Morgan Stewart
And it feels like I. I was on your show earlier, but it's so fun that you get to live. I have lots of questions, but it's so fun you get to live in New York City.

So fun.
Morgan Stewart

Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I feel very lucky. Honestly. This morning I woke up, I was a little hungover.
Morgan Stewart
I.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I
Morgan Stewart
gone.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I. And I, you know, I went on a fabulous date last night, and I put on my outfit, and I get to come and talk to you today. And I thought, not in a boastful way, in a really grateful way. This is the life I always dreamed of. Like, I always wanted to have the closet and the friends and the parties and, you know, this exact kind of life. So I feel very lucky. I love it.
Morgan Stewart
Is this the happiest you've ever been?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It is.
Morgan Stewart
It is.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Really? Truly.
Morgan Stewart
And what makes you the happiest right now?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I think when I feel like I am doing what I'm supposed to do and I'm trying hard at it, that makes me feel very good. Which is the most Virgo answer ever.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, my God. Hello, I'm Virgo. Well, can we just get that out of the way first?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yes.
Morgan Stewart
You're Virgo Sun. Virgo.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Virgo Cancer.
Morgan Stewart
Okay. And what's your Venus in.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I don't know.
Morgan Stewart
Yeah. Did we talk about this the other night? You don't know your Venus.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I know. I know.
Morgan Stewart
Guys, we need to figure that out. And I know that's become a shtick of mine, but you have to know your whole exact true.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I know. I only know my big three. I know, but I feel very Virgo y. I'm very Virgo y.
Morgan Stewart
Are you neat?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
No.
Morgan Stewart
Are you organized?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
There's actually three types of Virgo.
Commercial Announcer
I know.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
You know. No, no, no.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Okay.
Morgan Stewart
No. Tell the people, because I want you to explain it, and they'll do it eloquently.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
There's three types of Virgos because everybody's always like, you're a Virgo. Why is your. Why are you so messy? And I'm the. The third type. And we are not really governed by neatness. It's more.
Morgan Stewart
It's.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
We know where everything is. It's just we almost are so busy doing our micromanaging and our world building that we don. Oh, there's a shirt on the floor. Who cares? I'm thinking up my next idea. I'm figuring out how to fix my friend's life, and you want me to worry about a shirt on the floor?
Morgan Stewart
Do you feel Zen when you're cleaning things up and organizing, though?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Not really.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, so I am the same type of Virgo because I just realized we both share Virgo Rising, which is a very serious type of Virgo. Like, I am, like, I'm talking to you, and I have a million things going on in my head right now. Right? I'm like, do we sound okay? Do we sound like we're underwater? Am I asking questions in English? Like, it is a lot to like, deal lot.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
We're very heady.
Morgan Stewart
We're very heady. And not to mention, not to double dip in this. I'm Gemini's sun, which is also ruled by Mercury, so I have, like, the double whammy with that. But to bring it around for you, and I know you're very excited to know this, my sun is Virgo moon, which. That is, like, the most organized, right? Is that fair?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yes. Yes, it is. It is. That's like the organizing. That's the neatness. That's the order, which is amazing.
Morgan Stewart
Which is amazing.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah.
Morgan Stewart
Okay. I love Virgo. We love him. Yeah. But Virgo's intense. Okay, so you went out last night. Where was your date last night?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
We went to a steakhouse in the Upper.
Morgan Stewart
How was the food?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Oh, I guess I was more in midtown, but it was fine. It was good. It was fun. But my point is, I just am very fulfilled by my life right now. I'm really. I want to be in love. You know that. But I'm very, very happy being single. And I always feel like single people sound defensive when we say that. But I truly. I'm very morbid in that I think about my own mortality a lot. So I feel like, same, same. Every day is a gift. And I'm not saying that in a corny way. It's because I'm so morbid. And I'm like, wow, I get to be here. And this is amazing. And I love this phase of my life. And I do feel like people vastly overlook singleness. I think they think, oh, it's just a waiting room to get to the part where your life begins. And I don't view it that way. I think it's an incredible time to get to know yourself and to have adventures and to have fun. And I'm just really enjoying myself right now.
Morgan Stewart
I love to hear that. And can I say I really agree. I do think that also, there's, like, a groove when you're single. Like, you've hit that groove. I had that groove when you. In between my first marriage separating and then being with Jordan, there was like a seven month span of me being, like, alone. I lived in my first apartment and my Honestly, my only apartment I had ever had, paying my own rent, paying my own bills. I was working at E. Doing all these shows. I was taking myself to dinner with my girlfriends. I was working out. And that, I think, was this the most amount of time I had spent by myself, learning about myself. And I was in that groove. I was so happy to be at the age I was living my life, not, like, following my life and following different people. And I really feel that same energy from you right now. I feel that. I will tell you, this is the time before you jump off the cliff, because you get to get to this point where you're like, I'm so happy I get to do what I want. I'm independent. I have family, I have friends. I know what I value. I know what I don't value. And then all of a sudden, you look behind you and then your husband's there. So I'm just warning you on that.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I know.
Morgan Stewart
And then you have babies, and then your whole life begins. And that's a whole other set of beautifulness, but it's definitely very different. So really take the time enjoying it and enjoy it. Okay. I want to talk about you. I was going to ask you what your workout routine is and what you had for breakfast, but we're not even going to do that. I ripped the paper up.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I had two Brazil nuts and two coffees. Well, okay, wait, I'm sorry.
Morgan Stewart
Hold on. You open your eyes, we're awake.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I was hungover and I was like, okay, I have glam and I need to get up. And so I just got this coffee machine.
Morgan Stewart
What kind?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's a Delonghi, and it's really fancy, and I'm obsessed with it. And I immediately made two flat whites. And I keep my Brazil nuts next to my coffee machine because I saw. I'm not even gonna lie, I saw on TikTok that if you eat two Brazil nuts a day, it completely balances your thyroid. And I can't confirm or deny I've been doing it for a week. I feel quite balanced. I will say so. I have started doing it every morning, and I just love it. I love my routine.
Morgan Stewart
Do you have thyroid issues?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, honestly, I do. I have Hashimoto's. So do I. I went on Synthroid and it didn't do anything.
Morgan Stewart
So did I.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It went for a year and a half. It did. Jack all.
Morgan Stewart
Jack fucking all, bitch.
Commercial Announcer
Jack All.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, wait. Can we get the nuts? First of all, let's make sure we order the nuts.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Seriously. It was a very convincing Video.
