Brie
Welcome back everyone to the Nikki and Bri show. And that's right, that's not Nikki next to me. That is my. Actually, you're my real partner in crime. I feel like especially as elite.
Brian Danielson
No, no. Nicole's your partner in crime. I'm just your partner. Yeah, I don't. I don't commit many crimes.
Brie
That's none. Zero. And then that's my partner. You all know Brian Danielson in the house. So Nikki and I came up with this really fun idea that we are going to do a two part holiday special in the Bonita Bonita tasting room with all our favorite people in here. And then she gets called away. Very Nikki fashion. So I am so sorry you guys. Nikki is not here. Today. But I do feel that Brian, you are a great fill in always.
Brian Danielson
Well, thank you. But also, like, I have a flight too.
Brie
I know, but he also knows happy wife, happy life.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the. That's. Yeah.
Brie
I gotta come up with something with Nikki. Like, happy sister. What? There has to be something, right?
Brian Danielson
Like she's anger, your sister. You get a blister. How about that?
Brie
I mean, to be fair, as a woman, we have blisters a lot.
Brian Danielson
Oh, yeah. So, like, you guys should really stop wearing those shoes.
Brie
Well, I mean, I kind of did. It's, you know, but. But that's why I wear stuff like this with dresses like this, you know, is I kind of stop with the high heels.
Brian Danielson
But those are. Why would you say that in front of. I mean, maybe the podcast people can't.
Brie
We're all in boots. A lot of us know I still wear high heels.
Brian Danielson
How high are those heels?
Brie
I literally. I walked to Disneyland one time in these and I was still comfy. I know beauty is pain, but these are actually like, they're squishy inside. And then you wear a good sock. The only thing is, is sometimes you guys know when you wear boots for a while, do you get that burning sensation? Like, isn't that weird? I get this weird. Anyways, back to the holidays.
Brian Danielson
I get this weird burning sensation when I wear these boots in my garage.
Brie
Well, we did talk about those pants. Brian wore those pants to Birdie's. What was it called? Her holiday.
Brian Danielson
Her performance.
Nikki
Performance.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, they just called it performance.
Brie
I'm like, everyone can see your package.
Brian Danielson
I.
Brie
You're okay with that?
Brian Danielson
She bought me the pants and then encouraged me to wear the pants. And I said to her, I said.
Brie
But he tucked it in.
Brian Danielson
Should I be wearing these pants? And she goes, yeah, but I can see your package. And I was like, well, then should I be wearing these pants? And she goes, yeah. And I was like, now I'm confused.
Brie
Yeah, well, I mean, like, I don't mind if you see your package.
Brian Danielson
Is that the male version of cleavage?
Brie
I guess? Yes. And I love cleavage. Or like camel toe. Oh, there you go.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Brie
My brother just yelled out camel toe. That's right.
Brian Danielson
Yeah. I feel like your brother would yell out camel toe at any given point.
Brie
Yeah.
Brian Danielson
Any opportunity to yell out camel toe.
Brie
Yeah. He's like, yes, I've been waiting. But it's actually funny because what I. How I really noticed it is that when you came out, you had your shirt tucked in so far in like, you didn't even like, Pull it a little bit.
Brian Danielson
I did pull it. Just so you guys know, I pulled it, but it was. The shirt was.
Brie
Was so long. It wasn't long.
Brian Danielson
Bri buys me all my shirts, in case you guys didn't know. So this shirt was so long, and I thought, oh, this should probably be tucked in. But that's also me being nerdy and not knowing what style is.
Brie
Yeah. I was like, nerd. I'm like, undo that shirt. No, I mean, it's still good.
Brian Danielson
But then I want to see your junk, but let me. But undo that shirt.
Brie
Yeah. And then it ended up kind of covering your package, so I'm like, oh, perfect. And now I. And then I had him wear a vest, and it all felt good. Mom. Huh? You didn't even notice this package. I bet. The time he came out.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Brie
Yeah. She's like, oh, my gosh. We're talking about my son's package, and we should be. Well, I mean, from your son, we should expect that. No, it's actually funny. Before we pop open our cuvee, I have to tell you, when Brian and I first started dating, I just. There was something about. I felt like your wardrobe didn't match who you were. Like, I don't know. It wasn't your personality.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, yeah, yeah. But this was. So I had just started with wwe, and my mentor is William Regal, and he would say, you gotta dress really nice. And so he said, you know, and. And you should go get a really nice suit. And I thought I had a nice suit. I had spent $300 on my suit at Macy's, which was a lot of money for me. And he says, no, you need, like, a $3,000 suit. And I was like, you want me to what? Isn't. Isn't that a car? Like, you can buy a car for $3,000. Anyways, so I went to Nordstrom's, and he says, and. Yeah, and they've got, like, the personal shopper there. So I just let this man just dress me, and.
Brie
And Brian looked like he was going to some club in Dubai. I was, like, looking in his closet, and I'm like, none of this fits your personality. And I would see how you dress at tv, and I'm like, that's just not Brian.
Brian Danielson
It does fit my personality when you know how passive I am, and especially when it comes to, like, what I wear.
Brie
Yeah, he likes.
Brian Danielson
So now that I tell the story, it very much fits my personality that I just let this man I've never met dress me for work.
Brie
Yeah. And I mean, the colors. And I was just like, no, no. So we're just dating. We're not even official. I put his clothes in, but I can't believe I did this. This is just, I feel like, so Latina of me. But I put his clothes in, like, piles, and I'm like, okay, this we're gonna go take to. What's that secondhand shop, Buffalo Exchange. I go, we're gonna go to Buffalo Exchange. I'm get you some money for that. I go, you still got tags on this. We're gonna go take this back to Nordstrom's. Like, you remember I spent the weekend going through your closet. I'm surprised you still are with me. That's, like, so weird.
Brian Danielson
But that also. I went from letting this man dress me over here, who barely knows me, to this girl that I'm dating dress me over here. And that's just my personality now. I just let my wife dress me. And if my style has changed, it's not because I've changed. Although I'd like to think that I've changed and that I've grown and all that kind of stuff. But it's because her style has changed. And so now she likes me in different things than she liked me five years ago. And so.
Brie
Yeah, no, not really. I feel like a little bit, but not really. But I will say this. What was great? I was like, brian, you're just like a T shirt and jeans type of guy. I'm like, you don't need to dress up. Like, I get wear a suit, but it doesn't have to. Like, I was like, you're not the guy who has to be over the top. So I think that's like, pretty cool as a girl, right? Like, you know what I mean?
Brian Danielson
I'm like, you're dressing, but this shirt and these jeans.
