What up everyone? Welcome back to another Nikki and Bri show episode. And yes, I'm still solo. Bri is still basking in the Tuscan sun, making me jealous with all of her videos and photos. But on our next episode we will have Brie back. So you are getting me solo and I wanted to start off this episode with it was a it was a quick IG story. So you may or may not have saw, but Mateo and I have added to our family. We added a fur baby so we now have a new mini Pomeranian. I know you like your chaos, my beautiful chaos. I just added more. But Mateo has been begging for a long time that he's wanted a dog and I told him, well when mommy's done wrestling is when we can discuss about getting a dog. So being injured and being at home and Mateo asking I was like maybe this is just a good time to finally give him a dog. And he told me mommy, I want a dog from Korea and he's always wanted the white mini Pomeranian and he's just we'll watch a lot of videos and he's like, that's the dog I want. So I was like, okay, Google, within however many miles are there any available? And there was this seven month old Pomeranian that no one took. And he was so cute. He seemed so perfect. He is so perfect. And I was like, let's just do it. So emailed, hey, is this, you know, dogs still available? Got into conversation, gave it a night to think about it. Once I found out he was a woman, you know, was going to keep him and then decided not to. So it was like, okay, they we could be the perfect home for him. They really wanted to find a home for him where there was a kid because his first seven months he had been around children. So it all felt perfect. Has it been a lot of work? Yes. But we brought home, we call him Remy Chariots. So Matteo named him. Of course. I was like, matteo, whatever you want to name this baby boy, you name him. So his name is Remy, Remy Chariot. Matteo said, and it's funny because when there is a few times he'd be like, romano, Remy Chariot. So I'm like, is it Romano? And he's like, well, I want Remy because I want to keep it Korean. And I was like, is Remy Korean? And then I'm like, oh, wait, one of the K pop demon hunters. There's Remy, right? So I'm like, my son is upset, obsessed with Asian culture, whether it's Korean, Japanese or Chinese. Mateo is so obsessed with it. So it's really cute, like what he's brought in as far as the name. And then Chariot. I was like, how cute that he. He said his last name is Chariot, which I love. He's like, I'm Chig Vincent and you're Garcia Colis. So this is Chariot. I'm like, okay, Mr. Chariot. I love it. Remy's been great. You know, the potty training, it's just a lot of work on me and Tao. I will say Tao's really stepped up in ways, cleans up his toys because we don't want Remy to choke on Legos. And there's just different things where I've seen my son grow up and that's made me very proud. And he loves Remy so much and I love all that. And to see them play, they play so hard. I was like, this is exactly what I wanted. And it was funny because the first night we had him, I was cooking dinner and it was like the first time Mateo didn't come to me at all in the kitchen. Like, mommy, can you just Pause and play with me or can I have this? Or can I do that? And I actually got, like, sad. So I walked over to him, and I was like, matteo, I miss you. You haven't even walked up to mommy while she's cooking dinner. And I could tell he was like, what? But I. I had a moment where I was like, oh, my gosh, wait, am I ready for this? Because it's just wild to think tomorrow my baby boy is graduating kindergarten, and then we're already going to be getting into the grades part. Like, it's just all feels like it's happening so fast. I know days can feel long, but it's just, you know, seeing him be a big boy with his toys and now his dog, and he's going to be a first grader and all the things. It's been a lot. And, you know, right when we wake up in the morning, it's, get Remy. We'll take him outside. It's just a lot of big, big, big boy things. So it's been a crazy transition, but Remy has already brought in so much love