I'm just very curious to see, like, how customer reviews come into play.
B
Right. Because if it's crawling the entire Internet, like, wouldn't it go in finding the best, Wouldn't it go to the customer reviews and look there?
C
Yep. And that's perfect. That's next item on the list. Here is ChatGPT is looking for reviews. Yeah. And they're looking for. They want you to have not only, like, a good number of reviews, but obviously they're looking for positive reviews. If you have, you know, an average of 1.8 stars on Google, that's gonna hurt your likelihood of ChatGPT recommending you. So it is important, as always, to ask for reviews to make it easy for your clients to leave reviews as an important part of the equation, along with having verified listings on the major platforms, namely Google. Right. Like, everybody should have their gmb, Google my business profile, accurate with your correct phone number, correct website, correct address, and all of that. And like, again, ChatGPT is just doing sort of, you know, doing its due diligence and making sure that, like, the information on your profile matches the information on your website, just to improve the chances of giving people, like, accurate information.
