Muscle Milk Protein for all. Hey everyone.
Nikki
Welcome back to the Nikki and Bri show. And Nikki, are you missing me right next to you?
Bri
I think I'm okay.
Nikki
No you're not.
Bri
Obviously I'm missing you. I mean the minute I came back, what did I send you a photo of from our crazy travels which we have so much to catch up on? I sent you a photo of our favorite matcha which I didn't have time for. That's a whole other story. And, oh, my gosh.
Nikki
And I have to tell you, there was a huge debate in the locker room, because when you sent me that photo, I was like, oh, my gosh, that's my favorite matcha latte. And some of the locker room goes, ew, that's disgusting. Matcha's gross. And Soul and I were like, matches are, like, the greatest things. And what we all have come to the conclusion is it must be a Cali thing. Like, us Cali people are obsessed with matcha lattes.
Bri
I mean, for sure. But I see matcha lattes, like, popular around the world and across the US I honestly.
Nikki
Do we.
Bri
No, but I. Yeah, Maxine's obsessed with matcha lattes. She's not. Well, she's originally Cali girl.
Nikki
There you go.
Bri
Okay, but I see. I mean, Bri, we travel everywhere. There's, like, popular matches everywhere. I just think it's, like, super healthy people or people that are a little bit more organic and earthy, because it's a very earthy taste. But by the way, like, drink of the summer right now is strawberry matcha lattes. And if you're in Napa Valley, some of the coffee shops are doing it from the strawberry stand. Like, you know, the grower that we love off of Silverado, they're, like, doing matches with hers. I, the other day, finally got a strawberry matcha. It's like dessert.
Nikki
The best.
Bri
The best.
Nikki
So, ew, whoever hates a match, did you top it? Did you top it with cold foam? Because then it goes really unhealthy quick.
Bri
Well, when they have non dairy. But they didn't have non dairy.
Nikki
I love me some. We got to make some non dairy cold foam.
Bri
I know. Well, some places do it and they'll be like, but it doesn't. Isn't. It isn't as frothy. And I'm like, well, I don't care. It melts down anyways.
Nikki
Right?
Bri
But, yeah, so you've been missed. There's so much I want to catch up on, because, like, we have a lot of. When Bri and I first got to go see the nascar, because, you know, when we did the Nikki and Bri show live, and if you guys haven't heard it, make sure to go watch on YouTube or listen to wherever you get your podcast. But that was just the beginning of our day. That was, like, how our day started. So then later on, Bri and I got to actually go see the NASCAR in person. That was so incredible. Like, we Both were just sitting there like, oh, my gosh, this is for real.
Nikki
Yeah, it was. It was really surreal, I think, you
Bri
know, because we've been to tons of
Nikki
NASCAR events and I. I just was like, whoa. Every time I'd, like, see it. I feel like I have a hundred videos of every time they were coming around our curve because I. It was surreal to, like, I couldn't get over every time it came around the curve. Just see Bonita Bonita. I have a hundred videos and it's like, you're.
Bri
Whoa. Yeah, that was really, really cool.
Nikki
Yeah, it was. It was an awesome moment for. For sure.
Bri
Such an awesome moment. And it's just so great to see how much love the wine gets and the cuve it. I just love when people taste it. Like, you missed out because, you know, you're in Tahoe and I'm here and we are filming with this show called Staycation, as you saw. So they're really popular on YouTube. They just won some Emmys. They're also on Roku and 2B. So they go into different places around the world, different areas, and they, you know, tell you about the best places there, where to come staycation at and visit. So they wanted Bonita Bonita to be a part of the Napa Valley one. So I was filming with them, and the guy genuinely was so impressed with our wine and bubbles. He. His fave was the cabernet. He just couldn't believe the Cabernet by Nikki and Brie. But he. Everything. Yeah, he loved our Rose of Grenache. And he. He couldn't believe the jalapeno in it and the smells and the family history. It was really cool because we just. We filmed a great episode and, oh, my gosh, Molly crushed it with our Tik Tok. We did. But it was really neat to like, have someone who's experienced so many places come in and want to experience the atmosphere of Bonita Bonita. But that's. Then taste and be like, wait, what? I'm like, yeah, dude. Like, what are we gonna sell? No, right?
Nikki
I love that.
Bri
Yeah.
Nikki
I mean, you know, it is. It's like, I think anyone who's listening, who's an entrepreneur, when you see, like, growth in your company, it makes you really proud, but you're also, like, it. It really makes you feel like you're hitting goals, you're feeling accomplished, because not all companies work out or things you start. A lot of times things can fail. So, you know, you and I get a lot of hope spots with Bonita Bonita and it's been thriving and it's been really neat to see just see it unravel totally.
