I am so excited to announce that I am doing my first in person retreat in over two years. If you have been feeling like your message wants to expand, like your voice that you've been using no longer matches the woman that you've become and the leader that you've become, I want to personally invite you to my in person retreats unscripted. It's a two day intimate retreat in Nashville, Tennessee on February 5th and 6th, 2026, for the women who are ready to speak, to write and lead from their highest identity, not from performance or from pressure. No more over explaining, no more shrinking, no more sounding like an older version of yourself. This is where your voice and your message and your identity come back into alignment and pure refinement. Who you really are and who you are meant to serve. Spots are limited and it is application only as we want to make sure that that room is just so primed and ready for the work that we're going to be doing. So you can learn all about it and apply by going to juliesolomon.netunscripted. and if you felt this, you already know my friend. I can't wait to meet you and see you in that room with me and these incredible other women again. That's Julie Solomon.net unscripted. Welcome to Woman of Influence. I'm Julie Solomon and this is where high level women come to recalibrate their message, realign their leadership and rise into the next era of impact. If you're ready to align your visibility with your true authority, if you're called to speak to women at the level you now lead, if you're ready for your business to feel as elevated as the woman running it, this is your space. Because real influence isn't built in the algorithm, it's embodied in your identity. Let's get started. All right, my friends, hello and welcome back to another episode of Woman of Influence and to the first episode of 2026. I am literally sitting on the floor in what is currently my makeshift office in a guest room. I had a moment of quiet and peace. The family is out of the house and so I was like use this gift to of time to drop in. And we are now in this new year. And I don't know about you, but 2025 was such a massive year of shedding and recalibration and just so much at times hardship. But then yet mostly what was needed in order to gain the clarity to really step into 2026. And as I've been using this time and this reflect back, I Just want to start 2026 with something that truly feels like a deep exhale. And if you have been like myself and so many of the incredible women inside my community and my clients, you have been in this phase, too, of shedding and refining and building and staying faithful and just making really necessary yet hard decisions. And I know that in 2025, it could have felt like maybe nothing was happening, but I just know. I just know that 2025 was really about planting the necessary seeds that needed to be planted so that we could really reclaim and really use 2026 as the catalyst that it's meant to be. And so I do not believe that 2026 is the year of chasing. I don't believe that 2020 of pausing, of shedding, of, you know, really looking back or going inward. I feel like we've done all of that. To me, this is the year of collection. And that is why my word for the year, my word for my business, my word for my spiritual practice, just my word for 2026 is harvest. And it's because I truly believe this is the year of harvest for. For so many of us. And the reason why I am choosing that word is because I first felt it in my body. Like, I knew that with all of the work that myself and my business and my team had done in really since 2023, I just felt like things are now ready. And not because I'm about to hustle harder, but because the fruit of all of the labor, of all of the shedding, of all of the recalibration is actually ready to mature. And so if your business has been feeling that, like so many of my clients, if it's been feeling itchy at times, if it's been feeling like this subtle misalignment, if something that used to feel exciting now feels a little uncertain or heavy or like it's evolving to this next stage for harvest, this is the episode for you. So I want to talk about what harvesting actually means. When I think about a year of harvest, I think about a year when you finally see and receive all of the fruits of the seeds that were planted in previous seasons and previous years. Spiritually, for me, it feels like just this faithfulness that starts to begin and starts to really show those visible results. It's things that maybe were buried before that start to break through the surface. It's where you're starting to gather what you've already sewn, even if you forgot that you planted it to begin with. And you start to realize something in the waiting, in the pruning in kind of that wilderness phase that I know that 2025 and honestly 2024 was for so many of us, really did have a divine purpose. And that purpose is starting to reap this year in 2026. And here's the key truth that I want to anchor. Harvest is about gathering what already exists, even if you haven't seen it yet. And it's about seeing what has been happening underneath all of that soil that you have been farming, treading, cultivating, tending to. And yes, I do believe that harvest still means that we have to take necessary steps. We have to move through the field, so to speak. We have to start to collect what is ready. But I do believe that it is truly a season of reward and reaping and just recognition of all of the hard work that has been done, mind, body and spirit. Now I want to kind of add what harvest feels like from a leadership and business standpoint, because this is the part that I don't think a lot of people say out loud, and that is that a year of