Can we just start today's episode and tell everyone why we're delayed? I mean, they don't know we're delayed. We're delayed on recording. But I think it's really hilarious.

You think it's funny. Well, we don't even know what it is. So I just had the fire department at my house.

Yes, she did.

And this is, like, the second time in the month, in maybe the past two months where my fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarm has gone off. So obviously, that's kind of scary. And, like, for today, I was. We were about to start recording, and then I had it troubleshot. And then that's when they're like, you need to vacate the home. Carbon monoxide. I'm like, oh, my goodness. They're like, fire department's on their way. So the fire department gets here. They do all the checks. They're like, everything's good. Like, there must be a faulty. And I'm like, well, I'm really embarrassed about this, but I kind of feel like it might be my filter for my air conditioning, because this went off right as I turned my air back on. So they went and looked, and he goes, yeah, that's actually. He goes, I would have for sure have said no, because that's never happened to us before. But he goes, now that I'm looking at your filter, definitely.

I mean, can you please tell everyone when was the last time you changed your filter?

Nikki Bella
I think it was, like, maybe a year, not even.

Brie Bella
And then when he told me, a year, not even.

And then when he told me, I. Especially in the summers, you should be changing it once a month. I go, once a month? And he's like, yeah, okay. I'm not gonna lie. That was, like, the ex hubbies thing. One time when I had to do it without him, I, like, called my handyman. So the fire department just walked me through it, and I didn't realize how easy it is to change your air conditioning filter.

It's like, basic life skills.

He goes, okay, so you're gonna go to Home Depot. This is what we order.

Or he said Amazon.

He goes, or you could even do Amazon. He goes, this is how you open it. This is what you do. He goes, definitely where yours is at. Let's take a broom. Let's really clean it off.

Okay, I even had.

Because she goes to me. Literally. Literally. She goes, well, how do I know the size? I'm like, nicole, it's on the filter. Pull it out, look, and you will see the size. I even remember your size. 20 by 30, one by one.

Okay, great. So on that note, I have DoorDash dropping off five filters. I'm gonna clean it down and I will be good. And let's just pray that that's the only thing.

Wow, wow, wow. Well, I'm happy it was not. It wasn't anything serious and it was just your air filters. But at the same time, I can't imagine the bill you're gonna get just to know that you need to change your filters.

Oh, you think the fire department comes out for free? Yeah, but nope. That was like. That was a thousand dollar educational lesson for you, I bet. A thousand a g. I didn't know.

What I tell you? Well, I just kept. I had it on my list to keep telling my handyman to come do it.

Okay. So now I know how easy it is. I mean, after that and then yesterday, my travel, you guys coming home from Monday night raw. I dealt with two broken planes, two delays, two change of cities to finally landing in San Francisco at like 4, 4:30. Taking two and a half hours to get home. Finally getting home at 7pm and I was up 2:30am Pacific Standard Time. Only on two hours sleep. Yeah, but I slept 11 hours last night. Tao and I slept 11 hours straight last night. Felt so good.

Isn't the best. Everyone's been sleeping really good at our house, which has been so nice. And you know, Buddy, you know what I bought, which has been incredible?

What?

Because Buddy's been complaining about growing pains, so they make this magnesium bath for kids, like salt. Magnesium salt.

Oh, really? Why didn't I need to give that to Tay?

Yeah. So at night I put it in his bath and he soaks in it. And I swear it has been helping.

Yeah, it's been. But you actually should be doing it because I'm sure you're sore after this.

Pastoral girl, and you think, I just came back from a training session, and I thought, well, you were there with me. I thought, oh, this will be, you know, like, he knows how sore I am, so we'll take it easy. No. Went right back into that squat. But I am really sore. I'm not gonna lie. But in a great way. I. So, as you know, I found out about having that match against Oscar. I think it was, like, Saturday evening. So I just remember, I'm like, oh, man. I leave the next day. I don't have time. Like, you know, I have Teo. I don't have time to think about, like, what gear am I going to wear. I'm just going to throw in my Paris gear. And not only that, brie, and you get this, especially at our age, but anyone will understand this, especially athletes. So because we just came back from Paris, I was like, okay, this is going to be my carb week. Like, I'm going to have carbs. I'm also still going to keep all my proteins in, and I'm not going to shy away from dessert because I was like, I won't even have a match Monday, so I'll be fine. So Saturday evening, when I'm sitting there and I'm like. Because, like, at our age, it's not, like, just quickly to, like, lean out. Like, I then was obviously so good Sunday, Monday. But I was like, oh, my gosh. So now I've realized, like, during this comeback, I can't do carb weeks anymore. Have, like, you need, like, days in a row.

