Hello, my friends, and welcome back to today's episode. Now, today's episode is a little different. I want you to think of it as a private debrief for me to you. Over the past week, I hosted a live training called the Messaging Reset, and hundreds of you showed up. The energy was so good, it was so electric. But I know that not everyone can make it live. So what I wanted to do today is I wanted to bring you a distilled version of that experience here on the podcast. Why is that? Well, it's pretty simple. The truth is, your business does not rise or stall because of how many reels you post, how fancy your funnel is, or how often you go live. It rises or stalls because of the message and more importantly, who you are speaking to behind that message. And messaging is not just content. Messaging is your ethos. It's how you lead yourself. It's how you position your offers. It's how you attract or repel clients. It's how you hold your team. It is the literal root system beneath your entire business. It is the identity behind the words that you use and the identity of the women those words call in. So when your message is misaligned, the cost is massive. Yes, it costs money, but most importantly, it costs you clarity. It costs you confidence. It costs you the ability to fully embody your mission and be the vessel that you were called to be. Your mess can be a part of of the content that you create and your origin story and your journey, but it cannot be your message. It cannot be the foundation of your business. Because if your message is still built around who you once were and your origin story and how you fix people and the five tips and the five steps, you're going to keep attracting buyers who were never actually ready to buy. So today, I want to walk you through what I shared in that training. We're going to break down why your message might still be attracting buyers who aren't actually ready to buy, what that's costing you and what changes when you shift to speaking to the highest self buyer. This is not just about marketing. It's truly about calling in the women that are ready to buy now that you were meant to serve. Leading with clarity instead of that hustle and finally building the business that you thought you were building all along. So let's dive in now. One of the biggest lies that we have been taught in this industry is this. Just serve a former version of yourself. And that advice works in year zero of business when you don't yet have frameworks, proof or results, your story is literally your strategy. But once you've built the programs, the clients, the brand, serving your former self does nothing but keep you stuck. Because when you serve your former self, guess what? You attract your former self. And your former self doesn't buy. Former self buyers don't buy. So let's break this down. Former self buyers, who are they? Well, they're your freebie seekers. The ones who love your content, clap for you, tell you you're inspiring, but they never pull the trigger. They're still hustling, still learning, still consuming. Then we have what I call your working self buyers. This is a step up from former self. So they're interested, they watch closely. You know, the ones that are always on every story answering the polls, but they hesitate. They may buy, but it's very inconsistent. And a lot of times they stall. They orbit around your world without fully committing. Then we have highest self buyers. Now these are the women who are ready now. They're decisive. They're already successful. They're already investing, they're already powerful. They don't need to be convinced. What they need to be is mirrored. And so here is the important piece for you. If your message still sounds like it's written for your former self, you're going to keep attracting former or working self buyers. And that is exactly why your sales most likely feel stuck right now. Former and working self messaging. It's like running your business out of a starter apartment. It technically fits, but it's cramped, outdated and limiting. Highest self. It's like moving into the home that you were always meant to live in. Spacious, aligned and sustainable. The shift doesn't erase your business. It doesn't erase clients. It just unlocks the ease that you have been trying so desperately to call in. So how do you know who your message is actually attracting right now? Well, if your posts sound like origin stories, meaning I used to struggle with burnout, here's what helped me. That type of messaging is former self messaging. It pulls in buyers who nod their heads but never buy. If your content is full of long explanations, checklists, or posts that lean into more pain or in are heavy, heavy in the education side of things, that's working self Messaging. It's going to call in buyers who engage, but they stall when it's time to commit. But when your message mirrors the live desire and ideal reality of your highest self buyer, when you say what she's already feeling but hasn't named out loud yet, that's when the sales shift. Highest self buyers don't need more education. They don't need more information. They don't need more inspiration. They don't need another funnel tweak. They don't need to be convinced. They need to feel like your words see them. They need your message to mirror who they already are. And here's the thing. The voice that once sold for you is no longer of you. And your ideal buyer knows that because she's not lost. She's not confused. She's just waiting for your message to catch up. She's waiting for that voice of you now to finally speak to her. And I know this because I lived it. I built the business, I wrote the book, I had the Chop Charting podcast, spoke on the stages, the launches, the clients, the visibility. On paper, it was all there. And yet behind the scenes, it still felt heavier than it should. Every piece of content, every launch, every email, every funnel. It was like I was carrying the weight of having to prove myself over and over and over again. And not because I wasn't successful, but because my message was still anchored in buyers and two buyers who weren't actually ready to buy.