harvest in business is when you truly stop building from anxiety and you start leading from that inner truth that you know is your divine purpose and calling. It is when you stop forcing growth and you really start allowing what's already working to finally move, to finally come to fruition. It is where you stop context switching and you stop adding all of these things that really aren't meant to be there. And you really start refining and letting all of the work that you've already done actually mature. It's where you, you just stop chasing what's next. You start capitalizing on what is already working. You start double doubling down on what you know to be true and on what you know is the path that you need to take. And most importantly, and this is where this idea of noise and signal comes in, you stop getting so lost in the noise of just the crap that is not moving you forward and you really start protecting what that signal is for you. What are those small but mighty goals, moments, action steps that you need to take to really see the fruits of your labor in 2026. And honestly, I believe that a harvest season feels way less urgent and way more accurate. So it's going to feel like decisions getting cleaner, messaging getting simpler, team getting sharper, offers getting more obvious to your ideal buyer, energy getting more stable, your presence becoming more peaceful and just the results starting to match the caliber of woman that you already are, that you have been working so hard in elevating and in owning in these past couple of years. So there's a theme that I also have been noticing with a lot of the people in my world over this last year. And it's really about this idea of what we're willing to tolerate. And for so many women in my world just no longer being willing to tolerate their business, not completely and totally aligning with who they are today. And as I saw this theme just continue to creep up time and time again through multiple conversations that I would have, podcast episodes that I would record over this last year, clients that would come into my space rooms that I would speak in, I would just be like, yes, this is it. Because for most women, most women don't start businesses with this idea of like, oh, I see that this category is trending, so I'm gonna just start something in that space. Or, you know, I see that this is working well for someone, so I'm gonna just, like, see if I can do that. Most women, at least the women that I know, start businesses out of that alignment piece, out of a purpose greater than themselves, out of a mission, out of this legacy piece of impact that they want to create, out of something that is truly and deeply personal to them. So when we build from that place, your business growth is naturally going to follow your personal growth, your spiritually growth. And as your spiritual growth and as your personal growth evolves, the business is going to evolve, too. And when that happens, what we see is that the business grows and it gains traction and the team expands and the model becomes more complicated, and then you've got all these funnels, and then you've got all these offers, and then it can start to feel like it's literally taken a life of its own. And if you've ever felt that, if you have ever looked at your own business and thought, what is this? Like, I don't even recognize this anymore. Like, when did it start even feeling like this? That doesn't mean that you're failing. That doesn't mean that you're failing. It means that you are truly evolving to that next level that you are meant to hold and cultivate so that your purpose can carry out. And here's where it gets real. The biggest struggle that I have seen so many women go through over this last year is this guilt of wanting to change what they've created. Because often you have gotten what you prayed for. You have gotten what you've worked so hard for. You've hit the goals, the dream came true, the thing worked. But then your brain goes, well, who am I to want to Change that? How dare I want to change that? How ungrateful of me to want to change that. And it can feel very flippant in a lot of ways. And I want to kind of normalize this feeling because I think that it's so common, especially in that season that's happening before the harvest, right? So if the Harvard, if this. If the season that we're about to step into is that harvest season, this is always the season that happens before that. It is so normal to feel selfish, to feel dramatic, to feel lost, to feel like you are being ungrateful, to feel like you're making a problem when everything is quote, unquote, good on paper. But the truth really is, at the end of the day, this is truly one of the most beautiful parts of growth as a woman and as a leader. It's when you finally honor yourself and your evolution and you give yourself the permission to realign your business with not who you were, but who you are today and most importantly, where you are going. Each level of your growth requires a new level of altitude. If you think about it like climbing a mountain, there are base camps at different levels of altitude for a reason, so that you can recalibrate, so that you can learn how to breathe at those levels of altitude. Where most women get it wrong is that they're rising, they're ascending to these new levels of altitude, but then they don't know how to breathe there. And they make that mean something about them. They make that mean that they're wrong to want this or that it's not working. Or who are they to want to ascend to these next levels instead of just honoring this level of altitude change and recalibration for truly what it is. But here's a reframe that I want to offer you. I think sometimes we