Bri
And it made me think, like, when we were sitting there and he was interviewing me at one point and asking me a lot of questions about the company, the growth, you know, how we started, where we've taken it, you know, just a lot of business questions. I was like, why do Brie and I not have this on our own channels or our own platforms? Like, whether it's Bonita, Bonita's Instagram or website? Like, no one really knows our story of it unless we're interviewed by others. But he was super impressed by it. Like, yeah, we are. Well, one, we're women owned, but we're. We own it. We've never have brought anyone else into it. We've built this from the ground up. We've had some incredible partners as far as Ryan Hill, Michelle Whetstone Stone. Obviously we have Emily and Zach, who are amazing, you know, but we have small group of employees and what we've done with it, like, where it's at so far, like, even the guy was so impressed. He's like, that's incredibly impressive. And it's like, yeah, you know what? You're. You're right. Let me just, you know, pat my back a little bit.
Nikki
Well, I guess we got to get our director boots on and make a little video for our website.
Bri
Honestly.
Nikki
Let's do it. So I have, as everyone saw this past Friday night Smackdown, I finally got a singles match.
Bri
Can I do hashtag give divas a chance.
Nikki
Give Brie a chance. Just kidding.
Bri
So three minutes. So proud.
Nikki
So, you know, when I was told I've been like pitching a while to have a singles match, I've been wanting it forever, but so when I finally was like, oh, I get a singles match, I was like, super excited. When I heard the times, I was bummed. But also I understand, you know, Smackdown is back to two hours. It'll be two hours until January. So all of a sudden, when you're have all these storylines going on Smackdown and it's a three hour show and then boom, you get cut down to two hours, you're back to fighting for TV time and you know, they're going to condense a lot of stuff. So a part of me understood it. I mean, obviously, I won't lie, I was bummed. So for me, this is, this is how I look at it is that, you know, they try to get a bunch of stuff in and obviously I'm always grateful to be on the card. I mean, did, like, make jokes. Like, when I went, like, Paige and I were like, how did I lose my time? How did I lose my time? You know? Like, of course I'm gonna make jokes. And, like, any time.
Bri
Yeah, anytime.
Nikki
Or, like, if there's anyone we can give three minutes to, it's Brie Bella, because she's from the diva era. And I ca. And I did. And I did a lot with that three minutes. And I was like, you know what? Because Paige is. You know, she was honest. Like, are you bummed? I'm not gonna lie. I'm not here to, like, you know, stroke anyone and make anyone feel good about themselves. I was bummed, of course, but I'm like, I think I left the fans wanting more, for sure. Like, I'll admit, like, even when I heard my time before I got to the building, I was like. Like, I. I was pissed. But then I was like, you know what, Bri? Look what I get to do for, like, right.
Bri
Which is so beautiful.
Nikki
I'm like, do you know what I mean? Like, I was just at NASCAR the other day, got burnt as, but, like, got a good tan from it. But I was like. And now I'm, like, flying here to Philly. Like, got a high five, some Eagle fans in the airport. Like, you know what I mean? I went to my hotel room, got a good workout in, and then I'm off to the building and get a Go have some fun. Granted, do I wish it was longer, of course. But also, like, I did sit there.
Bri
I was pissed.
Nikki
We have goals.
Bri
Like, yeah, but I was, like, part of nascar. I want that to be weekly. I want, like, that's. It's great to want more. Right, Right.
Nikki
But also. Exactly. And then this is how I've always looked at it. Like, you can give me shit, and I'm going to make something out of it. And I do think at times, like, things can be done to bring people down or to not, like, give any. You know, like, go with any type of momentum. Like, there's definitely, like, things. But I've always been used to obstacles. It's like, I'm the type of person. It's like, give me, like, you know, lemons. I'll make lemonade. And, you know, and so. And I had a lot of great ideas, and I am like. I think when people, they do watch, they see so much of Brian's work in me because obviously, he's my coach, so we go over stuff. So when I tell him, like, oh, my God, I have a singles and, you know, my biggest thing I asked for is, like, I want to put on the yes lock. And they let me. I honestly will be honest, I didn't know if they would, because it is Brian's. And when people see the yes lock, it's not like they think of Brie Bella, you know, hopefully I change that, but they think of Daniel Bryan. So I was very grateful. And, you know, I wanted to kind of do my move that I did when I retired at WrestleMania, when I knew I was going to go off and get pregnant. I wanted to kind of bring in that movement that Neil from UFC taught me. And so I was. You know, there's things that I have to look at the bigger picture and see. Like, there's so many more positives than the negatives. And, like, for. You know. And, like, it's funny because Brian, I go, brian, I'm taking your yes kicks. I'm doing some knee shit. And now the yes lock. But he was like, bri, I'm retired. If there's anyone in the world I want to have my moves, it's my wife, right? So that. That made me, like, feel good, because I was like, okay, yeah.