Yeah. You need one cheat day a week.

Nikki Bella
Like, Tuesday has to be on Tuesday, and that's it. Yeah. So that, like, freaked me out a little bit. Just more that on an aesthetic level and, like, my appearance. But I was excited because, like, Oscar's obviously one of the best wrestlers and. And in the world for women. And I just. The last time, she and I, we've never. I've ever had a match. But she and I both were the final two of the first ever women's Royal Rumble. So that. That. And think how long ago that was. So I was like, oh, my gosh. Like, you will, you know, I called you immediately. Feeling the nerves. So my whole Sunday traveling to Milwaukee, I think I've watched every Oscar match in history. Like, good, though, you know, it was great. I, you know, wanted to know all the little things about her, like, just absolutely everything, how she, you know, I already know how she's working, like, right now, but I've just. I wanted to see everything, so I literally have caught every single, like, Oscar match ever. That was my full Sunday of travel. And then I just looking at other things because as, you know, like, with this comeback, I want to continue to grow and show that growth. And I am, you know, I just wanted to put some other things under my belt. Honestly. Jason Jordan, who was our producer, like, so incredible and was so helpful because I also immediately text Natty and tj both, like, separately.

Yeah.

Just because I really. I was like, okay, I don't have as much preparation as I would want for this match because it's Oscar and I want to perform top level.

That's been this whole run for you.

I know. It really has.

Brie Bella
I mean, your match has been thrown at you last minute this whole run.

Nikki Bella
Yeah, it has. It's crazy. But so I just wanted to be so prepared in how I can prepare. Like, what are the things I can control in this moment? I can control ideas I want to do for myself. I can have things in my pocket. I can reach out to the people that I know are the most knowledgeable that can help me prep for this match in a day and a half. So I did that with all my outlets, gathering good ideas, doing as much preparation physically in a day and a half. And, I mean, I do preparation all the time. I train every week. I have now my incredible trainer that I've been working with now for a few months that I was so happy to have you back in today with. And don't you love all the things he adds in there as far as, like, agility and different things? But I do have to say that after the match, I was again, like, I just felt good. I feel like every week I'm growing, I'm getting better, I'm getting more comfortable. And I received a lot of compliments after and some great feedback on, like, you now know who you are. So go in there with that Nikki Bella confidence because you're there now. Like, you are back, and it was just so much fun. So, Bri, that was, like, the first time I ever got to work any of the Japanese wrestlers.

That's amazing. And you did incredible. I loved the match. It was so great.

And I've always got some kicks.

Yeah, they were great. I've always loved watching Oscar in the ring, so it was fun. You were gonna be in there, by the way. Yeah, be there. And, you know, I feel like this run it's been really nice to just, like, see you come at it differently. It's. It's like, you know, a lot of people, like, who are hall of Famers or from the past might come in, do one match, and they get a lot of prep time for it, and then they. They're kind of out. You've kind of just thrown yourself into the roster and into this division, which has to be scary because it's different from our era of how they're wrestling and how they perform now. And so I give you a lot of credit because that, you know, almost 42 years old, that's tough. And even if you were 30 years old, it's tough. Like, people don't realize pro wrestling is really tough. And so then you put a couple miles on yourself and age. You know, there's different factors. But, you know, Molina, who we love, and if you follow wrestling, everyone knows who Molina Perez is. You know, I saw this interview she did where she was talking about, like, a good wrestler can wrestle at any moment in anyone, and I feel like that's so true for what you're doing this run 100, you've been getting in the ring with very short notice, with all these different women that you've never wrestled before, and you're crushing it. So I really have. We should actually get Molina on the show because she's doing some really fun, you know, wrestling right now. And so it'd be great to have her. But, yeah, you should be really proud of yourself, Nicole.