Morgan Stewart
So you've had two nut and coffee. And that was it. And to get you up and going out of the house.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Well, because I didn't have time. Usually I have a breakfast taco every single morning. I have this skinny tortilla. It's 35 calories. You can get it at Whole Foods. It's the best thing ever. And then I have an egg with a little cheese and hot sauce. And I have it every single morning. And I have to have two coffees every single morning. Two. Okay. Yeah. It has to be flat white, whole milk, organic.
Morgan Stewart
Same. I'm all about whole milk.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
All about it.
Morgan Stewart
What were we even doing? I, by the way, I never. I never floundered. I always stuck with the whole, I
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
like that about you.
Morgan Stewart
Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I like that I'm a bit more influence. Is that a word? Yes, we'll go with it. And I drank that nasty, soggy ass water. Almond milk.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, no, fuck that.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
For all those years, I was like, yeah, it's nice. I guess it's fine. Tastes disgusting.
Morgan Stewart
Disgusting. And why were we.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And it's coagulates in your coffee.
Morgan Stewart
The coagulate. Like I just see it curdling on the top. I had to get a spoonful of cottage cheese down this morning. I thought my intestines were going to come up with it. It was so disgusting. I am a whole drink person. I like whole coke. I like whole milk. Anything with full fat, full calories, full bups.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Oh, yeah, I know that about you. The Coke. You like a full fat co.
Morgan Stewart
I've really had to part with it because it was making me really ugly and like greens.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Can I say that me and my best friend have a thing that, unfortunately, soda does make you kind of ugly.
Morgan Stewart
It makes you hideous. How much prettier have I gotten now that I don't have coke as much? No. In the last week, I'm illuminated.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I have this interview. It's burned in my mind from when I was in my teenage years. I can't remember if it was in a magazine, but it was Hilary Duff, okay? And she said, I quit soda. And it really made me look prettier. I cannot remember where. And that has stuck. I can't remember my own fucking last name. But I can remember this Hilary Duff interview. And that has stuck with me. And every time. I mean, I love soda. Like, I will never quit it. But I do think about that. But I do try to temper it a little bit.
Morgan Stewart
I had a few sips today and I felt really naughty. Cause I haven't been Drinking it.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's okay as a treat.
Morgan Stewart
It's okay as a treat. But I was literally having like two a day because my.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Me too.
Morgan Stewart
And I was like, oh no, I can't. Like the acne on the neck is not working. I'm television. Or I'm a podcast star again. YouTube star again.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Let's move on.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, so let's talk about you. Because as I was saying to you off. Off mic, off air. I don't know what to call it. You just came to be for me on the Internet with the videos. And at first I told you I was like, I wasn't sure if you were making fun of like the me's and the Dorothy's of the world. You were not. And I got clarification. Where did you grow? I mean, I knew you grew up in London.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I grew up in London. My parents are American. We moved when I was really little. I was a baby.
Morgan Stewart
Where were you born?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Dc.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, you were born in dc. Okay, so you moved to London. They are American.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, they're American. And we grew up there. I moved back to the States when I was 19 to go to college. And so you did high school and
Morgan Stewart
everything in London At British.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I did have an accent when I was at school.
Morgan Stewart
Can I tell you sorry not to cut you off because I need to get this out. I have noticed the accent come out in recent videos in the last two weeks.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I feel like, well. Cause I was just home.
Morgan Stewart
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I feel it. And I hadn't been home in like a year almost.
Commercial Announcer
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I do feel it comes out sometimes. It does, yeah, it comes out with certain. And if I go home, it comes out a lot more. But I used to have a full British accent at school and a full American one at home. And not to make it sound like I'm obsessed with celebrities, but I am. But there's a very good Gwyneth Paltrow interview where she was saying that her kids did that when they lived in London because they was. They have the two accent thing. Cuz you don't want to be different from your peers and you don't want to be different from your parents. Cuz you go home and I would be like. It would be embarrassing to speak in my British accent in front of my parents. I can't explain why, but.
Morgan Stewart
No, I totally get that. And I have some, some American British friends that also kind of do that back and forth. Okay, so you move to. You do London college in or sorry, high school in London. You go to college? Yes, Stanford Stanford. You got in. Let's pause on that. You got in right out of high school.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yes.
Morgan Stewart
What were your grades like in high school?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
They were mid. Honestly, I love when people are like,
Morgan Stewart
I got into Stanford, but they were fucking mid.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
But I'm really. That's not how. That's not where I show my cleverness. I had amazing essays and I was, you know, it was all that really creative stuff. But I did quite badly on the SATs. And I'm not a test taker.
Morgan Stewart
What was the SAT score? I'm fascinated with people's SAT scores.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I don't even remember.
Morgan Stewart
But.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Well, so because I went to a British high school, I had to do, like, tutoring outside because it was a totally different way of learning. In England, I went to private school. But it's very like, show your work. Like, oh. Even if you get the answer wrong, if you have a good idea, we'll still give you points for it. Which is the opposite sat. The SAT is like, right or wrong.
Morgan Stewart
Right.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And so when I did the sat, I did so badly that I had to go to this SAT camp in Berkeley.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Fabulous.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah. I went for one summer.
Commercial Announcer
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It was so intense. We would do SAT for like all day. It was like three weeks. It was hell. And then I still did quite shit. But I think I got say quite shit. Yeah, it comes out.
Morgan Stewart
Yeah, it comes out. I fucking love it.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
But, you know, I think it was like the creative thing and I don't know. I mean, I think so because I had really, like, wacky essays. And I'm very lucky. I absolutely loved it. I'm one of those annoying people who was like, college is the best time of my life. Cause it was.
Morgan Stewart
It was. So you had a great four years.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
The best. Because I had come from a British all girls school with a uniform.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, it was all girls.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I was a virgin when I went to college.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, my God.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I was like, I want to get highlights. I want to hook up with a water polo player and I want to be president of my sorority. And I did all those things in what order?
Morgan Stewart
What came first?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Definitely the highlights.
Morgan Stewart
Fuck. Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I got to California, I was like, bleach me up, baby.
Commercial Announcer
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, my God. Are you kidding?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's the best.
Morgan Stewart
There is no better feeling than that fresh bleach just scratching the scalp.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It was amazing. I was really tan. And I loved was such a joyful, easy time in my life. And I didn't really work that hard with my grades in Stanford either. Cause I was like, well, I'm here.
Morgan Stewart
So I got in.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I got in. Who cares? So it was fabulous. And then after that, I moved to San Francisco for four years.
