You remember we were kids, they made us say bunny. Yeah, I remember I told my kids this. I go, you know, when mommy was young, I wasn't allowed to say fart. They made me say bunny. And my kids were so confused. They're like, so you said I just bunnied?

And I go, I did. And they go, but like the animal.

Mateo and I are driving. It was like from the playground the other day. No, what was it? We were. Oh, coming from the speakeasy after I put up the altar for Day of the Dead weekend. And what do you call it? I'm driving and all of a sudden I went over two lanes. Now, I did it safely, but it was very fast to get into a parking lot because there's just a gigantic spider always in your car. Visor. It's because I live by vineyards. It's a big white one.

Well, you know what it is, I wonder too, where you park your car. Maybe a certain tree where they are coming in from. Which is fine. We need spiders.

Yeah. But when it's dangling over my head, Gigantically.

Do you remember when I was behind you and I see you, like, swerving? I'm like, what in the world? And a mom saw you doing it and she called me thinking, like, something happened in my head. Yeah, in my head, I'm like, there's either a bee or a spider. And there was what?

A gigantic spider on my arm. I'm like, this. And I'm like. And that's when I was super scared. Still now I. I've learned. Like, I'm staring at the white spider.

And I'm like, I'm going.

And I pulled in. It was right where Dance dance houses.

I remember.

Well, that one was on Silverado Trail. That one was super dangerous. This one, I'm on that whatever Trinkus Jefferson. And I pulled. I go so fast over the two lanes. And then you know how dance house has the big bumps?

And I was like, boom.

Just bottoming out.

I mean, when it happened to me, I feel bad. I like, flicked it, like, slapped the window, and I think it landed on Betty. And then I hear Betty, like, screaming. And I'm like, it's not on me.

The one where would be so terrified if it ever happened to me. And I've seen the rails of it. Are the girls that are in Australia and No. And when they get those. What are those, by the way? They're like half human, half spider.

Like, what is that? Half dog, half spider? More like it.

Cuz how they jump, I just. That's love you, Australia. But I'm only living in a high rise in the city. I'm not doing the outback. I'm not living country life.

Mom has sent so many reels. And JJ will be like, that's AI. She's like, oh. I'm like, there's a lot of AI stuff.

A lot. But this one I think was real. Yeah, yeah.

Mom sent this one where it was like they were about to have it look like a Thanksgiving dinner and it's like a pig. Oh, but by the way, like, you sent it to your daughter, who's like, like, really against that.

Okay, but why do you guys all think I'm for it? Like, roasting a pig?

No, but then the pig, like, jumped off the table and ran.

I'm the one who then responded, mom. And I go, mom, you know, that's AI. And she goes, well, whatever. It's funny. And I'm like, no, but it's not funny. Yeah, yeah.

You know, it's fine.

I don't know. The world's confusing. It's just all over the place right now.

Yeah. Well, Halloween was fun.

You Brie got me the hoe version after we had a convo about this. I mean, I get it. I waited till the night before to try on my outfit.

I think it was like two months ago or something.

And the fact that you tried it on, it had been sitting in your house and you tried it on, then it busy girl. We've also been going. You watch two different series. There's times you could have easily been watching. Yeah. An episode trying.

I didn't tell you what kind of busy. But I was busy.

Yeah. So I put it on the night before and it has under boob shows. Under boob. The mini skirt. Skirt. So I had to wear like, spank thick spanx nude tights, which I was grateful the outfit was still hot. And then I did the skims nude underneath, which thank God I had all that. She hid some of my accessories, but that's okay.

No, you probably. Who knows what you do?

No, they didn't come with it, but I'll say we crushed it. We all look cute. Birdie was so happy. And then I loved it because I didn't realize, like, Mat was just so good at remembering the names. He's only seen it once, but remember how he wanted to be as a goyo?

No. The kids always tell me, I can't believe I can't remember.

I want to do that and sing Soda Pop. I'm like, I told you I wanted him to be that well.

And that outfit is when he sings your idol. But what do you say? It's. It's so funny because you saw I decorated, set everything up all cute. And you always feel like you're gonna have time. There's never.

I mean, never the time.

You pick up the kids from school, you come home, you get them a snack, you're laying out everyone's outfits. You. We started getting ready right away.

