Hey, everyone, this is Mark Ser Niglia, host of the Law Firm Marketing Minute, and this is episode 108. Thank you so much for tuning in. So the question today is where do I start when it comes to my law firm marketing? So maybe you just started your law firm or maybe you finally realized it's time to actually get your marketing in order. Well, honestly, the place to start might be kind of obvious, and it's going to be your website. In today's digital age, having a website is pretty much just as basic and as important as having a business card. So start there. I recommend, if you can afford it, to have it professionally done. Go ahead and spend the money. Because ultimately, when people come to your website, people you meet, networking, your friends, family, referral sources, you don't want to look like an amateur. You don't want to look like someone that just started their law firm. So if you can afford it, spend the money. Even if you're on a super low budget, there are some great solutions out there that they can be very inexpensive. I don't necessarily recommend them in the long run because I think eventually you should pay a decent amount of money to have a great website created. From there, the next place to go is to create content, write blogs, send out an email newsletter. That's where to start. Build a website, and then stay connected with the people you already know by creating email newsletters, staying in touch with them, sending them back to a website that reflects you and the brand that you want. To be honest with you, it's that simple. When it comes to starting your law firm or getting your Internet marketing going, that's the place to start. Thanks for listening.
