On this episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki is still in NYC buzzing from an epic weekend at Fanatics Fest in NYC while Brie is home in Napa recovering from the chaos (and cuteness) of the Kids’ Choice Awards with Birdie! From celebrity run-ins and wild competitions to orange carpet moments and Dora the Explorer sightings, the twins are catching each other—and you—up on everything. Nikki dishes all the behind-the-scenes fun from Fanatics Fest, including the moment a fan almost beat Tom Brady, her game-day glam entrance, and being ghosted by Cam Newton! Meanwhile, Brie shares what it was like watching Birdie live her glam dreams on the orange carpet, only to be overwhelmed by the flashing lights and chaos (relatable, girl!). But between a fresh tan, a confidence boost from her workouts, and her upcoming X Games hosting debut, Brie’s definitely got her groove back—and Nikki noticed. It’s a catch-up episode for the booked & busy twins packed with laughs, glam, and gratitude, plus...

Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the Nikki and Bri Show. And sadly, my couch is very lonely because Nikki is in New York.
A
That's right.
B
What up, Nikki?
A
Well, NYC is not lonely. That is for sure.
B
Oh, yeah? Why? Yeah, because you're there.
A
Duh. You said your couch is lonely, but New York isn't lonely.
B
That is true. Well, I'm missing you on my couch, but I know you're having a lot of fun in New York.
A
Oh, yeah. You know, New York, it's always fun.
B
Yeah. But, you know, last time I was there, it wasn't too fun for me.
A
What do you mean?
B
I was on the bathroom floor the whole time.
A
I know, I know that. I totally forgot about that. That is so true. I mean, Wilbur, did you stalk my Instagram at all today?
B
Today?
A
Well, no. Meaning, like, you saw how busy my weekend was.
B
Well, yeah, I was stalking it every day.
A
Oh.
B
Maybe didn't get to it this morning, but definitely I stocked it Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
A
Yeah. You. You missed the Bella Army. Missed you.
B
I could tell. Yeah, I felt like I. I felt. I felt their. Their sadness. I wasn't there.
A
They were very sad. They missed you a lot. But I have to say, Fanatics Fest was incredible.
B
Like, was it fun?
A
It was so much fun that.
B
What is Fanatics Fest, by the way?
A
What is it Fanatics puts it on? So you know Fanatics.
B
I know Fanatics.
A
Yeah. So they do a fest and it's really cool because there's all these different activations of, like, NHL, NHL has it, the pga, NFL, every sports that you can think of. Mlb, wwe, anything that falls under the Fanatics umbrella, they have all their own different activations. So think of like, convention style, right? As well as, like Netflix, because they do a lot in sports, so they have their own big activation booth. But what was really special about this year is they were launching the Fanatics games. So you had 50 fans going up against 50 pro athletes and celebrities and, oh, my gosh, worldwide. And you had a chance of winning a million dollars in prizes as well as some Ferraris. So I sadly did not win any of the prizes or the Ferrari. But I was saying that Ferrari, you know it, girl. But it was really hard because they didn't have. I think next year they need to have another line for the women because we shot like, I had to do the same exact things that like Tom Brady and Russell Wilson were doing. And like throwing footballs and baseballs and basketballs is hard, especially when like Kevin Durant's doing it too. So. And I'm not trying to be like, whatever, but like. And I could tell the referees were like feeling for me because I was trying really hard. I was like breaking a sweat. But like, I hit the rim a lot. I got one basket and I was proud and like, I got one football in. But then the like golden football that you had to throw, I think it was 77 yards. I mean, that shit's hard.
B
Don't even tell me Tom Brady left with a million dollars in a Ferrari.
A
Tom Brady, now a fan was beating Tom Brady. But I didn't get to see the finals when it wrapped yesterday. But I have to say the WWE entrance was my best that I did. I got two tens and eleven.
B
Actually. You did really great.