Oh, and you know what? I am. What I love is, like, those losses even give me more fuel for this comeback. And I am really proud because I am doing it different. And it takes a lot of courage to go out there in front of a live crowd and millions of viewers in TV land, as well as in social media land, to put yourself out there and see your growth, to see, where am I at as far as, like, wrestling where, like, it's been seven years. Where do I. Where's my foundation? How do I need to keep growing? A lot of people I don't think would do that. Right. Because they want to go out to be the best. And I'm. It's showing and it. And it. This is the truth. I'm showing a lot of vulnerability and the way of, like, okay, I'm going to be really. It's very vulnerable for me to go out there and be this way, especially when you have a legacy and you are a Hall of Famer. But I actually, it has made it more fun for me Because I don't have the pressure of where I have to feel like I'm the best and I don't have the pressure of being the longest reigning divas champion. I'm not in my championship reign right now. I'm actually having a lot of fun because there isn't a high expectation of me. So I get to go put an expectation out there. I get to go out there and do my thing. And then people are like, whoa, okay, let's see what's next. And it gives me fire every week. And you were there today training when Kyle was like, you are getting stronger every week. My squat, I went up again this week. Like, I am anything I can do. I am working really hard while staying a hands on mom, while helping with the companies. And you've been really supporting me there at Bonita Bonita. And I've stepped up, but then learning, watching footage every day now, you know, and Brian's going to get in there and start training me in other ways. It's, it's been incredible. It's been fun. It's totally. When we talk about stepping outside of our comfort zones and whatever it is we do and things can be scary, they can be vulnerable, what are people going to think? But it is now kind of crazy to live in that talk we've always talked about and feeling like when you need the courage, like asking God, please, like, I need you, give me the strength, give me the fearlessness. And I'm going out there and doing it. And the crowds like, did you hear that crowd in Milwaukee?

That was so incredible to hear the. Let's go, Oscar. Let's go, Nikki. To hear them chant hall of Famer, like, my heart inside was so just awesome. Happy and bursting. Yeah, I was just. It was really amazing. Yeah.

And you know one thing, when people say protecting your legacy, you know, because people on certain podcasts have said that that is all ego. That is ego, ego, ego, ego. We're not living life to protect our legacies. We already created them. What we're doing, you know what I mean? We're living, we're on this journey of life. And how lucky are you at 41 years old, get the opportunity to go back to your high level career and give it another chance and have fun. Like, protecting legacy is one of those things that irks me. It actually cringes me out when I hear people say that. Because I'm saying all you're telling me is you're protecting ego. No, let go of ego. Ego will seriously hold you back from life, living it, and all the fun things, the chances that you will take. Because at one time in your life, you were the star quarterback in high school, or you were, like, on a D1 team, or you played the pros. Who gives a shit? Like, this is. We got this one life. Experience everything. Fail, succeed. Do something you never thought you could do. Suck at something. So when I hear protecting legacy, I literally, just so everyone knows, when I've heard you say it on podcast, and I hear anyone say it, you made me vomit in my mouth. I just want Brie is somewhere. Brie is somewhere out there vomiting when she hears protecting legacy.

But, you know, that has been one of the things that I have worked on for so many years, and. And as human beings, we will always have to work on is the ego. And letting ego get in the way is. Deepak says ego is edging God out, which is 100 true. But I feel like because of all the work I've done on myself and being in this comeback, in this era, I don't have it. And I think, you know, because I'll see certain things on social, like, why are you letting yourself lose as much? Because this comeback is not about wins and losses. It's not for me. I. I have done the work so hard. There was a period of time in my life, like, actually, I was always a loser. I mean, I won when the moments counted for the championship, but because I still didn't fight for it then or complain about it, you know, I feel like they're just like, she'll be fine. But I still had a lot of great wins. I did.

But that is not this era for me. And, you know, I had a lot of incredible conversations because of everything that came up with all that Wade stuff online and how that went wild.

Oh, my gosh. I literally. Well, I started writing people, but then they're deleting their comments, so they're deleting my replies. I'm like, no, leave my reply up. I literally was, like, dying over the stupidity of humans.

No, it started on that, but. But I don't. But Corey Graves. And I said, what would have been if I could be Heal Nikki right now, If I could have came out to Milwaukee raw and been like, guess what? I got Wade fired.

Were like, it would be so good because it would have been moments you want to take advantage of.

Yeah, well, you know what was cool though too was people coming up to me and it kind of then brought up for people to actually acknowledge what I'm doing is like, you know, you should be so proud. It's badass. Talking about the inspiration of it. When you look at Oscar, nice match. You have two women in their 40s, moms who have been, you know, doing this career. I saw people writing, a lot of people writing on Twitter like this used to only be men. They would let at this stage doing things. And here are two women in this.

Era and they're 40s.