It's crazy how long it takes it, like.

And you just don't you don't really get time for yourself. Which is fine. It's about them anyways, but.

Yeah, but actually the boys had easy customs just to slip on. But it takes forever.

The poor Tay was drenching in sweat.

I mean, that was like for. Made for the winner.

Yeah, but he loved it.

Yeah. He was a cute little spider.

You know what's fun for me was like this year how he told us what he wanted to be. So we went and had to get the costume. And he was. He loved what he was. But he came to me saying, I want to be a scary spider.

Right. Well, and this is the thing is that this, you know, Buddy was vocal. Well, Buddy didn't know what he wanted to be. But taking him to the Halloween store, it was fun for him to look. And then obviously pick sumo wrestler, which we should have known.

[Nikki Bella]

But you know, Brian walking around like, with it all. I know, I was just like, dying. That video.

[Brie Bella]

He loved it too. Oh, yeah. You could tell. He was like, really?

[Nikki Bella]

Did you see the video I had of him at the end of the night?

[Brie Bella]

No.

[Nikki Bella]

Claire was like, dying, laughing, but just like him walking in the wagon. And he was like. Yeah, like how he. But just seeing like, you know, when it's been a long day, but like he's in the big still, like going really slow. Yeah.

Like totally over it.

Yeah. But he's happy in it. But it was just. It's a funny video. I'll show you.

Yeah. I mean, we had, I will say, a lot of fun. Yeah. And for all of you who. So we always save our costumes. We have a, like a dress up box. It's really fun because our kids, like, we all still dress up. Or I'll reuse things, but if you don't, please don't put it in your garbage can. There are a bunch of companies Retold is a great one. You can literally pay $10. They'll send you a bag, like a yellow bag. Stuff your Halloween customer there, give it to them, send it. It'll figure it out. They'll figure out. Don't put it in landfills. Oh, my gosh. If you would see the numbers. Remember, it doesn't vanish in thin air. It's going into oceans, landfills. One day it will be in your backyard. Trust me.

There's not that much land for all this junk. Right. And also all your junk in your trunk. You know what I mean? Also, there's a. I mean, there's a bunch of different, like, ones just look at. Terrorist cycle is a good one, too. Also with your pumpkins, because a lot of people just start to, like, throw them in your garbage and stuff. If you don't compost, you don't have chickens or any type of animals. A lot of, like, sanctuary places. So people who rescue animals, they will take your pumpkins because farm animals love them, especially pigs, chickens. So just little, tiny research. It will take you five minutes, and they will probably come pick it up.

And you'll feel so good about yourself.

And it's that much better for our planet. Don't we all want to, like, not burn to death and, like, actually thrive and live here? Oh, my God. So just there's a little. What do you call that? Psa?

There you go. I like it. But we did have a great Halloween. I will say Brian and I, when we woke up the next day, which is so weird. It's like, you almost have, like, this. We were exhausted. Like, I mean, Halloween wipes you out.

But he and I were like. That was so much fun.

It was fun. You know what made it really cool, too, was there was a World Series game going on that night. So the Dodgers were playing. So I liked walking at the different houses that had the screens up and had the game playing and then all the different wine stands as well. And I was like, you know what this is? And Friday was on. Or Halloween was on a Friday. It was just like, everything was perfect. World Series.

[Brie Bella]

Did you see me take the espresso martini shot?

Yeah, I did not.

I know. Well, I. I was walking home.

I mean, all the things. The popcorn maker, like, when they're passing all the popcorn and just everything. It was just such a fun Halloween. And the kids had such a blast. Which is always makes it, I think, the best. I don't know what it is, but I find it just the cutest seeing our kids. And I think everyone feels this way with their kid when they're, like, running up to go trick or treat. Just how happy they are to run.

Like, it literally melts my heart. I have so many videos of Mateo running up. And I. When I was on the flight to Albuquerque, like, I couldn't stop watching it all.

So I was talking to mom about it because I said there was a point, like, Buddy and Mateo were more in a race with each other.

Yeah.

[Brie Bella]

And they started passing houses and, like, because they wanted to be first, but they're staring at each other running.

I Mean, isn't it?

But I told Mom. Mom said you and I were exactly like that trick or treating.

