She's back.
A
That's right.
B
You were Ms. Bri.
A
Well, thank you. I felt missed then.
B
Well, a little bit. Let's get the update. You know what I mean? You were very missed. We're all nosy. We want to know what's going on. Obviously we all saw Friday night Smackdown.
A
You know, it's funny because I finally have come out of you know, I will say this Wrestlemania, like, we overloaded you guys a lot with content and fun and just so much stuff that when I came home.
B
So much stuff.
A
I mean, so much stuff. When I came home, I had to decompress from myself. Oh, I was.
B
I was on a full detox.
A
I couldn't go on Instagram. I couldn't even go on Pinterest.
B
I want to put makeup on. I didn't want cute outfits. I feel you.
A
I mean, I pulled a. Brian. I literally left my phone in my bedroom and I was like, I. I just don't want to feel. I felt so strapped to it. My. You know, when you can see your time. My time was really high up. Like, I was like, the highest I've ever been on my phone that week. So I just was like, gardening. Be bored as can be sitting out three hours with the chickens. I don't care. Walks, workout and training in the ring.
B
I agree.
A
So.
B
But.
A
So now I feel really good. I feel refreshed. You know, I was telling Brian, I'm like, I don't think, you know, like, you hear everyone talking about all the peptides and all the different things, and I don't know if you guys are like this, but I always feel like someone is texting me, like, hey, man, you should take. Not, man. They're like, hey, you should take this. Or, hey, you should take that. Or, hey, you should take that. And I was starting to fall into buying everything. Like, oh, this powder works. Oh, this works no more. Nobody send me anything, because I will not. I will disregard it. You know what I need?
B
What?
A
I need Mother Nature do, you know? But even more than that, I told Brian, you know what? My. Like, I just know me as a person and what gives me energy and makes me feel good, I need long walks in the morning. Yeah. I need the fresh air. I need to hear birds. I need a little breeze. I need to, at some point, walk and go sit in a coffee shop. I. I just. I'm a millennial. We like coffee shops.
B
Love coffee.
A
We're coffee shop people.
B
Love it.
A
We get excited.
B
Yeah.
A
I need to have a lot of time to cook dinner and have my music on and, you know, light a candle, maybe a couple candles. But I need to, like, do the slow prepping. I need the kids to be like, you go outside and play. And I. I'm hearing. I just. I realized, like, I don't need another powder. I don't need this. I don't need these things. I need those things.
B
Yes.
A
So needless to say, I got that in the last couple days, and I feel ready to go back to smackdown this week. You know, it was fun. It was like Paige and I were really excited. I have to tell you, a lot of people were sick coming off WrestleMania. I mean, my kids finally, finally the weather. Went back to school today.
B
That's crazy.
A
Finally went back to school today. And you know what was weird is she wasn't throwing up. She wasn't. It was an on and off fever that the fever finally went away. But it was the coughing. Her and Buddy's coughing were so bad. And I'm just one of those parents, like, they tested negative for everything. But because how the coughing would be, I could. I feel weird taking them to school.
B
No, totally.
A
But the doctor told me they need rest.
B
The body's saying just. And I know.
A
Yeah. And I'm always like, I don't care. I don't need them to rush back to school. I'm fine with them being here with me. So it's been a lot. And we've been doing, like, slumber party every night. Tonight will be the first night that I actually get my husband to cuddle me because I've been just with the kids every night, which has been great.
B
Right.
A
But finally I was like, okay, everyone going back to their rooms. Everyone's back at school. Feeling good. I'm feeling good. So I'm back. And, you know, it was fun because, you know, being at smackdown when they told Paige and I, we have, you know, our first, like, tag match as champions against Charlexa, we're really excited. And so, you know, it's. It ended short, which.
B
Which was pretty cool.
A
Beyond cool. Fatal Influence. Love them. We're going to get you girls back. You just wait. But I always love after WrestleMania to see what new talent comes up. Oh, yeah.
B
It's always such a fun time.
A
But the hardest thing for me is seeing talent get released.
B
The cuts are always hard after hard.
A
And I'll admit there was a couple I didn't understand. But I'm not going to start any headlines, but.
B
Well, so the now this is the Internet rumors, because you're probably talking about Kyrie. So it's all over the Internet that her contract was up and she want to go back to Japan. Oh. So that was. I don't know what truth is in that. Gives me goosebumps too. I don't know what truth is in that. And maybe she was thinking, like, oh, we were gonna have her mania match and end it there. Which I was bummed that they didn't have their Mania match because the whole time, all of his talent thought they were going to have a Triple Threat. Right. We all thought they were gonna have a Triple Threat wrestlemania, and I think they were going to end up doing it at backlash because of the involvement and the other match. I mean, obviously, this is everyone who just talks. Right. Everyone is talking in the hall, so you never know what's true or not. But that's the rumor. Oh. But I don't know.
A
I mean, to be honest, that only makes sense.
B
Right?
A
I mean, you don't. That's the only thing that makes it. There's no other reason.
B
Again, Internet rumor that the first round of cuts were just contracts they didn't renew or people that didn't want to renew them.
A
Oh, well, you know what? This is the thing. I can. A lot of people are from out of this country.
B
Yeah.
A
I'm sure at some point they miss their families and they miss their way of life. So it's understandable.
B
I mean, so at times now they're probably like, I really want to get home.
A
Yeah.
B
I want to have healthy food and healthy skies and. Right. Do you know what I mean?
A
So they're closer to their family than ever.
B
Right. So, yeah.
A
You know, it's a time you want. Well, that makes me feel better. I never know. So.
B
But by the way, I still don't know. And so maybe you could do some work for detective work for us when you go back on the road this week. There's nothing like detective work when you're at tv.
