All right, everyone. Welcome back to the Nikki and Brie Show. And today we have a very, very special guest. Um, as you all know, the world traders, so many of us were so disappointed in this first murder that we were just robbed this season of. But today I have the one and only Dorinde.

[Brie Bella]

I'm so sad I didn't get a chance to get to know you because, you know, Hannah and I grew up with you and your sister on TV and we went through your whole entire life, you know, that was, oh, my God, big show for us.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah, I love it. I was so bummed because I still remember the day I wanted us to sit neat together and then Gabby came in, sad. And I was like, I really wanted to have my moment with Dorinda to like, just chat with her off camera and get to know you. And so I was really, I. I was bummed. We never got that.

[Brie Bella]

I know, because it was very few days. I was only there really. I mean, I was there for a lot of the prep beforehand, but we weren't really intermixed. Right. So it was really only about two days.

[Nikki Bella]

Totally. And I want to go through the beginning with you, because I also just saw you on Fallon, which, by the way, you looked absolutely gorgeous.

[Brie Bella]

No makeup, no nothing. I'm in the middle of painting my whole entire apartment and moving in. New furniture, old furniture. It's sort of a disaster.

[Nikki Bella]

I bet. But you still. I see. I like seeing the both versions, though. I like. We get both. Because you still look amazing. You don't. You don't need it all. Yeah, you're welcome. I was so impressed. And I want you to tell our listeners of your prepping before Traders. What was everything you did before going.

[Brie Bella]

Oh, you don't understand. Well, I had a combination of. I took it and Hannah, my daughter is very academic and very focused. She's a real Capricorn. I'm a real Sagittarian. And Hannah is just by nature, very organized and very strategic. And I'm sort of like, you know, go by the seat of your pants. That's why the Housewives of New York worked for me, because it's really just go by the seat of your pants. Right? And this, you know, Hannah's like, you're not. It's a whole different thing. Believe it or not, I had never really watched Traders. I knew of it, but I didn't watch Survivors. I just didn't. It's. I'm not. To tell you the truth, I just don't watch a lot of tv. The time I think I'm gonna watch tv, but I fall asleep. You know what I mean? I'm just tired. So I don't get into series as much as I get into, like, movies and stuff. But. So Hannah was like, we have to lay this out. We have to, like, you have to hone your skills. This is a different thing. So I literally read Art of War twice. First time I read it. Second time, I highlighted it. I read Rumi, the philosopher Rumi. I read Nietzsche. I had actually kept a book. A book, A notebook of things and thoughts. Then I re. Then I watched the Traders. And by the time I got to. I swear this is true. By the time I got to my room, I had all, like, index cards, and I lined them up with the. And then by day, the outfits, I mean, it was like a war map, my wall. So I love it. And, you know, I was thinking about it, like, if I were to ever do something like that again, I wonder if I would do it again or if I would do just the complete opposite, right? And do absolutely nothing. Because maybe there's a world where. Listen, you know, it's such a different thing. You were in a different form of reality as well. So there's no comparison. There's no really what the end all, be all, and ending game is. There's no preparing for it. It's a game of fun.

[Nikki Bella]

It's so true. When you throw in the different personalities, you just don't know how you're gonna mesh with people. And then how people. Are you gonna get manipulated or brainwashed? Are you gonna be doing that? It's so true. You can only prep so much. But I do think you do need a little bit of prepping, because I feel like this season Are you watching this season?

[Brie Bella]

I did the first. Yeah. I watched the first three episodes. But then I. I'm gonna. I'm gonna actually watch a lot of it tonight because Monday nights there's not a lot of TV on. So I'm gonna. I was just talking. Strangely. I just got off the phone with Dolores.

[Nikki Bella]

Oh, you did?

[Brie Bella]

I love. Dolores and I were very close.

[Nikki Bella]

Oh, she's so amazing.

I'm the New Jersey former her and she's the New York form of me.