Bri
And, you know, to your point, a little earlier, I remember how you felt a certain way, and then when we talked later after the show, because it was a double taping because of the holiday Fourth of July, I remember you even saying, you know, the Raw girls, they had three minutes, and so you felt. It made you feel like, you know, we just have to be so grateful for what we get. And. And I'm just grateful that I actually get to have a match. And that's how I felt for so long when people were really mad at me for not fighting to win, because I always would lose. I'm like, at least I get to be out there. Like, I'm so grateful for that. So the mindset is great. And then I know, though, that I also could feel other ways, too, about opportunity, about earning it, and not just always having to feel grateful for the opportunity, but, like, did I earn the opportunity?
Nikki
Right?
Bri
And then I could always. Why we are where we're at is because we want.
Nikki
We've always wanted more.
Bri
And that's a great place to be in, too. Everyone should always want that. In whatever it is you do, I want more, you know?
Nikki
Exactly. And like you said earlier, everyone's allowed to an opinion, allowed to and vent and feel whatever the hell they want to feel. They're allowed to have that. You are allowed to feel whatever you want. And you're allowed to voice that. And so, you know. But yes, I do say I'm grateful after, like, maybe not, you know, with feeling a certain way. Because in the end I do feel that. And I'll say like Raquel Maxine, on Monday Night Raw, they crushed it for the small amount of time they had. I loved their match. I was like, you guys nailed it. You know, but it was so funny because, you know, I thought Smackdown was going to film before Raw and because we got to TV so early that day. But then Smackdown was filming after Raw, which makes sense now because they, you know, moved up Raw that time to six. But I was before main event, so I was on late. It felt like three days put in one day for me. I was so tired. I kept looking at the time. I'm like, it's only 7pm I'm like, smackdown starting at 8:30. I just kept. Because we got to the building. I got to building at 10:30am Yeah, I was white.
Bri

Wayfair Every style, every home.
Nikki
But, you know, it was amazing. So when I was at San Francisco airport, I saw this cookie that was dairy free and gluten free and I like felt it and it was smushy. And I'm like, I'm gonna save that
Bri
for after my match baked. Let's go with like soft baked.
Nikki
Okay. But it was smushy and I loved it. So I literally had this cookie travel with me and I waited till after my match till I got my car and I smashed it and it was delicious. It was like the best treat after a match to have. I was like in heaven. So, yeah, so it was like all ended up being really good because I feel like I never really get cookies unless I go home and homemade. Like, you know, we make them those sweet. Sweet Lorraine's Sweet Lauren.
Bri
That's my sweet. Is it L O R E N. So I think, all right, whatever.
Nikki
Those might be my favorite cookies in the world.
Bri
We like mainly eat it just the cookie dough. Mateo and I.
Nikki
Okay, that's buddy. But I get nervous because I'm like.
Bri
But there's no, like.
Nikki
Oh, yeah, there's no egg. Oh, you're right. So that's why. Okay, I don't have to worry then.
Bri
Yeah.
Nikki
But dude, are they so good because are they just loaded with sugar?
Bri
Oh, I mean, I, I think there's a quite a bit.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
Yeah.
Nicole
Today's segment is sponsored by Nutri Grain, the hard working snack that keeps us fueled throughout every part of our day.
Bri
Oh, my gosh, Bri, it was just so busy getting here today. I just feel like I was so rushed. There was drop off at camps and I had to do my hair and makeup and I just felt like now with a new puppy, it's like I have to do his full setup and then run to the car. I'm like, wait, does he have water and food? And it's just like so busy getting here.
Nikki
Yeah, well, and I felt like today
Nicole
we had to start earlier than we
Nikki
usually do because, you know, we have
Nicole
a new producer, which we're very excited. New tech guy Zach to help us out.
Nikki
But it's like kind of the structure
Nicole
of the show, figuring it all out.
Nikki
And for me, when I start my days earlier that I'm usually thinking like,
Nicole
later, I always forget to eat.
