Let's get started. Hello my friends. Welcome back to another episode of the Influencer podcast. And today we are talking about the fastest way to predictable revenue. Because the fastest way to predictable revenue isn't maybe what you think it is. It's not more content, it's not more offers, it's not even really more visibility. It's about refining the message and positioning that sells your offers, sells your content. Most people think getting consistent sales means creating more. But here's what separates entrepreneurs. And I see this all the time with my clients in my world, the ones that come to me making around 5 to 8k months from those scaling to 15k months, 20k months, 30k months, 40k months, 50k months, that they understand something different about how to position themselves so that clients come to them ready to buy. And that is what we are diving into today. So with that, my friends, let's get started. You see, I spent years studying the patterns of what really drives consistent sales over the 10 plus years of me being in this online space and doing what I do. And it's not just the surface level tactics that I am talking about, but the deeper shifts that transform your entire business model. So I want to do a quick little show of hands, if you will, while you're listening to this, I want you to think about if you created content in the last 72 hours, yes or no. And now I want you to give me and yourself a yes or no if that piece of content that you created in the last 72 hours led to direct revenue. Interesting gap, isn't it? That gap represents something that most people miss. And that is it is not about working harder. It is not about creating more. It is about understanding what really drives buying decisions. And that is exactly what we are going to be diving into today. And what I'm about to share with this idea, it might challenge you a little and that's okay. As your coach here on this podcast, that's what I want to do. I want to challenge you. Because this shift is what separates my clients who were able to scale consistently past those 20k, 30k, 40k, 50k months from those that come to me in the beginning, stuck in an endless cycle of 5k to 8k months of creating content that doesn't convert. And I hear this idea about why they think they're stuck all the time. But here is what is actually happening to you. If you're going through this, you feel like you have to finish another project or program first. You are in constant refining of your offer, so you always think you should wait before you really make the shifts that you need to make. Maybe you've invested in something before and you didn't see the ROI that you were wanting to. So you get hesitant to actually make the moves that are going to move the needle. Maybe you are someone who is so stretched thin that you're afraid to add more to your plate. But here's the thing. Waiting is not the answer. If it were, you would already be hitting your goals. What you need is clarity. And it's time to fix that now. Because here's the truth that changed everything for me, and it changes everything for so many of the clients that I work with. And that is that content without strategic positioning is just noise. And right now, the market is full of noise. We do not want to add to that noise. So the problem isn't effort. It's literally the way that your audience sees your offer. They don't see why buying from you right now is necessary. They don't see why hesitating is actually costing them, which then costs you. They don't see why you are the only option for them. Your content isn't converting because it's missing this one critical positioning element that you need. You probably have a lot of manual processes that are actually pushing away premium clients instead of creating more of this flow. And a lot of times your visibility efforts, if it's anything like my clients, it ends up attracting the wrong audience who are not ready to buy. And so when we can start realizing that those are the real problems, then we put ourselves in a position of awareness to actually break through. And the entrepreneurs who end up breaking through, they understand something different. They focus on what I call the revenue equation. And once you get this, everything changes. Because what the revenue equation shows us is that content without strong messaging won't convert, and weak positioning keeps you from becoming the go to authority. And without the right kind of visibility scaling, your revenue just becomes this unpredictable cycle of frustration and overwhelm. And how do I know this? Well, for the last 15 years, I've been helping coaches like you, service providers like you, course creators like you, educators like you, scale Their businesses From that rigid 5k to 8k to 10k month to the 2030 40k month with less stress and more profit. And most importantly, without getting trapped in the endless content creation or the launch burnout, or having to feel like you have to create a new offer or make an offer that you have, you know, transform into something different every other week. And so this is really what I love to root into the people in my world on. Because one thing that I know for sure is that you are not alone in this journey. Every entrepreneur that has ever scaled past six figures, including myself, has had that moment where they realized that something had to change. Because I have worked with brilliant, hardworking women just like you, experts in their field, putting in the effort, showing up, doing the work, yet stuck in the cycle of unpredictable income, wondering what they're missing. So if you're someone that maybe you've invested in coaching strategies, listening to podcasts like this, sales systems, and didn't see the results, I want to be clear, you are not the problem and your offer is not the problem. What's been missing is the right process and the right support delivered in a way that actually works. Because what you need is not just theory. And I learned that one the hard way. You know, back when I was first growing my business from 2013 to 2016, I look so successful on the outside. I had my PR business, I was growing my blog, I was doing all the right things, but I was hiding something that kept me up at night and that was trying to