My friends, it is so great to have you here on this beautiful day. We want to get ready to get locked in, to calibrate, because we've got a lot to cover today. And I know that you didn't land here because you are confused. You landed here because you've evolved faster than your message. You've done the work, built the business, held the brand. But something in your body knows this isn't about doing more. It's about bringing your brilliance back into focus. And that is why this isn't just a training. This is a refinement experience, one that reflects the woman you've actually become. So today, you're not here to fix something broken. You're here with me to recalibrate what is already working so it finally feels good again. And let's be clear, this is not my first rodeo. I want to give you a quick little background. Since 2016, I have worked with well over 10,000 women in the online entrepreneurial space. Women with six figure businesses, seven figure businesses, women trying to scale to those levels, women scaling to their first million, and women who are already seen. They're doing the thing, they're showing up, they're being consistent, they've created great offers, they've been able to impact clients, but still feel off in their message. And you've probably also come across me in a couple of different ways. One is my podcast, the influencer podcast that has been going strong since 2017. We have tens of millions of downloads worldwide. I love being there with my community there, and then of course, online, on social media, with the work that I do there. But here's the truth of what we are dropping into today. The truth is today is not just about numbers or features or hacks. It is about the quiet moment that you realize that your message no longer mirrors the woman you've become. And when that happens, when your outer success stops matching your inner evolution, that disconnect starts to show up everywhere. Let me show you here what I mean. From the outside, it can all look dialed in, right? Polished content, viral moments, successful launches, a curated brand. But on the inside, it is a different story. It feels heavier than it should. You're holding the sales, you're carrying the conversions. You're explaining things that should already be landing. This isn't confusion. It's your clarity trying to get through. It's your highest self whispering to you right now. You've evolved, but your message hasn't. If you've been thinking any of the things that I am listing here, my audience sees me, but they don't feel me. I'm still messaging from a past self. I want to sell from resonance, not performance. My brilliance hides behind my content, and the more I explain, the less it lands. Oof. Your premium clients are not looking for perfection. They're craving the rawness of this is who I really am. Not the version that fits a mold, but the one that broke it. And as we drop in, I just want to take a moment to really anchor us in this gift of being here, this gift of choosing presence over performance, of no longer outsourcing your voice, your knowing, your brilliance. That version of you who's been evolving in silence, the one who's grown quietly in the background while your business and your content and Your messaging stayed the same. The one who's been whispering and that it's time to make new moves. She is not confused. She is not lost. She is just waiting for your message to catch up to her identity. She doesn't need a bigger audience. She just needs to be heard by you. I want you to breathe her in. The one who's been holding the team, the launch, the offer, the family, but hasn't had the space to hold her own truth. Not the performing version of her. Not the polished version of her. The real version of your highest self. The woman who's tired of just being inspiring but invisible to herself. She knows that you don't need more tactics. She knows you don't need to hustle harder. She knows you. You don't need to do anything before you realign your truth today. You need your message to finally reflect you. All of you, let her speak. Let her show up. Let her take the lead. She is ready. Let her be seen and felt without the filter of who you've been showing up as. Because the business that you want, the leadership that you want, the impact that you want, the clients that you want, it doesn't start with a new strategy. It starts with the woman you already are. The one that is inside of you. The one that you have been building brick by brick by brick over these last years. When she stops hiding in her story and she is ready, my friends, breathe her in. Let her lead. It is time. She is ready. Now, just take a moment. Come back into the space, and I want you to notice how your body feels. Notice the clarity that comes not from trying harder, but from simply getting still enough to hear what's already been rising within you. Because when you strip away the noise, when you stop performing and start listening, you meet the version of you who's been leading all along. And what I've learned is that this kind of clarity doesn't come from information. It comes from. From proximity. Now, let me tell you a quick story. A few years ago, I was invited to meet Oprah backstage before an event. And I had actually seen her speak before. But this moment was different, because this