think we're bringing things back into alignment. But what if your business has actually been behind where you are? And what if this moment before we step into the harvest is giving you that permission, giving you that opportunity to really accept that and to claim what is meant to be yours in the future? Because if that is true, then this isn't about going backwards. It's truly about bringing the business forward. It's about bringing your mission, your purpose, your reason why you do what you do to where you are today, to that new level of altitude that you have ascended into. And here's another thing that I think is so important that I've learned in this last year and that I'm going to be taking with me as I go into this, this season of harvest. If something is less, it doesn't mean it's bad. It just means it's different. I used to always think that by subtracting something that that meant that I was losing something. You know, if I closed down an offer that didn't align anymore, if I didn't take on as many cl, the revenue dipped one year opposed to the year before that, that meant that something was wrong. But what if that just means there's, there's a difference coming, there's a new opportunity taking root, taking shape. Because I think a lot of us, we've just been measuring our leadership by this old model. More team, more offers, more content, more complexity, more moving parts. And you can call it whatever you want to call it. You can call it bro marketing, you can call it linear, you can call it the industry standard, you can call it whatever you want. But the point of this is that traditionally speaking, more has always been treated like better and less has always been treated like a failure. But what if the future of women led leadership is more alignment, more precision, more leverage, more truth, more life with less noise, less of the things that are actually keeping us from everything that we say that we want, If we don't even have leverage yet? Because at the end of the day, for where we're going for this next season of harvest, we don't even have the language yet for how different we are going to be leading. So if you're feeling that itchiness, just use this as a reminder to not gaslight yourself. Because sometimes that discomfort, sometimes that itchiness, it's just that growth edge. It's just you getting ready to leave this level of the base camp to ascend to another one. And most often, something just isn't vibing with where you are anymore or with who you are anymore. And that's okay. That's not a crisis. That is literally the harvest about to take shape. And something else that I think is really important to talk about is that I have noticed, myself included, that a lot of women will get into programs and hire coaches and follow the rules and do the steps and still feel like this doesn't feel good, this isn't right. And then you start to look around and you're like, is this just me? Like, am. Am I the outlier here? And to me, that's really the moment that a, that a powerful shift can come through if you pause enough to let it. Because when you start to question that, that's actually when you start inventing a new way that you want to do things. And that is so powerful. If something isn't jiving with you, you're not broken. You might just be at the beginning of your new invention era, of your new harvest era, of your new way of doing things differently. And that's exactly what 2026 harvest, I think, is going to ask of me and you and everyone listening to this. Stop forcing yourself into models that don't fit your leadership period, full stop. And you have to start refining and keep refining until your business actually matches the woman, the identity, the level of leadership that you are meant to walk into. And so with that, here's what I want to do for the rest of this episode. I want to try to make it as practical as I can. I want to break down exactly what to expect with me and in my world in 2026 and how we can work together so that you can choose your next right step without spiraling, getting confused, getting lost. I just want to lay it all out there as clean and clear as possible, because I think that the more that we are clean and clear, the easier it is to actually ascend to the levels that we are meant to go. So as I go through each of these, I just want you to listen for what feels kind of like a first bite. Not necessarily the whole pie, but just the next indicated action. So I want to walk through the different ways in 2026, how you can be in my world and how we can work together, and how I'm really going to be rooting into this theme and this idea of Harvest, not only for myself and for my, but for my clients as well. So the first really easiest step, it's pretty simple and ways that you can learn how to work with me. Now we're going to have the links to all of this in the show notes to kind of learn more about all of this. But I want to break it down for you here. The first way to work with me in this harvest energy in 2026 is my membership. The Growth Collective is something that I created, I want to say, about a year and a half ago. And the reason that I created it is because I know that there are so many people in my world who kind of come into my world in two different ways. They've either been in my world for a really long time and they're soaking up things like this podcast, you know, my free trainings that I'll do. They. They feel really aligned to my content and connected to kind of just how I roll. Maybe they see me speak on A stage or they've read my book, but they know where to start, when it actually, when it actually comes down to working with me. Or they don't know if what I have is actually right for them in this