Morgan Stewart
What did you do in San Francisco for four years?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I worked at Gap. So I started my career in fashion. The Gap. A program called the retail management program. And it's a boot camp for people who think they want to be retail execs.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Which I did at the time. And it's a. It's a really prestigious. Not to whatever.
Morgan Stewart
I'm obsessed with all the prestige happening. The Stanford, the mid grades. But getting it. No, I live for it. I'm eating it up.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
They call it the. The Harvard of retail. They really do that. Not me. I'm not me. And they, they. It's a very rigorous selection process. And then for nine months you rotate through the. Their different brands and you through different positions. So being a buyer, being a, you know, whatever, whatever. Turns out I was actually bad at that because it's quite. Being in corporate America is kind of like the SATs. It's quite like.
Morgan Stewart
Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
You know what I mean? It wasn't. I was like, I have this idea. And they were like, no, you know, they were like, we're not doing that. Like we are on a schedule. And so I was not the best at that job.
Morgan Stewart
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And finally, so I did the program. Then I worked at Banana Republican Menswear.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, so you stayed in fashion?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, I stayed in Fashion. I. For like, I think three years. And then they were like, you need to leave or we will fire you. And I was like, understood. I got it then. At the time, I was obsessed with Poshmark. Like I was obsessed with like buying stuff on Poshmark and reselling my clothes on Poshmark. And I remember back in the day when H and M would do collabs with designer brands and it would like sell out there.
Morgan Stewart
Aren't they still doing that?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, but like back in the day
Morgan Stewart
it was like a thing, a hot thing.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And they did.
Morgan Stewart
What's one. You remember what's one Collab.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
The Balmain one.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
So I hired a. What's it called? Like a. I hired a. Not a doordash. So like a task rabbit.
Morgan Stewart
Task rabbit. I hired a task rabbit to hang a TV for me once. Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
To sleep outside of H and M. Shut the fuck up so that I could be first. And then I went and I bought as much as they would let me buy. And then I sold it all on Poshmark. And then I wrote an article for Refinery20.9.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, my God. This is so not niche, but niche. Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And then Poshmark reached out, and they were like, you're insane that you love Poshmark so much. Come and have coffee with us. And that's how I got to know Poshmark. And then I worked at Poshmark for a year after that, and I loved it. That was such a happy time in my life, too. That was really good. I worked on marketing and special projects for Poshmark. And I love, like, vintage. I love thrifting. I love all that stuff. So it was an amazing year.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And then I was like, okay, I love the bay so much, but all my friends are going to business school, and I can't count, so I can't do that, so I should go to do something in fashion. So I moved to New York to do a master's in fashion journalism at Parsons.
Morgan Stewart
Okay. I'm obsessed with this journey. I'm glad I didn't ask you any of these questions the other night. Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's long. And then.
Morgan Stewart
No, give it all to me. I love people's journey like this.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And then I was really lost in grad school because I knew in my heart I was just kind of, like, biding time because I didn't really have, like.
Morgan Stewart
How long was that program? Two years. Okay. It was two years. Where'd you live then? In the dorm?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
No, no. And I lived at home.
Morgan Stewart
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah. And I was just like, God, I feel like I have so much passion, and I want to be good at something, and I feel like I'm not fulfilling my purpose, which for anyone is hard, but for my personality is really hard. I was like, oh, my God. Then I finished grad school. I was like, fuck, what am I gonna do? And I went to Arizona, to Sedona, and I had this reading with this woman. She read my chart.
Morgan Stewart
Give it to me, baby. Talk to me about it.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And she was like. She was like, you're not fulfilling your purpose. And I was like, I know. And she was like, you're not using any of the tools in your toolbox. You're not giving the world, like, what you need to be doing. And then she said, you're here on Earth. She was like, you are a queen in a past life, but you're here on Earth to do things for women, to help women. And I was like, I don't want to work in philanthropy. That was my honest reaction. I'm such a bitch. I was like. I was like, you don't see magazine editor in there. And she was like. She was like, you're here to help women. And I was like, what the fuck? Like, I was like, no, I'm not. Oh, my God. And I was freaking out. And then I was like, okay, well, I don't know what to do, so I guess I'll move to la. So then I moved to la. I was doing literally every. I could not get a job. I went back when I started, like, when I was an influencer and I started, like, working with Goop or being friends with Goop. I went back and I looked at how many emails I had sent to Goop begging for a job back in the day. Literally hundreds.
Morgan Stewart
Why? Why were you not able to get. What year was this?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
2019. Almost 2020.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, my God, she's so good at years. I could not recount my own life like this. Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I. I was begging every brand in LA for a job. No one could give me a job. So I was doing, like, literally this and that, odd jobs. And then the pandemic hit. Yes. And all of my little odd jobs dried up. And I was like, oh, My God, I'm 30, I'm a failure. I have nothing to show for. All my friends from school have these amazing jobs and I have nothing and I'm stupid and I'm an idiot. And I was in temporary. Like, I was in. I lived like above a strip club on La Cienega.
Morgan Stewart
Fabulous.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Which one?
Morgan Stewart
Oh, I think I know where you are.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
You know where you are. And I was like, I'm gonna have to move home. This is terrible. Like, as soon as I can fly, I have to move back to London. Like, I don't have any money. I gotta move back in with my parents. And I was like. Then I was watching the news and I'm very alarmist. And I was like, oh, my God, we're all gonna die. We're all gonna die. This is like, we're gonna die soon. So I was like, fuck it, I'm gonna make some videos. Because I don't care anymore.
Morgan Stewart
Cause we're dying.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Cause we're dying.
Morgan Stewart
We're fucking dying. Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And then as soon as I started making videos, I was like, this is what I was supposed to be doing all along. And I just never thought, seriously, my self esteem is rock hard. But I never thought that, like, I could be an influencer because I didn't feel like I was pretty enough or like that I had my life together enough. And it was right at the turning point. I was at the right place, the right time, not only with TikTok, but because people were like a little bit ready for a more realist, you know, and it was just the right place, right time, and now I'm here.
Morgan Stewart
So what gave you the ideas of the videos? Like. Cause they were very specific and very well researched. Like, you obviously have to be a very intelligent person to like be able to market those different areas as well as you did and those niche. I mean, it's very specific.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'm very millennial and I think we love like a list. We love like a. Like, oh, like this is what your favorite. This says about you. And I just happen to know a lot about the major cities in America. I love, I love like the things that make a place a place. You know, I love the coffee in New York is this and the coffee in LA is that. And this is what people. I've always loved that kind of stuff. And I just had this idea like, oh, you know, what if I kind of brought a meme to life in that way? And it's a very millennial humor. And it really hit, you know, TikTok's a different place now, but it was really fun back then.