Brie
Well, yeah, I mean, but, well. So back to Nikki not being here, which is such a bummer, but kind of not surprised. But I very happy that you're sitting here next to me. But we thought would be really fun is to do this episode kind of like a wine tasting. So we have in front of you four. Well, you're going to get them with each segment. So four different style of wines. We do have Bonita. Bonita. Which seen all of your faces. I know you're all very familiar with our wine. And I love how I know pretty much everyone in here. So that is very exciting. And I thought it'd be cool because it is the holidays, my family came in. So this weekend we're doing Our drummer boy dinner. So that's why my brother came in town. He brought his girls. Being Alice, my mom being here, Brian leaving, Nikki leaving, which Nikki said, this is the perfect weekend to do drummer boy. I'm here and now she's not. So we were like, why do we always let Nicole decide her schedule when she's like, never, like, right with her schedule? It's very messy. So. But anyways, we thought it'd be fun to have. With each segment, I'll pull a family member on and chat with them of, like, favorite holiday memories, like, favorite things, you know, just, you know, with memories and all the fun things and play a game in each segment that will go with the wine that you're drinking. So a little bit of family, some vino, even though you don't drink. We got sparkling water for Brian and. And, you know, and hopefully laughs and fun in here. But, you know, I haven't done this in a while, but I'm like, the holidays can't get started without some bubbles. And we know Bri likes to pop that bottle. So we are going to start with our Ku, which a lot of you in here have had. And for all of you listening, if you have not had our cuvee, you are missing out. I'm absolutely obsessed with it. It's funny because when our winemaker talked to us about making this, I'm like, I don't know. I'm a blanc to blanc girl. I like dry, and I want it to be very carbonated. You know, when people start giving me tasty notes of pineapple and, you know, I start getting all the fruits, I get, like, really fidgety. I'm like, no, no, it too sweet. But they're like, bri, trust us. Try it. You don't know this, but it's, like, very gentle and it's clean and smooth. And I'm like, well, when you tell me it's clean and smooth, easy to drink, fine. Nikki and I tried this and I'm like, oh, my gosh. I like kuve. So here we are. So to the holidays. We're gonna pour it. And I kind of. Brian, I wanted to hear what everyone was going to toast to. So I'm gonna pop this bottle. And then before we toast, I just. I want everyone to yell out what you're toasting. To the new. To the new year. Hold on. Woo. Yes.
Mama Bella
All right.
Brie
Brian's favorite look on me. Alcohol. Okay, well, I'm going to toast to just the holidays. It's always. It's my favorite time of year. And I love it because I feel like everyone's happy and a lot of people I know like, deal also too, like, with like loneliness and missing family members that are no longer with us. It can be a hard time, but it's also just such a beautiful time of year. I know for Brian and I. We have so much fun with our kids at this time. Do you want me to get you more? What's that? That is. Yeah.
Brian Danielson
You want some more club soda?
Brie
Okay. It's such a special time for us because we have a five and eight year old and they really do bring the holiday magic. So, you know, with Santa, the elves. Gosh, every. So many things we have to keep make believing and lying. One of our elves got knocked down this morning and you would have thought Christmas was over, but we got the cinnamon powder, Birdie's writing and I'm sorry note, and I think the elf is back on. And it was actually Betty who knocked it. And I do think it was on purpose, but, you know, I'm not going to jump to conclusions, but I'm just gonna toast to family. To just all the beautiful moments of the holiday season. You guys yell out whatever it is that you want to toast to not.
Mama Bella
Having to move it up on the shelf.
Brie
Lucky for all of you if you could not hear that she said, to not moving the elves on the shelves. Goodness, that feels like freedom. I'm sure. Mom, about you, the family. To family. What about you, Jay? Yeah, I mean, yeah, no, don't copy Mom. Camel toe, camel toe. Mistletoe.
Brian Danielson
Both.
Brie
He's like, well, I was thinking about some other type of package under the tree.
Brian Danielson
No, honestly, to these two actually up here because they treat our family amazing.
Brie
So.
Brian Danielson
So I'm gonna point you guys out.
Brie
Oh, well, thank you.
Brian Danielson
Thank you.
Brie
Oh, that's so sweet. I mean, like, does not come close and the list is very long. Why. But for moments like today, when you know. But. And for all of you, you guys, the support, the love and just connection with all of you means so much to Nikki and I. So thank you. I love seeing you, you guys, all the time. So cheers, everyone. Oh, and to Emily's birthday. Birthday birthday girl, 31. That is so good, Nikki. Life can get really busy. Really busy.
Nikki
I mean, I would say it's been busy for all of us.
Brie
I know. And sometimes we just need to. To take a breather, sit down and ask ourselves one very important question.
Nikki
What's that, Brie?
Brie
Have you had your Hershey's?
Nikki
I sure have had my Hershey's. Brie.
Mama Bella
And you know what?
Nikki
When you need to brighten up your day or even put a smile on your face, grab the classic creamy texture and pure milk chocolate flavor of Hershey's Milk Chocolate.
Brie
Whether you're eating it on the go, breaking off a few pieces for s' mores night, or treating yourself to something sweet, or Hershey's Milk Chocolate checks all the boxes.
Nikki
It sure does. You want to know what one of my favorite moments with Hershey's Chocolate is? Teo and I like. I love it. Because you know me, I'm chocolate lover. But now I have a son who's a chocolate lover. So we split bars all the time. It's just such a moment for us. A very happy moment. We look at each other, he always ends up getting chocolate all over his face. But it's just such a sweet moment that I find myself always reaching for a Hershey bar.
Brie
Always. I mean, we love making s' mores in my family. So every time I bust out a Hershey bar, my kids start screaming with excitement. They know it's about to be s' more time. So for all of you, shop for Hershey's Milk Chocolate now at a store.
Nikki
Near you found wherever candy is sold.
Brie
This podcast is brought to you by Kleenex Lotion Tissues Bri this time of.
Nikki
Year I feel so bad because we travel a lot. I just dread it because I know people are going to be flying with colds, possibly the flu. You never know.
Brie
I feel like I've been blowing my nose for two weeks straight now. It's awful. But you can't predict sick days. But with Kleenex lotion tissues, you can be better prepared for them while helping.
Nikki

Nikki
So keep relief within reach. Grab Kleenex lotion tissues to help avoid the added discomfort of irritated skin during cold and flu season.
Brie

Nikki

Brie
For whatever happens next. Grab Kleenex. Okay, Brian, so before we play a game, I do want to ask you some things.
Brian Danielson
Okay, I'm ready.
Brie
So because we popped the bottle, I want to know what's like a big pop off moment that you had in 2025.
Brian Danielson
What does that mean?
Brie
Like, you know, like something that stood out. Oh, come on, Brian. You gotta, like, act cool sometimes.
Brian Danielson
No, I don't. I don't have to do anything.
Brie
Oh, my gosh.