Nikki
And now. What time is it?
Nicole
Oh, it's 1210, which is past lunchtime and we still haven't eaten today. Yeah.
Bri
And it's crazy because on busy days there's nothing like having a convenient snack. You know what I mean? Because I'm just like you. I cannot stand when I'm going here and going there and I don't have time to stop to get food. When I look at my passenger seat, I'm like, oh, my gosh, I didn't pack anything.
Nicole
I know why they created the word hangry you. And I get angry hangry.
Bri
I always need something in my purse because I just go, go, go. And especially for us moms who when we have drop off to pick up, there's only so much time to get so much done.
Nicole
And I can't interview people if I'm hangry because then the conversation goes way south.
Bri
I can't do anything hangry. Yeah, I can't do anything hangry.
Nikki
And we're just always on the go.
Nicole
So I need a snack that can follow me and work with me. Nutrigrain fits in naturally with those in between moments as they're trying to record the show.
Bri
Yeah, those hangry moments. Yes. Can just pull a nutrigrain out of bag.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
Oh, yeah.
Bri
You know, I need to start packing too, just in case you forget one. Then I have one for you. Vice versa.
Nikki
What I think is we need intermission. It's like weed or nutrigrain bar.
Bri
Yeah, Maybe I just want to pack
Nicole
four back for the third quarter.
Bri
Yeah, I'm just gonna put a box In, I have big bags. Nutrigrain is made with 10 grams of whole grains, 10 vitamins and minerals, and no high fructose corn syrup.
Nicole
I mean, fiber and deliciousness. Those are two things I'm always looking for.
Bri
And new Nutri Grain Crunchy offers a new, crisp, satisfying option. It has 23 grams of whole grains.
Nicole
I mean, chocolate chip chia.
Nikki
And they have raspberry, strawberry. I mean, the list goes on.
Nicole
Of delicious flavors that you can indulge.
Bri
Yes. And can I repeat? No high fructose corn syrup. Amen. Thank you. And the other plus, Nutrigrains are just so easy to take everywhere. Thanks again to Nutrigrain for sponsoring today's segment and keeping us fueled through all the chaos behind the mic.
Nicole
Find your nutritious and always delicious Nutri Grain bars at your favorite store or
Bri
online retailer, and look for new Nutrigrain Crunchy bars in stores near you. Okay, Bri, so let's talk about what's trending right now. Obviously, World cup is the biggest trend ever.
Nikki
Oh, yes.
Bri
Oh, yes. Did you know that Mexico is Adidas's best selling World cup jersey right now?
Nikki
That doesn't surprise me, right? That doesn't at all. I mean, one, I just feel. Well, by the way, I'm sure World cup jerseys around the world are selling like crazy, but I just feel like the Mexico fans, like, all the footage I've been watching, I mean, and for how big the country is, like, they've all come together to support their team
Bri
and that they've been also playing games in Mexico. Mexico City.
Nikki
Yeah.
Bri
Like that last game where they just won to go the next round in Mexico City.
Nikki
Unreal. But okay. My goosebumps right now. Can I just tell you, did you see the video of the kid, he had to be like, 13, who saved his allowance for a year to buy his dad one of those jerseys. Nicole, I'm like, more goosebumps.
Bri
But did you see the little Mexican kid who went to the game and didn't have a jersey, so he wore Christmas sweater to be in the same colors. And then one of the players on the Mexico team got him a jersey. He wanted to know who that kid was because the photo literally went viral. Like, it makes me want to cry. And oh, my God, bought him a jersey. I have to say, there's been so many incredible videos of people from Mexico of whether it's surprising. Like the one guy who surprised his dad in San Diego who's from Mexico.
Nikki
Oh, my gosh, so cute.
Bri
And he goes, what? And you could tell. He just was like, no, no, we
Nikki
gotta know what to do.
Bri
And ye, that one was incredible. I loved when South Korea won. This was a little bit ago. And all the Mexican fans are doing the Gangnam style dance with them and they're all celebrating.
Nikki
I have amazing.
Bri
The World cup. Not that it's brought world to peace, but it's shown you. And you see this all over of like you. You take away politics and people in power and what has been said and you just see the love people have for each other. And 100 all these people are getting mixed up. Like, it's been just so fun to watch all the different cultures mix with each other, but also embrace each other's cultures and laugh and have fun. And like when I sent you the video of the one guy, where was he from? From Norway. And he's like, I like Mexican Latinas. And the guy's like, well, they're like,
Nikki
what is it great about being here in Texas? And like when you sign and I
Bri
don't like Mexican Latinas. What brings you to Austin?