So I get to see that. Well, I feel like even watching this season, like, you have to come into it somewhat prepped and planned because I was like. I mean, I wasn't to the full extent like you. I'm preparing, which I made sure. I watched all the shows, I took notes. I had a game plan of how I would play the game. But then I found it wild how easily you can get brainwashed or manipulated. Like right before round table. So which we like. I can't believe we never got you at a round table. I remember thinking that day when everyone started to bring up your name about being a traitor. I was like, okay. I could see it, like, for sure. Queen of the castle. Like, she would totally rock it as a trader. But then it's like, I don't know, it might be too obvious. That breakfast, when you were the one who didn't come in, I was just like floored. I couldn't believe it. And I felt so bad for you.

[Brie Bella]

You couldn't believe it. When I walked into that room and saw that envelope, my heart dropped. I kind of had a feeling about. Because what happened was breakfast kept getting later and later and later for me. And you know, there's so one thing that's so admirable and for anyone that doesn't really think it's true, the way that they keep that whole thing controlled and you controlled and the move down to the movements, even when we have a little break, like, they're like, don't talk about the game. Like you are really in an environment that's being much. So they're kudos to them because it does keep the game very authentic.

[Nikki Bella]

Very and so authentic. Like there's no producing. I agree. And I'll admit that part was a little hard on me only because I love to get to know people. So I had always wanted people.

[Brie Bella]

Well, listen, as Hannah says, I wake up with my mouth moving. Yes. Hannah says I always wake up with these words coming in my mouth. Don't tell anybody.

[Nikki Bella]

And Then.

[Brie Bella]

And that's because every time I walk in the room, you're talking to someone, don't tell anyone because, you know, I'm in constant conversation. It's a funny thing. Hannah was here about two weeks ago. She was home for a little bit. And I live close to the subway. So we got off the subway and it's about a block to my apartment. I said, listen, mom, I'm going to walk ahead of you because somehow you will figure out a way to talk to every single person in this one block.

[Nikki Bella]

I love that. That is so good. I know. And that's what we missed out on because I would have loved to have seen your tactics of, like, how you would have talked.

[Brie Bella]

I would have loved it. And I was very excited about the, the Round Table because I'm actually very insightful and I'm, I, I'm very good at reading people. I mean, you know, as a Sagittarian, that's one of their things, you know, And I, and I thought, and I'm, and I'm pretty good verbally, you know what I mean? So it would have been, I think, fun, even just for content. I wonder. But I was thinking about it, if I get killed that time, that night, I wonder how long I would have really lasted. I think there was a little bit. Listen. And people are gonna say, I'm probably saying this because, but there was a little bit like a lot of the housewives are gone now already.

[Nikki Bella]

I know. Which it started to make me feel. And then I'm like, I know, I know I should probably shouldn't be saying this, but then I'm like, does the US version almost need to be produced? Because you do have TV personalities and celebrities involved.

[Brie Bella]

Like, it's, you know, it's funny, I was, you know, like I said, probably should be selling this, but, you know, there is. When you think about it, you gotta remember this was a UK based show that was very simple. Like they just took people from all over the place that really had no backgrounds, no preconceived notions about who they were. I even watched the UK version when I was in London and they don't even dress up. I mean, it's really a totally different thing. So, you know, then you take NBC, which is this giant monster, and then you bring these giant personalities. You, me. So it does change it up a bit.

[Nikki Bella]

Right, right.

[Brie Bella]

And I do think the survivors, you know, one thing that, that Bob the drag queen said that I, I did agree with, he did say in his interview that he's like, I Had no idea who that girl was. I didn't know that she.

[Nikki Bella]

I was like, yeah, I know, right? I. I never watched Survivor Big Brother.

[Brie Bella]

No, but I really haven't. But he did say something very true, which was he said, you know, the survivors have no friends. They're not buddy, buddy. They're all about, you know, gaming. That's it. I'm not paraphrasing. And he said, and the Housewives, you know, were definitely a clique. You know, they're buddy, buddy. We didn't get the feeling that they would ever out each other because they had. And, you know, there may be some truth in that because we do have this preconceived notion of who we are because we're on a show and we each have developed very strong. Like, my personality. And Housewives was a strong personality. Yeah, right. Could that play in it a little bit? You know, what, were they so dumb to get rid of me? Maybe if you think about it from the other side. Right. Well.

