Welcome to Woman of Influence. I'm Julie Solomon. And this is where high level women come to recalibrate their message, realign their leadership, and rise into the next era of impact. If you're ready to align your visibility with your true authority, if you're called to speak, speak to women at the level you now lead. If you're ready for your business to feel as elevated as the woman running it, this is your space. Because real influence isn't built in the
algorithm, it's embodied in your identity.
Let's get started. Hello, friends.
Welcome back to another episode. I'm your host, Julie Solomon, and today we're going to talk about the kind of burnout that most women don't realize they're experiencing. And it's not the kind that comes from overworking. It's not the kind that looks like overwhelm or chaos, but it's the quiet kind. It's the kind that sneaks up on you even when everything is technically working. Your strategy is solid, your content is clear, your business looks beautiful, but something still feels heavy, muted, misaligned, not like the full expression of you. This, my friend, is what I call the unspoken burnout. And more often than not, it's not a strategy problem. It's an identity misalignment. So let's get into it. We have all heard the classic marketing one on one advice. That advice being that you need to serve your past self. You need to teach what you've already overcome. And you are always going to be best suited to serve a former version of you. And listen, you in the beginning, this works. It's why it's Marketing 101. It's actually how most of us start. We build our business from the version of ourselves that we once were and that's who we serve. But the trouble starts when you start growing and your business doesn't. Your brand stays frozen in that past version of you that no longer exists. And suddenly the content feels like a chore. Launches feel like a loop. Your best ideas just sit, sound dull and muted when you say them out loud. And this is what I call identity lag. You've evolved, but your message, your build, your business, your offers, your audience, your clients, they haven't caught up. And whether you realize it or not, you're over explaining things that no longer need to be said. And that is not just tiring, it is completely disorienting. This is where I introduce something that I teach to my clients called the Identity Evolution framework. Now, don't worry, I'm not going to like walk you through the whole thing here, but I do want to give you a taste of what this really means, because there are three identity stages that I help my clients name and move through. You've got former self, working self, and highest self. And I'm going to break those three down for you now. Let's start with former self. This is what I call your survival identity. This is the woman that you used to be. Maybe she was the one who figured it out the hard way, the one who built credibility by teaching, proving, solving problems. Her mess was her message. Her story had impact, but her message now feels a little outdated. If you're still creating from here, your business becomes a shrine to your past and that is why it feels so heavy. Then we go into the working self, which I call the functional identity. This is where many high achieving women tend to get stuck. And that's because in this self, in this stage, you're doing all the right things. Your programs are selling, your launches are doing well, your clients are happy. But something feels off, like you're wearing a version of yourself that no longer fits. The words sound right, but they don't resonate. And you're not burnt out from doing too much because you've got support. You're burnt out from doing what no longer matches who you are. Then we get to the highest self, which I call your embodied identity. This is the version of you who is no longer performing clarity.
She is living it.
She doesn't need to over explain, she doesn't need to go louder. She simply needs to show up from the frequency of who she already is.
I am so excited to share this, especially for those of you who tune into the podcast every week and are ready to actually start putting a lot of this work that you're doing into really intentional action. We just opened up something really special inside the Growth Collective, which is my messaging membership. And right now you can join and try it out for just $1 your first week when you use the link in the show notes. Now this is a special link just for my podcast listener. And inside the collective you'll get access to the exact frameworks my high level clients use to create magnetic content that converts. So I am talking about power and pleasure content, mirror messaging, magnetic conversion method, and so much more, all built into an easy step by step path that helps you turn your clarity into consistent sales. And if that wasn't magical enough, all of this has also been updated into a custom GPT prompt to make creating any kind of messaging that you need so much easier and so much faster. It is literally as plug and play as you can get. Also, every month you get access to a live group coaching call with me where we refine in real time your message together and get you out of your head and back into your heart and your momentum. So if you've been listening and thinking, okay, I know my message could be clear. I just need someone to show me how. I need this to be easy for me. I need something that can meet me where I'm at. This is your sign. Head to the link in the show notes and join the growth collective for just $1 first week. And start that week with clarity, connection and incredible community and conversions. Today, I cannot wait to see you inside.
And when she does, she becomes a mirror for her next level clients. Not because she teaches the identity shift, but because she embodies it. So I want to ask you very gently but very clearly, who is your current business still built around? Are you speaking from the version of you who once needed to prove, or the version who's already integrated, grounded and ready to lead? Because when your identity isn't matching your messaging, no funnel, no rebrand, no copy tweak, no coach will fix the real issue. This is the moment that many of my clients find themselves. When they come to me, they think they need a new offer or better content or more structure. But what they actually need is a recalibration. Not to burn everything down, but to realign it with the woman that they already are, the woman that they have become. And that's where things start to unlock. Your content starts reflecting your current embodiment. Your message becomes a magnet when your offers speak to the real identity of your client, not the one that you used to track, but the one that you are really meant for, now, that's when conversions get easier. Because when your leadership finally catches up to this frequency, you don't have to chase. You literally become it. So what I work with my clients in is how do we do this? How do we go from former self to working self into this embodied identity? There is some strategical nuances that happen with this, but it's also deeper work that needs to take place when you are ready to claim where it is that you're going. Because what got you here is not going to get you there. And you have to get radically honest with yourself about that. So if your business has started to feel heavy, if you're outgrowing your clients but you don't know how to shift, if your voice feels muffled inside your own brand. You're not broken. You are just out of sync with the evolution that you are currently on. Your identity has expanded. Now your business needs to catch up. I was just talking about it with a client today. You have recalibrated. Now it's a big ship to turn around. You've got to wait for everyone else to catch up. And it's not that something is wrong with you or where you're going, but it's that that recalibration takes time and you need certain supportive speed dynamics to help keep it going. And that's what we do inside the revenue accelerator. We walk through the full recalibration together, step by step. From your content to your offers to your positioning to your presence to your ideal client. All rooted in who you actually are. Now, because here is the truth. If your clients are a reflection of your past self, your business will always feel heavier than it should. But when you begin serving from your highest identity, you don't just attract more, you activate more. So if this is landing for you, I would love for you to let me know, where are you? Are you former self, working self, highest self?

Host: Julie Solomon
In this impactful episode, Julie Solomon dives deep into a unique form of burnout that established women entrepreneurs face—a heaviness or misalignment in their brand that emerges not from overwork, but from subtle identity lag. Julie unpacks how many high-achieving women experience “unspoken burnout” as they outgrow the former versions of themselves that their businesses and messaging are still built around. Through her Identity Evolution framework, Julie offers distinctions and guidance on realigning your brand with your true, embodied self, so your leadership feels lighter, more purposeful, and more magnetic than ever before.
(Note: While this segment includes a brief offer for Julie’s membership, it also underscores the available tools for recalibration and message alignment.)