What they do in their 40s. But again, like I will say, even though we have some beef right now, truly honored to share ring with Oscar. And that is something that is like a check almost off the bucket list. And I hope to do more. And bre. You know what? It really made me feel because you and I grew up hardcore athletes and we started at fcw, but damn, I would have done anything to have started in Japan for wrestling. I know to have that to when we got that itch to learn from them, it would have been awesome. Oh my gosh. Because even when. You know what I mean? And even all the movies that we watched, like just the Japanese way, especially in wrestling of how they the training, I would have loved it. And Oscar and I had great chemistry. People are like, this is a very hard hitting, aggressive match because that is you. And I have all, especially me. I have that side. So then for fighting her, I go, gosh, I would have thrived in new Japan. I would have. It's my style. It's like I thrive when people wrestle that way too, because puts more of a fire in me. Be more me. Yeah.

When this run is done, maybe you and little Tay Tay can go to Japan for a summer and.

Yeah. And you know, I mean, Tay Tay, as you know, that's like his anything Japanese Japan. He's begging you Guys, me to take him to Japan. He knows all. There's six or seven different style speed trains or trains. He wants me to take him on all of them. Oh, Brie, no. He has. He has this thing mapped out and he's five. He has this whole thing. And so I'm like, I do need to take him to Japan. But I've realized, like a dream of mine would be to have now. I've had. I've had matches in Tokyo. Like, I had a triple threat for the Divas Championship when we did our first ever Matt pay per view there.

Well, and you and I've wrestled together.

And we've wrestled, but I think against one of their female wrestlers and their business. I mean, and even if it was Oscar, again, I would love to do that then with her there, like, I.

And you know what I love is, is, you know, you're growing, which is crazy because a lot of us could say we didn't know there could still be growth in Nikki Bella. And you showed that, which is very courageous. But also what I love is hearing all your little stories because I can tell you're having a lot of fun backstage. Like, you're just obsessed with everyone. I'm like, damn, girl, I get it, I get it.

I'm just loving the RAW locker room. I mean, from Ivy to Maxine, Raquel, Roxanne, Ro, Rhea, my. Well, I'm not gonna even talk about my kabuki warriors. I'll talk about them later. But obviously, you know, you know, eo. I mean, everyone, Bailey, Pam, I just to have her back, her even being gone a few weeks, I was like, pam, you can never leave. Like, she's just such a light. And I really miss Natty. I can't wait for Natty to be back because Natty is just. Her presence is so missed. But I was like, we just truly have such an incredible locker room from a referees announcer, everyone, like, and even the guys, it's so much fun because, like, you know, I had to stretch for a while in the training room and just the different guys that were coming in and then them all giving me about only dating 20 year olds. And I'm like, I don't know where this came from. I don't. I'm not just in a 20 year old.

I mean, I saw that like, like Some headlines. I was like, wait, what? But we killed that rumor.

We killed. Yeah, we already killed it. So, I mean, there's a lot of hot 20 guys in their 20s. Of course they'll date them. 30s, 40s, 50s. But so. But it was just like, you know what I mean? Fun. It's like all the fun locker room talk. I'm having so much fun being back with everyone, but also pushing myself because it's tough as well. And it was great. AJ's back, and so she and I were chatting for a bit backstage, and we both were just saying, you know how crazy it is. But she was like, I just love that you're here. Why I'm back. And I'm like, no, I'm so happy you're back. And I'm like, we both look so good.

I'm like, us Latinas, Yeah, now never a.

But no, but it was. It was great talking to her. It just took me back when she and I were chatting, it took me back to back in the day. And I actually hope we get a moment, because when you think about it, like, everyone's talking about it on the Internet, and it is true. I mean, we were so much of each other's most important stories at that time, like with the Divas Championship before she had left. And so. And even with you and Paige, it was so much about us. And so the fact that we both are there, I'm. That we have to have a moment. Like, I feel even this Monday, we should have a moment backstage, but in, you know, who we are as characters. And so. But I know, like, obviously they're focused with that, but I'm hoping at some point we have that interaction one, because I. I know the fans would love it. It would be fun, right? It's all fun.

I was like, this is my theme of my comeback. It's golden, the golden song.

And when we kind of saw, like, okay, like, the underlining theme is, like, about shame and not being shameful of who you are instead, like, rejoice who you are, and then about, you know, the good and the bad and stuff like that. So we're like, okay. And I instantly loved it. And also, I think what's nice when you're a parent and you're watching like, a children's show is when the music's good. I mean, the song golden hits the way. Let it go. Hit for everyone, too. Beyond what I mean, but anything. I like the music, this music better because it's a little more, like, older, too. But my kids actually don't even k.