Morgan Stewart
I mean, yeah, I mean, I feel like it really worked out for you.

Morgan Stewart
Okay, so you're in LA for how much longer? Until you moved to New York.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
So then I was there for five years. Oh, wow. Five years total.
Morgan Stewart
But we never met. We never met in la.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I bought a house. I was really doing like the influencer thing for the first couple months.
Morgan Stewart
Did you buy a house from TikTok money?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Mm.
Morgan Stewart
Can someone pay me on TikTok? What the fuck is going. I have not made a single cent on TikTok, but that's for after. Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's so crazy and I was so like proud. I felt, oh my God, this is my first home and I'm buying it from it. Just, your life can turn around so quickly. You really never know what's gonna happen. And I went from being, like, thinking I was gonna have to move back in with my parents to, like, buying a house in two years. And it was a really wonderful time and I loved it. I obviously thought I was gonna be in LA forever.
Morgan Stewart
Right.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And then, I don't know, you change and I think.
Morgan Stewart
I think, did you change or did LA change?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I think both. And I've been really critical of LA in the past and I don't want to do that anymore. It's the worst. It's given me so much, and it's a wonderful city full of wonderful people for where I'm at in my life right now. We don't mesh. But I, you know, I kept my house. I love la. It will always be home to me. It's just not.
Morgan Stewart
I agree, by the way. Born and bred. It has changed so much. It's hard to live there. It really is.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I think that, you know, the entertainment industry is obviously the heartbeat and the pulse of the city. And I think that because it's in such flux and such disarray right now, I think the city feels off kilter and disjointed. And then you layer on the strikes, the fires. It's gone through a lot, a lot. And it's just. It will recalibrate. Cities go through ups and downs, but right now it's having a tough time.
Morgan Stewart
It is, trust me.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
I know.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
You know, I love la and I want only.
Morgan Stewart
Only good things. We want to see her to prosper. I know. I feel like when my kids are in fifth grade, it's going to be back. Totally.
Commercial Announcer
It.
Morgan Stewart
Totally. Which is a long time, but.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, but when. When think about LA. When I was in my 20s, LA was the center of the universe. Everybody wanted to be in la. The fashion, the music, the food, the culture, everything was from la. And I remember visiting and just being like, this is the coolest place in the world. Like, I hope I get to live here one day.
Morgan Stewart
Yep.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And it'll come back. It's a historic city. It's a beautiful city. It's a textured, vibrant city. It just is, like, it's just going through something right now.
Morgan Stewart
We all do.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
We all do.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, so then you moved to New York. And so first of all, how long have you done your serious show? I don't even know that.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Four years.
Morgan Stewart
Four years. I could have Googled that, but I wanted to have this authentic conversation. I wasn't gonna do that. I wanted to know.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I think back to the first show. I can't believe they gave me the show because I didn't know what I was doing.
Morgan Stewart
How did that happen?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Well, I was like, I want to do a podcast. And so. And they were like, well, what about. And I really had always loved radio. I took a radio class at Stanford, and I, like, love Howard. And I was like, if I could do that too, having zero experience, that would be great. And they were like, okay, we'll give you this show. Whatever. I remember being so panicked the first morning of my radio show. I was like, oh, my God, it was so scary. And I can't even bear to listen to those first episodes anymore because I was so. I didn't know anything. I didn't have any flow. And now I'm here, and I just. It's my favorite thing in the world. Like, I love radio the most. The most. The most. It's so fun for me. And I just. I love. I love it.
Morgan Stewart
Yeah. I feel like it suits you really well. And I feel like the way. I mean, I was obviously on the show, but the way your ability to listen to those questions, take everything in and kind of answer from all different points of view, it's not just like a straight shoot. Like, I would be like, fuck him. Bye. Like, you really give a thoughtful answer. So your fans are very lucky to have you as an outlet for that.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's fun. I like it.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, should we talk about your personal life?
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, let's do it.
Morgan Stewart
Well, let's talk about what we have in common, because. Okay, so last year we hung out. Or was it last year? Or was it September?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It was like, September.
Morgan Stewart
You came to a wrangly dinner. Yeah, we were talking about you meeting my infamous medium.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, through I.
Morgan Stewart
We have a mutual friend. I gave her the medium. I said, don't tell anyone about this fucking medium. She told you about the medium? Cause obviously that's what best friends do.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And she's even more wackadoodle than me about it, though.
Morgan Stewart
And I told. I was like, this is gonna be like, change your life. And so you met with him how long? I feel like we had dinner together. I met my birthday, which was like a few days after.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It was.
Morgan Stewart
What's the date of your birthday?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
September 19th. And it was a few days. I think we had the dinner, and then a few days later, it was my birthday, and I wanted it to be very auspicious and speak to him on my birthday. This stuff I want to know.
Morgan Stewart
I want. First of all, you get on the zoom. Like, talk me through it. Are you in your apartment? You open the zoom. Are you nervous?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'm lying on my bed. And I was like, oh, God, what's he gonna say? And a lot of it hit then, but the stuff that has come to be since then is actually wild. It is actually insane and everything. I was like, oh, that's not gonna make sense. It's all come to fruition. So I have every reason to believe that him saying, in the next five years, I get married, which is crazy for me to think about.
Morgan Stewart
I have a kid.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And he said, it's all going to come together in the next five years. But my favorite thing about him is that he makes you feel like you're where you need to be. And that's, like, the best feeling is, you know, I think in life we are so, so preoccupied with, like, the next thing, and, oh, my God, what are we gonna do? But just having the reassurance you are on the path is the best feeling.
Morgan Stewart
I mean, first of all, I think it's gonna happen in less than five years. His personality is so calming and so wonderful.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Oh, my God.
Morgan Stewart
Is there something specific that you'll share that he said that you're like. It didn't click for you on the call, but then after, you were like, oh, my God. Like, he has given me actual names of people that kind of come into my life after, like, literal names.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Me too.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, what's a name?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I can't say.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, my God. Is it a man? Yeah. Is it a man you're currently seeing?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Is it romantic? It's a guy who's in my life. And he said, is there an ex in your life? And I said, yes. And I said, oh, is this gonna. Are we gonna. Is there gonna be something romantic? And he said, no. And I was, like, kind of bummed. And he was like, but he's gonna call you, and this thing is gonna happen, and you're gonna do this thing together, and. And it literally happened.
