Listen, I'm a business owner too, and I don't know if you guys struggle with this, but I call it Bright and Shiny syndrome. Bright and Shiny syndrome is as a business owner, I'm always looking for something that's new, exciting, something I haven't heard before, and that's what keeps my attention. So when someone stands up on stage and says, hey, you should be doing social media, I'm like, no shit, Thanks a lot. I'm going to probably go on my phone now and find something else to do. Stay with me because there's a reason I'm bringing this up. Guys, I'm a big Mad Men fan. Any Mad Men fan. The room TV show, right? Okay. So I don't know if you've thought about this from like a marketing standpoint, but we used to live in a world where marketing was gated. Okay, meaning like you had to pay somebody in order to share whatever message or content you wanted to share with the world. Right? And we see that in Mad Men magazines, billboards, TV commercials, whatever it is. Social media changed that. Social media actually made it free for your business to share whatever message you want to with the world. The way social media works. And this is actually the good news, this is the cool part, is instead of rewarding people that pay, so social media rewards people who actually create good content. See, it used to be you could create a really bad ad or a really bad piece of content, and as long as you paid the magazine or you paid the billboard company, they put it up, didn't matter how good it was. Social media came along and changed how that works. Social media and the algorithms reward you if you actually do a good job creating content that reaches your target market. Does that make sense? Right. So here's the thing. It's free and it rewards you if you do a good job reaching your target market, creating content that they're actually going to be interested in. So why aren't all of you posting more? And we can go talk into the back room after if you want. I think I know what some of the answers are. I don't think my clients or my customers are on social media. I don't have time this or that. Danny already made the point. You could pull out your phone, record a 30 second selfie video every single day, just answering a question that, you know, you got asked recently or you know, your clients have. And now you're creating one piece of content every day. So I wanted to camp out on this a little bit longer because this is probably still today in 2026, believe it or not, the most underutilized marketing asset on the planet. And if you want any proof, There were like four of you that are posting five days a week. It's free. You can post 10 times a day if you want to and all it costs you is time. And what the more you post you're going to start to figure out what actually works and what connects with your market. And by the way, isn't that amazing? You have this live feedback system that actually can tell you if the messaging you're creating is reaching your target market or not. Right? So I'm telling you guys, social media, social media, it's still king. It is still an underutilized asset. Please, please, please ramp up what you're doing on social media.
