When you hit your 40s, you get sick more often. And that weaker immune system doesn't just bring you colds. It means slower healing, more inflammation. And it gives you a bigger risk of chronic diseases, the same ones that cause aging. Things like heart disease or just memory decline. And if you think that aging is the cause, it means you could do nothing about it. But scientists just discovered a compound that supports immune aging and immune fitness in about four weeks. And it comes from an ancient fruit. Egyptians used this for over 3000 years, and Persian physicians prescribed it for treating wounds and infections. And Greek doctors used it to improve vitality and prevent disease. But before I reveal that compound and the ancient fruit it comes from, you need to know why your immune cells suddenly weaken as you age.

You cleaned up the mold, but you're still breathing what it left behind. Remediation removes the mold itself and clears the growth you can see, but it doesn't address the chemical residue that mold leaves behind. Mycotoxins settle into your space, on surfaces, in the air, in the places you spend time every day. So even after remediation, that layer can still be there. Superstratum Labs built their whole home detox system for this exact gap. It targets mycotoxins directly. It uses hypochlorous acid, the same chemistry your immune cells use. Third party Testing shows it can completely neutralize mycotoxins with a single spray. You can use it across your whole space. Your home, your car, your bathroom, every place you breathe. They also offer an endurance coating that's mold resistant for up to 10 years indoors. It's water resistant and holds against mold, mildew, and algae. If you've done the work and something still feels off, this is the step you might be missing. Go to superstratumlabs.com products Dave to learn more.

Right now, as you watch this, your body contains trillions of immune cells. Those cells constantly fight viruses, bacteria, and damaged particles that can make you sick. Your immune cells perform one of the most energy intensive jobs in your entire body. They launch attacks, they multiply rapidly, and they produce chemicals on demand to kill foreign particles or invaders. And all of this requires massive amounts of energy, like a car accelerating from 0 to 100 miles an hour in one second. So where do they get the energy? Mitochondria, those tiny little energy factories, live inside every cell in your body. And they take the food you eat and the air you breathe, and they convert it into energy that your cells can actually use. Your immune cells pack thousands of these mitochondria because they need that much power to function. When you were younger, the system worked perfectly. Your immune cells had fresh, powerful mitochondria producing clean energy. They could activate instantly. They could fight for as long as you needed them to. Your body also ran a powerful cleanup system that kept these mitochondria healthy. When a mitochondrion got damaged or worn out, your body removed it and built a new one that kept your immune cells running on fresh batteries and. But as you get older, things start to change, and you notice it in small ways at first. For example, you catch a cold, and you take weeks to recover. Instead of days, you get a cut that takes forever to heal. You feel run down, even when you get enough sleep. You're not just getting older. These signs show that your immune cells are getting exhausted. And it happens because those mitochondria, power plants, they're breaking down. These damaged or broken mitochondria accumulate inside your immune cells. And the more damaged mitochondria you have, the worse your immune cells function. Your body has a solution for this. You're born with a cleanup system called mitophagy, which literally means eating mitochondria. The system identifies damaged mitochondria, it removes them from your cells, and it tells your body to build fresh, new ones to replace them. But mitophagy slows down dramatically as you age by your 40s and 50s. It works far less efficiently than it did in your 20s. And by your 60s, the decline is really noticeable. When mitophagy goes down, damaged mitochondria pile up inside your immune cells. Your body doesn't remove or replace them like it used to. They accumulate year after year, and they make toxic waste and less energy that exhaust your immune cells. They try to fight infections like they used to, but they're drowning in toxic byproducts. They try to produce energy with dying batteries, but people often don't know know that they can do something to increase mitophagy. Scientists call what happens to your body as you age immune aging. Immune aging has a few specific changes that come with it. And those changes happen in Almost everyone after 40. First, your body produces fewer naive T cells. These fresh, responsive immune cells recognize and fight new threats. When you're young, you've got a lot of them. But as you age, they go down a lot. That explains why you get sick more easily as you get older. And second, your memory immune cells start to accumulate. These cells remember old infections that you fought before. They're useful, but they take up space and resources. And third, you develop something called inflammaging. This is a chronic, low grade inflammatory state. Your immune cells start releasing inflammatory signals even when there's no threat. And that inflammation slowly damages your tissues, your organs, and your brain. It's tied to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and pretty much every chronic disease of aging. All three of those problems connect to one root cause. Your mitochondria, because of those tiny power plants that give your immune cells energy, break down faster than your body can replace them. And when immune cells run out of energy, they become exhausted. Exhausted immune cells just can't activate properly when they come across a virus or a bacteria. And they can't produce the weapons that they need to fight. That exhaustion doesn't just affect your ability to fight infections, it affects everything. Because your immune system doesn't just fight colds and flu. It cleans up damaged cells before they become cancer. It heals wounds. It keeps inflammation under control. It maintains your entire body. And that explains why, when your immune cells exhaust themselves, your defenses against the drivers of aging just go away. You become more vulnerable to illness. You take longer to get better. And this is all because chronic inflammation is easy, eating away your health from the inside. Scientists have known about immune aging for a while, but they could see damaged mitochondria. They could measure exhausted immune cells, but they didn't have anything to do about it. It's kind of like being helpless. But that changed when scientists found a way to rebuild your mitochondria and to turn your immune system back on through a breakthrough protocol that only takes about four weeks to show results. And that breakthrough came from an unexpected place. That ancient fruit that's long been associated with longevity. Advanced science finally revealed why and uncovered a link to a fundamental biological function that powers your cellular renewal, your energy, and your resilience. So what is that fruit? It's pomegranates. Pomegranates weren't just some random health food. Ancient Persian and Greek doctors already used them to improve vitality. They just didn't understand why it worked. But they knew that people who ate pomegranates were healthier. And modern scientists finally figured it out. When you eat pomegranates, the bacteria in your gut help to break them down into smaller compounds. At least if you have the right bacteria, they'll transform those compounds into something called urolithin A. And urolithin A is what actually matters. Here. This molecule does something your body desperately needs, but it struggles to do on its own. As you age, it cleans out those old mitochondria, your dim or dying batteries, and replaces them with fresh ones. And when researchers tested this pomegranate compound, called urolithin A, on mice, they got dramatic results. The mice lived longer. Their muscles stayed strong, their cells stayed healthy, and they aged more slowly. But here's the problem. Only about 30% of people can actually produce urolithin A from food. It completely depends on your gut bacteria.