A
It's. Thank you. It was so fun. And out of all the fan bases, like the WWE fans just showed up and everyone wanted to be over by the entrance, like every pro athlete celebrity, because they just were giving the greatest energy and like fans also got to do like pick an entrance music to come out to. And they were just always cheering for everyone and it was really cool. And I know I can't talk a lot about it yet, but like the show I was hosting, we had a lot of fun and the Bella army people were just amazing. And yesterday I had my appearance and my signing and it was sold out and it was incredible. Like it was just such a great weekend. But I was mind blown by the fanatics fest. I was like, my whole family needs to be here next year. Like, our cousins would be obsessed.
B
And I mean, JJ thinks he's better than some pros, so we need to get him in there to see if he really is.
A
He would be hilarious. And then the kid zone, when I was in the kid zone and I didn't think Brie and when I was in there, there was a lot of four and five year olds and then how they were coming up to me, but how they were kicking the soccer balls or throwing the basketballs, I was just dying. It was.
B
So is this where they wanted us to do our podcast?
A
Yes. So we're Gonna have to do it next year.
B
We'll do it next year. I mean, it's like, I feel like seeing your face and seeing you in your photos. You love being back in it.
A
Oh, my God, I love being back in it. And, like, so Cam Newton was supposed to be with me the whole time. So everyone was partnered up with someone. Not that you were on a team, you're still going against each other, but because they were filming stuff and getting content. So Cam Newton was my person and he was late and never did any of the games with me. So I was the one of the only people that had to do all the games by myself.
B
Oh.
A
Everyone was playing off people, so Cam. Thanks. Left me on my own, which is fine.
B
Well, that New York traffic will get you.
A
Yeah, well. And he showed up. I saw photos, but I didn't see him. But he was. I mean, obviously we would know. Dressed to the nines, looking so good. Yeah.
B
Well, that's good.
A
Yeah.
B
Well, that's awesome. Nicole. It makes me really happy for you.
A
Yeah. Thank you. It was. Oh. In the summer slam press conference.
B
Oh. And I watched that. You did very, very well.
A
Thank you. It was. You know, our press conferences back in the day were so different. So to finally experience this style one, it was really neat. And being with everyone, you know me, I always love being with my people. So we all were having a lot of fun the whole time. We all were just laughs having fun. It's really cool when you get all these different kinds of athletes together. So Starbucks was doing all of our private lounges. So we're like, we'd all go and wait to like, have to go somewhere. It was just so cool because you would be in there and you're like, oh, that's that all star NBA player, that WWE hall of famer, superstar. And oh, there's that NFL player. Like, you people would have been in heaven. Like, you go in there and you're in that lounge and you're like, look at all these different kinds of pro athletes. It was really, probably really cool. One of the coolest experiences ever because you and I love sports. So, you know, I was waiting for Messi to show up, but he didn't. It's okay. We needed.
B
Was Jalen Hurts there?
A
Jalen? I. No, I don't believe Jalen was. I think Sequan came.
B
Did he?
A
No, Coop was there. Coop was there and should ask to.
B
Been partnered up with him.
A
I know I should have. I did. I didn't know Coop was there till Sunday morning because Coop and I were signing at the same time. Oh, and then Kane Brown was on my day too and. But he signed before me and then was doing Logan Paul's podcastering because I wanted to go say hi because, you know, he did Armageddon.
B
Right?
A
But yeah, it was like that. That's what I'm saying, Bri. It was like insane. It was so cool. And just so you know, the PGA one, by the time I hit the golf balls, like when it was my turn for the games, they said at that point that I had hit better than half the men that came through.
B
What?
A
So those Happy Gilmore to lessons that I did, they paid off my form? Yeah, the guy was impressed. And then at times he's like, you're thinking too hard. Cuz each referee, for each activation you show up, each game you had to compete in, they knew the sport well. The hardest one was NHL.
B
So you really tried. What was it you tried to get your pointer finger with your pinky.
A
Are you talking about for golf? Yeah. Oh, and then when you put the arm straight when you swing back.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Look at. I remember.
A
You remember.
B
I need to get out there.
A
I know.
B

B
Well, while you were enjoying sportsmen and sports and joes and pros, I was enjoying a lot of kids. It was chaos, but it was so much fun. We did not win. We lost to the LOL podcast, which is a good one for kids, so that I, I understand, but Kids Choice Awards was so much fun. But I think what made it fun was doing it with Birdie. I mean, the fact that it was her first ever red carpet or I should say orange carpet.
