Hello and welcome to the Game Plan. I'm Jonathan Gellner and this is a podcast dedicated to building championship mindsets through God's Word. Join me each day as we dive into the Bible, uncover God's Game Plan, and equip ourselves to lead and inspire both on and off the. Finding Joy in the Journey Today's scripture comes from Psalm 16:11, you make known to me the path of life. You will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. This psalm celebrates the joy and security found in God's presence. David acknowledges that true fulfillment comes not from worldly successes, but from walking in alignment with God's path. In the world of coaching, it's easy to get caught up in results, wins, losses, statistics. But Psalm 16 reminds us that the real joy comes from the journey, not from the destination. David found his greatest joy in God's presence, trusting him to guide his steps. As leaders, we're called to model this perspective for our teams. The process of growth, the daily discipline, the relationships we build along the way are where true joy is found. When we shift our focus from outcomes to God's presence in the journey, we cultivate a culture of gratitude and purpose. So here's a question for us to reflect on today. How can we focus more on finding joy in the process rather than just the outcomes? So today let's take a moment to celebrate some small victories in our team's journey, reminding them, each other and ourselves that the process matters much more than the results. Lord, thank you for the joy that comes from walking with you. Teach us to find fulfillment in the journey, celebrating your presence every step of the way. In Jesus name, Amen. Joy is found in the journey. So today let's celebrate the process and trust God to lead us on the correct path of life. Thank you for joining us and make it a blessed day.