time, I wasn't in the audience. I was just a few feet away, standing in her field, watching her prepare. And I will never forget what I saw. I remember these very nuanced but massively impactful things. One, she didn't have a plastic water bottle. She had a very specific glass with a very specific straw because she knew that she didn't want to be drinking out of a plastic water bottle. On stage, she knew that her specific glass with that straw created an easier flow to drink on stage when she needed to. She had her mic taped inside her dress in a very particular way that I had never seen before. She didn't rush, she didn't overthink. She was present with every single person backstage. And the way that she even reviewed her notes was different than what I had ever seen before. She was already on stage energetically and with her presence before her feet even stepped into the spotlight. And that moment imprinted something in me that no strategy or script ever could. And that is because clarity, true clarity, is not taught. It is transmitted through proximity. I didn't walk away from watching Oprah prepare in that moment with a bunch of notes. I walked away with a new understanding of the identity that I needed to embody if I wanted to be a better speaker. Because proximity is what clarifies, Distance is what distorts. You don't need more information. You need to sit closer to the clarity, to the proximity of what you want to embody and own. And that's why the right room doesn't just give you hype. It calibrates your identity to that next level. That's the power of proximity. So let's ground this into something real, because we know now our highest selves have now come into the chat. Okay, we are here. You are not here because you need another hack or a 30 day plan. You are here because you can feel something deeper pulling at you. You're not confused. If you were, you wouldn't be here. You are aware. Aware that what used to work no longer fits, that the strategy isn't broken. You've just outgrown the version of you it was built for. Most women at your level, they land here thinking, well, maybe if I just tighten the offer, the sales will feel easier. But the truth is, when your identity shifts because of new proximity that you didn't have before, of new resonance that you didn't have before, your business needs to shift with it. Because clarity doesn't come from tweaking the surface, from taking notes, from following a formula. It comes from realigning the foundational identity. So let me show you what I mean. You think you may need better content, but what you actually need is voice realignment from your highest self. Some of you may think you need, you know, a cleaner funnel, but what you actually need is messaging that reflects who you are. Now. Maybe you think you need more strategic offers or to refine your offers in a different way, but what you actually need is that identity recalibration so that the right buyers actually recognize your offer before you even speak of a word. You think you need easier sales or more sales strategies, but what you actually need is a business that no longer drains you just to stay alive. And this is what it's costing you. Great posts, great content, but wrong energy. So guess what? No one buys. It's costing you. Overstepping everything when your soul just wants that mirror. What it's costing you is clients that you've outgrown and can't lead. You can't lead them because you've outgrown them. And what it's costing you is carrying this whole dang business on your back. This is what it's about, my friends. That's the real reason that your business isn't converting like it used to. It's not a strategy problem. It is identity misalignment. Say it with me. It is not a strategy problem. It is identity misalignment. And that's exactly what changes when you come inside my world and we get to work together in proximity. Now let me show you where this misalignment is showing up inside your business right now. Now, this is the keys to the kingdom, my friends, today. Okay? So I want you to lock in. We gotta talk about what I call the myth that's keeping a lot of incredibly powerful women stuck. Have you ever heard this saying? Well, you're supposed to serve a former version of yourself, right? Marketing 101. If you just focus on serving the person you used to be, then everything works out. If you are someone that's like, yeah, I create offers to serve a former version of me. Well, here's the thing my friends, this does work when you're just starting out, when you are beginning, when your story is the strategy, because you're at the very beginning, you don't have anything else. But once you've evolved past being a newbie and a beginner, once you've validated the offer, you've gotten clients actual results. This idea is the very first thing holding you back. And here's why. When you keep serving the woman that you once were, you anchor your entire business and everything that it touches. The offers, the messaging, the marketing, the content in what I call former self energy. And that energy is the energy of proving, of hustling, of. Let me teach you what I've learned of here's what I know what to do of here's my five step system to X, Y and Z. But guess what, my friends, you're not her Anymore. And your highest level clients, they're not