into our house, so it's really cute. And it's crazy because I take him everywhere. I'm like, how am I? I did not think I'd be this person. And my mom at first was like, you're crazy for this because of your schedule. But Bri is like, there's. There's never a good time to get a dog. And a dog brings in so much love into the house, so you have to do it. So here I am, Dog mom now. Well, I like to say dog grandma, because I'm like, teo, this is your baby boy. Your mommy's baby boy. So just make sure you always help in all the things. But call in you guys, send in DMs if any of you have great advice about a mini Pomeranian or Pomeranians in general. I've been watching a lot of videos just because I want to make sure he's well trained. So I have been on it about potty training, which it's a lot. The first two days, though, because he was a boy, he would go to the bathroom outside and then come inside and just start marking up the place. And I was having a really hard time because, you know me with my cleansiness, my smells. Like, I just. I like when things are clean, and I like when there's beautiful smells. And so the aesthetic is getting a little off and breathes like it won't this. This time period goes away. It's not for long. And I'm like it better. But he has brought in a lot of warmth, I will say. So that has made me really happy for Mateo. And Mateo's just all the time telling everyone or want to pick him up from school, is my Pomeranian here? Do you have my Pomeranian? So that, like, makes it cute, even though he's already asking for another one. Because he's like, well, Remy needs a friend, Mommy. And I'm like, oh, hey, well, Remy needs to get potty trained before we even talk about bringing in a friend. Which, you guys, I don't think I could ever bring in a friend. But so here we are in June, New month. New Mindset. Actually, I hope our. My last episode with Niv really helped Neve. How am I saying this wrong now, Neve? I hope it really helped you actually, for mindset. And I wanted to dive in a little bit about my entrepreneurial stuff, because I feel like I really haven't had a moment to discuss some of the things that I'm invested in. As you all saw, I'm a chief margarita officer, which, by the way, is that, like, not the cutest name ever? I know I touched on it a little bit with Bri, but definitely check out Madame PETA. It's a new tequila company that not only I've invested in, but I am the chief margarita officer. Um, have some incredible recipes online. You can buy our product online eventually. You know, the goal is to be available in stores throughout the U.S. right now we're in Texas. We're working on California, Arizona right now. You could definitely buy us on our website. So do that for Bottle Rock weekend. I didn't go. I was Matteo the whole weekend. I just didn't want to leave him because I was in Vegas for a few days. But I was making everyone the Nikki Bella special. You can go see my recipe online. But just a really refreshing, skinny margarita. And as you know, we are 100 Blue Agave. Super clean. A lot of badass women have founded this company, work for the company. It's just a great group to be a part of. So check us out, please. Give us some love. Some follows on Instagram. Let us know what you think. My mom was even I had my mom just try to tequila straight. Loved it. Even my brother, after I made him a few of my specials, his friend kept drinking the Nikki Bella special. But then my brother's like, I just want this on the rocks. This tastes so good. I'm like, I know. It's so clean and nice, so have some summer fun with that. Because we are now officially on summer break for us parents, I mean, for some of it's good things. Some I know are like, oh, man. Hopefully you all have summer schools or summer camps the kids get to be a part of, but you will love those drinks.
Okay, Nick. You know, summer's coming up, which means a lot of fun things are going on. I feel like, from our family reunion to different wine events. I mean, there's so many events, and I feel like we always want to have a new look for each one of them.

