Pearls of wisdom deep within you that can reside in those wonderful spinning energy centers that I'm introducing you to. Whether you've known about these before or whether this is something completely new to you, I hope that you are revealing everything that needs to be revealed to yourself as we open up and clear all of these beautiful energy centers deep within you. Today, we're going to be talking about the G Center. I have to say that the G Center was revelationary for me. And this isn't a typical chakra in the yoga or Kundalini practices of chakras, but this is one that I was introduced to in my human design and understanding my human design. And it's quite possibly one of my favorites. It's one that I love to work with a lot and is one that has really helped me become this true wayfinder, the finder of the perfect path for me. Perfect. I don't normally resonate with that word. I don't know why I used it, but it is having this, this perfect path that is just for me. It might not be perfect for everybody else, but it is the path that my soul has invited me to walk. And that's really what the G center is all around. So the G center is if you place your hand on your breastbone, in between your breasts, this is your G center. Your G center is your magnetic monopole. That's how they refer to it in human design. It is the soul's pull. It's like you are feeling like you have this deep, deep connection. It's almost like. I feel like I've got this almost like. Not wire, but almost like this beautiful kind of. I don't know how to describe it. I want to say some kind of cable, I think, connected into, almost like plugged in to. To me. And this is pulling me. It's almost like my soul is sometimes having to pull myself along. Maybe that's what it feels like. It's like my soul knows it wants to go and it's pulling me, myself and I along with it. And when I opened up to this, life began to show me the path and my soul began to show me the path and I began to follow. And the more I became in tune with my G center and more I became in tune with my soul, the more beautiful the path became. So the purpose of the G center and the energy expression of the G center is one of love and beauty. It's the one of your soul's purpose, a true connection to your soul's purpose. It is having a really strong sense of identity and strong sense of self that you love. And the energy really is one of love and wonder and beauty and purpose and joy and fulfillment. Really. It's this magnetic purpose that when you're fulfilling, it brings everything else with it when it comes to your body. The connection within your body part for your G center is a healthy liver, which is very, very good. And I love this because obviously liver is, as a body part is a huge detoxifying organ. So it's. I love the way this synergy is. It's like when you can detoxify how you think you should be and really own who you are. And that's what the theme of this whole energy center and. And clearing is going to be all about. It's the detoxifying of everybody else and just knowing that you are wonderful just as you are today. You don't have to do anything, you don't have to learn anything. You don't have to improve on anything. You don't have to fix yourself. You're broken. It's just you are who you are who you are. And that is magnificent and wonderful and beautiful. And that's really the sense I want you to get or to feel today. So when you have a really healthy G center, your healthy G center means that you have this beautiful energy of real confidence about you, of. Of true purpose. You've got a very, very clear sense of yourself and your identity. And you can stand up in that truth and be really confident to be that person, no matter where you go or who you're with, you can stay really firm and true to yourself. I suppose this is real truth and authenticity, isn't it? And I know authenticity is such a buzzword really at the moment, but it's probably the most applicable here. This truth of you, the truth of who you are and authenticity. And when you allow yourself to be that, then you can feel that you are full up with wonder and beauty and love and joy. To me, the G centre is represented by this strong internal compass. And for those of you who have been with me for a while, you'll know that I have created the rose comp which has become pivotal in guiding myself and my clients on how to create the life that they want to be. So it's this beautiful internal compass and when that's spinning freely and when it's directing you to your truth and you sense it and you feel it, this is a healthy G centre. It means that you can be like a chameleon and fit in anywhere you go, but without losing your sense of self or just knowing that as you are, you're going to fit in just perfectly. So a blocked G centre or an unhealthy G centre, what are the characteristics here? You might feel this if you're feeling directionless, if you don't know where you are, if you don't know who you are. I was speaking to a client the other day and she just said she was so exhausted and I said that's because she's probably feeling a little dizzy. She's looking to everyone and everything, trying to find the answers where really the answer lies within. When you're spinning constantly around trying to people please everybody else, trying to find the answers from everybody else, be validated by everyone else. There is this sense sense of spinning and exhaustion and you will get dizzy, whereas really what you want to do is tap back into that internal compass. So a blocked, unhealthy G centre. It may also look like trying to fit in and distorting yourself or morphing yourself so that you can be just like them, but for all the wrong reasons. I'm feeling this real discomfort without knowing what it is. You're falling into the trap of people pleasing and therefore there's this underlying sense of self loathing because you are not being true to yourself. Because most people have a, have the value of authenticity or integrity. But if you're not being true to yourself, then you're stepping on that value. It can mean that you become overly attached or codependent to others. So if you have no strong sense of self, you may feel like you need to be with other people to have that identity. I am. I remember feeling, I am James's wife, I am a Mortimer, I am. I'm only me because I am now attached to someone else. It's about being able to detach yourself from other people or titles or words, or getting your sense of identity because of the company that you work in or the car that you drive. It's about knowing that you have your identity from within you, not from those outside sources. The biggest piece around the G Centre that I believe is, and I suppose the gift, let's talk about it as the gift, the gift that the G centre gave me and the gift that, or the diamond or the jewel in the G Centre for me, was this real sense of trust, of truth and trust, this ability to trust myself, but also to recognize that your G center is here to help you see or feel or sense or know your energetic path. This magnetic monopole, this sense of direction, it's trusting in a path that you can't see. And that was revelationary to me. It was like, I have to trust, you know, I can look back and see the path of where I've been, and perhaps in the path of where I've been that gives me the clues of where I want to go. But can I ultimately trust in a path that I can't see? It's like the ability to. To climb a mountain without a pat. A little bit like my friend Sarah and I did the other week. There was no path, we had no map. We just trusted ourselves to know that we were going the right way. And that's what it's like in life is when you've got this real deeper connection to your G Centre. You can trust in a path that you can't see, but you know and.