moment. Or maybe they're just newer to my world, you know, maybe they've heard me on someone else's podcast or a friend sent an episode, you know, and they were like, oh, who's this person? I've never even heard of her. But they still don't really know where to start in my world or how to start working with me or what's really going to be their, their best next fit along this journey. So the membership was literally created from that question, from this idea, from this essentially this question that I get all the time from people, which is like, Julie, how can I work with you in a way that supports what I need right now without feeling like I have to kind of leap before I'm grounded? Like, how can I take that? Just first easy next step this time of year, let me tell you, it just always feels like a clean slate to me. And while you know, I don't run a physical product based business, I know so many of you do. And if 2026 is the year you finally launch the brand or scale the shop that you've been dreaming about, Shopify is where I would start. It powers millions of businesses around the world and gives you everything you need to build and run your store with tools that make things like website creation and checkout and marketing feel way less overwhelming. And they also have a built in AI tool that helps you write product descriptions and headlines so you don't have to even begin to overthink all of that and you can just launch in 2026. Stop waiting and start selling with Shopify. Sign up for your $1 per month trial@shopify.com influencer. That's shopify.com influencer. Go to shopify.com influencer and build the store that's been living in your head. And I want to say this really clearly. I think that's normal to just want to take the first step. I think that's valid, I think it's smart. I think that that's really how everyone should get started, in my opinion, because a lot of you have done a lot of programs, a lot of you are in a pivot season, a lot of you have worked with coaches before and it didn't quite get you to where you wanted to go. So you're just kind of like, okay, I'm ready and willing for growth and change. I want to kind of get my toes wet, but I don't want to necessarily free fall yet. And so here's what I want you to know, if that is you. The Growth Collective is not just some cookie cutter membership where you join and you get thrown into a mountain of content that you now have to filter through. It was intentionally created for the type of woman who wants to dive in, but on her terms. You know, she wants to dive in in a way where she can actually experience my method and my strategies and my framework and my coaching style in a really easy and tangible and success driven way. And that is why inside the Growth Collective, there's a very specific pathway. There are four phases in the membership and they are intentionally not meant to be long. This is not a, it takes you a year to get through these phases kind of thing. They are just sequenced out in a success path that I know that you actually need in order to get the results that you want. Especially if you're new to my work or you're coming into the membership to kind of complement something else that you may be doing so that you can actually see results quickly in a very digestible way. And so the whole purpose of this is to really give you access to some of my most dynamic, most focused, driven frameworks, frameworks that really produce results fast. And not because they're a quick fix, because I don't believe in that, but really because I know that you're not in a season where you want to necessarily spend months learning something new before you can get the results that you want. I think that if I'm being really honest, most of my ideal clients, like how you know if you're an ideal client for me, is that you're not in that learning mode. You're in, you're in the refinement mode, you're in the doing mode, you're in the testing mode, you're, you're in the activation of your business mode. And so here's really how that looks. You can go in and you can watch videos and quick frameworks, like two to two and a half minutes, you'll get a breakdown of a specific messaging framework to create content that, let's say, for example, helps you sell more into the DMs or it helps you show up more clearly in your Instagram stories. If your goal is conversion, there are frameworks for that. If your goal is more reach and visibility, there are frameworks for that. But the phases, the four phases that are mapped out inside the Growth collective are very sequential, but they're also built around where I know you are when you enter my world. Especially if your experience with me is very low. Meaning, like I've never worked with you before, you know, like even if you resonate, you haven't experienced my methods yet, so how are you going to know that they work? So my job is to set up a container where you actually get to experience me and my frameworks and what I bring to the table really quickly. So that level of experience goes from low to, to high really, really fast. And that's really how the membership is set up. Like it's going to help you go from low barrier of entry to really understanding how my frameworks work and why they work so well very quickly. And then you also get access to a live coaching call with me every single month. You get the community support, if that's your thing, so you can bounce ideas off people. You can get feedback as you test different messaging strategies. You can get feedback when you go to refine your offers to really app what you're learning. And I believe, and I know because of all the incredible feedback that we've gotten that these coaching calls are truly amazing. You can get so