I feel like we have been in the era for a very long time about online shopping, right? And sometimes it's just really hard to remember all of the passwords and the emails of all the different sites that you shop on. Sometimes I'm like, how many times have I been back here? And I know we've had some incredible women on here in the past that have talked about us building our money, investing our money, how we save, how we grow our money. And these are different ways how I grown my money just investing in different things that hopefully one day they sell right and you get that check and you're like, okay, cool. And I've known by growing as an entrepreneur, but sometimes things won't work out. I've invested in medical and storages. Another thing that I've invested in because it's something that I believe in, obviously drinking tequila, but sunscreen, I don't know if you've seen Brie and I, I feel like last summer you guys saw us post about it and we've talked about it a little bit on here, but we invested in the sunscreen company wear spf. Very athletic, driven for athletes, not runny. It's meant to sweat in, great for your skin. That was like one of my first things when I had my meeting was can I put this on my child and will it be safe? And all the answers were yes. And so where's pf? If you're looking for sunscreen, check us out. It was founded by Justin Thomas, as you all know, big pro golfer, also very nice friend. Which when we got the investment brought into us, and I love Justin and trust everything that he does and obviously being an athlete and be someone who's being someone who's super active in the summertime and always wearing sunscreen. We always need our sunscreen. I think. What do they say? Like we can have about 15 minutes of sun without sunscreen and then you should really start to protect yourself with anti aging and all the different things. But where SPF get us, check us out. Go look at our website. You'll see what it's about, why Justin founded it, why it's important to him. So if you didn't know. Yeah, Bri and I are investors in that, and you'll see us post a little bit of stuff. I keep looking over to the right because I have, like, my Madame Paleta bottle and my where spf. I have, like, all my things that I brought. I have my Bonita Bonita bracelets. I had did lit an incent earlier. It was like a specific meditation for that. And I just kind of had all my things around it. But I thought I would dive in to that. Starting a new month, new mindset. So just think about different ways it's summertime, different ways I can grow my money, different ways I could save my money. It's obviously summertime fun now, but how can we have fun while saving as well? I've been doing that kind of planning because it's like, okay, I want Mateo and I have a fun vacation. So what's our vacation this summer? How are we going to grow to be the best first grader we can be and mommy to continue to make her brain strong? And on top of that, what are ways that I could just keep the household thriving and growing? So kind of plan that right now and. And give yourself a really great June, July and August. And then you're gonna be prepped for a new school year and going into the fall. But how can you make this summer not feel stressful, but also fun? There's so much fun around us. That's the one thing I think that's so great about summer is, and why we need to protect our water is there's so many beautiful lakes and rivers to swim in. You know, the Napa River. I just see people go enjoy it, and they pack a little picnic. There's beautiful parks. So make a little picnic at lunch. Maybe grab your favorite bottle of Bonita Bonita or, you know, whatever you want and go picnic. Go enjoy Mother Nature. And also while you're enjoying Mother Nature, how can we make her better? It's funny. I'm totally the mom at the playground. Why Mateo's planning playing. You will see me picking up trash. Any playground I go to, I always make sure to pick up trash. Which I'm always like, why are people not telling their kids to pick up after them? That's okay. But I just encourage you all to say, wouldn't Bree be so proud of me, by the way, right now, like, my green thumb and heart? But I really, you know, when I was thinking about this episode, I was like, there's so much that I want to get out there and say to people just so much that I've been feeling, whether I've been seeing things online, reading things, things I've been going through, you know, being here. And as I'm getting stronger to get back to the ring, I'm just thinking, you know, focusing on all the companies I'm invested in. How do I make them better? What can I do? You know, having the conversations with my business, business manager, how can I save? I want to put more money into Mateo's education fund, because I always put a little money into a fund every month for Mateo, because I don't want him to ever have to worry about college and that time period. Also, if it's trade