And J.J. mom goes, no, no, no, that's not just Betty and Mateo. You three were like that. Where I was like, are we. Let's enjoy. Enjoy. No, she goes. And then all sudden, you guys just didn't do it anymore. Yeah, but mom said we were all like that. Sprinting the whole time. House. House, like. And then of course trying to beat each other. All the things so crazy because sometimes Nicole and I look at each other.

And we're like, our boys are so competitive.

Like, it's wild.

It's always about being first.

Yeah. I mean, so then after Halloween, I have to coach our last soccer game. And you know, it was. I'll tell you, it was very interesting, my feelings going into that game because obviously I'm a little. I'm excited because I don't have the pressure of doing soccer practice every week. Trying to come up with the creative for that. And then the game. A lot of obligation. And I'm a volunteer, so it's like, you know, and so that part of me. Ah, nice. But then I was getting really sad. Like when it was. I almost wanted to keep going and going. Yeah, because you get attached to the kids.

Yeah.

[Brie Bella]

All of them have grown so much. Where even like some of the parents are like, we have a really good team. I'm like, yeah, these are five and six year olds. And the way they were dribbling and like shooting the ball, I'm like, you know, you know, I'm here if you need me.

But.

Yeah, so it made me sad because I'm like, I don't know, I might. A lot of those kids don't go to, you know, Buddy's school. So I don't know if I'll ever see him again. I'm sure we'll pass in some way. You know, do passing. Our paths will cross. But yeah, I was like bummed out. But we ended the season really strong. I felt really good and I honestly, like, I'm bummed you didn't get to see Buddy the last couple games. He is so you as a defender. But he wants to go up. How he runs and he naturally. Even Brian says something. How he naturally knows to cross someone's body and block a shot or like just take and zero fear. Like Brian's like, he has zero fear. I mean, he loves it. You know him. Even though he right now is the.

Things you're born with. Yeah.

He really wants to be a Football player.

Brian's like, and it sucks. Well, it doesn't suck, but. But he's built like a football player. Well.

And he has strength like a football player. And right now, what we're. What? When he is on his own doing his make believe. He is. Jalen hurts. You have to hear him. But you know what he said? He goes, was my defense better than the Eagles defense? You know, when they lost and they weren't doing good? It's better than he says that.

Okay, well, you know what Mateo said to me the other day? He was mad at me and I wouldn't let him. It was either have a candy or this something I said no to. So you know what he turned around and said to me? No. Go Eagles. Go Giants.

[Brie Bella]

How dare he?

I go, excuse me. And he goes, go, Giants. And it's just so weird what they pick up on.

Oh, because they hear us.

Because like, when he told me the one time, like, I hope Bonita Bonita sells nothing.

Yeah.

Not like I Bonita Bonita talks with them. He literally looked at me and said, go, Giants. And I.

Well, Buddy will say now, oh, then that's it. Game over. Buddy will say, the Cowboys play so dirty. Because I said that, like, what a dirty team. All these fouls, trying to fight us. So he'll say that. But so he really goes on Saturdays, is there football? And I'm like, well, there is college football.

Yeah.

[Brie Bella]

And I was explaining it to him because Brian can care less about watching sports. Buddy and I watch sports. Like he and Birdie go to the bookstore and go get, like, a tree.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah.

[Brie Bella]

And Buddy and I are in our jerseys, like, watching.

Yeah.

So I was like, I'll watch college. I'm not a college fan. I. Because I didn't go to college really. So. But I was like, I'll sit and watch the game with you, bud. And he loves hunger. College football.

I mean, he kept going, oh, oh. Because the way they tackle it.

I kind of was watching. Was like, oh, shoot.

Well, that's why it's like a big thing. What do you call it? It's funny because I wanted to put college football on and NFL on back to back days because I had Mateo all weekend. Right. And it's so funny because usually he wants to sit and watch, but he wanted to watch science experiments, Mr. B stuff. And he goes, no, go Eagles. And I'm like, well, first of all, the Eagles have a bye week. But because what I laugh about is instead of him saying, like, philadelphia Eagles or Eagles, I Guess, because I always say, go Eagles or whatever. He thinks that's their name. And I try to explain it to him.

Oh, I like it. Yeah, that's cute, though.

But he didn't. It was like, the first time. He didn't want. He wanted. I watched so many science experiments, Bri. I actually learned some things.