much out of just one call a month. I also don't believe in just overloading people with a bunch of stuff in a container. Like, we're all busy, we're all trying to grow and, and scale our businesses. Like we don't have time to be on 15,000 coaching calls. So you get a live group call with me once a month so you can ask questions. You also get to learn from what other people are going through and what they're saying. And it really is the simplest way to get your feet wet. Not just consume, but actually implement the strategies and the support and the leadership guidance and the frameworks that I teach. And because I believe in just how beautifully we have set this up to get you results, I make it stupidly easy for someone to join this membership. It's literally only $97 a month. There is no long term commitment. You can stay month to month, stay as long as you want, as little as you want, leave when you want. Honestly, I don't care about that. What I care about is that you have the opportunity to dive into my world as easy as possible, to try these frameworks out for yourself and to actually get the results that you are looking for in a really digestible and fast way. That's it. That's all I care about. And by the way, these are the frameworks that I know work because they're the same frameworks that I use with clients of mine who invest $10,000 plus to work with me in a high level container, in a higher touch container. So I'm not gatekeeping any kind of frameworks. You're getting access to pretty much the exact same things, just in a different capacity where you take it and you apply it yourself. And for my podcast listeners, to make this an even bigger no brainer, you can actually join for just $1 your first week. There's a special code in the show notes if you want to try out the Growth Collective, get it for a dollar your first week. Then you can stay for the rest of the month for $97 a month. And we make it really simple. You can just jump in and just really take advantage of the goodness that's in there because it works and it works quickly. And what really matters to me is helping you get to the other side and knowing that it can feel really expansive there. So on the other side of the Growth Collective, that, that itchiness, that clutteredness, that lack of support that you may be feeling, whatever it is, it truly turns into release and relief really quickly. You stop guessing, you stop feeling confused. Like you, you know what to say because you're spine, you're finally speaking to the right buyer. Your message gets cleaner, your DMs get warmer. You, you really start collecting that momentum that you're looking for. And, and that's really what Harvest is all about. And so it's, it's just a beautiful experience to be in that space and to get this kind of support and, and this kind of strategy in a really low touch, low barrier of entry way. So that is really kind of the simplest and first way to work with me. Another way that you can work with me is that you can take my strategies and my frameworks and apply them into your business through the Brand Accelerator. Now, the gift of the Brand Accelerator is that it is lifetime access. It is completely self paced. You can go at your own time, at your own leisure. This is a self paced online course inside the Brand Accelerator. You also do get access to monthly coaching calls with me for your first three months. So the first kind of three months that you're in the program, you get three live coaching calls with me once a month. Now, why I chose three months is really because the first 90 days of anything, especially if you're doing the work, that is when you are going to have the most questions, that is when you're going to have the most trial and error. That is when you are going to have the most kind of momentum to make sure that we're meeting you where you are at in terms of the support that you need. And that is why I do that for the first three months inside the brand Accelerator. The brand accelerator is for the woman who, who is ready to either refine or rebuild the foundation of her brand, specifically when it comes to her messaging and her positioning. So it includes a few core components with this. The first that's super important to this messaging and positioning refinement is your ideal client. I cannot tell you how many times, literally nine times out of ten, someone comes into my world and they think they know who their ideal client is, but they are not actually speaking to her like you think you are. But then when I go to look at your messaging, it doesn't reflect who you say your ideal client is at all. In fact, it often reflects a client that you say you don't want. And here's why. Most of the time, you're speaking to someone who is not in a place to make a buying decision. And someone who is never ready to make a buying decision is never your ideal client. So what we have to do is we have to restructure your ideal client. Not necessarily. Not by like saying, oh, you need this entirely new ideal client to speak to. That's not what I'm saying. We've got to restructure your ideal client using very distinct psychographics and very distinct sales psychology. So this is not like I thought I was talking to this woman named Sally and she drives a Jeep. Like, we don't do that there. Like, that's, that's not what we're building. What we're building is the buyer profile in a way that actually changes how you speak to her and what your content actually triggers inside your ideal client. So that is the first piece. The next piece inside the brand accelerator is your signature framework. And this is monumental when it comes to your offer positioning. I believe that the only way to stand out in saturation is to