A
Yeah.
B
But Nicole, she's Brian. I mean, she is Brian. Like, and I love it. And so let me tell you, my girl loved getting ready. She loved sitting in Eileen's glam chair. She gave Eileen ideas. I want jewels. I want. I mean, she told Paul the hair she wanted. I mean, she knew the look I let.
A
Well, when you were sending me those photos, I was like, birdie's in her.
B
Element, in her element. And I mean, think I let her pick out her whole outfit. She knew the look of hair and you know, I told her like, you can put a little, like shimmer, like little lip gloss, whatever, but you know, nothing crazy. So it was really cute. But when we got on that carpet, so excitement getting there and like checking in, even though she was very shocked to see the long line of kids like going in because she was like, do we have to get in that line, like, what's happening?
A
Birdie's like, I don't wait in lines.
B
No, I. You know her. It's almost. She'd rather go home. Right. So in the back part, she's having fun, but the minute we got on the carpet, she not. She did not enjoy. She literally was like, like, whoa. Like, very overwhelmed.
A
Yeah.
B
And so we're. You know. And I think too, like. And I warned her about, like, when you're taking your photo, a lot of people yell, like, you know, to the right, to the left, straight down. Like, they're. You know, everyone's yelling to get your shot. And so she was fine with that.
A
Yeah.
B
But then, like, it was the interviews, and people like, oh, can you pose right here? Can you come right here? And Birdie was done. That was too much. I was literally in the middle of an interview, and she's, like, tugging at my dress, and she goes, mama, I just want to go home. I'm ready to go home. I'm like.
A
And then she wanted that room service.
B
Oh, yeah. Well. And this is the thing is, like, you know, Birdie, where she's like, brian, is that when things are just too much is moving around, there's a lot of chaos. That's no bueno.
A
Yeah.
B
Like, she needs quietness. And even though she. I will say this. When they took us inside, where it's crazier. I mean, you've been to the Kid Choice Awards, they scream the whole time like, your adrenaline's going. Like, I could have. I could have ran a marathon just based on my adrenaline rush from the constant screaming when the minute we sat down and she saw everything, she actually got very excited. And then when the Nickelodeon dancers came out and Tyler and how they're doing everything, like, Birdie got worked up, and so she actually ended up not wanting to leave. But it was freezing cold the whole time because you're in the Santa Monica, you know, that airport hangar, and you're right by the beach, so you forget the breeze. And we both were, like, shivering the whole time. So I think that was kind of, like, hard on her. But she had fun. But her big moment. So we were backstage waiting, and the actress who plays Dora the Explorer, the new movie coming out, Birdie saw her, and then she wanted to come say hi. So Birdie got a chat with her, and Birdie could not believe it. And then, you know, I was presenting with Maya, who's the actress who for Lilo and Stitch. And Birdie had just watched that weeks ago and loved it. So she Couldn't believe I was presenting with her. And so they were chit chatting backstage and they got their picture, and that was a big highlight for Birdie. And the girl is just adorable. I mean, just think she's eight years old, just like Birdie. I mean, I felt like I was her mom. It was, like, funny, because, you know, Jack Black got the lifetime achievement award, and they had some other, you know, people on the show. Like, we're around the same age, but I mean, it's mostly, you know, teens, kids, and, like, even early 20s.
A
Yeah.
B
I was, like, looking around. I'm like, gosh, I could be like, almost everyone's mother in here.
A
Yeah. Well, you looked hot. You looked really pretty. I loved.
B
I know.
A
The outfit, the hair, the glam. You looked good. And Birdie looked beautiful. Yeah.
B
Well, you know, I have to say, I felt really good. And I think it's because you and I have been working out so hard, and, you know, I usually don't do the heavy weightlifting like you and joining you in all of that, I just. I've seen a difference in my body.
A
You feel it.
B
And then, you know me, I'm out gardening all the time. I'm swimming with the kids. So my tan is on point right now, which always helps. So I felt like everything was good. I got a fresh haircut, the tan, you know, getting my butt kicked by you every week in the, you know, work, in the gym. So I think, you know, all the stars aligned. And Brie was glowing.