A
I don't do that. I. That's past me. I don't do the tea time anymore, but I. Yeah. So I think it's incredible to see new talent come up, and so that's always really fun. Very fun to be a part of, too. Dallas. You know, all Texas crowds have always
B
just been so great.
A
Yeah. Incredible. And you know what's so interesting is when a crowd is on fire, it fuels the wrestlers. Oh. It gives them energy. Yeah. And so thank you. Thank you to all the crowds that show up and they're loud and they. They're part of it. They know, like, how to be, and they're doing it, and they're part of the story because it fuels everyone. You guys don't even understand when I'm backstage, and I just see. I see what it does to the wrestlers. Like, you have no idea. So, you know, it's fun, and I'm excited to see what comes for Paige and I, you know, like, obviously her and I are like, we want to work and we want to take on all these tag teams. So I think we're going to have a lot of fun in the next couple months.
B
I love that you guys have great chemistry, which we have already seen, and it's just great to see you guys out there.
A
Well, and like, her and I, we. Now, granted, we are both a little off social because just everyone, I think, was toasted.
B
Yeah.
A
But, like, we saw a lot of your guys's stuff and we were dying laughing in the locker room. And so, like, we've talked to, you know, the people who make merch and stuff, and so they're working on tag shirts, and so they're gonna have some fun. So we'll see.
B
Yeah, we will see.
A
But I was like, her and I are like, okay, we're gonna reenact the TikTok. How did I lose my shoe?
B
You better. I can't believe we haven't gotten it yet.
A
We're like, we're going to do it, but there's, like, a lot of stuff that we saw that we were like, okay, we gotta reenact some fun. Yeah, fun things. So we will definitely do that.
B
But, like, just bring it in.
A
Yeah, but it was so nice, like, having her in the locker room. And like, it just.
B
Even when I did the Raw with you guys, the Raw after, did you
A
feel like you skip a beat?
B
We're just never sitting there. Like, with so many of the girls that you grow up with in the locker room, it's always that way. You. You could literally not see someone for years, and you get right back in that locker room and it's like, as if you've been together every week. It's really w. Well, and it's crazy
A
because her and I can, like, it's like you and I, we can, like, look at each other and we start to laugh and, like, we don't even have to say a word.
B
Like, we're. Well, especially with Paige and just like, natty trends the same. Naya is the same. The ones that we did, like divas for a while together. We definitely have eye communication because you had to start to learn how to communicate with your eyes because of producers and stuff to be like, what are we doing right now?
A
Major.
B
So it's like, you don't get that with everyone unless you've gone through a reality show together. And for us who were on Divas especially, you know, before kids, we were on the road together, wrestling and filming. And, like, we all went non stop for a very long Time. So we went through a lot lot together. Like what a lot of people don't go through.
A
Yeah. And so. And I think it's really fun. It's, it's, you know, interesting just being back in the mix like this.
B
Yeah.
A
Like it's. But it's fun and I'm.
B
And now you don't have me. But now you're going through what I went through.
A
Right.
B
I mean, wait, you're lucky you have paid.
A
Right.
B
Which is kind of crazy.
A
Like. And I also feel like because I had you there and kind of already in it with a lot, like everyone.
B
Yeah.
A
You know, it kind of just feels like normal. Right?
B
It feels normal. You gotta go in, do your stuff.
A
Yeah. So. But you know, I'm gone tomorrow and travel's gonna be kind of chaotic for the next month. But it's nice because like Brian has been so supportive.
B
It's so nice.
A
I was kind of like, Brian, like this is what my schedule looks like the next month. But he's been great. So, you know, it always makes life easier.
B
Yeah.
A
When you have that and I don't have to worry. Yeah. I feel so blessed. So that's been great. But yeah, I mean we're, I feel like just in the next couple weeks you're going to start to really feel like where we'll like what's. Like it's just going to be really fun. Oh, good. Yeah. Like it's just a lot of just. You got to tune in smackdown and just follow us on social because we'll tell you.
B
So you're saying, you know, you're creative just.
A
No, I, I don't at all actually. I really don't. But what I'm saying is you're gonna have, you're gonna get a lot of us good, which is awesome.
B
People want that. That's what they want. They really do. They. They want that.
A

B
I have to say that I've been loving being home and not traveling. Oh gosh, I'm sure it is. Felt so good to where I was. Like this feels really, really good. And it's like so I can get
A
used to this life.
B
Yeah, I mean think Taylor's been with me since. Since the day I got home from Vegas. Mateo has been with me every day and night.
A
Oh wow.
B
Yeah, every day and night. And so it's been like really great with him. And it was like Sunday we were having a lazy morning because there's moments that I have to put my leg up obviously in ice. And I will say the ankle's really hard in the way of like you have to keep moving and doing exercises because you don't have a lot of fat there. The scar tissue and fascia starts to grow so fast down to your bone. Wow. So it kind of gets exhausting, you know, like, always doing that stuff, but it's just a part of it because I. I want to have full mobility and all the things, so. Mateo has gone to me to so many therapy sessions, by the way, because he has to, but he likes it because he thinks it's his workout time. But, like, Sunday, we were kind of being lazy. And, you know, the weather. When you were gone for a bit, we had a few rainy days, like, throughout, or it was, like, freezing cold, so we weren't really outside. Like, we would go out for a little bit, but all of a sudden he's like, can we just go to the Golden Gate Bridge? I was like, yeah, sure. So we get in the car, and then he asked for in and out first, which I was like, yeah, that sounds good. So we get in and out, and we drive to the Golden Gate Bridge. But I always forget. I always say it wrong. Everyone keeps correcting me. Presidio park, you know, right when. Right when you pass the gate and it's to the right with the water.
A
I've taken Buddy there.