Brian Danielson
Yeah. So, yeah, I don't. I don't have any specific moments that were just like, oh, wow, this or oh, wow, that. It's just been a very pleasant year. I've been. Was done full time wrestling and got to be like, I got to coach Buddy's T ball team. I get to be home more with the kids, like regularly doing stuff. This happened, I think this happened this year, finally teaching Birdie to ride her bike. Like she. Yeah. And so it was. It was because I was able to be home more and physically do it with her. And then one of my favorite things ever is just riding bikes with her now. And so it was weird.
Brie
It was like Birdie went from not really knowing to like going for miles and miles. Like, I couldn't believe you guys would be gone all day.
Brian Danielson
Yeah. And she was. There was a point where I was like, oh, she's going to be. She's going to figure out how to ride her bike by in the next two weeks. And then it was two days later and she did it. And then all of a sudden we couldn't get her off of her bike. And she loved. And she loves riding her bike with me. And then I love riding, riding bikes with her. And then with Buddy, it's just been. It's just been so much fun because he started to get really into the things that I'm into, like, oh, yeah, he loves martial arts and he loves wrestling and he loves that sort of thing. And sometimes it turns sour real quick. But. But yeah, those have been. Those have been great things. And I think just.
Brie
And even you've been being able to see your mom more too.
Brian Danielson
Yeah. Yeah.
Brie
Been nice.
Brian Danielson
Being able to be home more has been, you know, none of it is just like this. What you described is like a pop off moment. But the general pleasantness of my life has greatly increased just being at home with everybody.
Brie
So is there anything that you look forward to in the next coming year?
Brian Danielson
I look forward to doing more things with the kids. Like, and especially as they get older, like, they're getting. I mean, they're just getting so Independent and able to do these, like, some of the hikes that I was able to do with Birdie and Buddy this last year. And even in, in this coming year, I think they're going to be able to do more longer bike rides, like all the. Maybe all the way to Calistoga. I would love to do like a long, long bike ride with Birdie, so. And see if she could.
Brie
Maybe.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, I think she can do it.
Brie
You think?
Brian Danielson
Yeah, I think she can do it, you know, and I think that she'd enjoy it. We just have to find little fun things to do along the way. Like, we have to stop and she.
Brie
Can definitely make some stops because she. Once she's done, she's done. And then you're carrying Birdie and the bike.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
I remember this one time I was biking with her and there was like this big hill and I'm like, you got this bird and I'm like zipping up it and I just like kind of looked back and she's like.
Mama Bella
Just.
Brie
Like, she's so, so dramatic. And I'm like, you got it. And she's like, my legs. And then next, you know, we're both off our bikes, like walking the bikes for like a mile. I'm like, birdie, you just got to fight through the pain. Sometimes I feel like I'm Monica from Friends. I'm like, always like, intense. Trying to like pump her up, but.
Brian Danielson
But she's not motivated that way.
Brie
No, I mean, she's so Brian, you guys, like, it's like weird. She'll do things. And I'm like, DNA is nuts. I'm like, that is like exactly what Brian would do in that situation.
Brian Danielson
She just finished a book that was fun. 487 pages.
Brie
And that's like terrifying to me. If someone handed me that big of a book, I'd be like, I'm like, I don't even know how to get into this. Like by just staring at it. Yeah, but she loves it.
Brian Danielson
She loves it.
Brie
They go into the bookstore and like, they're giddy, they get excited and then they pick the biggest books in the world. And I'm always like, Buddy and I are like looking at like the little tiny ones.
Brian Danielson
Like, to be fair, Buddy is a.
Brie
Huge reason he's actually becoming.
Brian Danielson
It's for, for a little boy who's only five, he is reading so well. And so, I mean, you can't expect a five year old to read. Yeah, no.
Brie
When I was showing my brother the books, he likes to read. It's like animals Fighting each other. It's like you read a whole chapter on, like, a grizzly bear and a polar bear. In the end, you get to find out who would win the fight. So, like, that's how we got Buddy to really read. I'm like, of course it's, like, about fighting, but. And we actually found out that the grizzly bear was. My brother did not believe it. He actually wants to call the author. But the grizzly bear would win because the grizzly bear wouldn't give up. The polar bear would be over it and then find no meaning in it. Cause the polar bear doesn't wanna die. The grizzly bear will fight to death.
Brian Danielson
So Brie is taking this book as fact, which is it not?
Brie
No, it's not a fact.
Brian Danielson
It's a hypothetical. And at the end of.
Brie
I take it like, it's real. Buddy and I are like, of course the great white's gonna get the hammer shark.
Brian Danielson
Yeah. But at the end. Even at the end of the polar bear versus grizzly bear thing, it says it could go a different way in another fight. Right. So, yeah, these are all hypotheticals.
Brie
Oh, see, no one told me.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Brie
I'm like, did you guys now, like, trying to act like, all, like, cute and smart who would win in a fight? Actually, though, I am gonna tell Nikki when she gets back in town. She's gonna be like, oh, my gosh, I totally would have thought the polar bear. I'm like, well, it was a grizzly. That's gonna be my drummer boy conversation.
Brian Danielson
That's what happens, actually, when we're. When we're in bed at night. Is that when Bree's telling me all the things that have happened in the news that she found out on Instagram? And I. And I. And I. And I go to her, I said, where did you hear that? And then she doesn't want to tell me. And then I'm like, oh, I know.
Brie
I'm like, the newspaper. I don't even know what the newspaper is called. I'm like, what is it? San Francisco Chronicle. I don't know, but I. I feel like, okay, there, you know, it's fake news. You know it's real. But there's some interesting stuff that I tell you. Like, did you see this person planted this many trees and built their own forest? And, you know, I tell you those type of things sometimes I don't tell you, like, the really, you know, oh, my gosh, did you hear who broke up? Type of stuff?
Brian Danielson
Sometimes you do.
Brie
Do I?
Brian Danielson
Yes. Yeah, I'm trying to read Before I go to sleep. And then she's just keeps interrupting my reading with, like, with this gossip that Nicole sends her. Like, Nicole sends her all these things on Instagram.
Brie
Nicole does send me a lot of crazy things.
Brian Danielson
And then Bri's like, oh, Brian, you have to see this. And then I watch it and I'm.
Brie
Like, well, I said I want him to watch, like, you know, funny things. Like. And usually it's like, I can't remember the one I was like, could not breathe, dying. And Brian's looking at me like, I can't believe you find that funny.
Brian Danielson
So I'm going to say something controversial.
Brie
Oh, gosh. Only with Brian and I'm drinking, you're gonna listen to a male comedic and he's gonna say dick jokes, and you're gonna laugh hard. So you laugh at so many dick jokes. And I sit there and I laugh.
Brian Danielson
I laugh at dick jokes by women as well. So I find. I just. I find. I especially find flaccid penis jokes to be the funniest thing in the world anytime. Brian McBride, Gonzo from the Muppets, right? It's just like, it's. Yeah, it's perfect.
