And if you want to ask us a question or you know, tell us something or want a certain expert on the show, hit up our hotline at 833 Garcia 2. Well, Nikki, how are you? I'm good. How are you? What up, what up, what up, what up? I was just letting you go. Nikki and I just got done with a photo shoot at the Bonita Bonita speakeasy. We were All Christmased out the bubbles here. Still enjoying the bubbles. Brought them home, letting them flow. I needed a little agua. Don't let anything go to waste. That is one thing we do not do. No, it was fun. It was kind of fun to get in the Christmas spirit. I know. I actually was like, you know, I'm someone. Like, I do not like the holiday jump at all. No. I honestly, it bothers me when I still don't want a holiday job. No. Because even Brian came home yesterday. He's like, oh my gosh, there was a store that had Christmas decorations out. I'm like, why does everyone sometimes want to skip over Thanksgiving? They thought they could do Halloween for one month. Enjoy. Let's take it in. Yeah. Do you know what I mean? But then today we're doing our Christmas shoot and I got really excited. But I don't want a holiday. No, but it was fun, I thought for the day. Right, but. And it was fun to get our holiday content. More Bonita girls will be Gracie in a cover in Arizona for sure. Talking about all things of Arizona wines. Exactly. It was fun. It was fun. But I was very happy to come back here to the house, get back into the fall vibes. For sure. I'm really enjoying all the fall vibes. Loving it. Loving. And it's a rainy day today, so it's just one of those things where you're just like, fall is here. Yeah, I'm ready for sweaters and leggings and rain boots. It's been incredible. I have a few funny stories on that note. The first one, I better laugh, by the way. Yeah, you better. So Saturdays, you know, I brought Mateo into the Bonita Bonita speakeasy just for at opening. We got there a little before opening because Mateo and I were downtown Napa. We did the farmer's market. We went into, by the way, if any of you are into old fashioned toys, they have a toy museum down there. It was really cool. I was actually. Matteo wanted to go in. It's like you've been there before. Oh, you always. I've never. I've always walked by, but never have actually gone in. And you give a donation and you walk around. So it was just really cool. I was like, I. It was just neat to see toys from back in the day. And honestly, I wish they were like that still. Like, you know, some are like the pennies and you're trying to. Trying to shoot it into things. What's the Cracker Jacks or all those different ones. They had a lot of OG Barbies there. Oh, wow. Like a ton of different stuff. But so then it was cute because Mateo was like, wanted to go into the Bonita Bonita speakeasy. And then he asked me, like, I want to see Emily and Zach. He told me that. So I was like, okay. So we pop in and we get two groups of customers come in, and all of a sudden, Mateo just turns it on. I mean, he goes, hi, welcome to Bonita Bonita. Why don't you come sit over here? Did you know Nikki Bella sat in the seat? And I go, like, how does he know my stage name? That happened the other day when we were on the pitch. Yeah, how Matteo just popped his head in and goes, I have an idea. I think Nikki Bella should ride a very fast train. And that was like the first time I'd ever heard him say Nikki Bella. By the way, this morning on the way to school, he asked me to play my entrance music. And he was singing to you can look, but you can't touch. Interesting, right? Wonder why all of a sudden comes. Yeah, so he's just pitching Bonita Bonita, talking about the wine. All of a sudden we look, you see the little head. He goes and grabs a wine bottle, takes it to the table and tells them what wine to buy. Wow. Oh, get him a job. Honestly, Emily and Zach were like, just. I mean, anytime he wants to be in here, everyone was getting a kick out of them. But so, right. So I was laughing because, you know, I've told you before, like, that I was just like, like, salesman. It's in his blood. And it's just Mateo's so performative. Like, it's so cute. He's like, me. He knows when to turn it on and then he knows when to disconnect and decompress. But I was telling you this the other day. When Matteo is grumpy or gets upset, everything turns into nothing. Like, are you hungry? I want nothing. Or I was reading him a book and I was telling the characters and he goes, no, their name is Nothing, Nothing and nothing. Oh, yeah. So yesterday he was grumpy at me before we were leaving for school. School. And he goes, I hope Bonita Bonita sells nothing. Dang. He went from being like our top salesman to like, we should probably fire him. Do you know what I mean? Yeah, but he just knew how to hurt. Like, it would get her where it hurts. But how funny to just say that she was so proud of me, cuz she saw how I was. I heard her bragging about me. I'm now Nothing. Well, I might start saying that to Brian. Nothing. Nothing. Oh, he. When he walked into my home. So. So I don't know. Maybe it was about a week ago. He came in from school. While he was at school, I decorated for Halloween in the fall. So when he walked in, he got so upset. He was like, I am not trick or treating tonight. And I was like, what? I go, you don't have to trick or treat tonight. He goes, but it's not Halloween. Why did you decorate Halloween? I go, oh, well, that's what we do. You know, we waited weeks. We. You decorate for Halloween for, like, you know, six. Like, four to six weeks before. And he goes, no, no, you don't. It's not Halloween. Like, he couldn't. Which I was like, you're super smart. I get your point. Like, you're right. It's not Halloween. So why we decorate for Halloween? And I'm telling him. And so anyways, it was just. I was getting. Getting hit. He doesn't Halloween nothing. Yes, well. And it was. It's probably what it was. Expecting it. Nothing. Yeah. I'm nothing, Mateo. That's who I am. Nothing. No, won't. Trick or treat. He's everything gets grumpy. Yeah, I love it. I love it. You're