school, he wants to do whatever he wants to do, but he'll have this fun for him that he can decide what he feels will make him, you know, great for his life. And so those things are important to me to do. So I encourage you all to do the same and to set an intention for this month and also for this summer. It's funny because I like to always think of, like, what's the summer vibe? Like, what is. You know how we. There's always a theme for the summer now, which I actually like this. So I Google, I'm like, okay, well, what's the summer theme for 2026? And I kid you not, the first thing that came up, and I was like this little. Of course it's called the Italian summer. And I say little because I've been having such fomo, watching everything Bree's doing and all the videos she sends Me or the FaceTimes and the girls she's with and all the wine tasting she's doing and the Italian food and all of it. And I'm like, of course, 2026 is the Italian summer, and the Italian summer is supposed to have. But you know what? We're gonna make Italian vibes here. I actually really like that this is the vibe everyone wants to go with. Last night, I was just really craving to do, like, full Italian. This is before I knew we were having an Italian summer, you guys. But I just needed my own Italian vibes because breeze just made me so envious. You know, when you're watching a show a lot, and whether it's like. Like when I'd always watched Scandal and Olivia Pope was always drinking that red wine out of that really big glass. Like, I had to end up buying, like, a really big, nice song glass because it just made me crave incredible wine in a nice, big glass. And I've been the same Seeing all of Bree's stuff, and honestly, every WWE superstar in Italy, it's just made me really crave Italian vibes or something. Italian food, drinks. So I went to this place. You guys have seen it on. Hi, my name is Bri. When she goes to the Good Pantry, I like to shop there now a lot. I've become obsessed with them. They're over in Napa Valley, and I was in there yesterday, and they had just fresh made pasta and homemade lamb meatballs in sauce. And they have them in jars and they make it very easy, like boil water, put it in for five minutes and do this. So I had all my stuff set out. I was like, tao, we're doing Italian dinner tonight. I went and bought all things for Aperol spritz. That was like my dessert. Teo, the Good pantry will make their own homemade cookie dough. And they just use all the great ingredients. So that's why I really love it. Even though I'm addicted to their candy section, I'm like, I need to stop. Because I've been getting when I'm someone, when I see the candy and it's like vegan, non gmo, no artificial flavors or colors and blah, blah, blah, blah. I'm like, great. I could have as many jelly beans as I want. No, there's still a shitload of sugar anyways. So I do a full Italian dinner. And I'm not kidding you, it's probably the best Italian meal I've had since Italy. Like, better than any restaurant I've been to in a long time. The taste of the sauce, the meatballs. I felt like I was having my nana's homemade Italian cooking. And then I, like, made the myr spritz exactly how I like it. I do it exactly how the Italians do it in Italy. And it was just incredible. So it made me laugh this morning seeing that we all are going to have an Italian summer. And you know what I kind of like about this? So what I was saying before is how can we have fun and save an Italian summer is combined and I guess it's starting to trend on TikTok with a low effort statement summer, how to. You know, and that. And that's very much the European way, right? Like, everything is just effortless. The way they dress, barely wear makeup, let the hair flow, let it air dry, the way they picnic, the way they just do things. Everything is very effortless. And that's kind of how we all need to think about this summer is very effortless. Obviously. I kind of feel like I want to Play into a lot of fashion this summer. I'm. I just feel like maybe I'm going to go full like Italian be Italian this summer. Even though I don't want to really shop. But maybe the things that I got for Italy, I just kind of throw that in my summertime I think would be really cool. And I feel like I need to at some point just throw an Italian party. Whether that's like an Amalfi coast party, I don't know. Something with lemons, I just need to do. Maybe I'll do that at Bonita Bonita Speakeasy. That can be like Italian weekend or an Italian day and night. I need to throw like my own Italian party. I'm going to do that. So if any of you wanted to know, that is the vibes this summer, that's what we're going into. We are going to have an Italian summer.
Okay, Nick. You know, summer's coming up, which means a lot of fun things are going on. I feel like from our family reunion to different wine events. I mean, there's so many events and I feel like we always want to have a new look for each one of them.