You don't have the right strains in your digestive tract. Your body can't make it no matter how many pomegranates you eat. You could eat them every single day and get zero benefit. And even if you're one of the select few who can make your lithium A, you would need to drink six cups of pomegranate juice to get the equivalent of 500 milligrams of your lithium A, which is the minimum, minimum amount that works. So what's the solution? Should you pound pomegranate juice every single day and hope it works and get all the sugar? No. How do you actually get enough urolithin A into your body to make a difference? It took scientists a while to figure out how urolithin A works and how to make it directly. Like 10 years and $50 million worth of time and investment. And you don't need any specific gut bacteria for urolithin A to work, though. Scientists made a supplement form that skips the bacterial conversion process. You just take it goes into your bloodstream, and it goes straight to your cells. Scientists have tested the most researched version, called mitopure, in actual human studies. For 15 years, they took 50 healthy people between 45 and 70 normal people, normal immune systems, dealing with normal aging. Half got 1000mg of Mitopure every day. The other half got a fake pill that looked identical. And before anyone took anything, the researchers measured everything. Full blood work, immune cell counts, and how healthy those cells actually were. And then, for just 28 days straight, participants took either mitopure or the placebo. They lived their normal lives. They ate normally, followed their normal routines. The only thing that changed was that every day they took their pills, either mito pure or placebo. After one week, they came back for testing to see if anything was was shifting. Then again at four weeks for full measurements. And what happened was stunning. And it happened faster than anyone expected. The biggest change showed up in CD8 T cells. Those are your killer immune cells, the ones that coordinate your body's immune response. In the people taking urolithin A, the Number of fresh CD8 T cells increased significantly compared to the placebo group. Scientists call these fresh cells naive T cells. And they're critical because they can recognize and fight brand new threats your body has never seen before. When you're young, you have tons of these fresh cells. But as you age, those fresh cells decline dramatically. Old cells that can only fight things you've already had before will dominate your immune system. But the fact that urolithin A brought back fresh T cells in just four weeks suggests it helped maintain your immune vitality. So you have a more youthful immune system at the cellular level. And all that happened in just 28 days. I did $100,000 procedure that pulled out my T cells, culture them, and reintroduced them so I could have a younger immune system. I didn't know about urolith and a because it's a lot easier to take a couple pills in order to get the results of having a younger immune system. It's that important for longevity. And this wasn't some supplement study just showing very big improvements in energy and mood. It proved that you can maintain immune fitness by giving your body what it needs to clean out those dying immune cells and rebuild healthy ones. So if you want what those 50 people got, there's only one form of urolithin A that scientists have proven in human trials. Mitrepure came about after a full 18 years of research at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, which is one of the most prestigious research institutions in the world. Timeline's completed 11 human clinical trials with more than 900 people, and they're kicking off their 25th clinical trial now. Clinical studies show that Mitrepure delivers at least 6 times more urlithinate to your bloodstream over 24 hours compared to drinking 8 ounces of pomegranate juice. And it does it without any sugar or the guesswork of whether your gut can even make it human. Studies show that 50-1000mg per day produces measurable benefits. Benefits. Timeline formulates its products at exactly that dose. When you take mitopure, you give your body the exact molecule that cleans out your dying mitochondria. It rebuilds your cellular batteries and makes your immune system act like it's young so your immune system doesn't automatically decline just because you're aging. It declines because the mitochondria inside your immune cells are accumulating damage. But now you know that damage isn't permanent. You can replace the mitochondria, can rejuvenate the immune cells, and it can happen in as little as four weeks. You just have to give your body what it needs. Check out the link in the description to learn more about mitopure and see the clinical data for yourself. Your immune cells are counting on you and this is something that I do every single day.