nothing. And you're nothing. I need to, like, turn into my gimmick at work. I kind of feel like I do that people. Nothing. Margaritas. Yeah. And it always. The way he says it, the voice changes. Oh, I love it. I mean, our family's been pumped for Halloween in our house, you know, Br has everything set. Like, she already knows your outfit. She knows my outfit. She knows what she's wearing. Like, she's my one who will, like, write it out and make a rough draft and then do a final draft and then figure it out. Might change your mind. But go back to the rough draft. Like, wild Buddy, zero ideas. Like, he was like, maybe I should be a puppy. And I was like, oh, do you want to be a puppy? He's like, I don't know. Should I? I'm like, I don't know. Is that what you want to be? That's momentaries. Like, he doesn't even like me asking him, because he's just. Yeah. And I can see Buddy's eyes kind of go, like, side to side. Like. Yeah. Threw something out, but didn't know. And I swear it's because he was looking at Winston and Penelope. So he said, puppy. Well, like that day when he goes bowling ball and the Mateo goes. A balloon. So they decided one day they wanted to be a bowling ball in a balloon. They just didn't know. So Brian and I said, we feel Buddy someone who needs to go to the Halloween store. And, like, really? Look, I need to do that, by the way, because they have ninja outfits and all these things that he doesn't understand. So, you know, Nicole, they have the new one. I think it's off Sosa, Cole. Oh, I'm gonna go. Yeah, right in downtown Napa. It's, like, brand new. And Brian says it's fun, too. Cause, you know, they have all this stuff that jumps out at you. And he said he was laughing. Sorry. Cause Buddy screamed so loud. But then Buddy, like, wanted to be scared more. And so that was fun. But Buddy, they took their time. Brian's like, really look around. Take your time. You could go back to things. So he looked all around, and he goes to Brian, he goes, I know what I want to be. He's like, what? A sumo wrestler. Brian's like, I should have known. And then he goes, and you, too, dad. So they both got sumo wrestler outfits. I love it. Buddy keeps wanting to wear it all around the house. And then now I have to get the batteries because so it can blow up on actual Halloween night. But I was like, this is either going to be an amazing costume for Betty or a disaster for me. Trick or treating. I feel like disaster. But it'll be fun for me to watch. I know. Well, even I was thinking, like, if it gets a little dark and he gets scared, how do I put him in the wagon? I think, like, oh, I can't wait for it. It's going to be so. It's been so just cute. Because I feel like, though Mateo has loved how warm and fall like, the home has been, and he just wants to be here all the time. And it's just cute because you even saw when we all were, like, at the playground, and we were walking and grabbing snacks, and he's like, mommy, Mommy, come suit. Make sure, like, everything he needs to make sure I'm okay. Mommy, are you okay? Mommy? Did you get hurt? Mommy? Like, he's always checking on me, making sure I'm okay, making sure I'm happy, even. You're gonna laugh at this. I took the trash out this morning. And, you know, anytime a door is open, it'll say, like, back door open or whatever. You did not just leave this house. I hear from the upstairs as he's playing with the strains, and I'm like, I'm right here. I just wanted to Put the garbage outside. Well, Buddy has it convinced that why he comes in the middle of the night to come cuddle me. Because Brian was like, buddy, why do you come in the middle of night? You're a big boy. Like you can sleep through the night and sometimes you do because it's. We don't know. Like we get three nights, Buddy comes in, then two nights he doesn't. We never know what we get. And he goes, well, because I don't want mama to be lonely. And he's like, why do you think mama's lonely? And he's like, well, I don't see you cuddling her. Because we always start our night cuddling, but we never time buddies in there. We're on our separate sides. That is hilarious. He either convinced himself of it or he just wanted to convince Brian of it to make sure like this help, but his. So I'm not lonely in the night. So he's doing, he's doing a favor for me. He's doing me one. Yeah, I love it. Because Mateo always needs the cuddle breaks. And even this morning, in the middle of doing his lunch, making breakfast and cuddle time. So I have to run up the stairs, cuddle him for a bit. But I love it. I love it too. I mean, I don't want this face ever ends well. Buddy told me it won't. And he said he'll probably stay in a pull up till eight. He'll probably wake me up every night till eight. I don't know. He had eight in his mind this morning, he said, and then I'm fine with that. He goes, then he'll think about it and he might pull up. But him. Well, I told Buddy, I go come summer. But Brian there like what we're trying not to do, but I can't say no to him. Yeah, well, you gotta let him be on your own time. So much water. But then he'll drink a bunch of water right before bed. Like sometimes, you know, there's some dogs that do that. And you're like, damn, damn it. Like, you know you're gonna have to take them out again. I mean, you just gotta let them. Yeah. Yeah. Well, Brian's like, I can't say no to like someone wanting water. Right. You know what I mean? Totally. But like it's anytime Mateo asked me for water at night, I give it to him. Yeah, but Birdie, we did the three day potty train Birdie and I never put her in a pull up. Nothing. Like we. She did three days and she was potty trained. Daytime, Nighttime. Yeah, but buddy, it's just at nighttime it's like. And I want to try it, but then I'm like, whatever. This like laziness of a parent, which I don't care. I don't think it is. It's like I don't want to like do the sheets of. Because I think you'll have an accident for sure. I think, I think I'm fine if he was wearing it to school or during the day. Right. You know what I mean? I think nighttime is fine.