[Nikki Bella]

And they were obviously the. Because I feel like always the first kill is like who they feel is one of the. Going to be the strongest players. So I feel like when I've seen the past seasons. But I also was shocked they didn't pick a Housewives as a trader from the beginning to just protect because Phaedra protected the Housewives. And I feel like ev. Like just knowing NBC viewers, people want to see the Housewives.

[Brie Bella]

I would have been happy if they just. If I had three or four episodes just to get in some good one liners, a couple more memes, kicked out a couple people, you know, dress them down a little bit. Yeah. Oh, I.

[Nikki Bella]

When you came in that night after the boats, I was like, oh, when I dressed out?

[Brie Bella]

Yeah, yeah.

[Nikki Bella]

I was like, okay. I love that I've seen this in person. You don't fuck with the Housewives. Like, I was like, this is so great. I was like, I felt robbed, like, when you were gone and all the. Huh.

[Brie Bella]

We're very good with Shake. We're very good verbal.

[Nikki Bella]

I mean, you guys are so good verbally. And see, people assume I am because of my wrestling Persona. Like, they just think I'm gonna constantly cut promos on people. But it's so far from my personality now. My sister, she's like, you guys, like, she can, like, just hit below the belt in a heartbeat with words. And I'm like, oh, my gosh. Where I just get more quiet. And that's ended up being my fate is everyone just assumed I was a traitor because I Wasn't acting like a wrestler, I was acting like me.

[Brie Bella]

But, you know, when you look back at it, it's like, you know, even in reviewing it with myself, Bailey, on the plane for nine hours all day, if you do too much, it's not. It may not go. But if you do too little, then you can get like, it really is this fine line. And I think, you know, I think you just have to go in and be authentically yourself and maybe, you know, just. Oh, who knows? I mean, I've played it in my mind so many times. And you have to remember, too. People have to remember. It's not just. You see us on the, you know, in the scenes, but there's an intenseness going on when we're in the whole situation where we're staying, you know, the no communication, the lockdown. So it's really cumulative that, you know, it's hard to stay on track of one thing. You know, you're kind of. You're trying to work as a group member, but also think as an independent person. Right. It's a fine dance of both.

[Nikki Bella]

Right. No, I completely agree. And that's how, like, when I left, I. I was like, if I only said this on my way out or if I only did that, then.

[Brie Bella]

But you can't.

[Nikki Bella]

But you can't. Because I just remember in that moment, because I had two nights, like, back to back nights where they all really came at me hard. And I remember that second night just being like, I miss my son. I'm just so over this. Like. Yeah, it's just.

[Brie Bella]

It's.

[Nikki Bella]

It's my time to go. Like.

[Brie Bella]

Yes.

[Nikki Bella]

It just. You can only defend yourself for so long where they're just not going to see it till you get up there and say, I'm a faithful. So there you go.

[Brie Bella]

Yeah, but it is, I tell you, the. It was amazing to see the production, to see the castle, to be with, you know, Alan. Someone said, well, would you do it again? I said, of course I would do it in a second. It really is a beautiful experience.

[Nikki Bella]

It is, oh, my gosh, the Highlands and where the castle's at.

[Brie Bella]

It's funny because I lived in London 10 years, so I spent almost every weekend. My husband was Scottish. Is Scottish. And I spent like every weekend in Scotland with Hannah until she was like six, six or seven. And actually had been in Inverness a couple times because we had. They had family in Inverness, so I hadn't been there, God, in like 20 years. So I had actually been in that airport.

[Nikki Bella]

Wow, that's crazy. I know, because it's just so small.