looking for who you used to be. They're looking for the clarity, the presence and the authority of who you are now and the precedent that you hold. Now. The truth is, legacy level brands aren't built by teaching from your past, by serving the person you once were. They're built by leading and serving from your highest self. This one shift can literally change everything in your business overnight. But here's another one. You ready? So that's the first level. Now we're layering it. You could be working from your former self, right? The former self built the foundation. Or right now, you could be operating the business from what I call your working self. You know, the capable one who knows how to run the show, knows how to do all the things, wears all the hats, is the type, a woman who can get it done, but feels quietly depleted and creatively disconnected. And yes, I see you because I was you. So this is not a judgment, but the next era of your business. Guess what? It is not former self, and it is not working self. It is built from your highest self. The version of you who doesn't need to over explain or over function to be seen to be trusted, to be paid. This misalignment between who your business is built for and who you've actually become isn't just inconvenient. It's the root cause of everything you've been feeling. Every friction, every resistance, every challenge. You know how, like when you're on Zillow, right? House hunting, and if you just change one of the filters, you know, price or number of bedrooms, or if you want a quarter of an acre or half of an acre, suddenly the entire map changes. That's the same way that your identity works. Your business and your message and how it connects to your identity works the same exact way. When you shift the filter from who you used to be to. To your working self, to who you are now, you stop attracting past versions of you. You stop attracting buyers who feel, quote, unquote, almost right. And you start magnetizing the ones who see you clearly before you even say a word. So just know if your message is anchored in a former version or working version of you, you're not broken. You're just out of sync with your now identity. Because at the end of the day, no matter where you're coming from, no matter if you've been doing this for 10 years or two, you've evolved. But if your business is still speaking from your former or working self, then of course you're calling in people from the past version are people who are in the working mode looking to be saved. Here are some examples of what I see every day. A six figure coach still attracting beginner level buyers. Past versions of her that can't afford her offers. A polished brand with high engagement but low applications. A brilliant leader being quoted, inspired but not chosen. A message that engages yet leaves the best buyers buying from someone else. Because if your message hasn't caught up to your identity, your growth will always feel heavier than it should. And this is what happens. So your next level buyer, they can't find you if your message keeps hiding you. I'm going to say that again. Your next buyer can't find you if your message keeps hiding you. And inside my world we call the identity elevation shift. On how to do this, this is called, I should say the identity elevation shift. And when you align your message to the woman that you've already become, everything changes. Sales feel cleaner, clients mirror your sovereignty, content converts. Without constantly being on social media, your business finally feels like a reflection of your highest self, not a performance. And that's when scaling stops feeling like survival and starts feeling like expansion. And this is what we do with this identity elevation shift bit by bit. I'm going to walk you through that in just a moment. But let me be really honest with you for a second because as I've been saying, this isn't a hype moment. This is a real moment for us to root into this today. Now, for a long time my identity was completely tied to my business. And I've got no shame in just sharing my dirty laundry with you. I had built everything that I thought that I wanted. Six figure months, sold out programs, best selling book, top charting podcast. And still it wasn't enough. Because if you confuse self worth with net worth, baby, when something goes wrong, you are going to be in a bad spot. Spot. And that spot for me was always reaching for the next thing. It was never enough. Which meant that I was constantly in working mode, launching, optimizing, proving, launching, optimizing, proving, not realizing that I was carrying this former version of me in everything that I built. And the wildest part, because I was so attached to that old identity, I, I couldn't even recognize the freedom that I was capable of accessing in that moment. In the marriage that I loved, in the family I had created, the home that I had, the community that I had built all of. Wasn't until I stopped over identifying with my business and I started recalibrating my message, my identity and my business to reflect the woman that I had become. Not my former self, not my working self. That is when everything shifted. I wasn't just building a quote unquote better business. I was finally showing up as the woman, as the business leader that