Okay, Bri, so we'll see. We need to talk about though, when I was at your house the other day. So Brie and I get done yesterday. Get done lifting. By the way. Bri and I both went up in our weight for RDls. Boom. And squats. And I feel it before. I feel it today big time. And just think we go right back into it tomorrow to lift some more. And we're doing squats again tomorrow. He said with I can't for I can't remember what else I know. We need to make sure to stretch and so what do you call it? So I'm over at Breeze and we are looking because she has this really cool spot in her basement that's already built out that we've been kind of thinking about making a new podcast restaurant. Like, oh, this would be cool. We could like, really, like put effort into the wall. We could leave it set up. We were just thinking of all these things and I hear scream and I'm. She goes, rat. And I'm like, well, I said mouse or mouse. Are you sure? I thought you said rat. I don't know. No, you said route. Route. You said rats. And I'm like, scream. But she goes, oh, my gosh. And then runs over and a racket is on, like stuck on a sticky trap. Stuck on a sticky what? A rat trap? Yeah, rat sticky rat trap that I had no idea was in my basement. So full talon leg just. But you guys, it was so cute. So she yells for Brian and then.
Bri
I'm telling Brie, don't get by it.
Nicole
Like, because I was trying, but I had like things in my hands, so I wasn't. You. It still.
Bri
You guys had a.
Nicole
See this rat. But it was so cute. I know, but meaning like that, like how it was moving. It was hu. I would have never gotten that close. And it was healthy but terrified. Very healthy. And this is my thing is that I. I'm going to call it a mouse because that was a rat. But the ears kind of remind me of a mouse. There's a difference. It had mouse ears. I think that was still a rat. The toe wasn't as big as like, that tail was super long. It was long, but not like real fat. Anyways, so Brian and I will never, ever let an animal be tortured. I wouldn't either. I know, but in our, like, orbit traps, so what do Brian and I do? We have to save this damn mouse. So I'm like, googling how to get a mouse out of a mouse. Sticky mousetrap. And it said olive oil was one of the things. So grab my olive oil. I'm like olive oiling up the. The tail and the foot. And sure enough, and we got warm washcloth. Boom. Slipped out, ran under. This is the best, you guys. Brie, like, brings down a big knife to help Brian carve out this rat. And he's like, oh, my gosh. That I said a butter knife. And she's like, I don't know. And she's like, why don't you chop the tell off? Can it grow like a lizard? And Brian looks at her and goes, it's a mammal. How was I supposed to know? I just remember. There's certain tales. I'm just, like, trying to stay as far away as possible. And then I'm like, I think I should go. Like, this is just like, they're getting so close to this rat, and then they're gonna run at me. And I just want to be far away from this right now. It was this big, but, like, you always had to see anyways. But if you look at me as a human, I'm way bigger than it. Doesn't stop it from jumping on you. I had, like, biting. I would have smacked. Okay, because you're like an Olympian. Well, I would have went to the hospital, got my hundred shots, whatever. No, but listen. So then I'm like, oh, my gosh. They're like, what do we do? They're both trying to get this right off the sticky mat. So Brie's like, I'm gonna chat GPT it and chat GPT said dump olive oil on it. And while. So you know, I did Google. I googled and chat GPT. Yeah, but I. You chatted. But can I do. Can I say this? I. When I handed Brian the big knife, like a big, sharp knife. Yeah. As if we were in, like, this movie Scream. I know. And I was like, maybe you just gotta chop it, like for me in space. I can't do that. And I'm like, for survival, it would way rather have it live. It was like, Brianna. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. Watching these two. But then we did it. We felt so good. And we threw everything away because can't wait for it to eat all their food. But can I just say something? Because I got to see this up close and personal. Anyone who buys sticky rat traps. You're not a good human. I'm just going to throw it out there. They just. You had to see how cute. How cute was the mouse, and it was trying so hard and, like, looking around. Yes. So we're like, so what? It just starts to death. We let. Like, that is torture. And, like, if we did that to humans, we'd go to jail, probably be on death row. Just because they do not speak English and they don't have rights does not mean we're. We can do that. Speak English. No, they don't speak anything. In Mato's words, they speak nothing. But we shouldn't do anything. Nothing. I honestly was, like, I didn't even. I guess I never realized. And when I moved into mouse, there was a lot of things I had to put a no to because of my beliefs. And that must have been a trap they forgot to grab. I'm happy I grabbed it and saved a mouse, but. And then my mom was like, well, where'd it go? Like, it ran under my basement. I'm like, it hasn't come in the house. It's fine. It's allowed to live, right? Well, they live underneath there. They don't. Yeah. I mean, you had it for a little bit. Gardens. I have a bunch of fruit trees. I mean, there's, like. I buy vineyards. There's plenty of little things that can go on without. The only thing, like, I had one that