[Brie Bella]

It's so small. But it was very important for me because it was sort of a full circle moment, because the girl that was in Inverness 20 something years ago with a, you know, young child and the girl who's now, you know, come through, you know, divorcing that man, having another husband, burying him, and having an adult child being on reality tv, it's like, it's a different woman. So it was a real full circle moment for me.

[Nikki Bella]

I love that. Yeah. Didn't even know that. That's really, really cool. There's definitely something very special about, like, that whole experience. And I. I hope you get to do that again, because I think that would be great. Yeah. And I feel like those iconic characters like yourself, like, it. It's happened before in the past, and they bring them back, so you never know.

[Brie Bella]

But I have to say, I'll be honest with you, if you're gonna do it and you're gonna get murdered, I did it, right? Because I. I went from panicking because for the six months it wasn't on, I'm thinking, ah, oh, you can wait. Because I can wait. So I was so desperately worried about the reaction. So when the reaction was so, you know, outrage in this and abandon this and hashtag that, I was like, if you're gonna get murdered, this is okay.

[Nikki Bella]

Like, right? It made so much noise.

[Brie Bella]

I mean, I got onto Fallon for being murdered. So, Jay, Jay, Jimmy said to me, what's your strategy for traders? I said, get murdered first.

[Nikki Bella]

You'll get solid, right? Oh, my God, I love it.

[Nicole]

Nicole. After the London trip that Brian and I took the kids to, we said every year we need to come up with a really fun trip where, I don't know, like, a place we get to travel to. And it doesn't always have to be the mountains. London was a really neat experience. We're like, why don't we pick another country? Or we can pick somewhere here in the United States. The kids really haven't been to the east coast, but we were like, let's find one spot and get an Airbnb, like we did in London, because it's nice. It's like, it feels like home away from home. And so he and I are starting to look. So you're gonna have to help us, because 2025, it's like one of those things, I feel like with kids, you have to plan a trip six months out, always has to be around school. But I feel like, you know, I always think of New York When I think of the east coast, but I think there might be some really other neat places, like Vermont. But to find, like, a really fun Airbnb for family just might be the thing for 2025 for the Danielsons.

I agree. I mean, it's definitely the way to travel. And what makes it even better is while you're living it up in someone else's home, you can actually host on Airbnb while you're away. So why don't you try putting your. Your house on Airbnb, making some money while you're out there spending some money.

You know, I tell Brian this all the time. I feel like we'd kill it on Airbnb.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, think about it. If you host while you're away, it's basically like you're making money while you're spending money.

Here's the thing.

I have a very different perspective about work in general. I like to work. And even when people. It's probably because of how I was raised and I had a great experience on Housewives and you remember, I didn't leave because I wanted to leave. I wasn't one of the people that said, it's come time that I decided to attend Mutually. I was like, I don't wanna go. But, you know, I was very clear about that and consistently clear. People called me thirsty. People called me that. I was like, I liked it. So it was fun. It was a huge growth period for me. It was. I was good at it. It came naturally. You know what I mean? So. Yes. But I come from a place of. Yes.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah.

[Brie Bella]

And I love to work.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah, I love that. And so then what's next? Now Traders is out there. What's next for you?

[Brie Bella]

What is next? You know, I want to take a little bit here. I'm going to use that word. It's the word that I made famous. Pause. And I really want to. You know, I really. I turned 60 this year, which. Yeah, it's pretty exciting. It's really a beautiful thing. You know, you don't. We are internally young in our minds because we. I come from that generation where we never really grew up. You know, we kind of like, we sell the first on the dance floor, the first that can do anything. And I feel like this turning 60 was such a beautiful moment to do this Traders thing and kind of come full circle and just. I just feel like, you know, which has been gone for 13 years. This year, Hannah's success. She's at Harvard getting her PhD. So we're very good. Happy with that. Like, I. I kind of did a mental checklist. My parents are older, but good. You know, my daughter's good. I'm healthy and I do. I would like to. It never works out like this because things come up, but I am feeling very pleased and free and content. And I really like. Even when they were painting my apartment the other day, I was like, this just feels good.

[Nikki Bella]

Oh, I love that.