Unknown Female Speaker 1
Study.
Unknown Female Speaker 2
Okay. And.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
And the Mexican Latinas.
Nikki
But I posted this thing in my IG story, which, you know, I like to post a lot of things that can ruffle people's feathers, but it literally said World cup has shown us it's not the people keeping world peace away from each other. It's our leaders, us people. We all connect. We get along. The World cup has shown that we like to support each other. We like to have fun and interact with each other's cultures and kind of be goofy with it, make fun of it. It's our leaders that have separated us. It's our leaders that have caused these wars and all this tension and destruction and anger and death. I will just go on. So the World cup has proven that. So thank you. We need better leaders to not only run the United States of America, to run the world. And thanks to the World cup, they've shown that. So there's an argue, there's. Anyone wants to debate me, then call and we can debate. Yeah,
Unknown Female Speaker 2
okay, Mom. For my dorm, I'm thinking Coquette meets Poet Core.
Nikki
That sounds like a vibe.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
What do you need and where do we get it?
Unknown Female Speaker 2

Nikki

Unknown Female Speaker 2
Coquette meets Poet Core.
Nicole

Muscle Milk protein for all. Okay, can I also say like, let me give real quick a shout out to the USA team because what a great game that was. I'm so fired up. Actually, it's Monday, so I'm fired up for the game tonight. And can I say that Holland has become one of like my most favorite people in the entire world.
Nikki
Let me guess why?
Bri
Why?
Nikki
I don't know why. I was thinking because of a player?
Bri
Well, no, no. Holland, the soccer player who plays for Norway.
Nikki
Oh, I thought you meant the team.
Bri
No.
Nikki
Okay, so his name is Holland.
Bri
Yeah, I mean, I'm probably saying a little wrong. Holland, I don't know how they say, but he's just for someone who is built like a true Viking from centuries ago and eats like one and does life like one. But he is, so you could tell, lovable and has a funny personality. He's just so funny. But like how everyone's reenacted him, like even Channing Tatum being at that last game commercial together and the whole rowing, like everything about it, I. My whole feed is turned into him.
Nikki
Oh, I'm sure because you DM me so many videos of him. But what about the video? Oh, the memes are incredible. What about the video of him like getting his wife a chair and you're like, oh, and you're like, this guy just, like, what doesn't he do?
Bri
Perfect.
Nikki
But, like, you just see his wife standing there and you see him just, like, come across like, I don't know where he grabbed the chair. It kind of, when you see it seems like it was far and just dragging it over to, like, give her a seat, you know, I was like. Because I don't feel like. And not that, like, I'm a bitter bitch, but I feel like chivalry is kind of gone out the door. I'm being at the airport, single one.
Bri
So, yeah, girl, it really has.
Nikki
And I'm not complaining. Or actually I am complaining because at the airport, I can't believe how many men, like, will cut me off, like, to be line or like, not open the door for me. It's like, you clearly see you have nothing in your hands. I have both my luggage and I'm trying to open it up with my leg. And like, and it's just kindness, like, and it's fine. I can have a woman do it. I don't give a shit who does it. But like, yeah. Oh, buddy. I let him always let Birdie walk in first. Open up the door 100.
Bri
Well, but look at all those reels that go viral of when people, like, film. Like when they're letting the mom hold the kids carry all this stuff on the beach and the dad's just looking down at his.
Nikki
Oh, I think I liked that one because I was like, ew, ew.
Bri
And then the dad who's just eating dinner, watching, like a sports game on his phone as the mom has the three kids on her lap and is trying to feed them all. Yeah, don't even get me started.
Nikki
No, but this is my thing. They're like, well, they want to vote, they want jobs so they can open up their own doors. Like, no, come on. It's like, not about that.
Bri
You can't even get me started because then people think I'm a man hater, feminist. And I'm like, no, no, no. I am just talking about etiquette, respect. But sure, if you want to think of that. I mean, I pay my own bills and some.
Nikki
So my husband. My husband loves that I have a career, that I'm independent. And he still opens up my doors. He always, when we go walking, makes sure that I'm never on the side of the street side where the cars are at. He always moves when I do that.
Bri
When a man does that for you, it's so Brian.
Nikki
Ever since we have dated, Brian has always done Brian's chivalry is, like, through the roof.
Bri
Yeah.