Oh, I'm sure you do. Like the color wheel, how you put two.

If you put water in a cup and you grab two, they have to be these certain type of batteries, and you put it up, the water starts to go into a tornado, and then there's this way to make a fire in a basket with. I can't remember, but anyways.

Yeah, I learned. And then, you know, you and Brian.

Will finally have, like, good conversations.

I actually. It was cute because at RAW yesterday, I was talking with some of the girls and they were. We were talking about my match last week and I was like, yeah, and Brian and blah, blah. And they're like, oh, my God, how cool. Like, so Brian gives you advice? I'm like, yeah, he gives me feedback. He sent. He has sent me stuff to watch. He'll tell me things to work on, and they're like, dude, you're so lucky. And I'm like, I know. And I go. And he's honest and very honest. That's why last night, did you notice how I was a little more. Why do I keep. I had more intensity going into things.

Oh, yeah.

I was really trying to think of it, which I need to still continue. But, like, I think you saw it even more so than my match, for sure. But those were things that I told myself. And it was funny because. What did Bailey say? I go, I need to just come up with, like, a word when I'm going into the next. Like, whatever it is I'm going to do to give myself that intensity. I want to tell my mind a word. I can't remember what she said. What did she said? Something so funny. I'm actually bummed. I can't think of it. And I was laughing really hard of I can't remember, but I want to think of that word inside. Like, that makes me go, go. You know what I mean?

I'll really get you going. But, yeah, I mean, yeah, well, when I, you know, watched your match in the beginning, I'm like, oh, I bet she worked with William Regal earlier that day.

No, but I, I not that day. But he gave me, he's been giving us all feedback.

He's the best.

The best because it's. Regal gives you the detail and he's given it to me before, before matches when he's seen me. But he gives you what makes the biggest difference in matches. It's the most technical thing, which is that maybe other people wouldn't realize, but when you change it, then it makes people go. They look at you as next level and they don't even realize it for sure. And it's even how you cover. That was like what we talked about last night and I was like, you're so like, he just gives the best pointers ever. It's brilliant.

I love working with her. I really have just. I just love it. And how amazing her English is getting, like, just every week. She amazes me when we're doing our promos and pre tapes together and stuff. You know, we shoot all those live. Like, we so think of someone like her. And I remember this with Oscar and Kyrie. Think of the women who don't know English well. And you're going live. You remember those feelings. Yeah. And so. But it's just been so fun. I was talking to mom on the drive home this morning from San Francisco, and she's like, I could just tell how happy you are, and you sound happy, even though I know you're tired and sore. But I could just, like, tell how happy you are. And I'm like, I'm so happy. And I'm having so much fun. Like, having Charlotte and Lexi there yesterday. We all were just having so much fun backstage stage. And I do got to say, New Mexico just brings such cool vibes. And I mean, I was even like, I could live in Albuquerque. Like, honestly, I really love it there. You know what? You know, it's the one thing I dry this morning heading into the airport because my flight was like an hour too later than my usual flights. So I got to see the sunrise. There is nothing like a sunrise and sunset with. In the desert, those mountains. And that's the one thing we just don't get in that. Because we're in a bowl brave.

You see why the Native Americans used all those gorgeous turquoise, the pinks, the. All the purple and all that? Because how the sky changes colors in those sunsets.

And my hotel was just.

Right? I was obsessed with it. And I mean, like, the most immaculate, like, room service because, you know, we go live. So I came back and it was.

But that crowd was so good. And then it's just everyone. Last night, there was so many fun surprises on Raw, which we had surprises. Like, we were even surprised. And gorilla and talent viewing that whole air. Everything was. Had to be really close.

All right, so I do too. Well, it's always when I get. I always go straight back to my hotel room from the arena FaceTime Brie and I do. I always, I'm always hoping they have room service still open. So what I do is I always order my room service first. Last night I did have to get a glass of wine.

[Brie Bella]

Oh, I heard you order it.

[Nikki Bella]

I know Brie. So when I get brie on the FaceTime I order my food. Last night I told her I go, I just really need a glass of wine. Some in the. As of late, I haven't been doing one after work because I. It gets so late because we are on it's.

[Brie Bella]

Well was a vibe.