Nikki Bella
I also wanted to bring in some fan interactions. And as we're talking about intentions for June, we asked all of you what your on the Nikki and Bri shows Instagram page, what your goals and intentions are for June. And so I'm going to read some of these answers which are so amazing. And if you guys didn't see it or get to interact, make sure to follow us. Follow our Instagram at the Nikki and Brie show. This one I just loved. So remember, these are June intentions that you all sent in. So Leslie said to make God happy not only in my actions, but in my day to day. That's so beautiful, Leslie. Like I love that that was your intention. And what a great way to start your day to say that and to have that feeling. It honestly shifts the mood, the mindset, the way you do things. Another person said to slow down and here we go kind of, you know, sometimes I feel like we get intentions because it's just the energy that's happening. And so going into this summer feels of it being effortless. Those European vibes, they're all about slowing down, right? They live such a slow paced life and that's what Bri was telling me this morning. We were facetiming. People truly care about community, family, farming, food, spending time together. And so seeing that intention, I think that's so beautiful. Slowing down and that's important for the person that wrote that too is that's what your soul, right, is calling out to your intuition's telling you just slow down. But I feel like we all need that. So let's all have that for not just June, but this summer. Well, someone said to meet you all and to lose weight before my 20 year high school reunion. Intention is to stay active and do that. It's a simple power walk in the morning, maybe the evening, doing a little bit of weights. As I've been working in on my strengthening, what I've had to constantly tell myself is start like you have to start somewhere. So there are things that I'm doing right now where I feel like I could be lifting heavier, I could be jumping higher, but that's not what's on track for me. That's not a part of my healing. And it's okay to start here and slowly build. So don't give up the slow build. Is actually the best because we get the best foundations. And that's what I'm telling myself. And I learned my lesson the other day because I was doing jumping and I got a little ahead of myself. And I was like, I know I could jump even higher. And the minute I did it, I felt that through my ankle like fire. And I was like, oh, wait, now I know my limit. And even though I wasn't allowed to do that, I did it. And so it just took me back and reminded me that, like, yeah, it could be a slow build, but it's so worth it to share more of my cleared artistic lens now that I fully embraced it. Well, that's so beautiful. That's by Tim. I think it's so neat. Especially later on in life when people realize they have this, like, artistic side of them and. Or they maybe have always known it was there, but they're just so focused on, like, this is the kind of work I have to do, or these are the sports I have to place. So I love that, Tim, that you have fully embraced that. I think it's so beautiful. Not everyone gets that gift, right. I at times could draw so well, but it was. I would really have to sit and focus on artwork, and it would take me a long time, but I remember I would be very proud of it. But now when I see how other people do things, I'm like, whoa, they were born with a gift. I mean, it's incredible. Like, Natty, I'm always blown away by her little drawings. Like, how she can just do those beautiful little drawings. It used to blow me away. It's like such a gift. Another person shared, getting my business up and running. Good luck to you. You know me, I'm always for being an entrepreneur. Sanal said, I want to start posting more content and learn to sew. Yes, learning to sew is a great thing. I look at Birdie and I can't believe this stuff she sews. Now. I actually wish I could sew because I feel like I don't know if anyone else has this. I have this part of my closet where I won't let go of things because I'm like, they just need hemming. Or if I just did this little bit to it, it would be like a brand new shirt. And it's such cool fabric. Or I don't know. I always just think of all these ideas, but I never take them to the tailor, but I won't let them go. And I've always felt like, goodness, if I could just learn to sew I could be doing this on my own. I could be having my own pants. I could be making cool creations out of shirts and reusing them. That would be, like, pretty sick, right? Because don't you ever, like, look at a shirt and be. You're obsessed with the fabric and you're obsessed with certain things with it, but you're like, if I could just make, like, the shoulders, take those in a bit, or if I could just make it tighter in the cleavage area, or if I could just bring it down a bit and then you're, you know, and you're like, it would be the most epic shirt ever. I always think about that with some of my stuff. Finish writing the short story I started at the beginning of the year. Yes. I am so guilty of that at times. Not. I don't like short stories. But poetry or wanting to go back to my poetry or starting a poem and not finishing. I also do this with reading, and I really want to read the fifth Agreement. Bree's been reading it and loving it. But I want to read the four