Welcome to Woman of Influence. I'm Julie Solomon and this is where high level women come to recalibrate their message, realign their leadership, and rise into the next era of impact. If you're ready to align your visibility with your true authority, if you're called to speak, speak to women at the level you now lead. If you're ready for your business to feel as elevated as the woman running it, this is your space. Because real influence isn't built in the algorithm, it's embodied in your identity. Let's get started. Hello, my friends, and welcome back. So this is our last episode before the wealth expansion experience starts. And I want to do something a little different today. I have spent the last few episodes talking about the problem, the identity lag, the wrong buyer, the investment that didn't deliver the through line. If you haven't listened to any of those episodes, go back and listen to em. They're really short. They're all like less than 20 minutes. And it's important. I think it will help kind of wrap all this up. But I want to talk to you about that piece because I think that you need to understand the problem to really care about the solution. But then today I want to talk about the other side and I want to talk about what actually changes when your message finally sounds like you. Not the strategic version, not the educated version, not the metrics version, but the felt version. What it actually feels like when the gap between who you are and what your message is saying finally closes. Because I think sometimes we can just get so deep in the problem that we have lost sight of what we are actually building toward. And so I want to give that back to you before we walk into the wealth expansion experience together. Now, the first thing that changes, and this is one that surprises I think, women the most, is how content creation starts to feel. Not just what it produces, but how it actually feels for you to create it. Right now. If you are experiencing the identity lag, then content creation is probably. It has this, like, quality of effort to it for you. It's like you're performing, like you're having to show up, like you're trying to write the thing that sounds like you're supposed to sound and there's a filter between the thought in your head and the thing that actually makes it onto the page. And you know that thing where you're in, you know, the shower and you have the most perfect articulation of what you do and why it matters, and you're like, yes, like, this is what I've been trying to say. And then you sit down to write it and you're just like crickets, it comes out flat. That filter that happens is the identity gap. And here's the thing, like, your highest self knows exactly what to say. The version of you that's already here, fully in your authority, fully clear on who you are, she has that message. But somewhere between that version and the words that make it onto the screen, that little filter kicks in. The professional filter, the I've gotta be palatable filter, the what will they think filter. And you end up with content that's good, but not quite right. Maybe it performs, maybe it even, like, goes viral, but it doesn't resonate the way that you know that it could. And it doesn't get you your ideal buyers. And when the identity shift happens, and I've talked about what I mean by that, like, I don't mean like some soulful identity shift, but, like, when the shift of your message finally comes from the woman that you actually are, guess what happens? The filter changes. Not to something reckless or raw or unfiltered in a way that doesn't serve your business, but to something that just feels true. Like you're just saying what's true and you're putting it out there. And content that feels true to create that is the one that lands true when people read it, hear it, share it. The second thing that changes is your actual sales conversations. Now, this could be sales calls, this could be webinars, this could be trainings, this could be speaking at conferences. And I want to paint this picture really specifically because I think it's one of the most tangible ways that you'll feel the shift Right now. If your message is attracting the not quite ready buyer or the hard to sell buyer, your sales calls most likely have this quality. Or your trainings or your webinars, your pitch, right? It has this quality of convincing to it. You're proving your value. You're justifying the price. You're adding a bunch of bonuses and things you don't really want to add. You're helping her see why this is the right investment when part of her isn't quite sure yet. Those kinds of sales experiences are exhausting even when they convert, because you've spent anywhere from 45 minutes or two and a half hours talking someone across a finish line that your message should have done for you, when you should have just been simply confirming a decision that they had already made. So when the message shifts, when it starts calling in the buyer who is already ready because the messaging has been compounding and doing its work for you in your emails, on your sales pages, in your content. Then the sales experiences change, the webinars change, the people that show up change, the calls change. They come in having already decided in principle. So that way you're not convincing. You're confirming now this ideal buyer, right? She may still have specific questions about the details. She's going to want to know what working together looks like. That's fine, that's normal. It's expected. But she's not asking if you're worth it. She's not second guessing it. She's not kind of making this as like a nice to have. She's asking when can she start? Because it's a have to have for her. And I have watched women describe this shift and they almost always say some version of the same thing. They always say to me, Julie, it stopped feeling like selling and it started feeling like offering. Truly. And there is a profound difference between those two things. And that difference lives entirely in who showed up on the call, which is determined entirely by who the content called forward.