was by my fireplace. Then he's been gone. But then I remember, all of a sudden, the summertime, I was like, wait, snakes come out. Is he gonna draw the snakes in? But, I mean, Hawk probably got Tim before he. I haven't seen him. Yeah, exactly. I was gonna say circle, really, But. But, you know, weird. Real quick, we're talking about the Halloween decor because I forgot about this. I wanted to tell you this. We. So as we were walking around shops that day, Mateo would pop in and go, do you have Halloween decor? My mom wants some. And I was like, what? It's like he couldn't let go of it all week. That, like, all this Halloween stuff, right? So interesting, right? So he wanted to go in the plant store. He wanted to go in the plant store. He asked. So he walks in, he sees the lady, and he goes, do you have any Halloween plants for my mom? And I was like, I don't want Halloween plants. But, you know, let's see what he. Where he's going with this. So she's like, no, One's ever asked me that. She goes, but you know what? She brings him over this cactus that looks like a pile of brains. She goes, so this looks like a pile of brains, even though it's green and your brain's pink, but this is green. And look, it looks spooky. And it could be like brains. And Mateo's like, frame. She goes, what do you think of that? He goes, that made me feel very emotional. And she goes, what? And he goes, bye, and turn around and walked away. And she goes, oh, my gosh. I don't even know what to say. And I'm like, it's okay. He's definitely doesn't want the brain cactus. That mood. That mood. I mean, but can you imagine him, like, listening there? And she's like, yeah, and your brains are pink. And this green, you'd actually be. That made me emotional. That's really funny. Yeah. He'd actually be a really cute Frankenstein. He would be such a cute Frankenstein. I know. Yeah, I will. And I wonder, like, even he was out. Well, he. I mean, there's so many. When I think of Mateo, there's so many things he can be that would be so cute. Like, just so many. Yeah, I can't. Yeah, you can Put it right there. Dang, girl, your doordash got that topo, Chico. I don't know why they're coming in the back. I don't know. It's a little. Thank you. I mean, I think they get confused which door to take. Do they? Because that's. It's definitely in my backyard. Only at Nichols. Thanks.

Well, Nicole, so I thought something that would be really fun because we've been having some experts on the show, and for any of you who have missed some of our episodes, you really do need to go back and check out our AI expert. People were loving that episode. Loving it. Also, Emily Brown, we just had on incredible expert on health and just wellness and hormones. A whole shebang. But I kind of was like, gotta get those hormones checked. Home health. Of course. Yes. And I was like, you know, I wonder what? How smart my sister is. I mean, I kind of know, but I wonder, like, we've already been through this. Don't make me bring buddy back on. We've already been through this. But I kind of was like, there's a lot of things I'm curious about. And I wonder, like, if I'm sitting here having drinks with my sister and I ask her, I would love to know what her answer is, which we do. A lot. Yeah. I feel like in today's world, we are going to the chat GPTs, and really we should just ask a friend or sister. I mean, a lot of times we'll ask our mother or dad, right? But in this case, let's see what my sister has to say. Oh, I love this. I can't wait to ask you a few things if you're an expert on it. Because this one I've been wondering a lot because it keeps growing and it's getting harder to manage and it's really irritating me, but I'm like, why is it that I'm getting so much gray hair? Okay, so what are you asking the expert why you have so much gray hair? I need to know. Okay. Because I've heard a lot of different theories. Well, definitely, as an expert with someone who has gray hair, definitely the main reason is genetics. Yes, stress can play a part, but it is for sure genetics. So somebody told me that I'm lacking magnesium. They said my gray hair is because I'm lacking magnesium. Is that true magnesium? I think I do. I'm pretty sure I do. I definitely. What are those little Juno guys? Yeah, that's magnesium. This is my thing there when it comes to hair loss, to gray hair, to anything that deals with actually hormones, genetics, there's so many things that go on in our body that it can be. Well, what's even more messed up is where I'm getting a lot of gray right here. I'm also, like. That's, like, where I'm losing a little hair, too. Okay. You know, I didn't go to school to be a doctor, so. How about that? But one thing I will tell you is you're Mexican, Italian, and we gray early, so. So there you go. I'm happy I don't go to happy hour with you anymore and ask you personally. Okay. And I have one for you. Why do love songs hit harder when you're heartbroken than when you're actually in love? Because I feel like when you're in love, you're feeding off the love you're getting from that person. And then when that love's taken away and you hear a love song, like, you only can get that love from that song now. So it hits hard because you're no longer getting it from that human, that you're only getting it from that song. So you get, like, deep into it and it hits where before it's like, you don't need the song because you're getting love from someone else. I feel. See, this is when I just Need, I