Nikki
He has never stopped. And he also supports me on having a career. So no one. That's why. That's why I hate on it, because I'm like, if my husband and I see Brian open up doors for other women or like, when he. Brian sees a mother struggling with kids, Brian's the first one to, like, go help. Like, oh, can I carry that for you?
Bri
Can I help you? Like, well, I've been in elevators where it's older men, and he makes sure his wife goes through. And then, like, if me or a few other women are in there, he's like, no, no, go, please.
Nikki
Oh, yeah, for sure.
Bri
I've seen that. But it's funny because it's majority of the time older men. And I'm like, me.
Nikki
Oh, I literally. Actually, it was in Philly. I bumped the guy out of line because he tried to cut me off, and I, like, bumped him and how he looked at me, and I'm like, yeah, like, you want me to tell you off in front of everyone right now? I'm like, get behind me like you. He literally. I think he thought, like, I wasn't supposed to. Supposed to, like, go. Yeah, Because I was like, first class. Like, I would, like, as if I was in the wrong zone. Yeah, no, I was. Zoned him out. Then he had to walk right behind me, which, you know, then they get bothered. So he was like, right on my ass, and I was like, whatever. I'm like, but you are not going in front of me.
Bri
Yeah, I've been with a lot of single girls as of late. And, like, our conversations, we're just like, where are the good guys? Well, they're all taken. That's what we said. All the good guys are taken. It's like, you have to wait for, like, either divorce or something. And if it's not their fault, it's hard. It's like, I took a photo of a guy coming out of a coffee shop the other day to send in the girls. Like, I can't see a ring, but he looks hot. He has a coffee in his hand, and he's getting into, like, a working truck. Because we were saying, like, how hot, like, ranchers and farmers are and, like, live in these small towns.
Nikki
It's like, yeah, people get a little
Bri
dirty, you know, and then there's something hot about, like, a guy for some reason, getting a coffee, we said. And, like, then getting in his, like, rancher truck. So it happened to be that we had this convo, and then it was the next day, and I took a photo. I'm like, I can't see the ring, but, yeah, it's hard.
Nikki
I mean, I told you about that one guy in the coffee shop, that Italian looking guy. And I said, you need to drive here right now. I guess I almost was gonna, like, pretend to be you.
Bri
Right?
Nikki
It wasn't.
Bri
This wasn't in Tahoe.
Nikki
This was enough.
Bri
I know. Yeah, I know.
Nikki
Yeah.
Bri
Mountain guys, they'll come.
Nikki
You can get your mountain guys.
Bri
I know.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
Need it.
Bri
Yeah, something like that. That's okay.
Nikki
Yes, we do. Well, I say, because even though this is really fun, I could talk about douchebags and dudes all day long. Literally douchebags even more. But you know, there's good guys out there, too. We ain't hating that much.
Bri
They're just taken. All the good ones are taken.
Nikki
Yeah. So. But I say we do a little DM action. What's in the dm? Oh, you and I have been.
Bri
We've been on, going.
Nikki
We've been on a roll.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
Yeah.
Nikki
You know, I think. Okay, so you remember I kept sending you those funny ones.
Bri
Yeah.
Nikki
The other night.
Bri
A lot of good funny ones as of late.
Nikki
I. I did. I really did. Yeah. I mean, you want to pull them up and tell everyone what I sent you so they kind of know where I was at the other night. Actually, I sent this. Those. All those to you after my singles match when I was in my. In my car service back to Philly.
Bri
Yeah. Well, let me see. Which. Which ones do you want me. The fun mom was hilarious.
Nikki
Actually, do the one really quick and put the. The volume, because this happened to me yesterday with the kid stuff Buddy had. We had a great day. We did all these things. I let him eat three cookies and he wanted one more. And I go, absolutely not, bud. You're usually only allowed to have two if I let you. Yeah, I let you have a third one because I felt like, mommy's home, like, celebration. This is fun. Told me off. I like, looked at Brian. I'm like. I go, you're not allowed to speak to me like that. You're the worst mommy ever. And, like, starts going off and I go, because I'm not letting you have a fourth cookie. I go, go to your room. Go to your room. You are not allowed to talk to me. So I sent Nicole this thing, but I sent that to you the day before.
Bri
Happened to me this past week, too. And I got so upset. I'm like, oh. I go, I've done so much for you. I'm like, don't you remember Virginia? The other weekend we saw the 611 you got to be in the engine. I gave you this and that and blah blah, blah.
Nikki
I got.
Bri
So Bri sent me this because I felt the same. So it's titled Fun mom.