keep up comparison, feeling like I wasn't enough, feeling like I wasn't worthy having this really broken belief system about money. So that kept me in this constant hustle mode without having any real systems, any real messaging, any real positioning and any real processes in place to actually create something sustainable. That is why I was stuck at these 5k to 7k to 8k, but then back down to 5k. And maybe I got a 4k and maybe I got lucky and got a 12k month. But then I go back to the 5k and I was working non stop, yet my bank account did not reflect my effort. And then what happened? Well, I hit rock bottom of course, you know, few years in 2016 came was $30,000 in debt, wasn't telling my husband, he found out. If you've read my book, get what you want, you know this story. But what was also happening was it was taking a massive toll on my body. I was literally breaking out in hives from head to toe from chronic inflammation and burnout. And that was the moment that I realized that if I didn't make some true change, not just in my strategy, not just in my belief system, but in really how I was showing up as a leader, as a woman, as a mother, as an authority in my niche, if I didn't make some true change, I was going to cause issues to my business and to my growth and to my health and my well being that might have not ever been reversed. And I knew that I needed to start truly owning my authority and my genius and honor, who I was and what I brought to the table and my influence in a really transformative way. You can join me at juliesolomon.net T B A some of you may not know this, but but that was the catalyst of this podcast. A year later, in 2017, the Influencer Podcast was launched. And there even the reason why I called it the Influencer Podcast is because I needed to start owning the fact that I was a woman of influence and I needed to honor what that Influence was. And then what I discovered next, it helped me go from being in debt and broken out in hives and a hot Mess to over 1.3 million in just two years from 2016 to 2018. And it transformed not just my business, but the business of the incredible clients that I've gotten to work with since then. I mean, just recently, one of my clients used this exact shift to go from eleven hundred dollars months. She came to me making on average eleven hundred dollars a month and made thirteen thousand dollars in just thirty days. And it wasn't a fluke. She made seventeen the month before. She made fifteen the month after. We literally created an entirely new baseline for her. And so let's talk about for a moment what allowed her and me and so many other women that I've worked with to make this happen. And that is not just clarity, but action. Because every month that you wait right now to make the changes that you need to make is money left on the table. And if you're anything like I was, it could also be your health left on the table, your time left on the table, your frustration, your ability to not fully show up as. As the wife and the mother and the woman that you are on the table. Let's say, just for example, if you're currently making $5,000 a month on average, but you're aiming for $10,000 a month, and you've been aiming for that for months or even years. Did you know that? Just waiting. Six more months from right now. I'm recording this on February 26th. Six more months from now. That's what, August. It's going to cost you $30,000 by waiting. That is the cost of waiting. And the cost of waiting is real, my friends. So what is stopping you today? Maybe it's that you're going through a tough time. And like, I get it, a lot of us have been going through a tough time over the past few years. Maybe you're nodding your head right now. I know I have. But navigating a tough time does not mean that you can't make money in your business that's sustainable. I used to believe that I had to be chronically hustling to the point of burnout and my body literally breaking down in order to make 7, 000amonth. But all of that changed when I allowed myself to own my brilliance, own my genius, get my messaging dialed in, be supported by the right kind of positioning and some simple sales tools. And since then, guess what? I've still gone through challenging periods in my life. Yet it hasn't stopped my ability to. To be sustainable. And I'll give you an example. In January of 2023, my sister passed away. And it was a really difficult month. It was a really tough way to start the year, and I literally could not show up that month. I didn't launch, I didn't do a sales call. I didn't do much of anything. And yet my business still made $34,811. I did nothing. Sometimes we tell ourselves that we need to be on and doing and happy and going and seen in order to make money, but that is just not true. And while mindset is important and belief is important, you owning your authority and putting the tools that you need to put in place and the support that you need to put in place is what leads to your ability to receive support and help and financial sustainability when the tough times come, because they do come for all of us. And so I'm so grateful for the business that I've built with the processes and the tools to support it. And I'm also saying, like, I still work. I'm not saying that I don't work. I'm not pretending that I don't work. I work very hard, and I love what I do. And being able to do this work means that I live a very privileged life that I have intentionally created. So when the hard times come, like when my sister passed, I can fall behind on work because I'm still supported by my messaging, by my positioning, and by the sales process that I have created that compounds pounds year over year over year over year, just like they did for my client, Berkeley. Like many of you, she came to me. She was stuck creating endless content, making offers, doing all the right things. She's an attorney by trade, and she now has a law firm for online business owners. And she came to me that she was like, Julie, my revenue has literally been at the same place for over a year, no matter what I've tried. So what we did is we worked together. We created a clear action plan for her. She knew exactly what to focus on when it came from the messaging, the positioning of her offer to