If you're noticing that when people come to you, you're having to explain yourself over and over again and like explain who you are and what you do and what you offer, that means that there's a lot of confusion in your messaging right now. And if you confuse them, you will lose them.

Have been having so much with people that are coming into my world kind of for the first time. Like, maybe they've followed me on Instagram for a certain amount of time, or maybe they've listened to this podcast for a while, but they're starting to DM me. They're starting to kind of get curious about working to together if it's the right fit. And this is something that keeps coming up and I had to bring it to you. So we're going to be talking about really, I think the shift that changes everything. Because scaling your business from, let's say, 8k months to 30k months isn't about working harder or posting more. It is truly about making the right shifts at the right time. And today I'm going to show you exactly what those shifts are. This is the exact same process that I walk my clients through, especially inside the revenue accelerator so they can use and really create predictable and scalable growth. So if you're serious about moving past really inconsistent income, like I think so many of you are, because you're. We're talking about it in my DMs, this is going to be your step. So with that, let's get started. Okay, friend. If you have been stuck hovering around the same revenue month after month, it is not because you aren't capable. You are not the problem. Your offer is not the problem. It is because you are focusing most likely on the wrong things. So let me show you what I mean. I'm gonna like, lay the groundwork of, like, how this could be showing up for you. So you most likely feel like you're doing all the right things, posting, engaging, launching, but it's not translating to significant revenue growth. You have sales coming in, but you can't predict when the next client is actually going to say yes. You've most likely hit a plateau where Working harder doesn't seem to create the bigger results. You're probably spending a lot of time on marketing, but your revenue is not reflecting that. You're most likely booking clients, but they always seem to not be the right fit. And so it's leaving you so drained and so overworked. So here's the truth. If you relate to any of these, your growth isn't about working more. It truly is about refining your positioning, your messaging and your sales process. I had a client who was stuck at around 9k months for over a year. And I mean, when I tell you this queen was a queen, she was constantly launching, trying different pricing structures, she was creating content daily, but nothing moved the needle for her. When she came into the revenue accelerator, we focused on three simple things. Positioning, messaging, sales strategy. Within 90 days, she hit her first 30k month. Within 30 days, we got her up to 15k months. Within 90 days, 30k months. And now she knows exactly how to repeat that success. So let's just talk about the shifts that can take place when you focus on these three keys. Positioning, messaging, sales, strategy. And first, I want to get clear on like, what is positioning? So essentially, positioning is how your ideal client perceives your offer and your authority and your ability to give them the transformation that they want. So messaging plays a big part in positioning because that's how we articulate that. But messaging is really the big perception piece. So let's talk about how you can go from selling low ticket to attracting more premium clients using these shifts. So let's say that you're currently selling and you're on average making about 8k months, you're likely still relying on either a couple of high ticket sales or low ticket offers or volume based sales, what happens is that this, unless you have like hundreds of thousands of people to sell to a month, which most of us don't, scaling requires more than that. It actually requires selling to a more premium buyer who are ready to invest at a higher level. And higher level can mean anything to you. Higher level to Suzanne might be different than higher level to Deborah. Right? Your higher level might be $500. Her higher level might be $5,000. All of that is good and fine and like really doesn't matter. What matters is how you want to set up your success flow and offer flow. So if you're constantly launching right now, but the revenue disappears as soon as the launch ends, this is a red flag that you're having this problem. If you're attracting clients who hesitate on price and or ask for discounts Red flag if you feel like you're working harder than ever, but still not making the money that you want. Red flag if you get a lot of engagement on social media, but it's not translating into paying clients, you've got to fix this. And how you do it is these four things. So first, you've got to start attracting buyers who are ready to invest immediately, without hesitation. We fix this with your messaging and your positioning. You make more money with fewer clients, allowing you to scale without burnout, because this is about quality, not quantity. We fix this with your sales flow. You stop feeling like you have to convince people to buy, they come to you ready. We fix this with your messaging, positioning and sales flow. And then you get to create that financial stability instead of feeling like you're always chasing your next sale. We fix this with the sales flow. I want you to know that if you don't fix this, you are going to keep working harder this year without seeing a bigger revenue jump. You are going to stay stuck in the cycle of chasing clients instead of attracting them effortlessly. I do not want that for you. And you'll never have the time freedom that I know that you want and that you so badly deserve because you think that your revenue still relies on constant selling. So that is the, that is the first key that needs to change. The second thing is going from really generic messaging to laser focused messaging. And what I mean by that and really how positioning comes into place is that most entrepreneurs that come to me at around that 5k to 8k month, the reason why they can't get past that is they're still speaking to too many types of clients instead of owning their authority. So the fastest way to fix this is to become the go to expert in your specific niche. No, it is not true that the more specific you get, the less money that you make. It's actually quite the opposite. The more specialized you are, the more money you make. So if your messaging feels unclear or scattered right now, you're most likely talking about too many things instead of owning your one clear authority. If your content is getting engagement but not a lot of sales, that is because people don't see the authority and really the value in what it is that you're offering so they're not buying. If you're struggling to stand out because your messaging sounds like everybody else is on Instagram, again, that's a positioning and an authority piece that you've got to fix. Or if you feel like maybe you're having to over explain yourself or you have to explain yourself over and over and over again. Instead of having people kind of come to you with more clarity, ideally, your buyer should be coming to you with a real clear understanding of who you are, what you offer, how that supports them, and how you're able to deliver the results to them. Essentially what your offer is. And if you're noticing that when people come to you, you're having to explain yourself over and over again and like explain who you are and what you do and what you offer. That means that there's a lot of confusion in your messaging right now, and if you confuse them, you will lose them.
