Dealing with depression trauma and grief

As special needs parents, we often find ourselves facing difficult emotional situations. We can often times find ourselves facing traumatic events that leave us handling depression, grief and trauma. Oftentimes, alone. Today, I want to talk about dealing with depression trauma and grief.

We are in a battle every day. We question our choices every day. We are scared to make a mistake or to run out of strength all the time.

Today, I want to talk about my own journey through these difficult paths. I want to share some of the strategies that help me keep my head afloat and and continuously find a way out depression grief and trauma.