A
I love it. Brie getting her groove back.
B
That, you know, I. I felt that even though I was like, did I have a little too much boobs for the Kids Choice Awards? You know, I mean, I'm. I didn't I think about that.
A
I mean, yeah, maybe, but I think you were fine. It wasn't too much because it was. The rest of the dress had class. So that's where it. You weren't like. I wasn't focused on your boobs. Not once did I think. And you know me, I'd be so honest. I was like, whoa, boobs. Like, I never thought about that.
B
Yeah, for sure.
A
You know what I mean?
B
Look.
A
Look at that. You don't. It's good. It was perfect. Okay. Maybe you could have tanned them up a little bit, but it's all good.

A
Yes.

And for all of you listening right now, it actually starts tomorrow. The X Games will be on espn. You could also get it on Roku Sports channel and you can also get X Games TV fast channel in addition to more than 15 hours of live coverage across ABC and ESPN. So a lot of X Games this weekend you're going to see moi.
A
Congrats, Bri. Yeah, we all got to tune in.
B
Yep.
A
Got it. You gotta bring those young skills back to life. That was our world. So let's see what you remember.
B
You know, it was our world. And, you know, it was funny because Salima and I, we were talking. I'm so excited to get a host with him because, I mean, he's been their host, what, since 1999, since it really started. And he and I had a really fun zoom, and we actually, Nicole, think we crossed paths in San Diego because he was there when we were living there. Sure, yeah. Because he was there for a while, but so we were talking about the whole scene and 2002, like, really, those early 2000s, and just how amazing San Diego was with, yeah, you know, the pro skaters, pro surfers, and seeing BMX become something big, and motocross, all of it. Oh, I agree.
A
I won. You better tell Travis Pastrana I say hi, and I will. Simon, I'm just throwing this out there, but we need AGT Extreme to come back, so I think it's time. And because, you know, the X Games is revamping, and it's like, as far as the competition, it's still there. We're still seeing the best of the best of extreme sports worldwide is all coming here. But I think the show itself, you. You know, you could see that. And, Bri, I think you're going to bring a lot to it. So for me and NBC, it only makes sense that we bring AGT Extreme back. So, Bri, when you see Travis out there, will you please tell me, say hello?
B
I will. Yeah, it's cool because they all just got done competing in Osaka, and it's going to be really neat to see a lot of them come, bring, you know, everything they did there, bring it to Salt Lake City, and. And I'll say this, and, you know, this too, Nicole. You know, being pro wrestlers, we know what it's like to be extreme. But when you see these athletes and what they do, I mean, not only are they fearless, but they have to be creative, like with their move set if they want the gold. And I think that's the one thing I've been the most impressed with, is they're not. They have to literally sit there, create their own moves, land them safely to get judged on. And I'm like, wow, right? It's. It's a lot of pressure, and I'm just like, these are, like, some of the most fearless and, to me, intriguing athletes in the world.
A
I agree. I mean, that's why I've always been drawn to extreme sports. It's Edge meets incredible athletic ability and talent. And I mean, you have to be extremely athletic to do what they do. But then on top of it, you have to have edge and courage and, like you said, fearlessness to do that stuff. And creativity. I mean, they're artists as well. I agree. It's not like you're just learning a specific sport of, like, here's basketball, and this is how we play the game. And then these are your fouls and these are the quarters and blah, blah, blah. Like, you're right. Extreme sports. It's like, it's almost like gymnast in a way, when they do their floor routines. Right. Like, they gymnast as well. Have to have that. Create creative side to stand out and get really good scores. So I completely agree with you. So congrats on that. And then, Bri, I thought before we get into some inspiration affirmation, because you and I have had so much go on this week, whether it's Fanatics Fest, the Games, X Games, Nickelodeon Choice Awards, losing, but you guys being winners on the carpet, I thought we could do a game where it's finish the sentence recap edition. So in case we missed out on anything on our recaps that we could get them in. What do you think? Want to play?
B
I think that sounds amazing.
A
So we're going to each get a chance to answer these questions, and we'll answer based on this past weekend's events. Okay.