Morgan Stewart
Wait, is it. Do I know what it is? I will not say what it is, but it didn't happen recently.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'll tell you after. It's fucking insane.
Morgan Stewart
Did it happen recently?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, it's insane.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, that is insane.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
No, it's legit insane. It's so crazy and really crazy stuff about my best friend, about my boob job. He knew about my boob job.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, can we talk about the boob job? Your boob job's amazing. Am I allowed to say that on the radio? Your boob job looks so fucking good, it is insane. Who did it?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'm not saying, because I'm gonna have them on my podcast and get the views for myself.
Morgan Stewart
Okay? So no fair. Okay, so what did he say about the boob job? Because he. Okay, I'll tell you something after, too.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
He was like, well, that was the first thing he said. He was like, oh, you were having a conversation about something to do with breasts this morning. And I was like. Cause I was talking to my friend, talking to my girlfriend, who was also getting a boob job, and she was gonna get this special type of boob job because she had the breast cancer gene. And he was like. He was like, saying about it. He was like, you were talking about something. There's no breast cancer. Don't worry. But you were talking about it. And I was like, yeah, I was. And he was like, and there's something to do with that, and you and who you're talking about it with, you're both gonna do.
Morgan Stewart
And I was like, oh, my God.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I was like, oh, my fucking God. And that was how he opened.
Morgan Stewart
Had you had already scheduled the appointment? Yeah. And did he mention about where it was gonna be? Like, did he say LA or anything like that?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
No, but he was like, and it's. You're gonna let. And I was like, oh, my God. And he was like, yeah, you're gonna love it. And I was like, oh, my God.
Morgan Stewart
He told me, like, two years ago, you're gonna have something done with your eyes. And at that point, I was like, I'm not going to. I'm not going to. And lately, it is all I think about. And, like, I feel like he just really. I mean, he predicted my nanny. I did not have a nanny. He said, I'm telling you right now, a woman named Liz is gonna come into your life two weeks before, a woman named Liz is gonna come into your life, and she's gonna bring fresh beginnings. And it was like a turning point with nannies for the kids. Two weeks later, I was on a zoom with a woman named. She's been with me now for, like, four years.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
That's insane.
Morgan Stewart
He knows every single thing, everything. And I, like, will go back. Did you write notes?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Oh, I recorded.
Morgan Stewart
Of course, obviously. But he has told me things. Like, I have notebooks of, like, different names and different. Just random throwaway things. And I'm like, how did you know that? And how has this come true?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Well, also, this stuff that he's told Our mutual friend is the most. It's most batshit of all.

Okay, so I want to know. I feel like from this seat you are so accomplished. You've basically accomplished everything that you have wanted to. I mean, books. What's happened? You've had how many books?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Two books.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Two books.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
They're both being turned into TV shows. That's really exciting.
Morgan Stewart
I know that. Let's talk about that. That's fucking crazy.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's amazing. It's that.
Morgan Stewart
How does that even happen?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
God, it was honestly such a. That was a moment where I was like, okay, I have officially imposter syndrome. It just, I mean, I'm so lucky. And the, the process for making a TV show is really slow. So everyone's like, what's the update? I'm like, we're working on it. We're doing it, of course. But it's amazing. And it's really fun to learn a new medium. Like, it's a. It's fun to work on something more long term. I've never written for TV before, so working with incredible writers and learning from them is really fun. And it's nice to kind of roll up my sleeves and work on something that's a bigger project.
Morgan Stewart
Do you have an air date for that show? Not yet. Of course. I'm like, that's the most fucking. It's like impossible, right? Like getting that all done.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
We're chugging away. It's going great. Both of them are going really, really well. But it'll be a while.
Morgan Stewart
Is there one goal for yourself that you have not accomplished? That you're like, this is the thing that I'm like, I've done all these amazing Things. I'm so happy in my life. But if I could just accomplish this one thing, or I would like this one thing.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I mean, I guess to be in love. Like, I guess. I guess.
Morgan Stewart
Have you ever been in love?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, many times.
Morgan Stewart
Many times.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Oh, yeah.
Morgan Stewart
Would you say it was love every time?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Not all, but a few. Yeah.
Morgan Stewart
Three times, I think.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
No, probably more. I've had, like 17,000 boyfriends. Like, I love boyfriends.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I love it. Like, I've dated a lot of people I love very easily, and I think that's. Maybe people don't know that about me because I can be a hard ass with my advice or I can feel like I have, like, high standards, but, like, I'm. I'm. I'm a lover girl. I really am.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, so to be in love and then you're gonna have babies, are you gonna have.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
If that's in the cards for me, it is.
Morgan Stewart
You're gonna have a girl first. Did he say anything about that?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I hope so. He didn't. But my other friend is a baby witch. She knows only about babies. And she said, I'm gonna have a daughter in three years. And I believe her because she agrees.
Morgan Stewart
I just said that to you.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I know, I know, I know. I believe you too.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, good. But it's gonna be less than five. And he always extends his timeframes because he always says, like, I don't have any concept of time.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
But he's always right.
Morgan Stewart
He's always right.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, can we talk about your life in New York, please?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's so fun.
Morgan Stewart
It's so fun. But we have to just say this publicly. The food in New York, not to bash it is terrible.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's not good.
Morgan Stewart
It's not good.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's not good. And it took me a year to come to that realization. And then it snuck in and now I can't stop thinking about it and I'm having, like, a dinner crisis. I know this is gonna be like, oh, what? Fucking sno.
Morgan Stewart
No, I'm. Hello. You're at the right place.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's just when you come from la, the food is so fresh and there's such good, every type of food, casual, fancy, whatever you want. It's just so good.
Morgan Stewart
Every in all categories, right? So we kill sushi, we kill Mexican food, we kill fucking oysters. I mean, it's Italian, everything.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yes, exactly. It's just like, I feel like sometimes New York takes itself too seriously with the food scene. And I'm like, you guys, instead of just making such a big song and dance about it. Just cook.
Morgan Stewart
Just do the good thing. Just shut the fuck up and cook the food. Just. It's.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's all right. Like, it's fine.
Morgan Stewart
I know.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I don't know. I just. And it's also so expensive here.
Morgan Stewart
Everything is so expensive.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
What do you mean? This dinner was $300. It wasn't even. Like.
Morgan Stewart
It's.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's. Anyway, I prefer the food in la.