I knew that I was, that I had been building and working toward and living the life I thought the business was supposed to give me. And that's when I knew I couldn't keep this to myself. I knew that proximity to this was the way. Because the truth is, no matter how accomplished you are, if your message is still built from a survival, former self or working self identity, there will always be a loud or quiet disconnection in everything that you do. The kind that no one sees. But you feel it. Every time you show up, create content, or try to explain what you do, you feel it. And you can't unfeel that. That's not about sounding more clear. It's about feeling more like you. Your highest self is aching to burst, to be seen, to be felt, to lead. Because when your business is built from your current identity, not a past one, not a survival one, you don't just attract align clients. You finally start to recognize yourself again. So now let's just take everything that we've unpacked and show you exactly what, what it looks like to recalibrate. I am going to let you see now in real time, real audits. Because this is where the clarity happens. Here's an example of a couple of incredible people just like you. Brilliant, seasoned, has the offers, has the clients, but they're quietly out of alignment. And I'm going to walk you through, if this person were my client, exactly how I would make this shift. So first here we have Rebecca. This is a piece of content that Rebecca wanted us to audit. So if Rebecca, if you were my client, here is exactly what I would do on our first identity recalibration session. Based on what you have shown me, based on what I've been able to audit. And I did stalk you a little bit on Instagram. So for, for those that are listening, Rebecca is a coach who specializes in divorce for women and post divorce and women reclaiming their love and their sovereignty post divorce divorce coach. So the first thing that I am seeing in your content is that you are very encouraging and you're very inspiring and that is a beautiful thing, Rebecca, but it is also the thing that is keeping you from your most premium clients buying from you. It is the thing that is keeping you leaving money on the table. Why? Because you are Coming from past self identity, when you're showing up to inspire and encourage, I see a lot of your former self in the actual copy that you're creating, which is why it's calling in former self versions of you who love to cry broke, who say that they can't afford it, or like you told me, Rebecca, that you have to sit on, you know, two 90 minute, you know, sales calls to get them to say yes, and then you have to discount your offers, which is not the vibe. So if you were my client, Rebecca, what I would do on our first identity recalibration session, which every single one of my clients get, get these with me. They're, they're 60 minute, one on one sessions that we dive in together. I would help you shift out of the identity of the encourager and into more of that highest self identity, which is more of that embodied authority that you truly are. Because, I mean, let's be honest, like the woman who has walked through fire and can now lead others with depth and direction and divine clarity. That is who you are. That is clearly felt and seen in multiple posts that you have on Instagram, on your website, on your About Me page. But it's kind of watered down by, honestly, it's. It seems like there's a little bit of lack of clarity on your part of truly owning that authority, which then lessens your confidence and so it actually causes you to water down the content. And so instead of your highest identity coming out to lead with authority, you're actually leading from a former self, which is why you're having this problem. So what we would do is we would get clear on the version of your client that you're actually here to serve now. So it's not the woman in the initial breakdown that's your former self, right? And it's not the woman that is like, okay, you know, I'm, I'm ready to kind of like hustle through this and like, you know, da, da da, da, da, da, da da. It's not even like the woman in the silent in between, right? Like the high functioning but still carrying the shame, the emotional exhausted woman, the survival pattern woman. It's that, it's yes, it is that woman, but it's the woman that's had enough of that and she's ready to rise. So it's like, yes, I'm emotionally exhausted and I don't want to feel this way anymore, or yes, I'm still carrying the shame and I need someone to help me get to the other side of that. And that's where you come in, Rebecca. And so we would update every layer of your message and your positioning, how you actually show up and lead from helping women feel empowered. Because what are you going to do? You're going to call in a bunch of disempowered women by saying that to guiding women to finally break the cycles and embody their healing so they can rise and lead from the peace that they know that they already have within them. And then we would anchor that into a unique proprietary framework. And I know because you coach, you probably already have a method of how you do what you do, and you may already have a framework, but I would want to make sure to review that and make sure that it is proprietary to you, not