B
Sounds good. Are you starting?
A
Yeah. Well, we both say it. So the best thing I ate this weekend was chicken stir fry. Ooh. So literally, I've been the queen of room service. But I will say bison burger. No bun wrapped with lettuce.
B
Yeah. And they, you know, did mine, obviously. Gluten free. Dairy free. Because they, you know, this is quick soy sauce. I have to be careful.
A
Yeah.
B
But the hotel. So they did a different type of sauce, and it was so good. And they had a little spice to it. I was like, okay.
A
And she's had it every moment. Well, that sounds yummy. I also did french fries every night. Okay. The most unexpected moment of the weekend.
B
Was my daughter asking me if she could go home in the middle of me in an interview.
A
Mine would be, oh, shoot, man. Now I'm, like, frazzled. Because I feel like there was a lot. I guess the mo. Most unexpected was my tag team partner, Cam Newton not being there and having to do it all by myself with no one to talk crap to.
B
Okay, I would say that's one.
A
The outfit I felt my best in was that booby brown dress filling Yourself.
B
In that red zipper outfit.
A
Yeah, but you know what? I forgot to pull the pants up before I went on stage.
B
Oh, you can even tell.
A
Okay, good. But, yeah, good.
B
I mean, the brown dress, Avi, Obviously.
A
Yeah. The moment that made me laugh out loud was.
B
I mean, I gotta see. Okay. I actually. I did laugh out loud when Jack Black got slimed. Because this is the thing. I don't know. He might have known he's getting slime, but they did it in the middle of him talking. And he's so great at physical comedy. And it was like his reaction, and then he was laughing so hard, he's like, I wasn't expecting that. And then the host goes over and she goes, oh, also, you won this award too. And he goes, what? And then they slimed him really hard again. His. I bursted out laughing. Birdie and I both like it. It got me because of his reaction and his physical comedy. Like, the. What he does with his body. So that was. That was good.
A
I like that. That's good.
B
But you.
A
My LOL would probably just be your text messages coming in to me like, oh, my gosh. Birdie just said this. Oh, my gosh. Buddy wants a big Pokemon stuffed animal from Costco. Those all made.
B
But he's never been to Costco. He went with someone and he thought it was Christmas. I'm like, he asked me. He literally asked me this morning. He goes, we should go shopping at Costco. I said, no. Yeah, I love Costco, but, like, we don't need to go to Costco.
A
Yeah. One thing I bought this weekend that I totally didn't need was. I mean, I already know mine. I. Of course, when I'm here, I have to go into Bergdorf and I got those red. So they're red. Rebox that. They're doing a collab with the fashion designer. It's long name, then ends in noir. They are like red, like really fly, chunky sneaker types with pearls all over them and spent some money on them and haven't even worn them.
B
You didn't wear them?
A
No, I haven't worn them yet. They just didn't really go actually with the outfits that I had.
B
Oh, my gosh.
A
Yeah.
B
And that's buyer's remorse, for sure.
A
No, I actually don't have a remorse. Oh, there we go. That's it.
B
See how much she spent?
A
They're gorgeous.
B
She told me they were under 500.
A
I like, they look over, but they're a little over 500. But look at those babies. They're gorgeous. This Woman, when I had them on, goes, you're gonna get those. And obviously she had no flavor or vibes. And I was like, yeah, I love them.
B
Yeah.
A
I wanted to see the great, the modest shoe she had in her hand. I was like, are you gonna get those anyway?
B
No, you'll wear those.
A
I'll wear those.
B
Now that you're back at wwe.
A
Great shoes.
B
So you know what bothered me? This is so funny. You're gonna laugh, but you'll get it. Because sun life I love. But I thought if I got a protein shake, a macho latte, and then I got one of the acai bowls, like, perfect. But I was so full after the shake and the matcha latte, I didn't want the bowl, but then it melted the time I wanted it.
A
And I'm like, and it cost $30.
B
So do you know what I mean?
A
Yeah.
B
And it bothered me. And I almost was gonna just force myself to eat it so I wouldn't waste money. But, like, the whole time I was, like, bothered.