Morgan Stewart
Okay, so what's your. I mean, I'm gonna ask you this, but what's. Like, when you're. First of all, how are you meeting people? Cause I was gonna go into, like, your favorite date, but, like, how are you even going out with people on dates? So.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Okay, people. My big thing is delete the apps. I've deleted all of them but one. And I go on very sparsely, what's the one?
Morgan Stewart
Do you want to say?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I don't want to say. Okay, but people think there's no way to meet people in person, and I totally disagree. Every single boyfriend I've had, I've met in the wild. I've never dated anyone from an app. And all the people that I go on dates with, I meet out. And people are like, how do you meet them? And I'm like, you guys, people met before dating apps.
Morgan Stewart
Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And that. Those parts of life haven't gone away. There's still parties, there's still dinner parties, there's still bars and whatever, restaurants. You go sit at the bar, you talk to people. With a friend, whatever. It's just that people. I think it's. It does take effort. I. I'm out five nights a week,
Morgan Stewart
but are people approaching you, or are you approaching people? Like, how.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Like a mix. But you. If you.
Morgan Stewart
My.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
My point is, if you want to meet someone, you go out, you go out. They're not gonna come knocking at your door and say, you know, oh, here I am, the love of your life. You have to. You have to put yourself in. Not uncomfortable, but you have to push yourself sometimes. You have to say, if your friend says, oh, do you want to come to this dinner party with me? And you're exhausted and you're already in your pajamas, and if you want to meet someone, you. You say, yeah, let me throw on some makeup and I'll be there. And you go and you try to meet someone.
Morgan Stewart
No, I think that's very valid because also, I meet so many girls who are single, and they're like, but I'm in my 30s. I'm tired. I don't want to go out. Well, Then how the fuck do you think your life is changing? I know you need to get up.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I get that question all the time. People will be like, tanks, I don't drink and I hate to go out, and I have social anxiety and this and that, but, but, And I, but I don't want to go in the apps. And I'm like, I'm kind of shit out of luck. Then, like, I don't know what to, like, tell you. Like, that's tough.
Morgan Stewart
And also the nights that you're going out last minute and you're, like, scrambling to get ready, those are always the best nights.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
A hundred percent.
Morgan Stewart
I feel like I have visions of myself back in the day when I was single and I was like, I'm so exhausted and I had no kids, I had no reason to be tired, but I got myself together and those were the nights that, like, I remember more than any other night.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Of course you have to go. You. I'm not saying you have to drink, but, like, you have to go out.
Morgan Stewart
If you want to drink, you should drink. No, I'm kidding.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Well, I mean, I love to drink. I am like, I get so, like, such a bad rep and people, like, Gen Z doesn't drink and all this stuff. It's like, we need to do away with all this clean girl aesthetic. It's, it's. You can have balance. You can. I do it all. I get up in the morning and I work out. You can do it all. But this demonization of going out to drinks is literally terrible for us. And then everybody's complaining, oh, I'm so lonely. And I'm like, yeah, because you don't
Morgan Stewart
leave your house 100%. I also don't know anyone who doesn't drink.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Okay, that's good.
Morgan Stewart
Not one person. I mean, my mom can take down an entire bottle of red wine and have two tequilas, wake up at 6 o' clock in the morning, no fucking problem. My grandmother is going to be 101 next week and she has a gin and tonic every day and two cigarettes.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And that's what I like to hear.
Morgan Stewart
Okay. Dyes her hair. Box, box dye red. Red. And that bitch had a stroke three months ago and she's up and running, up and kicking. You need to. I think alcohol relaxes you. It does.
Commercial Announcer
I do.
Morgan Stewart
I will say my journey with alcohol is if I have any alcohol, with no food, like I did the other night, it takes me four days to recover.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Wow,
Morgan Stewart
it really hurts. And I will say back to our friend, he said to me, the older I get the harder substances. Alcohol is going to be on me.
Narrator/Advertiser
I hate that.
Morgan Stewart
And he's right, because even one drink, I'm like, oh, my God, I'm dying. But I love alcohol so much.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It is about if you eat before. I have noticed these days if I don't eat and I have a martini, forget it. I'm blackout, like out and waking up
Morgan Stewart
the next morning and there's like a lash on your. And you think it's a spider.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Yeah, it's a lot. But, you know, there's this Winston Churchill quote.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, my God. Okay, Christina, don't talk dirty to me with your Winston Churchill. Okay. What is it?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
He said, I've gotten more out of alcohol than alcohol's gotten out of me. And I always. I live by that.
Morgan Stewart
Are we dating? Are we going out?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
What's happening? It's just so, like. And I'm. I think it's true. I think every. I have so many amazing stories. Like, everything good has come from my life. From, like, being crazy and wild.
Narrator/Advertiser
Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And either because I'm on a night out and I meet someone and it leads to something, or because I have so many fucking stories to tell that I have made a career out of telling people these stories that happened to me and whatever. And that's so either way, it's a win.
Morgan Stewart
Did you ever have your belly button pierced?
Aaron or Sarah Foster
No.
Morgan Stewart
Okay. I wasn't sure.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I would love that, though.
Morgan Stewart
I was thinking about it. I was like, you give me mixed vibes. I was like, she could or she couldn't. And I didn't know if it happened when the highlights happened. And I feel like that would have been fun.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I have so many pierced. I have like eight in each ear, though.
Morgan Stewart
Do you really?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'm trying to let them heal up because it was a little much because I went through a phase where every weekend I was like, let's go get one.
Morgan Stewart
Were you sober or not sober? Who knows? Who knows? Do you have any tattoos?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
No, but I love them on guys. Every one of my ex boyfriends has tattoos.
Morgan Stewart
I mean, my husband is a tattoo.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's so hot to me.
Morgan Stewart
It's a lot.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's a turn on for me. I love it.
Morgan Stewart
I will say, before my husband, I was not, like, drawn to tattoos. I was very into, like, the, like, preppy, like, you know, you can tell the vibe.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I know tattoos are hot.
Morgan Stewart
He is. Is it is this way. It is this way. It's this way. It's every. I'm like, why is Bart Simpson on your leg? He's Like, I was drunk. I'm like, oh, God, let's not show anybody that.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Oh, it's so hot.
Morgan Stewart
It is hot.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I love it.
Morgan Stewart
We went on a whole roundabout. But I do want to go back to, like, okay, people are going up to you, and they're. They're taking you out to. What's your favorite kind of date? Dinner date, Coffee date. Fuck coffee date.
Commercial Announcer
Right?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I like a drinks first. I like a drinks drinks, no food.