her ideal client. Because a lot of times we think that we're positioning it and a way that they can receive it and buy it, but we're not. And then instead of trial and error, she got some repeatable sales systems in place. Within 30 days, she made $51,500, her highest revenue month ever. The next month, 45,000. And then six months later, she was still scaling she had a 56, 000amonth, a $77,000 a month, a $60,000 a month. And then the last time we spoke about this, she was tracking for a hundred k months and she came to me around 20k months using the same exact strategies. So no, you don't need to stay stuck. And her story is just proof that you also don't need to wait years to scale. You just need the right roadmap. And if you're ready to break past that, then that's where working with me, being in my world, that's where that comes in. Another big mistake that I see is thinking that more time, more theory, more learning is going to fix the issue. Because guess what? It ain't. You don't need to learn more. If you're listening to this podcast like you've been learning, you are very smart. But if you're still stuck after doing past programs, after learning all the things, something has to shift. And it's not outside of you, my friends. It's just like my client, Elizabeth. She came to me with very consistent income. She was making around 3,000 pounds a month. She was completely burnt out. So when we started to work together and I got to get under the hood of the car, so to speak, I realized, oh, your messaging isn't clear. You're attracting the wrong clients. Your positioning is off. You don't have a sales process in place. So you are your sales system, which then makes you feel completely overworked, completely underpaid, exhausted from manual sales. She felt like she was guessing every single month. On top of being a cancer survivor and a mom, she literally has no time to waste. So what we did is we dialed in her messaging to talk to her ideal client. Only we really worked in on that positioning that allowed her to have more confidence in her pricing and her offer and how she was articulating it to her ideal client. We also created just a really simple sales system for her because she's not tech savvy. So we did like she had a freebie that she already existed. So then we created from something else that she already had, just this low ticket offer that she could then provide. And then we set it up on automation that led to her signature offer. So it was literally working 247 behind the scenes. So she started to make more money even as she slept. And I remember the first time that we met, I made her put a financial goal out into the world. I was like, you've been at like £3,000amonth. What is your goal? This month, and I stretched her to £5,400. And it was so funny. She said to me, she was like, I have to be honest, when we got off that call, I actually reduced the goal back down because I did not think that I would be able to make that. And then not only did she make that, but she made £500 more than what our original goal was, even though she didn't believe that she could do it. And she actually kind of played smaller. The proof was in the system, and the system showed her what was possible. And I'm still working with Elizabeth. That was last year. She's had £5,000 on repeat. That once felt impossible for her. That is now the complete norm. Now we're scaling her to £10,000, working just eight hours a week with a very structured, scalable business because she doesn't have a lot of time to work. She raised her rates, and most importantly, she's got the clarity and the confidence and the freedom to know exactly what she needs to do while also taking care of her health and her children. And so that is really the truth here. You can love this podcast all day long. You can love my trainings. You can follow me on social media and love what I do. Or there may be other people, of course, that you love and you follow their stuff. But if you are waiting around to make a change, it doesn't matter. It's hesitations. And what if these hesitations are exactly what's keeping you stuck? Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. So how much longer are you willing to wait? That is the important question that you can ask yourself today. And my hope for you today is that you don't wait until it costs you more money or more than just money. That you don't wait until you're $30,000 in debt trying to figure out why your business still isn't consistent. That you won't wait until your body is breaking down from the stress of doing everything but still feeling stuck. That you won't wait until your child looks at you and asks you what's wrong because you're so checked out and exhausted and drowning and work with no results. Because while I can't go back and change how I learned this lesson, which was the really flipping hard way, what I can do is help you choose the better way. Because the only difference between those who scale and those who stay stuck is that they stop waiting. That is it, my friends. You've got to stop waiting. Because you can't lead if you're playing small. You can't hide in the sea of everyone and expect to be seen by that specific ideal client. What if I told you that your dream clients, the ones that you love to work with the most, are already sitting in your audience right now? What if I dropped a hundred of them into your offer today? Would you honestly be ready and able to fully support and lead them today with the current systems, the current positioning, the current processes, and the current support system that you have in place? Because I know that's what you're asking for. But are you really ready to show up and lead in that way? And if not, then you need to come into my world. Because this is where we take your generic messaging and we turn it into strategic messaging. We take you from competing for attention to standing out as the must have solution. We take that manual outreach and the followups that you're having to do and create a very simple sales process that closes the deals for you. That's how you create the sustainability that you're looking for. That's how you get past that 5k month, that 10k month, and into the sustainable 20k, 30k, 40k. The world is your oyster. K months.