A
I bet you know I am. Oh, yeah. The song that matched the vibe of my weekend was I. I mean, I'm just gonna do. The song that I put on my Instagram with all my photos was Run this Town. Rihanna. You know what I mean?
B
There you go.
A
Nyc, Bella, army, we ran this town.
B
Yeah. So Birdie, we listened to a lot of Taylor Swift.
A
Oh, yeah, for sure.
B
And I actually put this on because Birdie and I were like, she's like, this is what she felt. But 22 by Taylor Swift because she was getting like, she felt like older. She didn't feel like, you know, eight. So we. That was like our jam.
A
That's really cute.
B

B
I know. And sometimes we just need to take a breather, sit down and ask ourselves one very important question.
A
What's that? Brie?
B
Have you had your Hershey's?
A
I sure have had my Hershey's Brie. And you know what? When you need to brighten up your day or even put a smile on your face, grab the classic creamy texture and pure milk chocolate flavor of Hershey's milk chocolate.
B
Whether you're eating it on the go, breaking off few pieces for s' mores night, or treating yourself to something sweet, Hershey's milk chocolate checks all the boxes.
A
It sure does. You want to know what one of my favorite moments with Hershey's chocolate is? Tao and I like, I love it because you know me, I'm chocolate lover. But now I have a son who's a chocolate lover. So we slip bars all the time. It's just such a moment for us, a very happy moment. We look at each other, he always ends up getting chocolate all over his face. But it's just such a sweet moment that I find myself always reaching for a Hershey bar.
B
Always. I mean we love making s' mores in my family. So every time I bust out a Hershey bar, my kids start screaming with excitement cuz they know it's about to be s' more time. So for all of you, shop for Hershey's milk chocolate now at a store.
A
Near you found wherever candy is sold. One thing I said yes to this weekend that I normally wouldn't was so for me it would just. I was saying yes to myself by like when I would be done, I go back to my hotel room, I would just take a hot shower and get right into bed. I literally this weekend I did have not gone to one New York restaurant. I have not gotten a drink in the city. I haven't done any of that. I literally have gone every night straight back to my room, hot shower. And I binged the entire season of the better sister on prime, which I know Bri and I did some ads for them. You guys, if you have not seen it, see it. It is so good.
B
I need to watch it.
A
No, you need to watch it. I'm not going to watch asap.
B
I'm going to.
A
You know what I like? It's the murder Mystery where I'm not going to have nightmares, but I'm on the edge of my seat and I can't wait to see what happens next.
B
I felt like that was Sirens.
A
Okay. So very similar vibes.
B
Okay, I'll watch that after X Games.
A
I honestly think it's the best acting I've ever seen Jessica Biel do. She's really incredible in it. And Elizabeth Banks is just so. You know what I like about Elizabeth Banks? That when things are, like, can be moody or a little dark or dramatic, her comic relief is always perfect timing and needed. And it's not overdone. Do you know what I mean? With her? She's just a pro at that. Okay, sorry. We could go on. Oh, wait, you didn't give me yours, did you? Would you say yes to this weekend that you usually wouldn't?
B
This is gonna be funny, but when we were in the green room, Birdie saw the snacks and I was looking. I'm like, these are not healthy. I gave in and I said, yes, you could have the bag of Doritos and the Twizzlers. And it was crushing me every time I saw her taking a bite. And it was funny because someone noticed. Like, I was like, watching. They're like, does she usually not eat those kind of snacks? I'm like, no, but. But I was like, dying.
A
Oh, that's cute. That's okay.
B
And she smashed them.
A
Okay, Brie, pick one more and then we'll get into some inspiration, affirmation.
B
How about this? The memory I'll be telling everyone about for weeks is.
A
Oh, gosh. I mean, there's so, so many for me, because this weekend was just so jammed packed. But, I mean, I guess my one memory will just be to the Bella army at Fanatics Fest. Like, you know what I love is people literally talk about the Bella army as if, like. And it's not even as if they are, but they are their own celebrity. It's amazing to me that whether it is a celebrity or an athlete, a news reporter, so on and so on, and people always talk about the Bell Army. They always bring it up to me, like the Swifties. Yeah. Like, oh, have you seen The Bell Army's really in. You know, here. The Bell army has showed up. Oh, like you and the Bella Army. And so for me, it was like, such confirmation of how strong we are that even if it's been six years or however many years, it. It's like we're still so strong and connected. And so that's some. You know, I'll Take. I'll take that from this weekend, especially being amongst so many fan bases that we really stood out. And let me tell you, a lot of our Bell army members as well were showing up in Eagles jerseys. So, yeah. Oh, yeah, we had a lot of Eagles fans there backstage.
