At 61, facing the reality many of us encounter at this age, I decided it was high time to transform my life. It wasn't just about hitting a milestone; it was about recognizing the potential that still burns in my soul regardless of the date on my birth certificate.

In 2023, I turned the page to a new chapter—I will not go quietly into old age but with the kind of fiery determination to live a healthy, luxurious life that surprises even me.

It's not a straight path, but a bumpy, twisting back road that will take the rest of my life. But I will gradually be stepping into my future self and life.

This is a place where I document the highs and lows, the successes, and the hiccups that come with breaking free from the mold.

By the time I hit 70—the typical full social security retirement age—I plan not just to live, but to thrive. Join me as I document just how attainable a luxurious lifestyle can be, even when starting from scratch in your sixties. And when I say luxurious, I mean rich in health, wealth, and happiness.

Listen up - this project is not going to be a walk in the park. I'm not here to coddle myself or anyone else, nor will I promote taking it slow and easing into change. That's not my style. And frankly, I think that's bullshit!

I believe if I put in the hard work, even with limitations, disabilities, or lack of confidence I will transform my body and life.

I'm not here to motivate you. However, I hope what I'm doing does motivate you to take action. Motivation fades in and out, day to day. What I want from myself (and maybe for you too) is to grow some grit and mental toughness.

This is about having the discipline to do what it takes. Not some mamby pamby life of taking it easy.