Brie
Anything with Danny McBride, we. We love Danny McBride, but he always has to have a flacid penis walk by the screen. And like, I will, like, kind of be like, Brian's like, can't breathe. Like, tears. And the guy just, like, walked by and I'm like, look at him. Like, it's just so. I'm like, is it? I, like always. I'm like, is it that funny? He's like, it's pretty funny. So it's just based on humor, Brian. All right, Brian, so before we bring my mom on, is there any fun buddy stories or Birdie stories you have for us?
Brian Danielson
No.
Brie
But he's not been funny lately.
Brian Danielson
I mean, I'm trying to think of.
Brie
I mean, I feel like the kid. Everything he does is funny.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Brie
Brian's like, kind of not.
Brian Danielson
Well, it depends, right? It depends on your sense of humor. And there. Yeah. I mean, I would have. This would have been a lot easier if I would have gotten a bigger heads up so I could actually think about. I know.
Brie
I feel like. I mean, for me, I just. Buddy's one of those. He's our hard kid. Like, oh, my gosh. Every day Brian and I look at each other and we're like, wow. I thought maybe today was gonna be easy, but he's just. I think. Cause he's so physical. But we're also like, he's the one kid that makes us laugh so hard every day. Like, you know what I mean? Like, he just knows what to do. His dancing, like, how he does his stuff. You know what I mean? Right.
Brian Danielson
Yep.
Brie
No comment. But what about Birdie? He'll give us, like, 10 stories.
Brian Danielson
No.
Brie
No. Nothing.
Brian Danielson
No, I mean, I'm. I'm literally.
Brie
You're trying to think. It's hard. I put you on the spot.
Brian Danielson
You put me on the spot.
Brie
I put you on the spot. Well, you know what? If you think of something, you can come back later.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, my brain works slow.
Brie
That is for sure. All right, well, I thought I had a game with you, but I don't, so. Yeah. Oh, there. Oh.
Brian Danielson
Oh, don't do you worry. I get to play a game.
Nikki
Yeah.
Brie
Oh, that's right. You're gonna go against JJ later.
Brian Danielson
Oh, are we gonna play Risk?
Brie
No. What? Not risk.
Brian Danielson
I destroy J.J. and risk. You want to fill two podcasts?
Brie
No. No. Okay, I will say this. The last time I played Risk, I was like, I'm never playing this again. It was, like, so intense and not fun. I felt like it killed the party vibes. I'm like, I don't like this.
Brian Danielson
So my dad. So my history with Risk is that my dad, before, he would go hunting. The night before he would go hunting, him and his friends would all come over and play Risk, and it would take him, like, hours, and then they'd get up early the next morning and go hunting.
Brie
Oh, my gosh.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Brie
Does it. That's like, I would. If someone asked me to do that, I would hate it.
Mama Bella
Risk.
Brie
Hunting. That sounds awful.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, hunting is not my thing, but Risk is for sure.
Brie
Wow. Well, I know what I'm getting you for Christmas, but don't ask me to play. But you can invite other people.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, just me and Buddy.
Brie
Yeah, there you go. He probably actually crush you, because.
Brian Danielson
No, he would not.
Brie
Okay, well, Brian, I'm gonna have my mom steal your seat. Okay, so you are off the hot seat, but I will be bringing you back when we do our red blend. But up next, I'm going to bring on Mama Bella, because the next wine that we will be tasting is our lovely Chardonnay, and it's our Nikki and Brie Chardonnay. So, Brian, you got to go. Ma Bello has come up. You know, The Chardonnay got 90 points. And the one thing that I love about the Chardonnay is that, you know, you get the mix of, like, that peach and pear kind of the. A little citrus in there, a little Apple, but it's. It kind of ends with a little toasty, creamy finish, which makes it so great. But when we. When they put it up to get judged and we came back and they gave us 90 points, Nikki and I were so excited. We were like, holy moly. Like, you know, it's a big deal when you get that in the wine business. Okay, Nikki, so the snow is here, the cold weather, and I think it's time that we start looking to go somewhere a little warm, maybe a little tropical white sand, beautiful beaches. What do you think?
Mama Bella
I agree.
Nikki
My body is not only craving a bikini, but desperately needs some vitamin D.
Brie
And maybe a Mai Tai on top of that. I say we go on airbnb, start to put in all the things that we want out of a location, out of a house, out of, and see where it ends us, where it puts us.
Nikki
And you know what, Bri? After all these months, we've all been spending a lot of money, whether it's on gifts, holidays, food, travels. So let's now make some money. It's time we earn that money back. So I don't know if you all know, but you can host your home on Airbnb, which obviously is the smartest way to make a little extra income, right?
Brie
Oh, yeah. Or a lot.
Nikki
It depends on.
Brie
I mean, that's right, Nikki. You can put it towards future travel, home improvement, or that fun splurge item you've been eyeing.
Nikki
I love that. And, you know, finding a little piece of home while you travel always makes a trip special. Your home could be that for someone else.
Brie
Your home might be worth more than you think.
Nikki
Find out how much@airbnb.com host well, Nikki.

Nikki

Brie
All right, so we are. For all of you who are listening, we are. Up next is our chardonnay, which you kind of heard me as they were passing out. Explain the tasty notes on this. Nikki and I have been so proud of this chardonnay. It's our one that's by Nikki and Bri. And something really fun for a lot of you who visit Las Vegas is you can get this at Old Red. You can get it at the Palms now. Smith's grocery stores is going to be carrying it. Total wine and more. California is in. We're in California, going Nevada, going Arizona. And we're going to end up being across the nation sooner than later. But also there's the social playground and a couple other spots in Las Vegas are carrying it. So Nikki and I are headed there New Year's Eve. We are going to be doing a fun little party in Las Vegas. Never in a million years thought, but I will probably be in brie mode because Brian won't be with me. I know. I'm debating, do I wear fringe or Nikki said, do not dress like super cowgirl. And I'm like, why? But she's like, you need to be more like, sleek New Year's vibe. Like, I don't know.
Mama Bella
No, you. You dress like you want to dress.
Brie
Thank you, mom, but so we're just, we've been so excited about our whole Nikki and Brie line. So The Chardonnay got 90 points and here we are. And so, Mom, I thought you'd be fun for the chardonnay segment. So I wanted to kick off because I feel like everyone always will ask you, like, your favorite moments of us kids and all those things. But I want to know what's some of your favorite holiday moments of when you were a kid?
Mama Bella
Well, Nana. Well, both Nana and papa, my parents. Christmas was so special. And I love that it's that we're doing it during the chardonnay because that was mom's favorite. And, you know, we just lost my mom, so. But she made Christmas so special. But I will say you know, we. If you stop believing in Santa Claus, you got no Santa gift. So guess What? I was 18. Believing.
Brie
Oh, yeah.
Mama Bella
Oh, yeah. Like, if I need to go sit on Santa's lap, I'm gonna go sit on Santa's lap because I want that present. Right.
Brie
Oh, my God. Now I know where I get it. Now we know where Nikki gets it.