B
So we were just walking around, and then we were finding snails and watching them, like, crawl through, like, plants and laying in the grass, and then we walked down. Well, I can't believe I did the hike. So I made it.
A
No, I'm actually kind of shocked.
B
I made it halfway to the first viewing point where you could see Golden Greenade and all the water and Mateo want to keep going. I go, babe, Mommy's ankles on fire, and I shouldn't even be doing this. So I think he, like, told me off all the way back up, just like you said, because he. All he wanted to do was throw rocks in the water, and he was doing him.
A
Like, you should have driven to where that, like, we're going back this weekend.
B
So.
A
You know the military little. It's right under it.
B
Like, I. I know. Yeah. Where. I forget what it's called, but we were just exploring. Right? But what I'll say is, like, it's just felt so great being back in Mother Nature and just. And, like, I've been loving it with him because we've just been exploring because we've just been together so much, and I'm like, well, where do we go next? Or what do we want to do? Or all these things and. But he's been really into the violin as well. Like, crazy obsessed. And so I Got him a violin, and he wants to learn how to play, but he'll. He's mainly been listening violin music. But we're trying this weekend, and we are gonna see. But the symphony, you know, the San Francisco Symphony, if you guys don't know, is very famous symphony, and they get incredible artists that come through. Well, it's the Lord of the Rings. The second. They've already, a few months ago, did the first. First movie. This one's the second.
A
That's cool.
B
And so we're going. And what's really neat is when they play, the symphony does moments they have. The moment from the movie is on a big screen behind them. And then some of the people who talk or sing, the characters, they come on stage and will do it. Yeah. Tickets weren't cheap. So I go, teo, no matter what, you're sitting through this, even if you get bored. And he's like, pumped. But they're doing Star wars in September, which I'm like, okay, we're gonna have to do it, but we're now gonna have a whole fun weekend. Said, we'll go back down to the water. We'll throw. We'll throw your rocks in. Because I get my boot off two days, and I go to this type of brace, so then I'll be fine. Even though when I told my therapist that I did that, he was like, don't do that.
A
Like, the hike. But it was super careful. Yeah. And they can get a little steep, and then they're very rocky.
B
Yeah, I've done those trails. Yeah. But it was just. It's been. It's been really nice.
A
So you're kind of living the life I lived.
B
I did. And I like
A
taking the kids to San Francisco. You know, just chilling.
B
I like, really. I've just really been enjoying it. You know what? I could tell that I really needed it.
A
Right. And that's the thing. And I feel like I have. You know, the place I'm at right now is I. I needed this. And also ready for it.
B
Yeah.
A
And, you know, and, like, even with my training, like I told Brian last night, my body was just wanting to tap out. And because, you know, when I'm home,
B
I will say not to send you more things to get on.
A
No, I'm not going to. Don't send it to me.
B
But the healing peptide they have me on. No, but it's recovery.
A
I know.
B
Okay. Everyone was telling me, talk to this
A
doctor who got on it for recovery.
B
But I will say I got on a zoom with him. Super informative. Now I'm on a high dosage, and I can't remember. It's the BP Something, but it's strictly for recovery. And then it's stacked with strictly for ligament strength. But what I will tell you.
A
Yes.
B
Is I do think it's helping me heal stronger. And it made me be like, this is stuff I should have. I get why people who are doing crazy hard activity like you're doing right now, why they got on it. Because you know what I've realized? The travel wears us down. The travel is hard. And I started, like, just reading stuff about electric cars where I was, like, thinking of symptoms that I had for a long time. And I'm like.
A
Like, oh, my gosh.
B
And I'm thinking, like, I'm gonna have to eventually get rid of my electric car, because they're calling it the exhausted mom syndrome. And moms who have. Who are, like, in their cars a lot in electric cars, but they're saying what it's doing to people's bodies, and I'm like, gosh, whoa, gas. But anyways, so. But I. You should just talk to this doctor because you never know.
A
Yeah. But what I was gonna say is, like, even though I felt, like, tapped out, I actually was telling Brad, like, because Brian's like, I'm. Because he and I will train the ring on my off days every day, and then I'm trying to weightlift and do all the things, but he was actually blown away by my strength and some of the stuff I was doing.
B
Yeah.
A
And I go, I think the one thing that I love is that I'm, em. Seeing myself get a lot stronger.
B
I saw that in the gym yesterday.
A
Yeah. And even, like, just. I'm moving how I'm moving.
B
Yeah.
A
Which is good. Like, he was making me jump over him yesterday, and I was like, brian. He goes, you can do it. And I'm like, oh.
B
Oh, my God.
A
But I can.
B
Yeah, I can. Right?
A
And so it's like. But if. You know, it's also, like, it's tough work, but, you know, it's not forever. No.
B
Right.
A
So it's like, mentally, I can get myself there. The mental game's the one that.
B
That's the battle.
A
That's the battle.
B
That's the battle.
A
So I can push through.
B
Yes.
A
Like, I really, really can. But, you know, it's.
B
Yeah.
A
Well, I feel like.
B
Because I've had this moment of resetting, and, you know, you know, my therapist. It's your therapist, too, and his name's Carla Wood. He's incredible. You guys And I think because of the work he does, like when you're in Napa and the work that he shows you on the computer and can show you where your form's at, your muscle mass is at, and, you know, when you break things, you know, muscle atrophies. But to get the true breakdown of, like, if you work hard every day, you will to be 100 of where your muscles should be. That's in six months. And this is where you'll be at three months. And to see the movement in your bones and like to know just about your body. And I felt like this was the reset I needed because in the beginning it was fresh and all these things. Then it's just got really hard and I was doing it all, you know, coming straight home, mother stuff, straight back on the road, back and forth and, you know, with everything else in between. This has given me like, okay, it's like a slow start, but to like build back to strength. But know that my strength is being built up properly. It makes me excited. But I think because I'm at home getting to do it. Do you know what I mean?