Morgan Stewart
Let's talk about that.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Well, I don't want to just sit down and if they suck. Okay. Another thing about me is if the date is bad, I'm leaving in 35 minutes. I don't care.
Morgan Stewart
So what do you. Okay, so.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I'm just like, you know, I. I think. I think I'm gonna go. Oh, I don't care.
Morgan Stewart
Okay.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'm. I'm not rude. I'm just like, you know, I'm. I'm gonna go. And it's okay to say that.
Morgan Stewart
And they probably feel it too, right? Or maybe not.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Maybe they don't, because one time I went on a date, and I went on this date is burned in my memory. I went to Phuket's. Amazing bar, by the way.
Morgan Stewart
Oh, okay, good.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Okay.
Morgan Stewart
I've stayed there a few times.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Sexiest bar to have a date. He didn't ask me a question, and I timed it. He didn't ask me a question about myself till 38 minutes about. And I was in. Back in my bed in my apartment. I walked there. I walked back. I was. In one hour. I went, I did the date, and then I was like, I'm out. And then I was in my bed in one hour.
Morgan Stewart
Can I tell you something? My biggest fear is not talking about myself for 38 minutes.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I know I would kill myself. It's insane. And it's just like, I think there's this weird epidemic, which me, I talk to my followers about all the time. Men don't ask questions on dates anymore. And I'm like, if you're not asking me a question, if you don't care, then. And I'm leaving because you don't. You're not interested in me. And I'm. I'm fucking Anderson Cooper over here. I'm like, and what about your child? Whatever. So if you can't be bothered to volley the ball back and, like, you know, just rattling on about your boring real estate job, like, why?
Morgan Stewart
How did you get set up on that date?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I think that was an app, honestly. And you. Oh, the point of my story. Was. And I would have ranked it like a 3 out of 10 the next day. Hey, I had a great time. Would love to see you again.
Morgan Stewart
I was like, sweetie, I left after 38 minutes, baby.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I was like, were we on the same. Cause it's like, if you. It's so easy to make people feel good about themselves if you just ask them questions. So it's like kind of a hack. And I was like, well, yeah, obviously you felt Good. You got 38 minutes of free therapy.
Morgan Stewart
You know, a hundred percent. I feel that all the time. I feel like that even with my friends. Like, no offense, friends, but I do. I am the one that's constantly like, you know, it's. It's even like every conversation. I do feel like I have to really protect my peace and energy, even now with going out in social settings or events, because I end up having to do so much of the talking that I'm like, how much is this gonna deplete me the next day?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And your dinner was incred because I was sat next to Jamie and we had the best conversation. But at a lot of those dinners, people actually don't know how to have a conversation.
Morgan Stewart
I'm very aware and I'm very specific about who I invite to those dinners.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
People don't know how to. They don't. They can't talk about anything but themselves.
Morgan Stewart
Right.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I say, even if I low ball and I say, what are you watching on tv? They look at me like, I have two heads.
Morgan Stewart
I don't watch tv.
Commercial Announcer
Yeah.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Or, you know, a lot of these influencers, they just cannot have a conversation.
Morgan Stewart
Do you mean that's an age thing?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'm not sure. I mean, I'm quite a lot older than, like, a lot of these influencers, but I'm like. I'm like, if you're sat next to someone at dinner, the polite thing to do is have a conversation with them. And it can be light, it can be whatever, but if you can't even be bothered to, like, keep the conversation going, it's rude.
Morgan Stewart
Well, I think what you. What you're saying now is also. It's just a lack of manners.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Exactly.
Morgan Stewart
And there's a lack of upbringing. My mom was so. And I feel like I know your mom via social media. She just seems like the sweetest lady. She was on top of me about shit like that. Being polite, saying thank you, looking people in the eye, having a firm handshake, making sure you're asking them about themselves like this. Is that, like, I am very precious about with My kids, like, I don't want them to be freaks.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
No.
Morgan Stewart
I want them to be nice, normal, engaged people. And, like, not just the whole night. I mean, I'm obsessed with myself and I'm obsessed with taking photos and getting the shot because it's a stressful thing for me. But I'm not like, all night. Like, yeah, no, like, I'm only here for this. Oh, that's unprofessional. But I'm like, no, we're engaging in this moment. We are celebrating or spending this evening together. We need to be able to 100%.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And what I would also say to people is they think, oh, it's like. Like, you know, to go on the phone passes time. I actually think if you're at a dinner, brand dinner, whatever it may be, and you're on the phone, your phone the whole time, it makes it last longer. Just lock in, talk to the people around you, be present in the moment, and then go home. And if you don't have the social battery to do it, don't do it. Don't. Don't go then, you know, I think
Morgan Stewart
that's really good advice. I'm gonna take that advice.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It drives me insane and also, like, to go on to that. It also drives me insane when I'll be at a fashion event, like, a fashion. I'll never get over being invited to that stuff.
Morgan Stewart
I'm still the same way.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I still pinch me. Like, still crazy moment. And I will see these. Some. These influencers, and they're like this. And they have such a rude look on their face. I'm thinking about one in particular.
Narrator/Advertiser
Ooh.
Morgan Stewart
And I know what happened, bitch. Okay?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And I know what happened. Their publicist made them go, whatever, whatever. And they're sitting there and I want to look at them and go. If you don't want to be here, if you don't respect the work that's walking down the Runway, if you don't care about this designer, don't fucking come. Because. Because to Devil Wears Prada, it. There's a million girls who would kill to sit in your chair. And you need to show respect to the people who created this show or this event or whatever. And you need to show respect for your position to be here, because it is an honor to be invited to this stuff.
Morgan Stewart
And if you don't wanna come, don't fucking come. And no one cares.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Or if you have social anxiety, stay fucking home, then.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Stay home.
Morgan Stewart
I fucking agree.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
We won't miss you.
Morgan Stewart
I fucking agree. 100%, wholeheartedly. And I really do think being, like, on the front end of that and the back end and even, like, inviting people to dinner and the decorum of canc canceling is fucking rude. If you say yes to coming to a dinner, you need to come to that dinner.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Agree.