Oh, really? See, I have golden on Nonstop. See, I like Golden. I connect amazing with Golden. And, you know, I really want to actually. And I believe it's the creator Maggie Kang. I hope I'm saying that right. But the story behind the creator of K Pop Demon, K Pop Demon Hunters, from what I've heard, was she was a pop star that didn't make it, but a lot of it had to deal with her age. She's in her 40s and she wrote the whole thing. And I just really want to bring her on because I think that story is so inspiring. Again, it shows us it doesn't matter where you're at in life. Don't stop dreaming. Don't stop trying to achieve your dreams, because it can happen at any moment. Maybe it's not in the moment that you think it's meant to be. It could be later on. And I think this is such a great example of it. Because you were saying they spent 100 million on it. What was that? What you were telling me?

Now someone told me this, so, you know, I always take things with a grain of salt, but supposedly It's. It cost 100 million to make. They were supposed to release it in 2021, but ended up not because they didn't think it was going to be a hit. So kind of just put it on the shelf. Well, Netflix came in 2025, bought it for 10 million. No, 20 million.

Oh, my. Amazing. And it's crazy because even with that film, like, I'm just. I realized too, how I'm so drawn to Korean culture as well. I mean, they just crush it with skin care, hair care, fashion, all of it. And then I didn't realize that that was very much a thing in Korean culture or demon hunters. And that's where the creator, like, brings a lot of that to life, which I think that's so cool. And so. And that's the thing is, like, then watching it, I think you and I were so connected to. Because you and I have always said we are light warriors. Like, we were put on this earth and we feel that we have lived the life we have, and we have the platforms we have because we truly are light warriors, where some parts of that world can feel so dark. We're here to shine light and take on the darkness. And I think that's why I connected with it once. I was sitting, watching the movie, and I'm like, oh, my gosh. Yes. Like, this is like, what I like to do in my world is like, there's darkness, and I will fight with light. I will. You know, I am God's warrior here to. To just be an example of light. And that's why I loved it so much, because it perfectly shows how in this world where you think you're being inspiring, you have to be careful that darkness that comes through to try to take your soul. I'm talking for Ferrari, Lamborghini. And you want to run it to buzz around Napa Valley wine country, you need to check them out. But so, you know, when he reached out and he was like, hey, will you do a fire chat, you know, conversation with Baron Davis at our car club this past Friday night? And then can we. He's gonna have a new YouTube series out called I know. I wonder if I'm allowed to say the name. I think so.

They're like, can we. I think I might be the first episode. Who knows? But can we film at your tasting room? So I was like, oh, my gosh. So it was incredible doing the Fireside Chat. A lot of it was about entrepreneurship. And, you know, what's great is, like, even though Barons, you know, played basketball, but both of us being athletes and having careers where, you know, you can't do it forever and just kind of transitioning to entrepreneurs, but he really helps people before they're out of the game to grow businesses, become these entrepreneurs. So I think they don't fall into that shock culture of, like, who am I now? Where do I go? Like, how do I with my money, everything. Like, he's incredible. Crazy intelligent, and just talking to him, I. He's such a spiritual person, too. I mean, the next day, he was doing, like, whole wellness day, like, doing stuff on meditation and breathing. Like, it was, like, so cool. But when they came into the tasting room, he fell in love. He was like, yeah. He's like, this is a vibe. And we had. You know, we drank wine, and we had really good conversations just about life and, you know, where our journeys have taken us and where we're at now. So that was so much fun. Like, I literally. Yeah, I just think it's really neat when we cross paths with other athletes and people who kind of obviously, basketball, wrestling, two different things, but kind of the same career in these weird ways. Right? Right, Different. And it was really fun to exchange stories, but have the same feeling with so much. Like. I loved it.

But we're like, until we pay for this, we have to own it, because it'd be redoing the whole thing.

Back on D. And, like, because Buddy's a type, if you're gonna yank his jersey, he's gonna yank you to the ground. And I'm like, I remember a parent goes, whose kid is that? And I'm like, mine. Like, damn. Because blonde hair, blue eyes, no one thinks I should have actually said, I don't know. Whose kid is that?