A
For sure. And when I some of the stuff that he was having me do, I was like, another thing to add.
B
Yeah.
A
But it does work. And that's the thing is you got to put in the work.
B
And when you think about it, the exercises all take like less than 30 minutes because it's just very basic. Yeah.
A
But for some reason it's still like.
B
Because it's so much of your brain. Yeah, I know.
A
I know. Because the one he wants to. It's like on the floor and like the different. Where the leg goes.
B
Yes.
A
Shoulder and all these. And I'm like, that's how I have
B
to do it
A
really does work. But, you know, like, I was bummed because this past week I didn't put out a hi, my name is Bri episode, which, you know, it's where my heart and soul lies. But I also didn't want to throw something up because so much is happening
B
too with environment this week. I mean, like, I'm bum. I. I don't think we can sign the petition anymore. But I don't know if you saw in the dms, but there's just a lot going on with Congress and like, we all need to start stepping up for our farms and for mother Nature. We're all going to be just smashing fake me thrifts to life. I'm just having a hard time because I feel like every second I go online, it's Another law that's getting removed on protecting nature. And I'm like. And everyone goes, how do. More bad news can we take?
A
Yeah.
B
I'm, like, sitting here like, wait, is. Are we ever. Like, I'm really confused how we're just, like, forgetting about Mother Nature and animals. Like, do we know how we live life?
A
Right. And that's why it's so important how we vote is, you know, is. Are these things. And I guess what it is, is you. When you. At the end of the day, you have to look and say, what's important to me? Is it money? Is it health? Is it longevity in life? Like, you really gotta see, for someone like myself.
B
Yeah.
A
What's important to me is that my kids are healthy, I'm. My husband and I are healthy. That we live in a safe place, that hopefully everyone aligns with peace. You know, like, we. We look at all that. Like, we care about nature and protecting it, and we care about animals. So that's how we vote. And, like, with the things. Because for us, if those things are all secure, like, you're gonna have a happy life.
B
Yeah.
A
Whether you're rich or poor or whatever it may be. But I feel like so many times people have voted money, money, money, money. And it's not making who you think rich. I. I just, you know, like. And whatever. I'll say it. Like, it's making the billionaires richer. Like, we're giving them too much. It's like, no, let's take care of, like, our needs, all of us. What do we all need? Not them. What do we all need?
B
Right?
A
And we need healthy air. We need healthy communities.
B
We need safety, healthy food, healthy sky, a healthy environment. All this pesticide that's being sprayed everywhere now. They're, like, spraying, you know, roundup in our waters. And it's just like. I just feel like we're just being poisoned all the time. And it's like, can we all just, like, feel good and, like, breathe in? And I've noticed, like, you know, our skies have been super clean because, you know, they show you the structure of the clouds. And we've had beautiful clouds. And so I've been laying the grass and grateful.
A
And grateful.
B
I've just been like, please don't let our skies change. Like, our skies are just so beautiful right now. And you feel. You feel the difference in your breathing. And, like, you're just like, oh, this is how I'm supposed to feel.
A
And. Right. And there's also, like, good things happening.
B
I mean, a ton of good things
A
there's also like a lot of people fighting for the right things. And things are, you know, going, so
B
you gotta follow the dodo. Yeah page and then they're good. And there's another page that only there's
A
good something the good.
B
I can't remember where you get good news where you're like, oh my gosh, look at all these people that cleaned up all this trash out of the ocean. Or different like rivers. I agree with you, it's true.
A
But you know, well, what it is is we're all going to get there. Yeah. We just all got to start fighting for the right things.
B
The right things.
A
Thank you to Starbucks for sponsoring today's segment. I definitely feel guilty at times for small rewards and wanting to reward myself for something.
B
I know. We always feel like we have to earn it, right?
A
Yeah. But I don't know, is it mom guilt? For sure. Feel like we always have this long to do list that never ends and in our heads we think the minute that list ends then we deserve something.
B
Yeah. Well, I feel when we want to have like a self investment and invest in ourselves is when the guilt really kicks in because we're like, wait, maybe we should keep giving to others and not take a moment for ourselves.
A
I feel like I have had to reframe my mindset to understand my joys and be like you can in the middle of the day take a little coffee shop break at Starbucks and have a little you time.
B
Totally. We have to totally redefine what rewards mean. Doesn't have to be this full on spa day. It can be something simple as this
A
and does feel like spa day when I drink it. Starbucks has always been one of those little rituals in my day. So this feels like such a natural moment for me to put into my day. And now my favorite flavors come with an added boost of caffeine with the new Starbucks energy refreshers.
B
You're right. I love the mango dragon fruit energy Refresher. You know, sometimes it's just one of the things I do for me in the day and that kind of makes it feel even more special. And my favorite one being the strawberry acai energy Refresher. Seriously, you should try the new energy refreshers at Starbucks.
A
Cheers.
B
Cheers.
A

Okay, so my kids just had spring break and I know all you parents out there know how exhausting that can be. Entertaining them all day trying to find that energy in the late afternoon. Well, when your afternoon calls for a little extra lift, the new Starbucks Energy Refreshers are entering the chat in the best way. You're probably already a fan of Starbucks refreshers, right? Well, now you can power the moments that matter most with the new Starbucks Energy Refreshers. Now, refreshers come with an extra boost of caffeine, which we absolutely love. Starbucks Energy Refreshers are a refreshing way to give your afternoon a real kick and finish your day feeling confident and recharged. During spring break, we do a lot of arts and crafts, but we also do a lot of walking to the park by the time the afternoon hits. I needed to make my Starbucks run to get the new Starbucks Mango Strawberry Energy Refresher. The mix of mango and strawberry is my absolute favorite. I mean, it even comes with freeze dried strawberries, which I love. This drink is so refreshing and definitely made the rest of my day enjoyable. Try the all new Energy Refreshers at Starbucks.