guess, ask myself questions? I feel like as humans, we tend to romanticize a lot. So it's like when we break up with someone, we remember the good, we never remember the bad. But when we're in it, we feel the battle box. That's not why a love song hits me. Me. Okay, for sure not. Well, what else do you have? I got. I got quite a bit more for you. Something I've always been curious about, and I have a theory on it. But I don't know if I've ever heard your theory. Why do daughters look like their dads? I don't know. Maybe it's because it's the first time. Oh, it wouldn't be the first time. So, a daughter again, that has to be genetics with chromosomes and all that kind of stuff. So many. I'm talking like 98% of girls look like they're dad. But meaning, like a dad's sperm. Whatever. What's the girl chromosome? Are we A, Y, X? The female sperm has a big head. They're like. But what I'm saying is whatever the dad carries in his sperm must go stronger. His genes must go stronger to the chromosome for the female. So you're speaking science? Not really. So this is what I think. No matter what an embryo, an egg is like this. Well, I think when the sperm, the female sperm hits because it has a bigger head, it takes up more of the egg. When the male sperm hits, it doesn't take as much as the egg. So therefore, that's why boys are more like their moms and girls are more like their dads. I believe it's the shape of the head of the sperm that goes into the egg. And I would love a scientist to tell me I'm right. So why'd you ask me? I was very curious what your thoughts were. And you're talking about chromosome. I really don't think it has anything to do with the shape of the sperm head. I don't know. I think the shape of the sperm head has everything to do of how it swims to the egg. But now it's on the inside. No. Well, the thing is, is. Oh, well, you actually never practiced this. But I practice trying to have a boy and a girl. And because female sperm is slower, you want to excuse my French, Ejaculate a couple days before the egg drops because the male sperms are faster swimmers. So they'll already pass the egg, then the female sperm will hit it. Now, if you're wanting to have a boy, then you really got to know Your ovulation. Because once that egg drops, you know, you know, hits first and I. Yeah, yeah. And it works for a lot of people. Wow. Science. So good. Science. Hit me with something, girl. Okay. I'm over here with my acting like you just did, like, graduated college with a science degree. You're probably absolutely wrong. Kind of feel like you're telling yourself whatever you need to tell yourself. Hmm. I have so many for you. So many. So why do we say the chase is exciting? Is it really the chase or is it the confidence? You're asking me questions like, I'm single right now, so. No, but aren't you an expert? I mean, you act like you're an expert on everything science. By the way, I'm single, bitch. So if we're at happy hour, here you go. Okay. Be the expert. So why is the chase what exactly exciting? Is it really the chase or is it the confidence? Hmm. That's very interesting because I feel like it's human nature. To chase is like a game and you want to win the game. So it deals all with competitiveness. And I think that's why when they say some men, when they get the chase or win the chase, then all of a sudden they're done because the excitement's over. So I do feel like it's exciting. Confidence. I don't know, because I've met people who are very confident that don't feel like they have to do the chase. So I do feel like it's all about the competitiveness. And why do people say age is just a number but still up shocked when a younger guy dates an older woman? Because people still, they act like equality is like, all here. But no, because people. Age equality, age quality. Age quality is not. We're light years away from that. Because I do see people turn heads when a woman's with a younger man. Verse the other way. It's like we're used to the other way. We're used to seeing older men go after young girls. But, like, for some reason, people, like, get a little uncomfy when they see an older woman with a young end. I'll be honest. I'll be at happy hour and I'm like, like, I'll like, turn my head a little bit big time. I don't judge. I just. There's a lot of questions that look was a judge, a judging a lot of questions. But when you think about it makes way more sense for a woman, an older woman to be with a younger man than actually an older man to be with a younger Woman, Technically, an older man needs help to get it up. Where an older woman gets into this sexual prime. Why they call her a cougar or whatever. To me, that makes more sense for sure. Scientifically. Or there's a lot of anatomy or whatever you want to call it. That make a lot of sense to me. For some reason, it seems like no one else agrees. Okay, like, how do a lot of people not believe in global warming? So then, to be on that. Yeah, to be on that subject, why age or global warming? Age and all that? Because since you're an expert and we're at happy hour, why do hangovers get worse with age, but sex gets better? I mean, that's science, and that blows. Is that just this? That's going to be the title of this episode. That's science. That's science. This is my thing. I just like to see your reaction. Yeah. I'm like, geez, it really sucks. We can't handle it when it comes to Margarita as we get older. But we can definitely handle Mr. Juan Jose Guervo. But, like, we