take whatever your commonly taught topic is. For me, it's messaging, right? And create a signature framework around it. And we'll use the example that I just gave. For me, messaging, it's commonly taught. Lots of people talk about messaging. Nothing exciting about that, that. But it's the way that I teach it. It's my strategies, my models, my. My method. The way that my brain just so uniquely understands messaging like no one else is what makes it one of a kind. So I took What I do, and I created something signature out of it. Now what I find is that people will come into my world and they actually already have a method in place. They have a structure, they have a blueprint for the transformation that they promise, but they haven't built it into a framework that the buyer can actually recognize and trust and repeat. And those are the three things that your ideal buyer must see from you in your content, in your positioning, and in your messaging to buy from you. They need to recognize it, they need to trust it, and they need to be able to repeat it. And that's what your signature framework actually does for you. It's what helps the market identify you for what you do. And it's what moves you from a one to many to a category of one. And so we streamline the way that we create your signature framework inside the brand accelerator is that we streamline your unique value proposition and your unique selling proposition. And then from there we just build some of my unique storytelling frameworks around that to support the reach and visibility that you need in order to attract your ideal buyer. These frameworks are only found inside the brand accelerator. You can only get them in here. And on the other side of the brand accelerator, guess what happens? Well, you stop sounding like everybody else. You stop attracting non buyers. You become recognizable for your unique way of how you do what you do. And your message becomes the signal, not noise, which is vital in 2026. That is, I talked about it earlier, that is necessary when it comes to you really making 2026 the year of harvest for you. So that is the second option, the brand accelerator. And then the third way to work with me is inside my revenue accelerator. And this is where we shift into really next level refinement and next level scale. So the revenue accelerator is not for someone new to business. It is not for someone that is building from scratch. This is for the woman who has been out in the world doing her thing for a while and she just knows that her business has not caught up to who she is today. And this goes back to a lot of what I was talking about at the beginning of this episode. This is the moment where you no longer are willing to tolerate the misalignment. When you get to that place, you have to join me inside the revenue accelerator. This misalignment piece can show up in so many different ways. Your content could be good, but it doesn't convert like it used to or like, you know, that it should. Your offer is solid, but it just doesn't feel like you Anymore and what you're capable of and more importantly, where it is that you're going to. You're visible, you're showing up, but you're attracting what I call window shoppers instead of your most premium ideal, ready now, buyers. Another big kind of red flag to know if you're in this stage is that your business actually works on paper, but it doesn't feel good in your body. And that is when you have to come into the revenue accelerator, because that is where we actually refine the entire identity of your business. And when that identity recalibrates, everything recalibrates. Your messaging, your positioning, your content, your offers, your leadership, your conversion points, the caliber of clients that you start to call in. That is everything that we work on. And then on the other side of the revenue accelerator, you get to simplify without shrinking. You know what stays, you know what goes, you know what gets refined. Your brand starts pulling in the right buyers without you having to, quote, unquote, do much at all. And so that is really what happens on the other side of the revenue accelerator. You really do stop performing whatever was this old version of who you were inside your business. And you really start embodying this new level and this new layer of harvest that you're walking into. And that's the third container, which is the revenue accelerator. Now, there are some times throughout the year that I will take on private one on one clients. I don't take on many, I don't market that publicly. But if you were to reach out to me and you're like, julie, I want to work with you, but I just want one on one. We can have a conversation about what that looks like. I will do VIP days with people or more of like a six month partnership. Um, but that's really it. I mean it's, it's really depending on who you are and what your needs are. We can talk about that, to meet you where you are, but that's, that's really the only kind of 3ish to 4 ways to work with me. You've got the growth collective, you've got the brand accelerator, you've got the revenue accelerator. They're, they complement each other very well, but they're all three very distinct depending on where you are at in your journey and what you need. Then I'll do some one on ones throughout the year if it's the right fit. And then, you know, maybe once a year I'll do a retreat. I haven't done one in over two years, but I'm actually doing one this February, it's coming out in just a few weeks. The first week of February. I'm doing one here in Nashville. Retreats are very rare for me. They're not part of my standard business model, which is what makes them so rare. Retreats really happen when I genuinely