agreements first again because it's been a really long time. But I just procrastinate a lot on reading and writing. And I'm like, you love to write. I'll journal. But when it comes to, like, finishing, like, a poem, and it's weird. I don't know why. I. I used to just blurt them out and write them out and all the things. But. So good for you. Finish that. That's a good intention to have pass my school exams with a high average to get a scholarship. Paulo. Paula. Paula. Paula. I hope that for you. Yeah. I'm not gonna lie. I don't miss this time of year where I have studied for my final exams because they were so stressful. It's like, I know I'm gonna have to go through that with Teo, but, man, especially if you were like, borderline cd, bc, ab. That was like, the worst part, when you knew you had to get a certain grade just to, like, keep a grade or get a higher grade. That was always, like, the worst feeling. So good luck for you. Great intention to have another one is my goal is to purchase my first car. Well, that's so awesome. That's always, like, the best feeling. I remember when I got my first car. It was a lease. Bri and I went together. We. But we got a deal because we both were getting Shoot. Not Teslas. What was the first hybrid car that everyone had? Prius. And so we got a deal because we both were getting Toyota Prius. We loved them. I got red, Bri got black. We were obsessed with them. I loved that car. But I just remember we did it all on our own. The paperwork, the buying it and we just felt so accomplished. So congrats to you. It's like such an accomplished feeling. And then the next one is when you buy your first home or condo or apartment, that one feels great too. Continue to survive the newborn trenches. This is hard. Oh, Brookie. Oh, yes, it is. And it's crazy because it has to be your first. It's really hard. And then they get older and then you're like, wait, was the baby stage easier? I, I don't know, but I think it's the lack of sleep with the newborn stage. And what I've come to realize, it's our body is going through so much change and that is really hard. So doing all of it, this new crazy worry you have, then wanting to just have the best for this baby and then your body's going through so much. So I feel for you, great intention to have. You're going to survive it, find the beauty in it, which is hard. And just make sure to take care of you too. Like take care of you. And I think, you know what helped me a lot is I didn't have fomo, you know, at times, like people were going on trips or they were doing things and I didn't care to go. And I feel like the ones that really like wanted to be on the girls trip or wanted to do this and had the newborn, they kind of just. I'm trying to think of the right words, not disappointing themselves, but they put a lot of stress and pressure on themselves. I think I realized with the newborn stage is when I'm not working, I'm with my baby and I just want to stay with my baby. And I'm going to miss out on a lot of happy hours and trips and whatever it might be. But I felt like that just helped me be so present and in it. Then, you know, being out and worrying about pumping and dumping and then doing this and just there's a lot that comes with all that. So just stay in it. Enjoy your summer. Focus on you too. Make sure you're filling your teacup up, getting all your nutrients in and just take care of yourself.

Nikki Bella
To recover from my muscle injury and start back hitting the gym. Yeah, I know we used to. You know what's funny is I feel like it used to always be about this time of year. Summer bods, bikini bods. We were all talking about certain diets and it's kind of been nice. I feel like this is the first time ever we're all not like really super focused on that. I definitely think. I mean, I. It's been great hitting the gym. I got to do my first cardio session a few days ago and sweating and cardio is the best feeling. I just love the elliptical so much. And so I had a great time with the elliptical. It was great. It was amazing and it just felt so good to sweat again. And I have to say, you guys, I've been doing so much with bands, I forget how much bands kick your freaking ass. Like, truly kick your ass. And I at times feel like it can plump my butt or pull out muscles more so than heavy lifting. So, like, if we are going to talk about summer bods, getting bikini ready, you know, anything to make us feel good and confident getting in some of that cardio. Whether it's just the elliptical for 30 minutes and get those bands, I mean, and it's the sim. What's crazy, it's the simplest workouts, right? The bands. Like, as far as, like knowing how to do it, we. We can literally watch YouTube videos and do them. You feel it and they're so good for you and they kick your butt. So good for you. On hitting the gym, starting all that, watch your muscle. What is it you said your. Your muscle injury. Yeah. Always protect injuries, as I see. Um, so there's so many that I could go through, but I'm going to End there. I'm going to get into some inspiration affirmation and stop talking your AA's ear off. But I love doing my solo episodes. It's just such a great. I don't know, you know, this time of year has just been really great. This past week has felt so amazing, even though obviously I have FOMO with Bree's Italian adventure. And I can't wait when we get her back on and we get