If you post something and the comments flood in with things like, this is so inspiring. I needed to hear this. You are such a light. But when you open your inbox, there's no applications, there's no payments processed, or let's say that you host a masterclass. People show up, they nod their heads, they engage with the chat, but when it comes time for the offer, crickets. Here's the thing. It's not that you're not brilliant. They have so much power behind them. What we consume matters. How we consume it matters. The words that we see, the words that we speak, the words that we read, the words that we hear, it matters. And I see it with my clients every day. I want to tell you about Jess Spreet, who's currently in my world. She started working with me a few months ago. She had the offer, she had the funnel, she had the audience. But her message, it was still tuned in to that working self buyer. Women who looked interested, who circled the Runway, but they never landed. So what we did is we didn't burn it all down. We didn't run a bunch of ads. All we did was shift her message to mirror very distinctly that higher self buyer energy for the woman that she needed to call in. Now, for her, that was a woman who was already accomplished, already investing, but she was looking for someone to really help her with that purpose piece and that confidence piece and that clarity piece, coming from corporate into the work that she's doing right now. Because Jespreet does a lot of executive coaching. She works with a lot of corporate women. And the result to this was again, same funnel, same traffic, same offer, different message. $8,000 within that first month. The second month, she had already surpassed 10,000 more dollars than she had the month before. That's the difference between content that gets collapse and messaging that gets clients. And it's not just about Jaspreet success. It's about you. Because if you're listening right now, you already know what it feels like to have an audience that cheers for you but doesn't buy from you. You've already lived the day to day of likes and comments and saves and content creation and posting and followers and still feeling like sales are harder than they should be. The problem isn't you. You tweak the funnel, you post more often, you hire the ads manager or the copywriter or the va, and still you're left wondering why it feels like you're spinning your wheels, why the women you know you're meant to work with never seem to actually cross the line at the level that they should be. That frustration isn't because you're missing a strategy. It's because you're missing the proximity. You're missing the opportunity to be across from someone and for them to see the gaps that you haven't been able to see yourself.

So I have a confession. I have been wearing skims for years now. From their intimates to their sweat sets. I basically live in their sweats every single week. I'm going to tell you a quick story of Several years ago, I was invited to meet Oprah backstage before an event. Now, I had seen her speak before, but this moment was different because I wasn't watching on television or even in the audience anymore. I was literally standing in her field. I was in proximity to her. And I'll never forget what I saw. Her mic taped in a very particular way. Her water in a certain kind of glass with a certain kind of straw because it flowed easier for her on stage when she drank it. The way that she greeted every single person backstage. These were not tactics that I could have googled. They were calibrations and moments of choice and decision that I could only observe and absorb by being close enough to her to witness them. And that's because clarity isn't taught. It's transmitted through that proximity. And the same is true for your business and for your messaging. You could do another funnel tweak. You could drown yourself in more content. You could create another checklist. But that's not going to move the needle. Why? Because what you need is to be in proximity with someone who can mirror that highest self messaging back to you. Here's the thing. If you already knew how to do it, you would already be doing it. Just because you haven't rooted into this framework doesn't mean that something's wrong with you. You just need the help. You need to be mirrored, and you need that identity mirrored back to you. The identity of the buyers who are ready to buy. That's why waiting is so costly. That's why doing another checklist is so costly. That's why creating content without this in place is so costly. That's why focusing on followers and ads instead of rooting into this is so costly every month you keep speaking to buyers who aren't ready. You're not just leaving revenue on the table. You're literally leaking energy. You're compounding misalignment. You're building momentum in the wrong direction. And that makes the recalibration even harder to do later. And let me tell you this. There is nothing more costly than getting exceptional at building the wrong thing. And that is exactly why I created the revenue accelerator container.