Mama Bella
Exactly.
Brie
Nikki would probably still. No wonder she goes still and takes photos with Santa. She's like 42.
Mama Bella
She's like, I better get a gift, honestly. So. So that's a favorite memory. We would go to midnight mass and then I don't know how she did it, but when we came home, the gifts are out, so. And I still. I mean, it's not like I was stupid and that I believed in Santa, but I wonder how she got him out. Right? But out there without.
Brie
Did you never go try to peek in the closets?
Mama Bella
No, I would peek weeks before, like.
Brie
Because I knew where she hid gifts in the closet.
Mama Bella
No, but I like surprises too. I didn't want. I just. I was afraid. Like, if she knew I pee.
Brie
Yeah.
Mama Bella
Then I'd stop.
Brie
That's it.
Mama Bella
No more Santa gifts, you know?
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Mama Bella
So. And Santa delivered the best gifts. So that is a great holiday memory. Is.
Brie
I love it. One of my favorite ones, too. I don't know why this is my favorite, but is you gotta tell everyone what Uncle Bill did to you.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
A typical brother sister. When I hear stories like this, I'm like, okay. Because my kids fight so much, I'm like. When I hear stories like this, I'm like, okay, our kids aren't so abnormal.
Mama Bella
Yeah. Yeah. And we didn't fight a lot, but, you know, I wanted this red, fuzzy robe for Christmas, and I got it. Santa delivered and I was wearing it, and we had a pool in the backyard. And it's December, right? And it's cold. And. And my brother has just got that look and threatening to throw me in the pool. And I said, and it's in the morning. It's like seven in the morning. And I'm like, no way. He won't. So I'm teasing him, and he picks me up in my brand new robe and throws me in the pool.
Brie
I mean, I feel like that's something Buddy would do to Birdie.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
And I really is. I mean, good thing we don't have a pool. But it would be so something he would do.
Nikki
Yeah.
Mama Bella
And it was cold and it was my new robe. And my mother couldn't help but, like, cry, laugh. I'm like, this is not going in my favor. Right. So. But that is. That's funny.
Brie
But Pop up had to be so upset.
Mama Bella
No, none of them were upset. No sibling. The only one upset was me. And I woke up the neighborhood because.
Brie
I was screaming so loud.
Mama Bella
They're like, are you okay? And I'm like, no.
Brie
Oh, my God.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
So that is funny. Do you have, like, one Christmas that stands out that you just, like you. You could almost smell it to this day.
Mama Bella
Well, that was one on the negative side, but. But the other thing is, you know, there's. When you say one that stands out, that's what she did with Christmas. Like, they were all very similar. And we have a lot of family on both sides, and there were a lot of, you know, like, family getting together for the holidays. And so there was always a lot of cousins around. I'm one of 23 on one side, one of 24 on the other. And so that's what holiday was or Christmas was. Family.
Brie
Yeah. See, I love that. I mean, Nan and Pop up always made.
Mama Bella
It was huge. But they're.
Brie
But you also always made it really special, too.
Mama Bella
Yeah. And their faith was very important to him. So it wasn't. It, you know, just. It was just magical.
Brie
So, like, just not about the gift.
Mama Bella
Yeah. It wasn't just about Santa.
Brie
Right. But I do agree.
Mama Bella
But let me tell you.
Brie
But to all of us, Santa, I still believe. Yeah.
Mama Bella
Right.
Brie
So, well, what do you hope Santa brings you this year?
Mama Bella
I am not going to say.
Brie
Well, after reading some stuff today, it seemed like Santa came early for Nicole.
Mama Bella
Oh, I am not gonna say anything. Yeah.
Brie
So nothing's on your list?
Mama Bella
No, nothing. You know what is just fun times.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Brie
Yeah. That's good, Mom. Now, what about a Christmas with your favorite children that are so well behaved and made your life so easy growing up? Is there, like, a favorite Christmas you have with us?
Mama Bella
Well, you know what? The Christmas memory that I have that I love doing as you guys grew, you know, when you were growing up, because we did it every year, was going and getting the tree and coming home and decorating and. And having the hot chocolate, and I loved that night. Yeah, I loved it because it was before the craziness. Right. And I will say, with all three of my kids, none of them were. Acted like spoiled brats. It wouldn't have happened. I mean, if they did, they wouldn't have got anything. But. But if we always had a good time, which is what is yours or, you know, when Jay gets up here.
Brie
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I feel like we had a lot of, like, fun Christmases. I mean, I. The one that stands out to me all the time is when Santa brought me a guitar.
Mama Bella
Oh, yeah.
Brie
And I think it was seventh or eighth grade. Yeah, well, Santa brought me a guitar, but then mom and dad were like, well, we're not getting you lessons, so I guess I should ask Santa for that too.
Mama Bella
I know.
Brie
I was like, they're like, no. Soccer.
Mama Bella
No, that's not true. She could have had lessons.
Brie
Could I?
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
Oh, it's not too late. Well, it isn't. And, you know, I learned a little bit because then when I graduated high school, I'm like, you know, I'm gonna learn. I learned a little bit. And then I just. I was like, go down to the beach bars or, like, go practice.
Mama Bella
Well, I do have a funny memory, but it's a lot with my kids and my ex husband. But it's kind of lined with being thrown in the pool in a row.
Brie
Oh, no.
Mama Bella
So I told you the story, how important it was to get the Christmas tree. Like, that was it. And I worked full time. Their dad worked full time. And so by the time I'd get home, It'd be like 6pm and he went and got the tree without me. One year with the kids pissed me off.
Brie
Wait, he didn't ask you?
Mama Bella
Oh, no. I don't even know if there were cell phones.
Brie
Oh, my gosh. Brian would never.
Mama Bella
Yeah, well, not especially when you knew how important it was. And he probably in his head thought he was doing a favor, which was not a favor. And when I got home and saw the tree, I was, like, furious. Like, I could not believe. Like, he took my tradition away, Right?
Brie
Yeah.
Mama Bella
And I wouldn't let it go. And I bitched and I bitched. And so I was just like. Like a Grinch right about it. Instead of appreciating it all of a sudden. And remember where the tree would be.
Brie
She turned green. Yeah, yeah.
Mama Bella
Remember. Remember where the tree would be? In the dining room.
Brie
Yeah. The Shea house.
Mama Bella
Yeah. So he opened the door, and I'm like, no way. There is no way. He picked that tree up and like a torpedo threw it out the front door.
Brie
Gosh, I don't remember this. Were we around?
Mama Bella
Yeah, you were around.
Brie
Did we go get another one? Or did we all have to walk outside, pretend like we just saw it, and, like, bring it back in the house?
Mama Bella
Yeah, and those are days where you didn't videotape, right? Like, you couldn't pretend. Pinned on Instagram. Everything was Perfect. With the tree coming in. This is raw, man. This was like, tree out, tree in.
