Are there areas where you’ve been leaning on your own understanding instead of trusting God? What would it look like to submit your coaching philosophy, goals, and challenges to God? Action Step:Before your next team interaction, take five minutes to pray. Ask God to guide your leadership and use you as a vessel to impact your players for His glory. Write Proverbs 3:5-6 somewhere visible as a daily reminder to trust in Him.
