've been having issues because the dude's insurance was like, we're only willing to pay for off aftermarket part. Like, they're not willing to pay for my dealership to fix it. And I was like, but I don't want that. And he was like, well, basically, they were like, this is how much we're willing to pay. So I told the guy, the actual guy that hit me, you're going to pay the difference. Like, I'm not coming out of pocket for shit. So you pay the difference or you figure out with them how they have to pay for the dealer. Like, I'm not doing an aftermarket. Like, you're paying. That don't make no sense. I'm put a cheaper product, you know, and so that's the issue I've been having. And. Because then the guy that hit me was like, oh, well, my premium already went up.
Dustin
That has nothing to do with.
Francesca
I don't want to pay more than I'm already paying, sir. You did this.
Asante
You shouldn't have.
Dustin
Yeah, right.
Asante
You should have been a more responsible driver.
Francesca
That's what I'm saying.
Asante
That's why your premium goes up.
Francesca
Not my business. You did this. This is Happening. We're all in this situation because of how you drive.
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
Which is a shame because I'm a newer driver and you're the one. This is an older man. Yeah. So it just is irritating because he's really.
Dustin
You have your glasses on.
Francesca
He was like, can we meet up to chat? No, we have to chat. There's nothing to chat about. Here's the difference.
Dustin
Yeah.
Francesca
Pay it or get your insurance to figure this out. So it's just been, like, really frustrating.
Dustin
I don't know. I'm sorry you got to deal with that.
Francesca
Yeah. I'm just like. And the fact that this is the second accident that I didn't cause.
Asante
I'm sorry.
Francesca
Well, that's why the guy was like, being like, we buy it with price match. And in my mind, I was like, bumper's all cracked.
Dustin
You can't do. I don't need a new bumper. I get a whole new car.
Francesca
I think that's why he kind of was putting it that way. Cause he's like, you know, the bumper crack.
Dustin
Listen, question for you as far as your comfort level driving. Because I was just thinking about that brand and their portfolio of vehicles. Would you get the full of. How big would I go?
Francesca
I knew you were about to say that.
Dustin
Cause you would be so cute in that.
Francesca
But the parking is the part. Parallel parking.
Dustin
Yeah.
Asante
I'm telling you.
Dustin
But that would be.
Francesca
What you talking about?
Dustin
Murdered out. Oh, my God. Like, I love it when girls drive shit like that. So I'd be handing it to people.
Francesca
Honestly, me too. When I see a girl pop out and then she drops down.
Asante
Like, I like watching Tiny and the Bronco.
Dustin
I remember back in the day, we
Francesca
saw Crystal when she pulled up to the house. Cause she came last night passed.
Dustin
She had a.
Francesca
She had a rental. And the way she backed up into that parking spot.
Love's Rewards Announcer
Yeah.
Asante
She a she drive driver.
Francesca
It just touched something in my heart. I was like, yo, that was so dope.
Dustin
She be driving, driving. And it's so funny to see too,
Francesca
because she's so little.
Dustin
Crystal ass be dry.
Asante
She said to drive like the backwoods.
Francesca
And so she can drive the way she backed up. Because I'm not there yet. That's one thing I will say I have not, not mastered is the backing up into a parking spot. That's the one thing.
Dustin
It's some cool. And it come naturally to black people. So you just got keep driving. It come naturally.
Francesca
Hilarious.
Asante
I love backing up. I'm just trying to get used to. I'm trying to figure out, like, like, really work out the depth of the camera. I still don't trust it that part. So I'm trying to.
Dustin
It supplements you turning the around.
Asante
So see here. Yes, it is. And it will. It will. I will. But I still need to get used to the depth before I get my stuff the way I want it. Because I want to just be able to just back on in and be done. Like it's like I do sometimes. Because sometimes, all the time.
Dustin
You just got the damn car.
Asante
No, I know. And I'm already. Look, and I already want a different one. Not you, not a different one. I want a bigger one.
Francesca
He wants a bigger one, he said, which is crazy because you have more than enough space in your car.
Asante
It's just me. I don't need a bigger car.