could handle Jose, but we can't handle the Cuervo. Oh, I got a mom joke. I actually like that. But you said Juan. I know. I wanted for him, but I meant Jose, because I forgot I was gonna call it Juan Cuervo, which, by the way, I feel like that was a stripper at some point in. Oh, yeah. Welcome to the sage Juan Cuervo. Like, what? I thought you're Jose, but so, yeah, I mean, that's not even wanting expert advice. That's more like. That's the facts. Great. The facts. Awesome. So now we have the facts. Okay, so. So you get more sex and drink less. Who cares? Oh, I never said I cared. Learn to have sober sex. Hey, I'd rather burn calories than consume calories. So, yeah, there you go. What ends and what? Learn to have sober sex. I have sober sex. Well, I mean, I haven't a long time, but. But you would. Meaning, like, I haven't had any sex. I know, but, like, let's say your next encounter. Would you or would you be super uncomfortable in the dream? I'm gonna stage my. Well, yeah, I need maybe one or two, but I wouldn't want to be drunk. Ew. No. I wouldn't want to be drunk. That's. No. I feel like you do that in your 20s. That's true. But I would definitely need something to get me comfortable, to take my clothes off. I feel so different at this age. I know, but this is my thing is And I, I feel like I, like, I'm so, like, I'm like, oh, good, I have confidence, but it's just weird. But don't you kind of. I think it's just. I'm still in the weird stage. Yeah, for sure. But don't you think it'd be nice to kind of conquer, like, feeling super awkward and weird without, like, meeting. I'm so happy that I can relax, you know?
Bri
No, for sure.
Nicole
I'm so happy that I get to have that uncomfortableness at this stage of my life. Because usually people are like, oh, same old shit, so bored. But see, this is the only thing that making me uncomfortable, like with a younger guy, for example. Why are you pointing at me when you're saying that? I'm not. I'm just Italian pointing with all my fingers is that I'd be like, okay, does a younger guy understand? Like, I've had kids. Like, that's like some stuff that you're having sex with another 40 year old. Everyone understands each other. But like, you're dipping into the 20s. Think of us who had like, babies from our vaginas. I mean, shit's never the same girl. I was crowning and then I had to have a C section. I get that. But he came right through. There's no way things went back to normal. This is my thing, is that I. I would be uncomfortable, like, if I was the first older woman they ever been with. Because I'm like, we don't need to do sex ed right now with me, but naked. I don't need to go through, like, the evolution of life or whatever. I've always thought how the cougars do it. I think, do you just get to a place where you can't do it smash. Do they, though? I don't think they do it smash. I think it's confidence. I don't think they care. Yeah, I think that's the good point. And lights out. Yeah. So now we're gonna play hide in the dirt. Yeah. Because now when you look back at like, Sex in the City, Samantha and Carrie both didn't have babies, right? Yeah. So they. So that's a whole different thing. We have to change the script. We have to change the script. They need to make it where Sex City is more divorced. Divorce. Divorce. Women who've, you know, some shows or maybe movies have kind of dabbled into that. Yeah. Just talking about, like the iconic years of, like, iconic characters. You think about, well, they. Their character, they have this confidence and all that. And then I start to break it down. I'm like, oh, they never had a baby. Yeah, they don't know. Yeah. That is true, as you all know.
Brie
From our social platforms, that we were just in Paris, France. But Nikki and I wanted to do something really different this trip. We wanted to feel like locals. And I have to say, Nikki, the apartment you picked out, oh, my goodness, it was spectacular.
Bri
I have to say, you couldn't get the views that we got at a hotel unless you were paying outrageous prices. We had incredible views, and I have to say, it kept me with my.
Nicole
Health and wellness game.
Bri
But I also got to dive into fun. I had so much comfort. It was like, not only did we get a feel like home in this gorgeous apartment, but we got to dive into the culture of Paris.
Nicole
Oh, my God.
Bri
We get to go home, we get to wake up, make our own coffee, just go out on our patio. Look at this incredible history. It was just the best. I don't think Bria could ever do Paris the same way again. It has to be with Airbnb.
Brie
I think my highlight of my time there is when we went to the Farmer's market, the really famous French one.
Nicole
And then I came home and made.
Brie
This delicious dinner with all this fresh fruit produce.
Nicole
I mean, I felt like I was living in a movie. It was incredible.
Bri
And for me, who was working out.
Nicole
A lot, I have to say, what.
Bri
Was incredible was being able to do my laundry and then make coffee, open up the windows and literally have a chair right there and just be staring at one of my favorite parts of Paris right there on the patio.
Nicole
I mean, what?
Bri
Game over.
Brie
When are we going back? Oh, my gosh.
Nicole
But the best part is, is that.
Brie
Sometimes when you're in your travels, especially in Paris, you might think, spend a lot of money.
Nicole
Which is why I love how you can host on Airbnb.
Brie
I mean, it's such a smart way to make a little extra income.