Now, the third thing that changes, and this is the one that you've probably been working really hard toward, is the revenue. And I want to say it's not just the number on a page, it's the quality of it. Revenue that comes from convincing buyers requires a lot of you. It requires your constant presence, your constant output, your constant effort to keep the nurturing warm, to keep the sales calls converting, to keep the clients, quote, unquote, happy. It is revenue that literally runs on you, but revenue that comes from right fit buyers. It just requires a much different relationship with your business because these buyers, they refer people like themselves to you and they don't drain your energy, they actually add to it. Their results and their transformations are so much better because they came in ready, they showed up, they did the work. Which means your testimonials get stronger. Which means your next launch or your next call or your next piece of content is going to call in an even more ready buyer. So it's not just the quantity, but the quality of your revenue changes. The energy that it costs you changes. The sustainability of it. Change, changes. And underneath all of that, maybe the most important thing, the relationship you have with your own work changes. Because when the right buyers are finding you, when the people you actually want to work with are showing up for the offers you actually want to deliver, it doesn't feel like work anymore. It feels like a business that finally matches the vision that you had when you built it. Now, let me give you an even more concrete idea about what this looks like. Imagine that you post a piece of content this week. Not a complex strategy, not over educating, just something true, something that really reflects who you are, what you actually believe, who you are actually here to serve, the problem that you solve, how you help with the transformation and the woman who respond to it are different than the ones who usually respond. They're not saying, this is so inspiring. They're not saying, oh my gosh, I'm saving this. Oh my gosh, this is exactly what I needed to hear. They're not cheerleaders, they're buyers. They're saying, how do I work with you? Imagine getting on a sales call this week and spending the first five minutes of the call not convincing, not proving, but, but listening. Because that woman came in prepared. She knows what you do. She knows why she needs it she knows who she needs to be to work with you. She just needs to know the details. Imagine launching something and having applications come in from women who are already at the level that you've been trying to attract, who have budget, who are not asking for payment plans, who are asking, hey, when can I start? I'm ready to get this going. This is not a fantasy. This is what happens when the message shifts. I have watched it happen over and over and over again for women at this level of business. And the common thread is never a new strategy or a new team member or a new ad set. It's always the message finally matching the woman that it's coming from so that it can match the woman that it's meant to serve. Now, I wanna be honest with you about what it actually takes for you to close this gap, because I don't want to make it sound, you know, ethereal or easier than it is because it is work. It takes truly being ready and willing to look at what your message has actually been saying, not what you intended it to say, not what you think it's saying, but what has been communicating to the people that are actually on the other side reading it or listening to it. And here's the thing, this is not always comfortable because this means that you have to kind of look at it objectively and come outside of yourself and like, do your own audit. And there is usually a moment when you see it and you, like, want to argue with it, but once you see it, you can't unsee it where you want to say, yeah, but no, like I meant this and like, people should be able to see that. Julie. People should be able to see what I'm trying to say here. I mean, maybe, but they can only respond to what they see, not what you meant. And once you see it, you can't unsee it. The shift becomes possible, inevitable. You see it so clearly because now you can see and you can close it consciously instead of just kind of hoping that it resolves on its own. And that's the work. So it's not complicated. But it does require, typically, someone outside of your own experience to show it to you, because you cannot see the frame when you're standing in it. And that is exactly what the next three days are designed to do. Even if you do your own self audit and you start to see it, your next question is going to be like, okay, now what? So that's what we're going to be doing inside these three days. The wealth expansion experience starts Tuesday, April 14th, we're going to do April 14th, 15th and 16th, 11am Central, three days, 90 minutes each day, completely free. If you have not grabbed your seat yet, today is the day to do it. Not because the seats run out, seats don't run out. But because this is the kind of event we're showing up. I think live really matters where what happens in the room, it's not going to be fully replicated in the replay. And the more that you have prepared going in and just really giving yourself this gift of time, even just by deciding that this is something that you're gonna jump into, you're gonna get more out of it. Day one, we're gonna find the message you've been hiding. Day two, we're gonna see the revenue gap that you haven't been able to name. And day three, we decide what she hears from you. Now, each day has three specific diagnostic tools. The specific work of closing the gap between who you are and what your message is saying. So the link to sign up is in the show notes. There will be a replay. So don't not sign up because you can't show up all three days for 90 minutes each day. But please give yourself the gift of trying to show up when you can. Day one's gonna be incredible. Day two is my favorite day. That's gonna be amazing about seeing the revenue gap that you haven't been able to name. You can go to juliesolomon.netwealth to save your seat. And I just wanna say one last thing before we go into this week. I have been doing this work for 15 years. Before that, I was a publicist for eight years. Before that, I got my Bachelor of Science in Communications in Journalism and Marketing. I have sat across from women at every stage of business. I have watched women with impressive credentials and real track records and genuine expertise show up in their content. And it doesn't reflect any of it. And it wasn't because they weren't trying, but it's because they hadn't been shown where to look. So if you are anything like my clients and the women that I work with, you have built something. You have done the work. Most of the time, you're probably the smartest person in the room. And the version of you that is here right now, the one who has crossed all the thresholds, earned all the expertise, grown into all of this, she deserves a message that finally reflects her expertise, her brilliance, not the version you were building toward, but the one who is already here. And that is what this week is for. So come inside juliesolomon.netwealth this is the first three day live event I have done since 2022 so I am coming in hot. If you've been to one of my trainings, you know that I do not hold back. This is going to be expansive, transformative and really impactful. So I will see you Tuesday 11am Central. It's going to be amazing. See you inside.