to hear about all of it. We're. We'll all be jealous as she's been living under the Tuscan sun, but we know we all will get there someday. Um, but the one thing that was the blessing, you know, when I originally had my trip booked to meet Bri, every night I'd wake up with anxiety about this trip. So that's when I started to know it wasn't. It wasn't a right time for me to go to Tuscany. And being home, I've realized that I've really just have been hardworking at my workouts and, and recovery and just getting really good news along the way. How much stronger I am, how my, you know, just everything looks great. I'm getting my X rays done. I think a week earlier I'll start to just get in the ring and dabble on how that feels. But everything's just looking really strong and healthy and I felt like I had to be home and do that. And the diet is great. Need to lay off the good pantry jelly beans. I told myself that. And Mateo and I making ice cream sandwiches last night with raw cookie dough. Don't know if that was great, but other than that, it's been a beautiful time of year. But I feel like all of you, I've been setting in beautiful intentions. We just had this gorgeous full blue moon. I don't know if any of you researched it or saw it. We tend to only get moons like that. I think they said was it every 40 years or something we or the. Or 20. I think the last time we had it was maybe in 2007, but I really felt it this time. And I know, you know, we talk a lot about energy, different things like that on here, but there was some type of beauty that it brought in and it was funny cuz someone goes well once in a blue moon. And I was like that's actually really good. But it. Two nights in a row would wake me up at a certain part of night. But like in a great way. Sometimes I, I get frustrated when I wake up at night. Can't go back to sleep. Sleep But I peacefully went back to sleep. But I've been lighting a lot more incense and adding a lot more flowers and plants in and out of my home that I feel like have brought in some type of life inside. And I think Remy too and Mateo getting older and just all these, I don't know, there's just, I've really felt more than ever in such alignment and as you all know, I've just been working on that for so long but there's just been some type of shift or something that's hit me this past week and it's everything truly feels in a line and just feels beautiful. And so thank you all. I want to thank all of you for constantly coming back to the Nikki and Bri show and tuning in because we're going to be staying here and giving you all a lot of great interviews and our Bella wisdom, the life we live and just a lot more conversations. And thank you all for being on this journey so far. I mean, crazy how long the Nikki and Bri show has been around. And we have a lot of fun things planned for you this summer. Make sure again to like and subscribe, like always tune into everything we do social media wise and on YouTube because all of that helps us and we always love all of your support. And also I want to thank everyone who came out to Bottle Rock this past year to the Bonita Bonita booth. You made it a massive hit one. Thank you to Bottle Rock for giving us such a great part where we could see the main stage. We were in a great area, a great section, but thanks for all the love, you guys. It was a very, very successful weekend and it's just a lot. Emily and Zach had a lot of great things to say and a lot of you had a lot of fun. So super grateful for all of that and I hope you all can just send intentions not only for June, but for an incredible summer that we all have. Because summer's here. It is like, at least for us parents, we are like, summer is truly here. Kids are out of school, it's vacation time, summer camp time. I hope you all get to find all the effortless adventures. You know what? This, this will go into my inspiration affirmation, what I'm going to leave you all with. I hope you all can find truly effortless adventures and along the way you can see beauty in things that you may not have seen beauty in before and that you can find your purpose in some of these beauties. And it gives you some type of light and fire to help, whether that's mother Nature, animals, the ones that don't have voices, and that you, even if it's just you shining your light and love on it, it's picking up trash, it's helping people in need. I just hope that this summer for everyone feels happy and warm and loving and just effortless. Let's go in with full Italian vibes, European vibes, but that there's just a lot of beauty in it. We don't need a ton of money to make the beauty in it. So I hope you all have fun adventures in finding that beauty because I think in finding the beauty in those things, you're going to find a lot inside of you. So sending you all a lot of love and light. I feel like this has been just a great week of just a lot of good juju, right? A lot of I'm going to go with Irish luck, so let's keep that going and remember to check out all of our videos on our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, all those pages. Right? Sorry guys, I know I'm not great at this, but hopefully I can pump out a few more videos before I make my return, which who knows when that will be. But while I'm gone on, make sure to cheer Brion and I will talk to you all later. All right, Send you all a lot of love and light. Bye.