Nicole
You can put it towards future travel.
Brie
Home improvement, or that fun splurge item you've been eyeing.
Bri
That's right. I mean, there's nothing greater than hosting your home on Airbnb. And you know what? Finding a little piece of home while you travel always makes a trip super special. Your home could be that for someone else.
Brie
So true. Your home might be worth more than you think.
Bri
Find out how much@airbnb.com host Nikki.
Nicole
Life can get really busy.
Bri
Really busy. I mean, I would say it's been busy for all of us.
Nicole
I know. And sometimes we just need to take.
Brie
A breather, sit down, and ask ourselves.
Nicole
One very important question.
Bri
What's that, Bri?
Nicole
Have you had your Hershey?
Bri
I sure have had my Hershey's Brie. And you know what? When you need to brighten up your day or even put a smile on your face, grab the classic creamy texture and pure milk chocolate flavor of Hershey's milk chocolate.
Brie
Whether you're eating it on the go.
Nicole
Breaking off a few pieces for s'.
Brie
Mores night, or treating yourself to something sweet, Hershey's milk chocolate checks all the boxes.
Bri
It sure does. You want to know what one of my favorite moments with Hershey's chocolate is, Teo? And I like. I love it. Because you know me, I'm chocolate lover. But now I have a son who's a chocolate lover. So we split bars all the time. It's just such a moment for us, a very happy moment. We look at each other. He always ends up eating chocolate all over his face. But it's just such a sweet moment that I find myself always reaching for a Hershey bar.
Nicole
Always. I mean, we love making s' mores in my family. So every time I bust out a Hershey bar, my kids start screaming with excitement. They know it's about to be s' more time. So for all of you, shop for Hershey's milk chocolate now at a store near you found.
Bri
Wherever candy is sold.
Nicole
Excuse me. Do you have more for me? I don't. I mean, I have. I have a lot. I mean, how do you give me one more? So. No, I want a few. Okay. This I thought I was thinking about, and I was like, I wonder, you know, Smart Bri over there. Even though buddy disagree, but buddy disagree. Buddy disagrees. Why do we dream about people we haven't seen in forever? I don't know. I would say no. It doesn't mean this isn't a competition. I know it's kind of weird, because. Is it our mind holding on to memory and then had a dream about, like, a random person from middle school or high school? You're like, whoa, that person, like, was in my bed. But if they call you or you get in touch a week later, some of them, like, you can't even get in touch with. I mean, I'm not on Facebook. I think that's where a lot of millennials from high school all, like, meet up. But why? I want to know why. I don't know. But, like, lately I've been having deja vu, and it's like a deja vu I believe in because it's weird. It's a dream you had, like, probably 10, 15 years ago, and then you're living it. Yeah. Or you never knew the exact moment, or things were faded. And then you're like, wait, this was in my dream. I remember I was like, is this mom line, like, same, different. That's groundhog saying. I know, but I'm saying it felt like deja vu. But, like, I was like, did I dream this or. This just was last Wednesday. Yeah, I see. Me do you know? I see. So I don't know. You're gonna have to. We're gonna have to get some experts on. Because now this stuff's, like, kind of going over my. And, like, this question I was thinking about, but I'm like, well, maybe this is trauma, but why do we remember embarrassing moments so vividly but we can't even remember what we had for breakfast this morning? Trauma. That's why it's traumatizing when you're embarrassed. When I peed my pants from the whole school during a play, it was traumatizing for me, too. So that was. That's called trauma. Your sister's dressed like a clown, then she pees her pants in front of the whole school. Now, I for sure think it deals with trauma to the brain that. Yeah, like something like that. Isn't it weird, though, how you can, like, remember those moments so perfectly? That's why I remember when we were twilights. Memory or Twilights for Twilight. Oh, for the Nutcracker. So second grade. Yeah. And I stepped in. Remember that dress? Remember? I don't know if you remember, but we went into a little room to try on our outfit. Remember how small that studio was? And I put so me. I put both my feet into one hole. I remember. As long as you can see vagina. Where are the seers? Oh, my God. And I was like. I knew it felt weird. I'm surprised. You were walking like a little geisha girl. I was. And I just remember trying, but the door shut behind me and was locked. And I remember trying so hard to get back in my cheeks. I remember so perfectly. Oh, my God, my tears are, like, squirt. Oh, so I don't remember that I was properly dressed and cruising around. No, I, like, felt so alone. It's fine. I just weren't feeling so cute. Like, putting bent near me. I mean. And then I just think, like, I didn't want to leave the room, but I just remember people talking about me. Like, I'm, like, crying off. I need to grab a tissue. Grab me into shit. That is. I mean, that's second grade, and I remember that vividly. Oh, my gosh, that's so good. I don't remember that at all. So that's trauma. Do you know, at least we can laugh about it now. Oh, I feel like that's the way my Burbert would do. I know, huh? Yeah. Man, oh, man, oh, man. Okay, ask me one more. Okay, one more. Shoot. I have some good ones, actually. No, I have two. Can I do two? Fine. Okay. And then. And then you'll hit us with some inspiration, affirmation. Okay. Why do we get more compliments from strangers when