as a marketing gimmick, but really as a sole framework that mirrors your authority in your highest self. And then from there, we would create a visual of what this brand voice is. Your tone, your language, your boundaries, the positioning that reflects who that is. Not just what you've survived and not just what some of your clients have survived, but where they are going. Because, Rebecca, you don't need to hustle to be seen. You just need to own that you are the answer your clients have been praying for because you're coming from that faith based lens. So even, even saying that is going to land with these women. You get me? Yes. Because when you do this, Rebecca, your brand is going to become the literal safe haven that your most premium clients didn't even know existed for them until they met you. And that right there is not only massively powerful, Rebecca, that is so valuable, like people will pay a lot of money for that safe haven, peace, proximity to that, like all day long. So just those little nuances now again, like, I haven't been able to get under the hood of your car, so to speak, and really see the nuances of the inside of your business. But just from what I've seen on the outside, that is really like the bird's eye view of, step by step of what I would really want to dive, like really deep into. And so let me know how this lands. For those that are listening, I'm going to do one more audit and go as deep as I can here because I think that it's really helpful for those that are, you know, wondering how can I make this apply to what I am doing? So I've got another one coming. Okay. And this is Ellen. So Ellen, first, thank you so much for submitting. Ellen comes from the wellness space and the health and wellness space that is her Background. But she has taken her very extensive background in brick and mortar Pilates and she has now brought it into the online space for the last. Was it four years, Ellen? Yeah. So for the last four years, she's been teaching more online, also coaching other Pilates instructors. Okay, so, Ellen, if you are my client, here is exactly what I would do on our first identity recalibration session. So I would help you first shed. Like, the first thing that really stuck out to me, Ellen, when I was reading this is that I got the vibe that you. Your. Your brand is very digestible, but not in a way that is actually serving you. So I would actually help you shed that digestible version of your brand. I'm going to tell you what I mean by that. What I mean by that is the one that is still clinging to the language of quote unquote fitness and Pilates so that you can fully step into your identity as like the only embodied leader for other Pilates instructors who want to be led and really they want what you have. Right. And so we've got to be able to show them that. And I feel like you're telling it through. Through that language of fitness, but you're not showing me. So the first thing that we would do is we would start by anchoring the emotional frequency that you actually live from. And this is where, like, I would. I would need to get under the hood of your business and of you and your life to really figure out what that is. So this is your consistency, your adaptation, your high standards, your integrity, your values, and then mirror that truth that you're not just selling physical transformation. You're not just selling Pilates. Nobody buys that. You're selling who your clients become when they finally stop outsourcing their power. And we've got to show more of that in your identity, in your messaging, your marketing, your brand, instead of just telling it through the language of fitness. Then what I would do is I would walk you through what I've been talking about today in more detail as it specifically applies to your business. I would walk you through my unique framework, the former self, working self, highest self, proprietary framework, to show you that you've actually been speaking. Whereas before, when we were talking about just a bit ago, she was speaking for. From her former self. You're speaking from your working self, the one that is trying to balance the softness and the structure to stay digestible and safe. That, yeah, you're like, you're nodding your head yes, but your highest self, Ellen, is already calibrated like you're not trying to prove consistency. You are the consistency. You walk what you walk, you talk what you talk. You've doing this for 15 years and you've been doing it online for four. And your client, your most premium client, she's waiting to feel that through your content, through your voice, through your offer. Positioning. And even for me, Rebecca, like I'm, I'm a Pilates. I'm not, I don't want to be a Pilates instructor, but I'm a Pilates student and I'm always looking for, for ways to refine my own Pilates. So I can even relate as someone who would be interested in your content. But I'm, I'm a little hesitant because it feels too digestible and safe for me. Like I don't feel that leader authority, you really owning your brilliance in this. So that's kind of how I can like see the nuances of it. But from there we would have to then shape a new language frame. So this is where you don't, yes, you help high achieving women reclaim their power through their body, but that's kind of where