Have you built your law firm marketing to match the level of urgency that your prospective clients are facing? Here's what I mean by that. There are some clients who it's a 10 out of 10 on the urgency spectrum. Their kid got arrested, maybe they got arrested. Somebody in their family passed away and assets are going to probate, right? And it's a 10 out of 10. They need help. Now, your job with these folks is to make it easy for them to schedule with you, easy for them to book a consultation. You need to respond to them quickly. Because. Because people in this situation are typically calling multiple law firms because they don't feel like they have time to wait around. So if you wait 48 hours to get back to them, chances are they already found somebody else. Then you've got the other end of the spectrum, which is people that are just starting to research, right? Maybe they just became aware that, hey, yeah, I probably should hire a law firm, an attorney to help me create my estate plan or to review my business contracts or whatever the case is. And these people are not ready to meet with you. They're researching. And so your job here is to create content that educates them. Video content, webinars, ebooks, checklists. Give them content to help them understand, help them research. And then when they are ready to take the next step, you've already started to develop a relationship with them. Now, here's the thing. Most law firms have prospective clients on both ends of the urgency spectrum. And so your job, if you really want to maximize your marketing and your growth potential, is to build marketing that meets your prospective clients, no matter where they are on that urgency spectrum.