B
Okay, I want to just bring up something real quick because I said something on my solo episode and it just kind of went everywhere and I'm like, I mean, you know me, I say stuff and at times I could sound really stupid or just put my foot in my mouth or. Yeah, you know, it's my thing. But sometimes when I say things and I'm reading it, I'm like, ew, that is not what I meant. I'm cringed out by reading that.
A
Oh gosh, what did you say?
B
Okay, I didn't and I don't even. I must have been answering a question. Something about like, yeah, I only want to date like semi cute guys because like you, they're sweet or whatever, but like super hot guys are narcissists. Reading it. That is not how I meant it. But then when I was reading, I'm like, is that exactly how I said it? I need to just ever stop talking. Well. Right. I just need to stop talking about description of guys. What I realized. And you know how I am. I meet people off of energy.
A
I don't.
B
When people ask me my types, I. I don't even have an answer for that because I.
A
It sounds like something you would say.
B
I know.
A
So.
B
But it's not what I meant. Do you know what I mean? You know me. I don't. Anyways, this is my thing and I just want to make it clear.
A
Yeah.
B
If I have a great connection with someone and I meet someone, there's great connection that going to turn into a date or a chat or whatever. And that's. That. That's. I don't. I think that's why I haven't done apps or different things because I usually can't like look at someone and know if I want to go out with them. It's usually conversation or meet someone and then I feel this like incredible energy and then it goes to the next
A
step and the people that you find. The people that you find hot. A lot of people don't find hot. Or people that you find semi cute. Some people might find really cute.
B
Well, no, totally that. And that's. I guess I was just.
A
And a narcissist is just a narcissist.
B
No, I know. I was just reading it and I was like, that's not how I meant it. But then it just came off like that. And then I hated that it was like all these headlines.
A
Yeah. I probably would have taken a breath and thought, how should I answer this?
B
No, what I should have did is just edit it out. But that's okay.
A
Yeah.
B
Well, it is what it is. But I just hate sometimes when I read an answer or something I said and I'm like, that's not how I wanted it.
A
I think what you wanted to say is instead of dating someone who you might. Might be more of lust than a connection, like you feel like maybe that's where it's gone wrong.
B
Well, I. I just scrapped the whole thing.
A
Okay.
B
Scrap the whole thing. Nothing for me is about looks or who is what or whatever.
A
It's.
B
This is because I'm like, that's Even how I am. I mean, I don't even really talk to anyone anyways, but like, you know.
A
Yeah, I mean, I'm sure people are like, breeze, hot breeze, semi cute, breeze, not cute.
B
Oh, well, of course. That's just how life is. Sure.
A
I'm not everyone's flavor of ice cream, which is fine. Yes, ice cream, I don't care.
B
I want to be with someone who I am their flavor, you know, don't want to force it.
A
I mean, well, that's probably kind of like how you sounded in your answer. I'll go for someone semiq because they're not a narcissist. I mean.
B
Well, I guess, you know what made me think of it is someone was like, oh, look at this guy's profile. He's semi cute, super hot. Right. Or just mention the person. So I went and looked and it
A
was like he did a pucker face.
B
Well, just a ton of like half naked selfies pretty much. And all those different things and like, like, you know, the. The gym videos, and they're staring at themselves like flexing or whatever. So that's what triggered the thought.
A
Okay, so did anyone know this when they were listening?
B
No.
A
Oh, my.
B
So it was in my head.
A
Okay.
B
It was in my head.
A
You have to give context because it was through giving an answer like that.
B
But you know what? Sometimes it's hard when I'm doing it solo because you're not like interrupting, going, hey, so what do you mean? Yeah, so I just talked, which doesn't always benefit me.
A
I should have been here to save you from a damn headline.
B
So that is what I was thinking was how someone just had sent me, like, hey, this guy's, you know, hot. And then I was like, looked at the profile and I'm like, never like, I. It just like it was like 50 photos of like, body and like looking at himself in the mirror. Do you know what I mean?
A
Yeah. I'm so happy I don't have to date. And I'm married.
B
Yeah.
A
And happily.
B
I mean, well, I don't have to date and I'm not dating. And I, you know, at some point you will be. No, no, I know, but so then that's what, like, bothered me is I'm
A
like, now people are gonna judge you. Well, no.
B
Well, yeah. And it's all energy based for me. When I meet someone and I'm really like, like, whoa, that there was something there. Then I get so interested. But when I'm not feeling something there, I. The person can be the most gorgeous person in the world or not the most gorgeous person in the world or the nicest or the meanest or whatever adjective you want to insert. But, like, it's just. I like connection.
A
There you go.
B
So that's.
A
Can we make that a headline, please? No, that won't though.
B
That won't. Well, it's all the other stuff. Everything else.
A
Well, how else was it doing a solo? Because I feel like it's been a minute and you've probably only done one other time.
B
No, but it was good. I. I want to do another one, like, soon. This one. We just. There were so many fan questions coming off WrestleMania. So it was just mainly that.
A
Did you get deep at all?
B
Well, I felt like that started to get deep and then it went the wrong way.
A
Oh, my gosh. That was the deep part.
B
I don't know. I just felt, you know, of course was the one morning that was like the busiest morning. Do you know what I mean? But always works that way and.
A
But then that gives you a lot to talk about.
B
Yeah. I don't know. I just need. It was a warm up round, so next time will be better and I'll like, kind of like pause and think about things. But.