Morgan Stewart
Unless you are ill. Yeah, I. I agree. No, everybody's too, like, cool and takes themselves too seriously. I think also we've gotten into a really strange place of, like, everything. Everybody has become so voyeuristic of other people. Nobody is, like, as engaged in the human connection as we used to be. I feel like at the beginning of sort of Instagram or just more even pre2020, like, we were. Maybe it's a Covid thing, but we were way more engaged. Now it's like, not to make this about cheesy stories, but, like, all the people that are on my stories, all the people that are watching me, that do not communicate in any capacity, I am constantly responding and trying to, like, make this more of a human experience. Like, we have gotten fucking weird.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's weird. It's weird. I'm really mindful of my. I'm trying to be really more mindful. I'm obsessed with my phone, too. I'm addicted. I know that. But I think to your point, it's like, if I'm following someone, I'm supporting them. I'm, like, liking. I'm commenting, I'm. And I'm like, if you don't like me, unfollow me. I really don't care. But it's just strange that the weird social contract constructs we have now where people feel like, oh, like, I have to follow this. But it's like, if we don't fuck with each other, then let's not do it. You know, let's not even do this. Because if I'm following someone, I'm commenting, I'm liking, I'm, you know, gassing you up, reposting.
Morgan Stewart
You're doing all the things. I am very much the same way. I really think that I am. And I. My. My least favorite type of follow is the girl that you run into an event that you both know each other through periphery and you have mutual friends, you know, you're not really going to vibe or, you know, that they're. I want to be very clear, you know, that they're probably not going to engage with your story and think they're too cool for you. This has happened to me a few times. Could you imagine people think they're too cool for me? I know. Imagine I know, it happens. And I'm like, okay, I saw this girl at this event. I helped her out with some stuff. She followed me two hours later. And I was like, bitch, why? Because now I have to follow you. And guess what? Not one. Like, each direction.
Commercial Announcer
I've.
Morgan Stewart
Actually, that's not true. I have responded to stories. I have liked things, but I'm like, why are you putting me in a position to follow you now? And we don't like each other, and not even not like each other, but we're not going to support. To your point, I want people on social media that support me 100% all day, every day.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
And also, it just makes people miserable. And I think, like, I think that it's very strange to follow people that you hate. And I'm talking more widely now, like, if you hate an influencer and you still follow them, that's odd, because why would you want to make yourself angry?
Morgan Stewart
I love it.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's a ghost.
Morgan Stewart
It was a ghost. It's. Leave it in. Leave it in.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Stop talking. Stop talking. They're gonna find him. No, I know.
Morgan Stewart
I'm gonna tell people eventually. No, I know I shouldn't. Well, I mean, I think we need him for us. I know he's always. I talk to him every Sunday.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
That's insane, Morgan.
Morgan Stewart
I'm like, I'm going to New York. Am I gonna have fun in New York? He's like, girl, you know my mother.
Commercial Announcer
Him?
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Really?
Morgan Stewart
That is how I know him. She had somebody. I'm going to.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I've met her. She's a hoot.
Morgan Stewart
She's met you. She's told me that.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I've just remembered that I met her.
Morgan Stewart
You did her podcast. She loves you. She's like my fairy godmother.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
We went to her office, and I was like, am I in heaven?
Morgan Stewart
No, it's.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's so nice.
Morgan Stewart
It's just like cash, lipstick and perfume.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
It's amazing. It's just wild. So sweet.
Morgan Stewart
She knew somebody that knew somebody, and he basically, maybe I told you this, but it was. Somebody's mother had passed away. It was three sisters. They had a vacation house in the guest house. The one daughter that was gonna have the hardest time. The mom left a letter for her, and she did not know this in the upstairs. They did not live there. It was like, on Nantucket. They lived in the city or something. And she went. He. She met with Bill, and he said, your mom's here. She knows that you guys were the most connected, and you're gonna have the hardest time with her. Passing and I'm getting something about a letter or something in. You guys have a vacation house or something. And I would really. And I'm doing this cause he's does this. I would really go upstairs and open that door. She found a letter from her mom to her.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
Oh my God.
Morgan Stewart
It was like two years after the death and that was like the closure she needed. And then I was like, I have to talk to this person.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
He's so gifted.
Morgan Stewart
He's very gifted. He probably knows we're talking right now. I know. I just want to say I need
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
to schedule him right now.
Morgan Stewart
You should email him.
Guest (likely influencer or media personality)
I'm going to email him right now. With Morgan.
Morgan Stewart
It's fine. Be like with Morgan. Love so much. He'll get you in anytime this. I think I agree with everything you've said on this podcast. You should be very proud of yourself. I know you are. But you have done such an amazing job being yourself. You're so well spoken. You're so intelligent. I'm obsessed with intelligent women.
Aaron or Sarah Foster
Thank you.
Morgan Stewart
I love people that are smarter than me. I'm not smart. No, you are. You're smarter and you're more broadly smart. I'm like a very specific smart. Everyone's like, no you're not. I am. But I just want to say thank you so much for coming on. Thanks for having me. Seriously, it was so much fun.
Commercial Announcer
Thank you.
Morgan Stewart
You'll have to come back in LA with better lighting.

Episode Theme: Embracing Honest Living, Singlehood, and Real Conversations in Adulthood
Morgan Stewart returns to podcasting after stepping back to focus on family and personal growth, bringing a deeper, wiser candor to her signature pop culture wit. In this episode, she reconnects with media personality and influencer Tinx. The conversation dives into what it means to be self-fulfilled, the realities and misunderstood joys of being single, astrology, career pivots, the complexity of modern relationships, and the value of authenticity both on- and offline. They swap honest stories about growing up, career ambition, belief in mediums, finding community, and the necessity of showing up as your real self.
[02:18]–[05:59]
Tinx shares her current happiness: Living independently in New York, enjoying her career, friendships, and the freedom that comes with singleness.
Perspective on singlehood:
“I do feel like people vastly overlook singleness. I think they think, oh, it's just a waiting room to get to the part where your life begins. And I don't view it that way. I think it's an incredible time to know yourself, to have adventures, and to have fun.” — Tinx [05:30]
Morgan echoes the sentiment: Cites her own post-divorce period as necessary self-discovery and independence.
[03:01]–[04:44]
[06:53]–[09:52]
[10:00]–[19:16]
“As soon as I started making videos, I was like, this is what I was supposed to be doing all along.” — Tinx [18:47]

“If the date is bad, I’m leaving in 35 minutes. I don’t care.” — Tinx [39:10]
[45:35]–[46:40]
[42:42]–[44:18]
This episode balances humor, self-awareness, and direct talk about building a life you want—embracing independence, navigating the absurdities of modern adulthood, and finding meaning in both big accomplishments and everyday rituals. Morgan and Tinx reflect a friendship marked by candor and a shared insistence that honesty, real manners, and being present are more valuable than online status or performative perfection. It’s an engaging listen for anyone rethinking their own path or looking for the confidence to unapologetically own their life choices.