Brie
Brian's like, this explains so much. Yeah.
Mama Bella
And so I'm sure. Then I started to make the hot chocolate.
Brie
Mom's like, perfect. No longer The Grinch. Now Mrs. Claus. She's, like, getting the marshmallows and that chocolate.
Mama Bella
Exactly.
Brie
But that's hilarious. Yeah. Yeah. Well, hey, you know, sometimes you got to put people in place in the holidays, right? Which happens a lot. I feel like. I feel like it's, like, the time of year, too, when some people have been holding on to things, and they're like, they'll. You'll see them probably in the car with their spouse. Like, I promise I won't bring it up. I won't bring it up. Little vino. And then you bring it up. You're like, you know, like, in February, when you sent this to me, and then, like, you let it all loosen. Right? I mean, Nicole and I, thank goodness we're the type of sisters to just tell each other off, like, in the moment. Like, maybe we'll never speak again, and then we speak an hour later. Yeah. So, like, we always get it off our chest. Like, I think I told her off five times yesterday, because to find out all a sudden, she's not coming today. I was like, I turned into the Grinch.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
But I was just like, what?
Mama Bella
Well, and I always know because my phone, it goes, brianna's calling. Nicole's calling Brianna. I'm like, I'm done. Brian and I talk about this like, you just avoid, because you know they'll turn on you. So do not. Do not side. Do not confidentially talk to one of them because they tell each other everything. So what you have to do is just, you know, listen. Listen. But when I see my phone start going, you know, accept, deny, whatever. I'm like, no, I'm shocking.
Brie
Hilarious. Well, you know what's so funny is I wish Nicole would call Brian. I wish, like, I'd be calling Brian and Cole would call Brian. Because then Brian could speak, like, logic to Nicole.
Nikki
Right?
Brie
Yeah. I'm gonna start. I'm like, just call Brian. Imagine. I'd love to see Brian's face. He wouldn't even know what to do because he knows, like, he has to deal with Nicole. He sees her every other day. Oh, my gosh. Okay, Mom.
Mama Bella
Yes.
Brie
So we're gonna play a game. Ooh. It's. We should. Okay, so something that's funny that, like, my brother and my sister will send me is. You guys probably saw this reel that went viral. And it was. I forget the Dating Game. It was on VH1. And Gwen, Gwen, Gwen. And my brother's like, this is so Mom.
Mama Bella
And it was not me. Like, I don't even know where that came from.
Brie
I. You for sure sent that. You go, this is so Mom.
Mama Bella
Do you guys not realize I was on that text?
Brie
She was on the text where the woman, she brags about, like, how fast she can type.
Mama Bella
Well, that maybe.
Brie
Yeah. And then she's like, end. And my kids. No one talks about my kids. And, like, how she got you. And then she's like, about the ex. What'd she say about her ex? No, he didn't leave me for the receptionist.
Brian Danielson
Yeah, I left him.
Brie
Yeah. And then she, at the end was like. Because they're like, what would be like, your ideal date? And she's like, two words. Benny, Hannah. And I was like, mom, two for ones there. Yeah. I was like, we need to bring back VH1. So many things. You know which one I used to love was Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. Oh, my gosh. I was, like, hooked. Even though the whole time I was, like, making fun of them in a way. I'm like, why do you need that? But, whoa. Like, it was like, crazy. You know what I mean? But I couldn't stop watching. I'm like, when's the next episode? And what else was really good on VH1? Oh, you remember they do the music videos, but it would be Pop Up Video and the. And they give you the facts and like, like, what's wrong? Why do we not have that?
Brian Danielson
MTV actually just shut down their music videos officially this year?
Brie
No. Isn't MTV going away? Oh, that is so sad. I mean, remember trl? So exciting. See all the boy bands fighting for the number one spot. And then Britney would come in and win it. Or Blink 182. I'd always get so excited about Blink 182. That's so funny. But no, we're not doing that game. We are playing Sharda Yay or Chardonnay. So it's a quick game, Mom. And what we're gonna do is we're gonna have some holiday and winter themed scenarios. You must tell me if it's a Sharda Yay, which means you love it, or Sharda nay, which is a hard pass.
Mama Bella
Okay. Okay, let's do it.
Brie
And by the way, if you don't like my mom's answer, feel free to be like, What? We know J.J. will.
Mama Bella
Yeah. Brian won't Brian's always.
Brie
Brian might.
Mama Bella
He would do it to you and not to me.
Brie
Yeah, yeah. Honestly.
Mama Bella
You.
Brie
Yeah, you have to. Jay.
Mama Bella
No, Jay's on my side too. Okay, sure.
Nikki
The holidays are back at Starbucks.
Brie
So share the season with a peppermint.
Nikki
Mocha, Starbucks signature espresso, velvety mocha and cool peppermint notes topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls together is the best place to be at Starbucks.
Brie
Guys.
Mrs. Claus
Thanks for helping me carry my Christmas tree.
Elf Drew Ski
Zoe, this thing weighs a ton.
Brian Danielson
Drew Ski, lift with your legs, man.
Brie
Santa. Santa, did you get my letter?
Elf Drew Ski
He's talking to you, Bridges.
Brian Danielson
I'm not.
Mrs. Claus
Of course he did.
Brian Danielson
Right, Santa, you know my elf, Drew Ski here. He handles the nice list.
Elf Drew Ski
And elf. I'm six' three. What everyone wants is iPhone 17 and at T Mobile, you can get it on them. That center stage front camera is amazing for group selfies. Right, Mrs. Claus?
Mrs. Claus
I'm Mrs. Claus much younger sister. And AT T Mobile, there's no trade in needed when you switch. So you can keep your old phone.
Brian Danielson
Or give it as a gift.
Mrs. Claus
And the best part, you can make the size switch to T mobile from your phone in just 15 minutes.
Elf Drew Ski
Nice. My side of the tree is slipping.
Brie
Kimber.
Brian Danielson
The holidays are better. AT T Mobile, switch in just 15 minutes and get iPhone 17 on us. With no trade in needed. And now T mobile is available in US Cellular stores.

Brie
All right, here we go. New matching Christmas pajamas every year.
Mama Bella
Chardonnay.
Brie
A nay, right?
Mama Bella
A nay.
Brie
I agree.
Mama Bella
You we never had them as a family. I like them if you have them. Really? I like them. I just don't like them. I don't wear.
Brie
Geez. So I did it. I'll met ask Brian. He's like big guys over there. Probably like, gosh, did Brie just say nay? Because so our first couple years and I. I did a brand send it. So I was like, oh, this is cute. And then last year I go, I can't do this anymore. I'm like. And now my kids, I'll admit, like, if you see them wake up every morning for like the whole year, they're in Christmas PJs. Huh? Brian? Like they're always in Christmas. BJ's but I'm like, this isn't it just. I don't know.
Mama Bella
I think you even had the dogs in them.