Nikki
But read the quote first. Oh, you're right. Before you hear that.
Bri
Okay. So it says fun mom, and then the quote says my kids telling me it's the worst day ever. After we just spent the day at the pool, got ice cream and ordered a new movie. But I said no to their third cupcake.
Nikki
You have massively me over. I will never think of you the same.
Unknown Female Speaker 3
Yeah.
Nikki
Enjoy your bad karma.
Unknown Female Speaker 3
Right.
Nikki
Rotten hell. Right.
Unknown Female Speaker 4
Evil.
Nikki
Literally. I felt buddy said that exactly to me yesterday, but more in a six year old. Well five almost six year old verbiage. But pretty much that was his tone and. And with his eyes. That's what he was saying to me.
Unknown Female Speaker 2
Yeah.
Nikki
And I'm like. I was like.
Bri
To me. I mean, they all do, right?
Nikki
And Brian had to walk away because he like kind of wanted to laugh because my. I mean, you like when he started up, at first I thought he was kidding. When I heard him raise his voice and when I turned around and saw he was telling me off, I was like, you're really not telling me off because I'm not giving you a fourth cookie. But I didn't have it. And then guess what? He sat in his room in timeout. And later he came out, he apologized to me. He realized he was really mean. And that wasn't, you know.
Bri
You know, it's like Birdie like sat there like this.
Nikki
Like Birdie couldn't believe.
Nicole
Yeah.
Nikki
Birdie has never told me off like that, by the way. Nor can I imagine her. But I was like, like Birdie's great. Like, if I'm like Bird, I feel
Bri
like it's boys because they have testosterone.
Nikki
It has to be right because.
Bri
Right. Bird.
Nikki
And I can talk about it. Like, I'm like Birdie, like baby little
Bri
girls really tell their parents.
Nikki
Actually I have two Birdie's just not like that.
Bri
Little girls, I feel like are great manipulators. Yeah.
Nikki
You know, so read that one.
Bri
Really sent me the quote. And I will say There is almost 600 comments on this. They're pretty funny. It said if dick size showed through jeans the way boobs show through shirts, half these men would shut the upper legit.
Nikki
That's after. Yeah.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
Oh.
Bri
Followed by Gail Kim. I'm like, oh, she like.
Nikki
Like that.
Bri
That. That was a funny one, but a good one. Yeah.
Unknown Female Speaker 4

This year's girls trip to Telluride was the best. We one upped ourselves with my Sapphire Preferred card and with 5 times points on Chase Travel plus 3 times points on vacation homes with top brands, we got this incredible cabin.
Nikki
It was a mansion.
Unknown Female Speaker 3
And with three times the points on dining, we ordered a wagyu steak dinner
Nikki
and that pistachio gelato was too good.
Unknown Female Speaker 3
So where should we go next year?
Nikki
I've got ideas.
Unknown Female Speaker 3
Chase Sapphire preferred the card that's preferred for a reason. Cards issued by JP Morgan, Chase bank and a member FDIC subject to credit approval terms apply.
Bri
I'm going to end our inspiration affirmation with actually a DM that I sent you.
Nikki
Ooh.
Bri
Because this one hit me hard and I threw it in my IG stories and a lot of people loved it as well. And I just want to have this person take us out on inspiration affirmation because I want to share this with as many women and girls that I can especially and even my guys that are listening now. I feel like you could take in and my boys, you could take something from this too. So this is going to be. This is our inspiration affirmation for the day.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
I just saw this woman online bragging that she's 30 years old and she's never had Botox or plastic surgery. And I started laughing and then I stopped laughing and I thought, oh my God, what have we done? Because when I was 30, I was having a blast living in a city I couldn't afford, at a job I wasn't qualified for, living on two buck chuck and tuna sandwiches, spending all my money on plane tickets to anywhere, just surviving on the confidence of a woman who'd never been judged online. Because at 30 I wasn't trying to become prettier. I was trying to become me. And becoming yourself is messy. You have to get things wrong and fail and embarrass yourself and fall on your face. Date a few dipshits before you Find your hair all because that's how you learn what matters. We're failing younger generations by teaching women that preserving yourself is more important than becoming yourself. Because the greatest luxury in life is the wisdom you earned. You're just being convinced it's not because they can't sell it in a jar, because nobody makes money. When a woman looks in the mirror and thinks, I'm good. We spend so much of our time talking about what aging takes from us, and we need to spend some more time talking about what aging gives us. Like character stories we're telling. The confidence to walk out of a restaurant because the music's too loud, who and what we love, and being able to say, hell f no to the rest of it. And most importantly, freedom from whether or not someone else finds you beautiful because you do. And nothing feels better than that wisdom. Is the glow up. We just don't get to see those before and after pictures all day, every day. Right, Harold?