we're taken than when we're single? Now, that, I believe, is the whole, like, not trying, the confidence and all that. Because you're not, like, you're not caring. You're not caring and you're not looking around. There's no desperate, like, aura. It's like a different aura. There's people. I see it. I've seen it when I'm at restaurant. I know when, like, people are single and they're looking to see who else is single or who's around. Compared to, like, you just see women having fun and talking because they're taken. Yeah. There's a difference. Totally. So it's more attractive to see that. The. No desperation then seeing someone who's, like, desperate and yearning to find someone. It's the whole going back to that chase. Yeah. Like, it's. For some reason, it's human nature to win a race. Whatever it is. The competitiveness. Yeah. So for us single ladies, let's go out there as if we're taken so people could just see us live in our moment. There you go. And we'll attract them. Yeah. Even though we'll see your eyes like this. Exactly. Because then you can't help it. Like, getting one cute around here. Just kidding. No, I'm just gonna. Oh, my gosh. Live. And then let's end with this. Because I was thinking about this, and I was like, oh, you know, because by the way, this made my brain hurt thinking about stuff. I think I was overthinking questions to ask you. And then I would have to, like, step away and come back. I literally didn't go to bed till, like, midnight, and I woke up in the middle of the night, and then I woke up really early. But then I thought of this one. That's why a lot of single stuff, as you could tell, like, where my brain was going. But why does good morning text hit differently from a good night text? I don't know. You know, it's interesting because when I was in my 20s, this guy would literally write me, like, poetry. And he'd send it to me in the morning, not at night. So you would usually think nighttime sexiness, whatever, but he'd sent it in the morning. And I don't know what it was. It felt more special. It started my day off in a really beautiful way, and it made me feel so good. Now, granted, I probably would have went to sleep with, like, sweet dreams and, you know, like, excitement. But it did hit different in the morning. Right. It almost felt more innocent in a way. It didn't feel. It didn't feel like he was lusting over me in the morning. It felt more like he was wanting me in a different type of way. Yeah. So his words felt different. More like instead of. I don't know the exact words to use, but instead of feeling like a booty call. Exactly. Is he drunk or is it this in the morning? It's like he wakes up and you're one of the first things he's thinking about. Feels intimate. You know, it made me feel like he wasn't just. I don't know, he wasn't just wanting me for sex. Like, you mean more. Yeah. He really actually liked me. Yeah. It made me feel like he truly liked me and saw himself more in, like, the daylight, in the day with me. Yeah. And that felt more special. Yeah. Okay, guys, so start texting good morning more often than good night. Yeah. And, hey, we like good night, too. Well, it's like a needy here. Yeah, no, but, you know, but it's in that. Well, yeah, but I think it's in that, like, new relationship stage, right?
Bri
When, like, you're not.
Nicole
When you're not expecting things, then all of a sudden you get this, like. And you know what? It was good morning text, and you're like, oh, my gosh. I realized that was his first thought when he woke up. Yeah. And that makes you feel so good. Oh, my gosh. Makes you feel amazing. I can't wait to, like, start to get that. It's all. That kind of stuff has been so. It's been so long for me now. When I think about it, I'm like, well, I've really been out of the game. Like, I thought maybe I would have been dating a little bit by now, but it's busy. Well, I don't even care if I do. I mean, I will. You will get there. And this is why this inspiration affirmation is really good for you. Oh, well, let's hit it. So this One's from Olivia Ann Rose. And when I read this, I really loved her analogy with this quote. And I think you will too, because, yeah, for me, it was spot on. Sometimes growth feels like a trust. Fall into the arms of who you are becoming. Say it again. Sometimes growth feels like a trust. Fall into the arms of who you are becoming. Oh. And what I loved about that is that sometimes we want to have full control of our growth and how we're changing. But sometimes you just got to let go and trust the growth and just fall into, like, the new you. And that's something you have to do, like, with dating and your new, like, life. Like, you just have to trust your growth and trust, like, the journey of, like, the woman you're becoming now. Because dating is going to be different. You might be butt naked in front of a guy in his 20s and be okay with it and have the confidence and be like, I birthed a child and I'm proud of that. And this is what that looks like and you're not okay with it. Bye. Bye. But, like, you know what I mean? Yeah. And so I feel like we can't control our growth. We just gotta fall into it. Totally. And I am take this too. And it's so true. Like, growth, sometimes we don't see it. And so we want to stop ourselves from growing because it. It feels blinding. It feels scary. Yeah. It's unpredictable. We just don't know what to expect. And so that is like that trust fall for me. But then it's so true that, like, the new version of you is going to catch you for sure and make you feel so alive and safe. Yeah, I love that. So for all of you, take that with you into this week for sure. Trustful growth. I really like that quote. All right, everyone.