A
Yeah. So how crazy is this? Yesterday, training Buddy went to the second rope and jumped and did a cross body on Brian.
B
Oh, my gosh.
A
I was like. When I watched it happen, I didn't know what he was going to do when he did it. It's like, what the heck? I couldn't believe it. Yeah, like, literally, he's not even six. I mean, Brian, I. Yeah, I actually had to talk to him about that. I was like, listen,
B
in the middle, not in the middle of the night. Mateo was kind of already asleep and then he woke up and he goes, this was last night. You know, Buddy's my best friend. I go. I go, I know. He goes, no, but like forever my best friend. And I go, he is. And then rolled over and just started snoring away. Thank you.
A
So cute. I mean, it's.
B
I can't. Yeah, Mateo would. I think he would jump up and. Because I just see him on the couch. He missed. You know how I have the soft things. He missed it. And, you know, he did, like, good. He was trying not to cry, but I go, you're getting too big to jump off this now. He is like, remember how they used to be able to jump?
A
They're now too far out.
B
Too far out.
A
Yeah. It's just crazy. I'm just like. I was like, you know, Birdie, I would have never had to worry about. Just. Just boom, boom. But Brian, I mean, and he caught him. It was great. And then he, like, went down and let him pin him.
B
And he was like. He was praying heaven.
A
Oh, my gosh. In heaven. And then he wanted to keep doing it. And I was like, all right, no more. But, you know, but I was just happy to see the energy because Brian and I were like. We felt. We picked up Buddy from school, and he and I were like. We felt like Buddy needed one on one time.
B
Yeah.
A
So that's why we're like, you want to go to the ring with mommy and Daddy? And he was like, oh, my gosh. Over the moon.
B
That's cute.
A
And then he'll try to give me ideas. So. So this is what I was thinking. It's like, okay. He's like, so, Nia, Jax, this is what you're gonna do to her? Like, what am I gonna do to her? It's like, okay, I'll do it.
B
It's so cute.
A
I know. It's actually adorable. But, yeah, it's. It's just like. It's just been such a different time for my family. I mean, like, as of late, and it's been somewhat.
B
You were used to.
A
Yeah. I mean, big time, but great part
B
of your life and, like, memories you'll have. Because as you said, it's not forever, it's not long. And so it's like a great moment that you get to share with your kids. A moment that we've always wanted to share since we became moms of what we did in our careers for almost 20 years. Yeah.
A
Well. And you know, Birdie, I mean, she's going to be nine next week. Pretty much week from Saturday.
B
I can't believe.
A
I can't even, like, even, like, the stuff we were talking about. And when I took her into the doctor's office, they all were like, oh, my gosh, Birdie, you grew. And you know, as when we see them all the time, we forget that they're growing. But she really wants a playhouse for a birthday. So I was like, looking last night, I was like, no way. They're too expensive in the backyard. Oh.
B
I was like. I thought, oh.
A
I go like, why are playhouses so expensive Now? I won't do plastic. Right. So I want to do the wood.
B
Yeah.
A
I'm gonna have to talk to her. I'm gonna be like, I'm sorry. I'm not spending that money.
B
Yeah, that's crazy. It's crazy.
A
They're like at least three grand Going up.
B
But I do feel like you guys are leaving for Tahoe soon, so, like.
A
And, like, how much are you gonna want to play?
B
Right?
A
But she wants to put her sewing machine in there and her book. Like, she wants it.
B
Why not do it in the attic?
A
The podcast room. And so she wants. She, like, wants her. I. I was like, you gotta pick, like, you know what I mean?
B
Yeah.
A
Like, we gotta. Like, she. I want to get her a sewing machine.
B
Yeah.
A
Is what I want.
B
I think that would be perfect.
A
No. Yeah, she like, sewing classes. She's on the machine.
B
Just let her have a spot in your office.
A
But I'm like, brian, can you build a playhouse?
B
Honestly?
A
But he was like. I was like, I can buy the plans for $12 off Etsy. You gotta build it. But no, how they were starting. I mean, there is some playhouses out there. I'm not even kidding you. That. I was like, damn. I mean, like, kid could live in there, going for, like, 8 to 12 grand. Oh, my gosh. You gotta see the inside. I was like. I go, brian, I can't believe. Like, because, you know, I just think this short time your kid has a playhouse.
B
I mean, that's wild. I would never. Yeah.
A
Brian literally, on our walk this morning, he's like, what if we get her a tent? I go, no, not a thing that she'll be into for two days. And then I'm storing.
B
Right. Can't do it. No, she's getting a sewing machine. Yeah.
A
I think that's what I'm doing.
B
I think that's perfect. Yeah. Honestly, she'll love it. Just make. Maybe make a cute spot in your office for it where she feels special.
A
Her. Maybe.
B
I mean, I know that's hard, but unless you want to do something in your attic, which is.
A
She's messy. Yeah, she is, Brian. I have to remind her. I'm like Birdie. When I walk into a room, I'm like, bird, I love all your art. I love that your art's everywhere. She wants to keep everything. And I go, baby, you're doing so much art every single day. And then you have all these stacks of everything all over the place. I'm like, spiders are gonna come. Like, who knows? I'm like, we got. You can't get. Your brain can't work properly in all this clutter.
B
Yeah.
A
It, like, kills me. And then, like, she gets upset because I'm like, can we throw this away?
B
And then.
A
And she's like, no, no, none of it. And I'm always like, oh, my gosh. And she doesn't shut her drawers. Like, we're. I'm like, trying to teach her, like, shut your drawer, organize your shoes, because she throws her shoes in the closet. Like, just things. I feel like in life you have these habits.
B
Right.
