I wanted to share some reflections A year after launching the Leadership Dance Podcast, my original mission was to inspire you by shining a light on amazing people who don't fit the conventional mold. People who are choreographing their own leadership dances. Every episode I invite guests who are breaking barriers in business and the arts to share their stories. How they got to where they are today despite the odds. In the past year, I have been blown away by the response. The show got over 250,000 views on our YouTube channel, reached the top 10% of podcasts globally, and earned five star reviews from listeners around the world. But what I've enjoyed most has been the conversations and how much I've learned from people opening up not just about their successes, but also the challenges they had to overcome and the lessons they want to share with others. I'm so grateful to all the incredible guests who shared their insights to the production team who makes this possible and to all of you for listening and watching. Next year will include more inspiring trailblazers, more honest conversations, and more lessons you can apply in your own life. I hope you'll explore all episodes of the leadership dance on YouTube, Spotify or or wherever you get your podcasts. Thank you so much for tuning in. Enjoy the holidays and until next year, keep dancing.