Nikki
So good. I mean, it's funny.
Bri
You get chills during that.
Nikki
I mean, the. The chills got bigger, bigger and bigger. And everything she says is spot on. And, you know, I know for the younger generation, they hate, I think hearing from, like, older millennials just how much better life was without social media and constantly being on our phones. But everything this woman is saying in this beautiful monologue, she's 100. Correct. Like, she. She just nails it in such a graceful way, too. Yeah, I loved it. I saw that a long time ago. And then when you sent it to me, I was like, oh, my gosh, I forgot about this. But it's. It's a good.
Bri
I agree. It was a really good one. And just the moments of. About finding yourself. Like, we were focused on finding who we are and becoming who we are. And even the. How the world is focused on preserving yourself is becoming more important than becoming yourself.
Nikki
For sure. And it is messy to figure out who you are, and everyone feels like they can't get a little messy. It's like
Bri
dating a few before you find your herald.
Nikki
Oh, yeah.
Bri
So she's called TMI Aunt Tammy on social media. So I just want to give her credit because that was, you know, her. Her post. But that's something that I want to play for myself almost every day or play for, gosh, the younger generation. And. And I feel bad for them because they have had this push on them. It's about. It's about what's outer than inner and.
Unknown Female Speaker 3
For sure.
Bri
And documenting and just living and messing up and. Right. Knowing that you're gonna grow from it.
Nikki
Yeah. And, you know, for me, it's like, even you and I, who are in our 40s, and I. I look at women older than us in their 50s, 60s, and everyone's striving to look so young and younger. But, like, it is true. It's like, instead of, like, us being concerned about aging, we should. It should be different. We should be happy days. Because that's the wisdom. Yeah. And the before and after pictures of the wisdom you gained. Yeah. Instead of, like, the beauty of it.
Bri
Right. And I get. I feel guilty of it at times because I think, you know, I'm here. I am single, 42, and I. I focus on some things, or I can tend to be insecure about some things because I am single at this age. And so when I think about dating or I, you know, put myself like, oh, but do I look good enough here? Will I be comfortable? Comfortable enough naked? Or what if he thinks of this or that? It's so wild how I have to, like, talk to myself, like, no, no, no. Someone will appreciate you. Because it's one thing when you're growing old with someone, they appreciate those things. But I'm not growing old with someone right now, so.
Nikki
But you want to be with a
Bri
guy who does appreciate, and I. I agree.
Nikki
Not a guy that makes you feel like you need to look young and.
Bri
Right.
Nikki
Whatever.
Bri
That's why I have to, like, watch that every day, too, for myself, even at this age, being single because of what we can fall into, because of how the world makes us feel.
Nikki
Right. Exactly.
Bri
Oh, my gosh.
Unknown Female Speaker 1
Look at her.
Bri
She's getting older. She's looking older. It's like, yeah. No, but. Yeah, so.
Nikki
Right. And that's the thing is, like, even, you know, being back wrestling, I'm proud to be 42, going to be 43 this year, keeping up with people that are much younger than me. And there's also women that are around my age and that we're all intermixed. And I don't mind people talking about my age. Like, wow, look at Bri at 42 in there. Yeah. Look at me at 42, jumping off the top rope and hitting a missile drop kick. Right now, granted, the next morning, I feel a little different than I did 10 years ago, but I'm proud that I can. I. I'm in there, like, for me, like, at my best cardio, at, you know, moving, my best learning, and. And so it's. It's amazing. That was very. That might be my most favorite inspiration affirmation. We have left everyone with.
Bri
I completely agree. And on that note everyone, we hope you have a great week. Make sure to like and subscribe to watch all of our videos on all of our platforms, YouTube, Instagram, tick tock, all Facebook, all the things. And you can also check us out at SiriusXM Stars109. Nikki
That's right love.
Bri
Until next time. Bye everyone.
Nikki

Final Affirmation:
“We spend so much of our time talking about what aging takes from us, and we need to spend some more time talking about what aging gives us...You’re just being convinced it’s not, because they can’t sell it in a jar, because nobody makes money when a woman looks in the mirror and thinks, ‘I’m good.’” — TMI Aunt Tammy, via Bri [40:30]