A
And when you become adult and you leave my home, you're going to thank me.
B
Yeah, right.
A
Like you're going to have a nice decluttered or for sure. And not feel the need to be constantly buying things because you can't find anything.
B
Right.
A
Like, that's the nice thing about decluttering. Having like little.
B
I mean, that's how I'm. I'm about to do a big spring spring cleaning next week.
A
You spring clean every three months. You know that. Right.
B
But this one's going to get deeper. I feel like there's still clothes I've held on to and like, things.
A
Please use all the recycling companies.
B
Of course I will. I've already looked into all of it.
A
Okay, good.
B
And so I'm going. I'm doing like a deep dive. Deep dive. I've had a lot of, like, thinking
A
time every three months.
B
But this one's different.
A
I just don't know where all this stuff comes from that you can keep spring cleaning.
B
Yeah. But when you know is like little bits, this is like a bigger one. Well, I don't know. I just feel like I have a lot of especially clothes right now.
A
I mean, and I feel like we've
B
been gifted a lot of things in the past six months too. Like, I just feel like. I don't know, it just. It seems like a lot right now. Wow.
A
So hopefully that's the last one for you.
B
I mean, that's the goal. It should be the goal. Yes, it is. So.
A

Well, let's talk about some exciting things coming up as well. So Bonita Bonita, you guys, because we didn't get an opportunity to do bottle signings and tastings at Sam's Club in Las Vegas, Brie and I are heading back there Wednesday, May 20th. So we'll be we're gonna hit up all the three different Sam's clubs. The Arroyo Crossing, Tropical Parkway and Craig's Road. So we'll be at Arroyo Arroyo from 11am to noon, Tropical Parkway 1 to 2pm and then East Craig Road from 3 to 4pm that's also you'll see, we'll be posting about on social media and all that. But just for all of our Vegas people, if you're going to be in Vegas Wednesday, May 20, which is the Wednesday before Memorial Weekend, Brie and I will be hitting up all those Sam's Clubs. We're also going to be doing a really fun contest coming to you. So look out for that with Sam's Club as well.
A
Yeah. And we might be doing a fun party somewhere that night at one of the places that carries our wine. So just follow, follow Bonita Bonita Wine on Instagram. Obviously you guys follow us on Instagram, Instagram and we'll be giving those out.
B
Right? And also so I know all our wine club members which we had a fun zoom last week tasting our new spring release. So our Rose's back, our Sauvignon's Black Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon's back. And then our Cabernet is back and today or I think today or the next few days, you can start to buy those individually on the website. We usually let our wine club members enjoy it first. Before we sell to the public, and then you can go and buy it. And I will say the sauvignon blanc and the rose.
A
I mean, they're. They've always been, like, the big hits.
B
The big hits, they end really, really good. So those will go fast.
A
And because Nikki is home more, if you're in napa valley, you go to the taste room, you probably will see her. She probably will be in there more.
B
That is very true.
A
Usually when one of us is, like, not busy, we're always in there. So that's always fun.
B
That is.
A
I still want to bring the flowers, work with one of these flower farms. Like, I was gonna do it last year, just didn't work out. But we're on Fridays. You can come, put your bouquet together, grab your wine.
B
I've been having, like, a lot of ideas, like, tea. Tea time and bubbles ideas and different things. And then, I know, like, bottle rock weekend. Now I'll be around Memorial weekend. And so even though tasting rooms closed because Emily and Zach, we'll have a booth if you guys are doing bottle rock. We will have a booth at bottle rock this year, and Emily and Zach will be there all weekend. But Brie and I are thinking of fun memorial weekend ideas, maybe with the taste, you know, even if it's like, pickups.
A
Yeah.
B
But. Yeah. So you definitely want to see me around more. I can't believe how much bigger that building's got across the street.
A
Oh, it's crazy. I was just there yesterday, and I was like, whoa, it's fast.
B
It's super fast.
A
So hopefully I'll be done. I don't know. I feel like a year, but probably done before that.
B
I. I feel like it'll be done before that. But then I definitely want to start to talk to the city about the parking garage across street, because you're looking at these incredible updates and beauty, and I know that place wanted to update the parking garage, and Napa had said no. I think we need to talk to Napa about a good update, because that parking garage is used so much.
A
Get one of the local artists to do, like, like, cool murals, right?
B
Like. Or put some, like, cool driftwood on it. And, like, let's just, like, get some flowers up on there. I mean, they. You could tell back in the day, they. They had the planters, like, they built it in.
A
They need to put some plants.
B
They need some plants, and then maybe a couple benches. They're going to be building a. Finally, the sidewalk. You know how we've always all have said that it Looks that way. But because that place is, like, legit and beautiful, and, you know, hopefully, I mean, Brie and I, we did get an opportunity to buy that. Our house where Bonita Bonita's at. And so hopefully, maybe one day down the road, it will be a full Bonita Bonita stop. But it's. The speakeasy is just so cool in such a great area.
A
Yeah, we love it.
B
And it's busy in the valley. Like, I've been blown away the past two weeks. I can't believe how busy it is.
A
I mean, it's everywhere.
B
Yeah. Well, even when it was cold, you could tell people had already planned their trips because it's spring and the vines are already looking gorgeous.
A
Well, I told mom when she comes next week, I'm like, I for sure want to do a wine tasting.
B
Big time.
A
It's the time right now.
B
Yeah.
A
And I'm like, I feel like we haven't done it forever. No, I need a good wine tasting.
B
Well, we were all talking about making our Mother's Day plans. I think you'll be traveling.
A
But my flight's very early that day.
B
Yeah. And Tony, Mom. And I am a chill.
A
Yeah, she told me. Yeah, we were gonna do that, too, but it's.