Yeah. Well, Mateo, after the one practice, he loved the drills. And then when it went to the scrimmage and his eyes got put, his one eye got poked real bad. He just told me when we were going to bed the night he goes, soccer is boring, and it hurts. And I'm like, tay. Well, you know, like, sometimes things happen. But then when we woke up Saturday morning, I'm like, okay, game day news. No, I don't want to go. And I'm like, I'm not going to force him to go. I mean, he loves Coach Bri. I mean, how many kisses did he give you during practice?

And today at practice, I'll tell you, we need. We actually have to spend more time scrimmaging than the drills because they're obviously five to six. Some of our players went to the opposite goal, and I'm like, no, the other way.

Well, they're still young, but that's where I feel like. Because Teo loves the drill part of soccer, when you guys are doing all that. But Tao, love structure. That's well, that's just how his brain works. Right. And that's where he thrives in that environment of structure. So I'm like, I'm just gonna have to wait a few more years till there's more structure in the age group, and then he will go back to it. But I realized I'm not even gonna have him. I'm not gonna force him. He's good. I'm just gonna leave it at that. We'll get back into T ball that he loves so much. He dances freestyle, but, see, he just got over going to class. But I think it's because school, he now plays with so many boys that when he goes to dance, he's like. He's just kind of in his own world. You know what I mean? For sure.

I agree with you, you know, because I'm like, we're. They're literally 5 and 8. What I honestly prefer them to do, which they do majority time. Go outside and, like, build something. Get creative. Use your imaginations. I. At their age, that's actually what I prefer more.

And he's like, mommy, when. When are you coming home? He wanted me. He wanted me to pick him up from school. And I'm like, well, baby, it's not my day. And. And he go, he just really wanted me. And so I was like, but, Mommy, you know, we'll be home tomorrow. I'll pick you up from school. And then, you know, I had all the delays and all that kind of stuff. But it was cute because when I came home last night and he and I were eating dinner, and he goes, mommy, do you think you could be a LEGO master?

You know, when I was talking with my producer and there was another coach around and they were telling me about the, you know, to hit the volley kick, and I was like, I don't think I want to tonight because of, you know, everything that happened from the ple clash in Paris to how, you know, all the hate towards me online. So I was like, I don't think I want to hit it.

And it was crazy because one of it's so funny. The old school wrestlers, one of the legends, one of the co who's a coach now, he was like, I told myself, I want to stop saying names because I feel bad with conversations I have at work. I don't want to always, like, come on the podcast and say that. Right? But he was like. He goes, no, you will hit it tonight, and you're going to hit it damn good. He goes, because that is a really good move that you have built up for many, many years. And just because there was one night where didn't work does not mean that you are going to stop doing that. He goes, I didn't grow up in the. He was. I didn't grow up in social media. So for me, when I had failures out in the ring, I wasn't getting destroyed on social media. So I feel for all of you who have to be in this generation of that. He goes, we failed at something. We just redid it.

We just kept going. He goes, there was never a thought about, like, oh, I'm not going to do that again. Like, sometimes it just doesn't work. And so before we get our inspiration affirmation, I was like, you know what? You're right. And it really, like, built me up. And my producer's like, yeah, exactly. And I went. And I did do that. But you know what? That's anywhere in life, right? Especially being social media, we have a moment where we fail and people want to just berate us and they want to hate on us or they want to remind us, and sometimes then that causes an insecurity, right? Then that can cause a trigger. And then we don't want to try that again because we're like, oh, no. Like, that really affected me, affected me mentally, physically. And it was great to have someone go, no and push me to do it. It could have failed again. Something could have happened. But he pushed me outside of my comfort zone, pushed me to go out there, and it succeeded and it taught me something. And so I feel like we. That can be anywhere in life, right? We could use that anywhere. And so, you know, brief for inspiration affirmation because we were talking about our K pop demon hunters.

But I loved the. These few lines of waited so long to break these walls down, to wake up and feel like me. Put these patterns all in the past now and finally live like the girl they all see. And I just like with that especially, I think too, what I've been through in my past year, past five years, past 10 years and so on of the journey that I've been. But I think what's so great is, like, she gets to the moment right where you fully now see who she is. No more hiding and then how.

You can put everything out there. No one's perfect, right? Not no one. So they. They would use it as patterns, right? We all have these patterns. We all have whatever. What is it? Failures. We just have things that we feel like aren't great about us, but we don't need to hide it. We don't need to pretend to be perfect.