[Nikki Bella]

It was a vibe and it was in my room. And then I put Brie up And Bri literally FaceTime me talking to me about the match and I take a really hot shower.

[Brie Bella]

She always facetimes me in the shower. Surprised your phone doesn't get ruined.

[Nikki Bella]

I know. And then we talk about the matchway. I just sit in the hot shower. I was. You know, you get sore a lot. And then I just do you don't waste water.

Your showers are pretty.

Yeah, my. They're still quick. And then I just do face my face routine and by then my room service is there and I get in bed, finish up FaceTime with Bri and then usually watch a show and go to bed. I'm pretty like right now. I still have like, you know the. I'll put on patches sometimes. Like the tiger bomb patches and stuff. But Other than that, depending on my adrenaline rush, like, my adrenaline rush started to come down when I was almost back to the hotel. So that's when I was like, I need a glass of wine to like, just top off my night. But I just love getting back into after after shows. I gotta. I gotta go be by myself in my hotel room every now and then. It's nice to go out and do something, but majority of the time I have to go decompress solo.

That I'm the same.

Yeah.

I think. I mean, you nailed it with a hot shower and stretching and just kind of being in a really quiet place.

Putting on the tiger bomb patches. Yeah. Laying in your bed naked, doing. And like last night I was craving sparkling water too. Like ice cold sparkling water. And I just wanted to feed my body those things I did.

Even after some of our media days that will have crazy ones or like some of the podcast stuff, I feel like if a hotel has bone broth. You and I have been so big on, like having to do our hot showers or bone broth. Yeah. We just like lay there in the quietness.

[Nikki Bella]

Well, you know what it is, is we give so much energy out and then we're giving. We're receiving so much energy. So you're just drained by that day. And the times that I realize you try to push through is just doesn't do anything for yourself. So you need to go back and fill yourself back up. But like, solo and like you like facetime. I like it because we get to discuss things and then you'll tell me stuff. What Brian said about the match and Buddy, like, I always like getting the.

What's so interesting about that is to show you how much social media drains you emotionally and even physically.

But that just shows you because when we first started, we didn't know what people were saying.

You really went off the crowd reaction. So when you were done and you're backstage, you didn't know anything else.

And this game will be thrown into a series of delightfully chaotic scenarios where the universe clearly has other plans. The rules are simple. For each situation, the twins have to decide if we'll hold the L and write it out or find a way to swerve out of it with style and maybe a little damage control. All right, here we go. Scenario 1. Mom of the year, Almost. You're at your kid's school for the fall bake sale. You brought gluten free, sugar free vegan cupcakes. You beam with pride until you realize you were supposed to bring napkins, not snacks. Take the L or run to target and heels.

[Nikki Bella]

Oh, I'm taking the L, writing that out because I brought gluten free, sugar free vegan cupcakes. So guess what? They can wipe it on their shirt.

[Brie Bella]

There you go. I'd take the L2. Yeah. And I'd actually say, are you sure? I think it was someone else who's supposed to. I would throw it on somewhere. I'd be like, did you tell Birdie to get napkins? Because she told me snacks. Scenario two, the pop up that popped off Bonita. Bonita launches a dreamy pop up. Everyone's vibing press is snap and picks and. And then someone, maybe brimoed opens a bottle of Bonita. Bonita too close to the chandelier. Glass everywhere. Do you hold the L with grace or blame the intern? You know, I would have to hold the L with grace.

[Nikki Bella]

Well, yeah, and I would blame bread.

[Brie Bella]

I would actually blame Brie mode, too.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah.

And guess what I would say.

A heartbeat. Yeah, you could say mom, but you say mommy. That is something different.

Yeah, I would just. I would like giggle and walk away and then in my head I'd be talking because I'd probably feel too bad to talk to their face, but in my head, I'd be saying, oh, yeah.

We'D see it in your eyes. For sure, for sure, for sure, for sure. All right, scenario six, mic drop moment. You get the mic at a live show, the whole crowd is watching you confidently shout the wrong city, hold the L and laugh it off. Or quietly vanish into the fog machine.

You get raised in a thing just because you're good at it. But it's not what set your soul on fire. It's not what you were meant to be. So you have to come to a place to unlearn it. But I like how Paulo puts it about the journey. You know what I mean? So I think it's great.