feel called and pulled to bring something to life that can only happen in a real life setting. When I feel called to just gather women in a room. And I haven't felt that in several years. And honestly, I think part of the reason was because I have just been going through so much of my own identity recalibration and so much shedding and so much of just breaking these glass ceilings that I had put upon myself. And I had to move kind of through that in isolation in some ways. I mean, obviously I had support, but it wasn't about me being visible during that time. I had to get to the other side of that. And then last October, something just came through so clearly. I just. I heard God, like, telling me very clearly that I was meant to bring together a group of women to help them around their voice, their messaging, their identity and their embodiment so that the woman that they are actually matches how they're showing up in the world and what they're saying and what they're selling and how they're leading and the impact that they're here to create. And that is where my retreat unscripted was birthed from. And it's happening again, like in a month, February 5th and 6th, here in Nashville. By the time this episode airs, we might have. Well, right now, as I'm recording this, we have seven spots left. By the time this episode airs in a couple of weeks, we may only have five or less left. So if you're interested, there's a link in the show notes. Apply as soon as possible. This is going to be so life changing, so life giving. You will not be the same woman leaving this retreat that you were walking into it. And I can promise you that this is going to be such a beautiful container. I am so protective of my energy and my space and my women, especially in real life containers. This is why this is application only because it is truly an honor to be in this room and to bring you all together. And I do not take that lightly. And that's why I have it application only so I can make sure that the right women are in that room for this. Because I believe that this is true. I believe that a different pace and a different place will always give you a different perspective. And that is what's going to be happening at Unscripted. It's where your voice, your message and your identity become one. And it is going to be incredible. So if you want to do work with me in person, this will be the only time this year to make that happen. There will not be another retreat in 2026. I can say that uncertainty. So now's the time. So make sure to check that out to apply. And for those of you that may be thinking like, okay, Julie, I hear you. I fe. I feel this too. I feel that 2026 is going to be my year of harvest. I feel that, you know, I have done a lot of this work and maybe there's still a couple of components that are missing. Right? But, but I just, I don't know what direction to take next. Let this be your invitation to get out of information mode and get into decision mode. Some of you will know immediately. You'll feel it in your body. You'll be like, oh, that's the one. Like, this is mine. This is where I need to be. Some of you will want to overthink this because it feels a lot safer to overthink instead of doing. But here's your question. If you weren't trying to eat the whole pie, as I say, if you weren't trying to take on the whole entire plan today, if you were just taking your first bite, if you were just taking the next indicated action, which one for you today feels like a heck yes. Which one? That's all. That's the only question that you need to answer. Maybe it's the membership, maybe it's the brand accelerator, maybe it's the revenue accelerator, maybe it's the retreat. Maybe it's reaching out about private one on one support. All you have to do is just take the first bite. I promise you, more will be revealed. Because staying still doesn't keep you safe, it keeps you stuck. And that is kind of the biggest thing that I want to remind you of today. And I know that I said it earlier, that if there's anything that has felt off, if something just hasn't jived, if you've been doing what you're, quote, unquote, supposed to be doing, but it just doesn't feel in alignment. Just remember that questioning that is where you start inventing the new way that you want to do things. And there is so much power in that. So let 2026 be your year of harvest. Let it be your year of expansion. Let it be your year of cultivating all of the fruits of the labor that you have been laboring the last couple of years. And let it be the year that you finally stop outsourcing your leadership to these old ideals and these old identities and these old ways that just don't fit you anymore. Because here's what I believe for you. I believe that buried things will break through the surface no matter how far buried they are. I believe that waiting did have its purpose. But I also believe that what you have planted matters, even if you forgotten that you planted it in the first place. But because of that, I know that 2026 can be the year that your business finally matches who you are and where you're going. It truly is the year of harvest. And I'm so excited to walk it with you. I'm so excited to see what unfolds and what comes from this new year. So with that, thank you so much for being here today, letting me drop in with you on the floor of this bedroom, just here with my mic and my comfies and just keeping it real because that's, that's the energy that I want to bring into this new year. All right, my friends, I'll see you next week, same time, same place. Happy New Year. Julie closes with gratitude and well-wishes for 2026, reinforcing the invitation to evolve, reap, and embody the next level of aligned leadership.