B
But what? We all should do something for Birdie's birthday.
A
Well, we're actually. We're gonna do it in the city.
B
Oh, that.
A
That's just how early my flight is. Oh, makes. Because I. The time I land and then leave and.
B
Well, maybe we do one with the fam Friday.
A
Oh.
B
Oh, know.
A
We'll see.
B
But we could talk to Brian. Yeah, maybe all of us with the kids do it for her, which is. That's special.
A
Yeah. Oh, Birdie's celebrating a birthday a couple times.
B
Oh, boy.
A
We got her birthday party, the 16th. And, you know, we're all dressing up, so I love it, but. Well, you know, I feel like it's that time.
B
It's that time to give them some inspiration. Affirmation.
A
Yes, they do, because your girl has to pack and work out, go over stuff like. But I. Am I doing it? You know, I actually wasn't prepared.
B
But you know what? I don't think you need to be prepared because I think you've been through a lot as of late. And like me, the one time when I was put on the spot. There's something about when you put someone on the spot. Just give us some inspiration.
A
I'll do that.
B
We don't need affirmations. Let's give us some inspiration. Motivation.
A
Inspire us Yeah, I guess too with this week, the kind of the things that I learned is, you know, everyone's going to tell you what's right or what works or, you know, what you
B
the inspiration should be doing.
A
And I feel like when you can finally take some time to just be in a quiet place and bored and really know, like, what is my. What am I craving? But mentally and physically, what am I craving? Yeah, and when you indulge in that and the things I was craving, nothing costs money. So everything I was craving was free. And when I indulge in that, I go, oh, my God, I felt so much better. Yeah, I felt incredible. And I go, that's all I needed. Yeah, it was all I needed. And, and obviously early in the episode, you know, I talked about it like, I needed a really long walk. I needed to be out in, you know, the gardens and with the chickens and like, no, not no phone, no nothing. Nothing by me. Just like alone and all of that. And cooking dinner. I needed to cook dinner, you know, make food. But so that all, like, felt really good. Just going to my coffee shop, going and just walking and grabbing flowers. Like, you know, those little things that all changed me, mood, everything.
B
That's what I've been doing.
A
Do you know what I mean? And it I realized there's no powder, there's no vitamin, there's no peptide. There's nothing out there that could have. That would have put me in.
B
That would have fixed that.
A
That would have fixed it. So I definitely inspire all of you guys to go out this week and just go be a little bored. For you who live in the cities, you guys have parks that you can go sit on a bench and people watch for an hour. Or for some of you that live way out in the country and there's no people just go outside, listen to the birds, feel the breeze. But you kind of just, you know, it's. The quiet time is when you hear yourself the loudest. That's one thing I learned as a guardian gardener. Like, I might be in some of the quietest places when I'm gardening, but I hear myself the loudest.
B
Yeah.
A
And I find a lot of power in that. It's actually very empowering. And I agree. So I recommend doing that. And that's really helped me. And also too, I feel like I've really pushed myself in the last couple weeks and there's been so many times I've been like, I don't like, I'm just like, want to throw in the white towel, but it's Like, I mentally know what my goals are, and I keep reminding myself, and the push becomes, like, almost addicting of, like, I keep hitting my goals, and I. I really honor myself for it. I'm like, wow, bro, you just did that. Like, wow. Nicole saw me go up a little bit in arm weight yesterday, and I was like, wow, I can do it actually. And I know I can go heavier probably next week. So, yeah. Just honoring yourselves when you are accomplish a goal and then really challenging yourself just to go and, you know, get in a quiet place and really hear yourself.
B
Yeah. Hey, I.
A
That's what I leave you with.
B
I agree with all that. Those are the things that I've done the past two weeks. And it just. It feels so great to be with nature. I. I actually have down two things in my skincare routine, and my skin looks incredible. And I'm. I'm gonna go do microneedling this week. But, like, just really less is more. Cooking dinner, doors open, laying in the grass, barefooted, all Doing all that, buying myself flowers.
A
Consume less this week too. Go out and, like, not buy anything.
B
Well, and that's like, when Mateo and I went to the Golden Gate Bridge, the only thing and like, the parks around. The only thing that I bought that whole trip was him and ice cream cone.
A
So.
B
And.
A
And ice cream goes further than any stuffy.
B
It really does. And he just loved it.
A
And then you throw some hot fudge and sprinkles on there.
B
Yeah.
A
They feel like they won the lottery.
B
I mean, he just was in heaven. And he picked up this little whale. It was like, literally the tiniest little thing was like a dollar. And the whole way home, he. I was like, let's just not even listen to music the whole way home. I want just to hear stories from you. I. This whale was upset he'd leave San Francisco, but was very excited. He's coming. Napa Valley and the blue. Well, I knew his whole life, and he had the greatest stories ever. His adventures. And it was just so cute. It was the best. Cost a dollar. The ice cream cost three.
A
There you go.
B
And nature was free. Yep.
A
And you got to see is the Golden Gate Bridge. It's. No, it's not one of the seven wonders of the world. But isn't like, something part of something big?
B
It's part of something big.
A
Yeah, whatever. And you gotta.
B
It is. He really wants to walk it, which I'm like, one time, we should all walk it. But I don't know.
A
I want them older.
B
I know. Because it doesn't seem high enough on there. But I couldn't believe how many kids were doing it. They do, even on their bikes.
A
But you and I are at the aren't there? No, it's us.
B
Yeah, it's not the kids.
A
Yeah, it's us. And we stress the whole time and we'd be freaking out. It wouldn't be fun for us.
B
No. And he was like, pull over. He really, he wanted to go on it so bad. And I'm like, mommy's in a boot. I just hiked halfway down the ocean.
A
Which she gets it.
B
Yeah.