Dustin
That's what I'm like, you know what saying, I'm.
Asante
I'm super content with the car that I have. But in my mind, I'm like, if. Look, if somebody called me, like they call you friend.
Francesca
Oh, I know it's over. They price match you. You already thinking of getting that and
Dustin
they're going to do that, so.
Asante
Because that's why I know that that's why they're calling you. Because the type of model that I have, I looked it up and it was very specific. And then I got a specific trim, too. There's a different trim.
Francesca
I don't know what it is. The trim too.
Asante
There's a different trim.
Francesca
And they call it black label, right? Yeah.
Dustin
Remember, there's an Eddie Bauer.
Asante
Oh, my God.
Dustin
My cousin Tanya had one. She had got an expedition. And I remember thinking like, the Eddie
Asante
Bauer, because they had like the Eddie Bauer receipts or some shit. But the specific trim that I have. Or there's a different one like above, or it's kind of like in the same window. Anyway, too much of my business, that one is like, sold out. Like, they're all used and so like they there that you can find them used. But my trim, they were like, your trim is like the next. When I went to go look at the car, they were like, your trim is like the next. Like the one that they've been looking at. I'm like, I know. I kept seeing my car and every time I was tracking it, it kept getting bought. And I was talking to Naja, actually, and I was like, I almost went to the. Yeah, shout out to Naja. I almost went to the west coast because he said he bought his car in a different city and drove that back. And I almost did that.
Francesca
We almost did that.
Dustin
Mm.
Francesca
We were looking irrigated shit. Yeah. Cause I mean, if it's the one you want. Shit.
Asante
I mean, look, getting a ship, sometimes that price, I was like, I could literally just fly out there and drive that bitch back.
Francesca
Now the only thing that kept us here is because, you know, Oregon don't have taxes.
Asante
Yeah.
Dustin
So it's literally a better deal.
Francesca
I mean, that's.
Asante
That.
Francesca
That's what I'm saying. You should always look here because we saved that shit. Whatever. Whatever the ticket was, that's what we paid.
Dustin
Like how people here buy shit in. Or. One of my friends bought a Rolex in Jersey for that same reason.
Asante
Yep.
Francesca
Yep.
Dustin
They went to Jersey to get their shit so they don't have to pay tax on it.
Francesca
You gotta consider that. Even when I go shopping for clothes. I thought about that when I bought clothes in Atlanta this weekend. I was like, damn, I'm silly. Because I paid all this tax. And if I would have gotten the same shit at home, I would have saved hundreds of dollars.
Asante
Now, friends, man.
Dustin
Now.
Asante
Now, back in the day, I don't know how it worked now. I just remember when I used to work retail, people used to bring in their receipts. They be. I'm bringing in my receipt to get the tax adjustment.
Francesca
I thought of that, but I was like, do they even do that?
Asante
I don't know if they do that no more. But I. I just remember they used to do that back in the day.
Francesca
Like just be. Return this.
Asante
But see, some places don't let you do that. Some places. That's a form of. Of fraud. Yeah.
Francesca
And I was like, I'm not doing all that. It's. It's just what I did.
Dustin
You bought it. It's gone.
Francesca
Be impressed, I don't think.
Dustin
I don't think you cheap, right?
Francesca
Well, no, because it was.
Dustin
Ain't no shame in your game.
Asante
Like, these are high ticket out items, so absolutely save for your king.
Dustin
We don't give a damn how much money I have. I'm not gonna just blow money. You worked hard to get whatever you got. You worked hard to get get it
Francesca
and you gotta keep it, which is the other hill. So. But yeah, stories.
Asante
Yes.
Dustin
Call him tomorrow.
Francesca
Yep. I told him. I was like, I'm gonna go this week now that I have a little more time. So I'm excited.
Dustin
And get online and build it first before you go. And so you know what you want. You know, Right. You know what I'm saying?
Francesca
Exactly.
Dustin
Him.
Francesca
Yeah.
Dustin
And. And your car salesman is black.
Francesca
No.