B
I had a couple people yell out at me, fly, Eagles, fly. And I was like, yeah, baby girl.
A
I sang the fight song.
B
Me. Yeah. The memory is just that it was Birdie's first red carpet event she's ever done with me, and that was really special, and, you know, more special than her being actually at the show with me. It was the getting ready part that was just so fun. And afterwards, we went back home because we. We didn't. We, like, left right before it ended. So we went and hit traffic, we ordered room service, we got in our PJs, and we watched Wicked. Because Birdie loves Wicked, and so do I. So we watched Wicked, ate our food in bed, and we were just like these happy gals. And I will tell you afterwards, I go, Birdie, you know, they just came out with the second part trailer. So her. And I watched it, like, right after. Oh, my gosh. Nicole, have you seen it?
A
No, I need to see it.
B
Oh, it's gonna be so.
A
I can't wait.
B
And, you know, it comes out on her birthday.
A
Yes.
B
Birdie and I were just like. I mean, it's gonna. It looks. I. Yeah, that's, like, going to be my memory.
A
Yeah.
B
For weeks and years to come.
A
Here we are in, like, two of the biggest cities in the United States, and we just room serviced it up. Okay, Bria, I'm gonna hit you with some inspiration, affirmation, and all of our listeners, too, being such an athletic weekend, for especially myself and being amongst it, I. I saw this, and I thought this could be cool. Every athlete's journey is different. Some rise quickly, others take time to develop. Comparing yourself to others won't get you ahead, but staying committed to your own growth will.
B
Oh, I really like that.
A
Right.
B
And it's so true.
A
Yeah.
B
Like, you know, I have to say, like, the one thing I've always, like, really respected just with athletes is their story of how they got there.
A
Yeah.
B
Because everyone has a different story. And it's so cool to hear every single person's story, admire all of them.
A
Yeah.
B
You know, the people out there who always thinks it has to be the same story or this one mold, they're so wrong. It's such a beautiful thing to see. Like, you know, and what we're doing, I mean for everyone this Monday coming up, we're gonna have Charlotte Flair on our show. But it's, it's cool to get, you know, the women of WWE on here. They all have different stories how they got to the ring and, and the things they did. And I love each story. Each story means something and they're powerful and, and nothing, you know, I, I, I don't know. That was a great quote.
A
Yeah, I agree. And you don't even have to be an athlete to get something from that quote. I think, you know, whether you're a mom or a dad, to think of that as your child. Like they all have their individual growth and stick to that and, and whatever that is, give them the best of that. All our journeys are different. So I feel like you can kind of take those words of inspiration and put that in career into your children as an athlete. Of course, the one thing is God gave us all these different kinds of talents and ability and we just have to find out what is our best talent and our ability because that's what we're going to thrive in. That's our purpose. And so it, it's trying to be what someone else is isn't going to work out because that wasn't our gift. So to see what your gift is. All right, Bri, well, thanks for everything. No, but I also want to say congrats again about co hosting the X Games. We all can't wait to tune in. And hey, maybe next year you guys, we're going to win for the Nikki and Bri show some award. But hey, at least we are nominated. And make sure to look out for videos on the Nikki and Breo IG page, Tik Tok Facebook. And of course the Nikki and Bri show is also on Sirius XM stars 109 and YouTube. And still, please make sure to call us at 833 Garcia too. Well, Bri, until next time, I will be sitting next to you, girl.
B
And, and also for all of you listening, we're gonna have different women from the WWE on as we are making our journey to evolution. So call in whatever questions you have, whatever you would love to know. We'll play your voicemails. It'll be really fun. So use that hotline.
A
Use that hotline. All right, well everyone have a good week and we will see you all in a few days.
