It reminds us of the peace that comes when help arrives just when we need it most. This is a beautiful picture of the ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives.Too often, we go through our daily lives without engaging the ministry of the Comforter. We live as though we have no Helper. We exhaust our own strength, search for answers in every other place, and forget to call upon the One who was given to walk with us, guide us, and bring us comfort.Today is a good day to rely on the Holy Spirit.Today is a good day to engage the ministry of the Comforter—our Helper, our Teacher, and our Guide. As you continue on your journey through life, make it your daily practice to fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Invite Him into every decision, every challenge, every opportunity, and every moment. He is there to help you. Let Him.Simply talk to Him:"Holy Spirit, help me.""Holy Spirit, teach me.""Holy Spirit, show me the way."He will help you because that is who He is.Thank you for listening, and until next time, remember: you were never meant to walk through life alone. Altars are places of spiritual exchange. As Christians, our primary altar is the place of prayer, where we offer spiritual sacrifices to God.When Elijah called down fire from heaven, he didn't simply pray—he first rebuilt the altar. Could it be that one reason we long to see the fire of the God who answers by fire is because the altars in our lives have been neglected or broken?Jesus understood the importance of maintaining the altar of prayer. He rose early in the morning to commune with the Father, never allowing popularity, ministry, or the demands of life to replace His time in prayer. As you listen to this episode and continue through your week, may you be inspired to repair every broken altar. Receive fresh grace to rebuild, remain consistent, and keep the fire burning on your prayer altar.Have a blessed week.AOFor testimonies, counselling and general questions, please send a mail to hello@midweeksurge.com

The story of Elijah and the Prophets of Baal remains one of the most epic stories in the Bible. A man so confident in his God, so bold in faith, and so determined to demonstrate His power, issued a challenge before a skeptical nation. We all know how it ended—the God of Elijah showed up and answered by fire!In this episode, be reminded that the God of Elijah is your God. He has not lost His power, and the altar of prayer remains the altar of fire. If you will remain steadfast in prayer with the same spirit of faith, He will answer by fire.Be encouraged, be stirred up, and call upon the God who answers by fire. He is still answering prayers today.Have a blessed week.AOFor testimonies, counselling, and general questions, please send an email to hello@midweeksurge.com.

The life of a believer is meant to shine brighter and brighter. Yet today, many live as though their strength diminishes with each passing day. Nevertheless, God’s plan and desire for us remain the same: that we go from strength to strength. The secret to renewed strength is simple — appearing before the Lord. His presence is the place of strength. Jesus never treated the presence of God casually because He understood this truth. The Psalmist said that even the sparrow has discovered this secret. If the sparrow can find its place in His presence, surely you can too.Are you running out of strength? Run into His presence, and you will find yourself going from strength to strength.Have a blessed week.AOFor testimonies, counselling and general questions, please send a mail to hello@midweeksurge.com