Brie
No, I didn't go that far, did I?
Mama Bella
I maybe.
Brie
No, I had one year I did like sweaters.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
Yeah. And never again. I think I let Birdie end up using them for dolls. She like, cut them up. Yeah. Cuz I'm like, the dogs hate it. What am I doing?
Mama Bella
Well, you were in Arizona at the time.
Brie
Yeah. I mean, come on.
Mama Bella
Yeah. They're sweating.
Brie
Dreaming of a white Christmas. All right. Putting up the tree before Thanksgiving.
Mama Bella
Nay, nay. Just go grocery shopping or into a store. They have it.
Brie
So you know what's interesting is I'm against this too. But I will say this. A lot of people are for it. And when I on Instagram saw a lot of people Thanksgiving with just like the trees out, I kind of was like, oh, that actually looks like a really nice holiday feel. Thanksgiving. I could see where it's like the kickoff. Like I could. So I kind of, when I saw it, I'm like, okay, you don't see the Santas, but seeing the trees, I kind of was like, that's a vibe.
Mama Bella
Yeah, I get it. But there's also a vibe for decorating, for fall. Like, don't kick it out too soon.
Brie
I. And I do agree with that.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
Like when it's Halloween and then the next day you see, like, all the stores do Christmas. I'm like, no, no, we can't miss out on Thanksgiving. But the tree thing, that's a good idea.
Mama Bella
Didn't.
Brie
I'm actually, yeah, I was kind of like. And think we all go to tree lightings the day after Christmas so I can see if you have all your family the day after. I mean, the day after Thanksgiving.
Mama Bella
Oh my.
Brie
It's the chardonnay, you know. Well, this next one, I have to tell you, this has been people's new tradition. And I want to know everyone's opinion on this. Leaving the tree up past Valentine's Day.
Mama Bella
Oh, Chardonnay. Just keep it up.
Brie
Have you guys seen how people do this all of January? They leave it all up. And Christmas light.
Mama Bella
Oh, oh, there you go.
Brie
That's what it is. But no, it takes to me, it's like, it takes the fun away. Yeah.
Mama Bella
The Christmas fairy.
Brie
Yeah. No. Okay, we all agree. Thank goodness. All right. Secret Santa with a twenty dollar limit.
Mama Bella
Chardonnier. Is that how you say it?
Brie
Yeah.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
I don't know. I'm kind of a nay on that.
Mama Bella
Why? Because of the $20. Here's the thing about the $20.
Brie
I think, like, maybe 50.
Mama Bella
But it's so easy to go spend 50, right? It's so easy make someone think and. And, you know, spend 20.
Brie
Yeah. Well, I guess I did. Brian, the little wooden man in our car, Wanky Wankerson. He was $20 I got him for, like, the kids. He's like this wooden little guy. Saw him Pinterest. I'm like, why am I buying this right now as I'm buying it. But I did. And I get to change his face with, like, magnetics or like it's a magnet, like, with whatever. But seeing his little feet moving, the kids find him funny. It sounds cute. Yeah. Buddy named him Winky Winkerson.
Nikki
Yeah.
Brie
You know why?
Mama Bella
Why? I was wondering. So, you know, I didn't think it had anything to do with eyes. So.
Brie
There's a funny story, Brent. Actually, I'm going to tell you guys something. So anytime I pick up Buddy and I see that he's not wearing the clothes, I dropped him often, I know he peed his pants. So the other week, he peed his pants. And we got home and I was like, bud, you know, I know you get excited, but the minute you feel you just go to the bathroom, it's better than peeing in your pants. Whatever. And he's like, well, Winky Winkerson peed his pants. And I'm like, and this is before I had the wooden doll or the wooden whatever. Is it Winky or Wanky Winky? Wanking. Yeah.
Mama Bella
Okay.
Brie
That's Brian, by the way. Yeah, so what do you mean that's me? Because you say Wankerson, and so, of course Buddy said Wanky Winkerson, and I'm sure you said Wanky, but. And I go, well, the Winky Wingerson, he goes, yeah, he's a kid in my class. Like, gave me this straight face. I go, wanky Winkerson's in your class? And he goes, yeah, and he peed his pants. And I'm like, okay, bud, you know, just please don't pee your pants again. Like, Wanky can do it, but you can't. But. So that's my life. So now I swear, Buddy wants his wrestling name to be Wanky Winkerson.
Mama Bella
There you go.
Brie
Yeah. Brian's like, dang it, I really wanted that. And he'd, like, have his finisher be, like, the flaccid something. Flaccid. Wanky Winky. Okay, mom. Next one holiday Christmas card featuring Pets Chardonnier. Yay. Yeah, That's a hard word.
Mama Bella
To say Chardonnier.
Brie
Chardonnier.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
Holiday Christmas card featuring pets. I think.
Mama Bella
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Brie
Yeah, we know, mom. I think. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. All right. Oh, this one's interesting. Re gifting presents.
Mama Bella
There should be a party. Like, you know how you have white elephant. You should have to re a party. And maybe there is.
Brie
It's all.
Mama Bella
All re gifting. I think that would be a great party.
Brie
I mean, I'll be honest, but I'll be. I will re gift, especially with kids, because birthday parties and, like, there was times she got, like, the same three things or just to get too many gifts. I'm not even kidding. I'd, like, put four away in a closet. She wouldn't even notice.
Mama Bella
Yeah, but you wouldn't open them and then re gift.
Brie
No, no.
Mama Bella
Okay.
Brie
But, like, I would regift praying it wasn't the person who gave it to her. But yeah, I'm totally for re gifting. Well, obviously I am. I'm like, honestly, if Nicole gave me, like, one of her used designer something, I'd be fine with that. Like, sure, wrap up your Chanel and give it to me. You don't have to buy me anything. Just give me one of your purses.
Mama Bella
We all would do.
Brie
You know what I mean? I'm cool. I would love it. All right. Oh, this one I know, but I'm camping out for Black Friday deals. Chardonnay, nay. Yeah, Yeah.
Mama Bella
I don't. But I'm not a shopper.
Brie
Is it me or like, Black Friday deal started, like, after Halloween. Yeah.
Mama Bella
The days before, like, Amazon and everything online. That was fun, right?
Brie
Remember, Remember Amazon's taking the fun out of it.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Mama Bella
Nicole, you. Nicole and I, we went to Macy's at midnight that one year.
Brie
No, I feel like we woke up at 3am and went, okay. And do you remember an hour into it, we were all so tired, we're like, no, this. This is not worth it.
Mama Bella
No, it was worth it. Was it when I wake up early, I mean, that they were younger, they probably wanted to sleep in, or they just got home. One of the two.
Brie
No, we walked in and you know what we all said?
Mama Bella
Well, GS gifts for me.
Brie
But I don't even remember. I think the one thing. No, listen, you know what? It. The one thing we saw that we were like, all right. Was the suitcases.
