Hello my friends, and welcome back to another episode of the Influencer Podcast. This one is a good one. Today, most entrepreneurs that I work with that are at that 5k to 15k month range are typically doing all the things right. Consistent sales, great offers, engaged audience. But they're still not scaling when they first come to me. And the truth as to why that is, it's not because you need more content, another funnel, or even more visibility. There's one key shift that you're missing, and in today's episode, we are breaking it down. This is exactly what I help my clients refine inside the revenue accelerator. The entrepreneurs who make this shift typically go from inconsistent months to steady 10k to then 20k to then months without adding more work. So if this sounds like something you are interested in, let's get started. Okay, my friends, let's talk about the real problem that no one is talking about. If you've been hovering between 5k and 15k months and you're wondering why things aren't scaling, let me tell you exactly what's happening. You are caught in what is called incremental growth, which means you're doing more of what's already working, which sounds right and feels right, but it's only producing marginal gains instead of real momentum. Now, the reason why this is so sneaky is because it feels productive to us. You're fine tuning offers, you're tweaking content, you're making quote unquote, smart adjustments, but nothing truly changes. So what ends up happening? This is why it's sneaky, is that you're busy, but you're not breaking through. And here is how it could be showing up in your business right now. You're constantly tweaking your messaging, your pricing, or your sales process, hoping that this adjustment will make everything click. When it doesn't, you have some sales, but they still feel unpredictable. So you're not confident where your next 5k or even 20k is going to come from. And you're generating interest. So you know that people are engaged, you know that they're Curious, but they're not from the right buyers. There's a lot of convincing people to say yes, and that convincing energy is not confident energy. And you're telling yourself that you need, quote, unquote, more time. I just need more time to refine things. I just need to get through this program that I bought six months ago. I just need to finish paying off this other payment plan with this other coach that I worked with a year ago that still hasn't gotten me anywhere before scaling. But deep down, if you're really being honest with yourself, you know that you're hesitating. And the truth is, this isn't just a strategy issue. This is a massive mask for hesitation and staying small. It's about not fully being seen at the level you know you should be playing at. Because the moment that you step into a bigger version of your brand, everything changes. And that kind of transformation, yeah, my friend, it's uncomfortable, but we've got to go through that in order to break through. So what's keeping you stuck staying in optimization mode instead of positioning yourself as a category of one authority? Because that is what the industry requires now in 2025. And with my clients, when they make this shift, they don't ask, how do I grow this a little? That's not what they come to me for. They're like, julie, what changes everything for me? Because I'm tired of growing a little. I'm tired of, you know, constantly buying this $400 course here, listening to this podcast there, going to this retreat here, signing up for a fifteen hundred dollar thing with this coach here, and just moving the needle a little, because a little is not going to get me there. I need to know what is actually going to make the change and make the change stick. And so when we come from this place, that's when you can create real momentum. And I'll give you an example. One of my private clients, when she came to me, she was making about 8k to 12k months consistently. But she felt like she had to push so flipping hard every single month to get there. And she was doing all the things. She was tweaking her content, her offers, her pricing, always looking for the perfect formula. She would show up to things, she would invest little in there with things. But what she really needed wasn't another tweak. It was honestly a complete shift in how she positioned her authority. And the moment that we leaned into that together, boom. She hit her first 18k month, then scaled to 25k months within 90 days with less effort. But more focus, let that sink in. So what's the solution? Well, here is what separates those who stay stuck from those who scale fast. First is that we've got to shift from more work to high value moves. This is what I mean. If you're stuck, your answer is not more, it is higher level refinement. My clients who scale the fastest, they're not the ones that come in already making 50k months. They're not the ones that are creating the most content, they're not the ones that have the most followers. They're the ones that come in and say, hey, I need this refined and I don't know how to do it clearly, because if I knew how to do it, I would get past this 8k month threshold and I can't. They're the ones refining their messaging in their positioning. They may not know how to make the high level refinement go, but they know that they need it now. Here's how it could be showing up for you. If you're constantly adding more to your plate, more content, more offers, more launches, yet still not seeing major revenue jumps, that is a red flag that you need higher level refinement. If you're telling yourself, today I just need to do blank to get ahead, but deep down you know that you're spreading yourself thin. Another red flag that it's a higher level refinement problem. Maybe you're exhausted from working harder, but you still don't have the consistency or scalability that you actually crave. So you just put yourself in this never ending cycle of working harder. But instead of feeling like you have to constantly spin your wheels, it is possible for you to create focused, high impact moves that drive sales without extra hustle. And I promise you, when you give yourself the permission to make this happen, your business will start to feel so more streamlined. And I promise you, because I see it with every single client that comes through my door, it doesn't matter if they're coming in making 1100 bucks a month or 50,000 bucks a month, your revenue will grow with less effort, not more. Staying in the more work trap keeps.
