No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Sonand anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal him.""Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,for I am meek and humble of heart;and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light."

Our meditation today is a Lectio Divina, which is Latin for Divine Reading. This ancient form of meditation has 4 steps: to read, to meditate, to pray, and to contemplate on a specific passage from Scripture. The repetition of the passage followed each time by reflecton allows us to treat the Scripture as the Living Word of God, delving into a deeper meaning and understanding with each repetition and reflection. This helps us to become one with the Scripture, turning this meditation into a powerful conversation with God.Today's Scripture is from Psalm 27:14"Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord."