Brian Danielson
No gaming.
Brie
I'm a gamer.
Brian Danielson
We wait at midnight for certain games come out, like Halo and stuff like that.
Brie
But even back in the day, you'd wait in line for all the electronics. Like, you get A deal on tv. Cuz they would never.
Mama Bella
Right now.
Brie
Right now, you can find them for like 200.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
Something. Oh, really? But that. Yeah.
Mama Bella
Expensive.
Brie
And you remember, you'd have to wait in line.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
And then there'd be the fights, like to try to get into Best Buy or any of them. Yeah.
Mama Bella
Oh, you.
Brie
None of those deals exist now. Now people fight over like a Starbucks bear cup or a Stanley Cup. I'm like, no, we can't do that.
Mama Bella
Friday at 5, 6 in the morning. But then they started doing it, like on Thanksgiving Day.
Brie
Yeah, I agree.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brie
Yeah. No, for sure.
Mama Bella
No, My. The one time I had to go everywhere and try to find something was when Cabbage Patch Dolls came out and the kid. The girls wanted them. Oh, my God.
Brie
I think I have mine still.
Mama Bella
You probably do.
Brie
I'm almost positive I have mine still. And they're so ugly. Like a big head coming out of cabbage. Like you thought that would.
Mama Bella
They didn't come out of cabbage. They were just called Cabbage Patch.
Brie
Mom. It's cabbage around their head, you know?
Mama Bella
Well, maybe I got you one that had cabbage around the head. But not all of them did.
Brie
No, I think they're like, that's what. They're Cabbage Patch. They're like a baby growing out of the crop of a cabbage. That's. No, because I do have it. Because I remember looking at it, I go, ew. Like, who, like, pitched this in a meeting and everyone said, this is great. Which obviously everyone loved it.
Mama Bella
Well, look at the. The la. Are ugly.
Brie
They are ugly. I get it.
Mama Bella
Okay, moving on.
Brie
All right, all right. Buying yourself a Christmas gift, Char.
Mama Bella
Yay.
Brie
Yay. I'm for it too. And usually it happens when you shop. You're like, you know what? I deserve this. I always love it because people will go bra showing.
Mama Bella
Oh, yeah.
Brie
Well, I did red to like, in case it did Ryan. But I. Well, his package gets to show I can show my bra.
Mama Bella
Red bra, red turtleneck.
Brie
Yeah. Are you dying? Are you so hot?
Mama Bella
Not at all.
Brie
Oh, good. But yeah, so I. It's funny because they'll be like, oh, you want me to wrap all this? And I'm like, well, that one, not that one. Okay, that one, not that one either. I love it. Okay. Midnight gift wrapping sessions on Christmas Eve. Oh, I got a couple good stories.
Mama Bella
Gosh, it's been a long time since I did that. Yeah, I go to bed too. I'd rather get up at 5 and rap. Well, if you do it at night, you could do it with the glass of wine.
Brie
Exactly. But so, Brian, I. After we did, I don't know, we had like a big Christmas Eve dinner or something. And after we cleaned, got Birdie down and I saw. We got her like the Fisher Price, like pink little car. You know, they move with their feet. But I figured you just open up the box and you pull it out.
Mama Bella
That's what I would think.
Brie
Oh, no. So I open up the box and I'm like. And I go, brian, tell them about.
Brian Danielson
The Masha and Bear. Oh, yes, because that came from Russia. Maybe it didn't come from Russia.
Brie
And that was like a trite, a little like, bite. Kid bike.
Brian Danielson
Assemble it.
Brie
So. So for all of you. Yeah, for all of you listening, why I said I had a couple is because. So then we had. We had that Fisher Price thing and we were like, no, we were so tired. And then it was like the Christmas after we got Birdie, she was obsessed with Masha and Bear. And I saw this cute little, like, I don't know, bicycle or something. And I figured, once again, you pulled the bike out of the box. We. I open up and I'm like, this was like a gazillion pieces and the instructions were awful. Thank goodness our brother in law, and it's Brian's sister's husband was there because he's like, great. That's his thing. So he loved it. He put it all together. But we stayed up. Remember that, Brian? We were up like two hours longer. And I just. I'm like, I'm never doing this again, ever. Have you? No.
Brian Danielson
Yes.
Brie
Have I?
Brian Danielson
Yes.
Brie
What? This year.
Brian Danielson
I mean, almost every year, actually.
Brie
This year I should open up the box with Buddy's skateboard. I mean, it should be put together. I guess I should look. Oh, gosh. All right. Okay. Last one, Mom. Handmade gifts instead of store bought. Yay. Yay. Right? I feel like nowadays too, you realize how special it is when something's handmade. Like I got this thing and it's so cute because it's someone here locally in Napa, she makes candlesticks, but she'll never make the same one. She doesn't know what she's going to make. But she made these candles that you can you light it and it goes down in 20 minutes. So it's called her meditation candles.
Mama Bella
You showed me them.
Brie
And it's so cute. So you can get her little stick, you know, Juniper, that store right outside here in downtown Napa. She. They sell them there. And so like the cutest, all these different little, like candlesticks, small. And then the candles and then it's cute. You can put it, you know, light it and you just. Right there. 20 minute meditation.
Brian Danielson
Yeah.
Brie
No, but I guess I. We make handmade.
Mama Bella
Yeah.
Brian Danielson
Oh, wait.
Brie
Okay.
Mama Bella
There's a. Yeah, there's a difference between handmade and local.
Brie
But you're right. I.
Brian Danielson
It's like you make me something like a car. I mean, herself you a lot at the store.
Brie
Oh, my God.
Mama Bella
But buying local is good too, but.
Brie
Yes, but I loved it. Mom was very engaging and very rooted me on in that idea. Okay, well, you know, I might. Yeah, well, maybe next year we all make each other something. Okay, so something I said to Brian about news last night off Instagram is Iceland. Every Christmas Eve, they give each other a book. And you have that, Brian, what is it? They read the book for, like, I don't know, the rest of the night. Like, they all get their tea or cocoa. Or for me, it'd be veno. And then what? It wasn't her show. The one that you did, the last podcast that you. Oh, yeah. So you. I heard. And I was sharing that with them because I'm like, that's actually a cute tradition, right? I know. It's like an AI tradition. I'm like, awesome. But they say they do that in Iceland. Like, oh, gosh, I fell for it. But maybe next year we all hand me. Actually, no, I don't want anyone to make me anything. My kids make me enough homemade stuff. I have, like, in the basement, this big box of, like, all their pottery. And like, Birdie even, like. And it's so cute because she writes to Brian all the time and, like, draws us pictures. But Birdie's a type. Like, she will search the garbage to make sure you do not throw it away. So I've kept everything. I'm like, oh, my gosh, it's wild. Okay, Mom. Okay, well, that's it for you. Thank you so much, Mama Bella. Thank you. Hey, everyone.