Dustin
Oh, okay. Never Mind. Well, cancel. What I was about to say doesn't apply. Never mind.
Asante
Car.
Francesca
Car stories. Anyway, do you guys have anything else that you want to hit on before we get up out of here?
Dustin
No. Much love to the raindrops. Catch me on Mondays on Monday Night Live.
Francesca
The raindrops. That's really cute.
Dustin
And they be showing love. They be like. It's a lot of people that watch me over there that listen to the Friend Zone now, too, and I love that because that's the point of doing other stuff to bring it back.
Francesca
Absolutely.
Dustin
So, hey, everybody. They be coming up to me in public telling me, and I love it. So thank you.
Francesca
Absolutely.
Asante
Shout out.
Francesca
Shout out to y' all in the raindrops.
Asante
Nothing impressing or important. I just. I just want you all to go watch Cross Season 2 on Prime. I was told that Season 2 wasn't that good, but Season 2 was actually really, really good.
Dustin
Can you see it?
Asante
You can definitely see it. They made sure that this was a brighter season.
Dustin
Come on.
Asante
The tone of it is a little look. The temperature and the tone of it is a little bit different, but I really, really liked it. I liked the story. Like, it felt a little like.
Dustin
Did he really got a white woman this season?
Francesca
Oh, my God. I was just about to. To ask that because people were very, very disappointed about that watch.
Dustin
Yeah, but tell me. I don't care about being spoiled. It's already spoiled, so you might as well just tell us how it went down.
Asante
I'mma just.
Dustin
Especially the woman.
Francesca
The woman he was with in season one was.
Dustin
Is she still on this season?
Asante
She's still on it.
Francesca
Oh, this is even worse.
Dustin
Do they get back together?
Asante
She's still on it.
Dustin
Do they get back together?
Asante
Technically, she's still on it.
Dustin
Apparently.
Asante
She's still on it.
Francesca
Okay, well, so it's still on. It better not be a triangle.
Dustin
Look at Brandi. She got the same question I got. Do they get back together?
Asante
Watch cross. We're not watching that for the binge. As Fran said earlier, we're going to be doing some documentaries. That's what's going to be coming up. We have Brandy coming up as well as.
Francesca
Dustin just showed us Brandy Norwood Phases, which is her new memoir. We actually start that. That next week
Asante
also, if.
Francesca
Go ahead.
Asante
No, I was gonna say. So if you are just listening to the main show and you have no idea where these things are going to be at, we have a patreon. Patreon.com. the Friend Zone podcast is where we
Dustin
have our premium shows.
Asante
That's where we do the situation, where we will be covering Brandy's faces, and that is where we also have the binge, where we will be watching Caterpillar. Yes.
Francesca
Oh, I'm so. Oh, I can't even wait.
Dustin
We should get context for it and wear contacts every time we talk about it.
Asante
We'll not be doing that.
Dustin
That'll be so funny.
Francesca
Oh, I want my little tiger hazel.
Asante
I already wear contact, so can't do that. Sorry.
Francesca
Color. A new cut, A new color. I will. I wanted to ask. So I have the next show, and I was telling the guys that I think it would be funny if I recapped the new franchise, the Real Housewives of Rhode island, you know, just to switch it up. And the guys thought that was hilarious, and I think I, too, think it would be hilarious. But obviously, everything we do on Patreon is also for y' all and for y' all to engage with and be happy about. So we were curious what your thoughts on that were. Um, I know a lot of you love of the real House. I was franchises. So we're very curious to hear your thoughts on that, but let me know. In the meantime, we're going to be watching some documentaries just to break it up a little, but that should be next month at some point that we would start Real Housewives. So let us know your thoughts if you're on Patreon. We'll be in the comments. But yes, we are definitely starting Brandy's memoir next week, and we're very, very excited about that. I don't have. Us anything else y' all want to say. Are we getting out of here?
Dustin
That's it. We out of this.
Francesca
All right. We love you guys. We appreciate you. We do not take you for granted. Thank you for hanging out with us yet. Another week and we. Okay, we'll catch you guys next week. We love you.
Asante
