Founder Daniel Ratchford shares the deeply personal story behind the organization after losing his wife at just 29 years old and becoming a widowed father of two. He’s joined by his friend and business partner Quaheem Brooks, who courageously discusses the loss of his son and the realities of grief that many men, especially men of color, are often expected to carry in silence.