you, where you begin. And now you do that, but you do that not by changing what they do, but by changing who they believe they are. And that's the mirror, that's the recalibration and that is what your audience is craving, even if they don't have words for it yet. That's the thing, Rebecca. It's, I think a lot of times we feel like we have to lead with all of this. Well, let me show you what I know. Let me show you how I can teach you how to do this better. But in, in this day and age like that, it's giving surface level vibes, you know, and surface level vibes are not premium, they're generic, they're general. But you are not, you are not generic in general. You are premium. But your messaging and your marketing and the way that you are showing up and sharing that with the world right now is not coming through. So we've got to recalibrate that because when your message reflects who you serve, not just how you show up, but like who you serve at that optimal level, that's when everything changes. But if you're still serving from that former self or that working self, you're always going to feel, not even just stuck, but you're going to feel like no matter what you do, it's, it's not making any waves. You're not getting anywhere no matter how embodied you are. And that's the thing Your brand, it doesn't just reflect your aesthetic, it reflects your identity. Your messaging reflects who you serve, not just how you show up. And so if you are still speaking to the version of you who is built from survival, from proving, from performance, no amount of launches or content batching or content consistency or team expansion will ever feel light. The hidden cost isn't just money. It isn't just visibility. It's emotional. And I want to make sure that you hear me when I say that it is emotional weight that you are dragging. And the longer that you sell for my former or working self, the more disconnected that you are not just going to feel, but that you are going to be from your own brilliance. And your audience, your premium clients, they can smell that from a mile away. And we could see it so clearly in these audits, because that's the thing. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. And that's what we just saw so clearly in the audits. And that's why the women inside my world, they don't just get clear messaging. They get their life force back. They get their mission back. They reclaim and remember why they do this to begin with. Because when you shift to show up and market and message and be from your highest identity, your offers feel like a transmission, not a transaction. Clients arrive ready because you've mirrored the version of them they're becoming. Your presence does the heavy lifting. The proximity does the heavy lifting, so you don't have to. This is about leading and living and building from the embodiment of your highest self, not the survival story of who you were. And that's the shift. And that's exactly what happens in my world. All right, here's the key, my friends. You want to position yourself to get what you desire. Then you have to serve as your highest self. Not from burnout or breadcrumbs, but from alignment, from knowing what you offer. It's not just valuable, it's a match for where you're meant to be. The micro audits, just the two that you just witnessed in a few minutes, it shows you that instant clarity on why your message isn't landing is the reason why you feel so quote, unquote, stuck. These tangible before and after shifts that made those offers not only just magnetic on paper, but magnetic in the body. This entire room was feeling the change. That clear language that mirrors your highest self, not your past performance. Imagine what shifts when we can go deep, when we have those one on one and intimate Time to really get into your business, get under the hood. Of the car, your offer suite, your funnels, your content, your marketing, all of it. That's what we do inside my world. That's why the entire foundation of your business starts feeling lighter and clearer and cleaner. This is what you're walking into when you work with me. Now, you've seen the patterns. We just walked through those. Let's talk about what happens when things shift. Because at the end of the day, it's not about being broken. It's about no longer reflecting who you've become. And that's the key here. So I want you to remember that the. The way to recalibrate here, we know that it's the identity shifts. We've got the former self, the working self, the highest self. We know that we're either coming from those two former or working. It's only one of those two, but we know that it's the highest self that's meant to lead us to the next place. It's the highest self that's supposed to build the business. It's the highest self that's supposed to take our clients to the next level and supposed to attract and call in all of the things that we say that we want. It's the highest self. It begins and ends with the highest self. So how we recalibrate to that is that we've got to start building the business that we thought we were building all along. And I want you to remember this. This is not about starting over. This is not about tearing it down. This is about realigning what's already working. So it finally feels in alignment again. It finally feels like you.