[Brie Bella]

And so I would like to just take a little time just to enjoy and not be. I've been in a sort of a panic state since Richard died. I realized the other day, maybe not outwardly, but internally, yeah, you know, but no, not unhappily, very happy, but got to do this, got to do that, got to. Because I'm all about reinventing. My whole life, since I was little was about reinventing, reinventing, reinventing, reinventing. Right. So I don't, I'm sure whoever the universe will bring new things and I'm always open to new things. But I feel really good about this whole thing. It brings some beautiful power. Turning 60. Oh, I bet it really does.

[Nikki Bella]

I could see that my mom turned 16 September. So just seeing like her journey and I feel like she's a lot like you on the. She's right now in the era of like the reinventing. But it's definitely what I've realized. Just my conversations with her, it's like she's just in this period of like, I'm going to just enjoy now and I'm going to have pause but like, look at everything I've done and this is now what I want to do and I'm going to get done. Like a lot of the fear, you.

[Brie Bella]

Know, we as women, we are always filled with a lot of fear, you know, I think, you know, fear that our children aren't going to do well, fear that this fear, am I going to be married? Fear after being divorced, fear of this. You know, there's a lot of fear, especially when you want to better yourself and, and you fear, am I good enough? Am I this enough? And the great thing about sort of where I am now, I'm like, you know, when I'm good, I am good enough. And I can now sort of look at my report card and say, check, check, check, check, check. So there's a piece that for the first time, I don't think I've ever had. The other yesterday, I'll give an example. Sunday came and I got up and I ran to church because I love to go to church, because it's my happy place. It's very settling for me. It's just what I know, you know what I mean? I'm. I would say to people, there's no big statement in it. Some people go medicate, some people lift weights. This is my, I'm a routine based person. So for me it's like Sunday, that's what I do. And I was walking home and I thought, you know what? And I was thinking, what Should I do. Should I go call someone for lunch or should I go in? Maybe. Should I. Should. I thought, I'm not going to do anything. I'm just going to stay in my apartment the whole entire afternoon and do nothing. And for me to have that freedom. And I think the key word, especially for women, is freedom.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah.

[Brie Bella]

I just have freedom.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah. Which is beautiful. I feel like I recently have felt that now I still have a young child. So it's like your freedom's only so much, but you're not free yet.

[Brie Bella]

Right.

[Nikki Bella]

Honestly. And that's the best time. You're like, yes. Oh, it's. I mean, every moment with him and it's like. And so maybe it's just being divorced.

[Brie Bella]

There's life after divorce. Listen, I've been divorced. I've been married. Divorce, married, widowed. So I've covered the whole gamut. So if you have the advice on. Yeah, I have a story for it.

[Nikki Bella]

I love it. Well, do you think, like, would you ever marry again or just relationship.

[Brie Bella]

I. I would. Listen, I would. I would love to meet someone, you know, wonderful to share my life with. I don't know if at this point, marriage would be a necessity. You know, never say never, but, you know, I think that. But, you know, it's. It's. I married two great men. Hannah's father's a great man. It just didn't work out. We fell out of love. We were probably too young and too much happened, and it just didn't work out. But we're still very close. And he was actually very, very close to my late husband. And then I had Richard part of my life, who was just so integral because he came at a time where Hannah. Hannah was in a great phase and it just worked out. And my late husband got along with my first husband, and developmentally, it worked by the grace of God. And so I, you know, I think it would take someone very special. I would. I love the idea of it. I think about it a lot, and I try because I. You know, there's a lot of noise about women that aren't companioned or with someone. I think the thing about me is I just don't. I don't get lonely.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah, I feel you on that.

[Brie Bella]

I. I don't get lonely. You know, I have a lot of wonderful people around me. A lot of. I'm always busy, and that makes me fearful. I don't know if that comes out of survival. After having. Going through what I went through, I had to, you know, learn to fortify myself. I always Say, the smartest or the most clever women are probably the. For women that want to be re. Conjoined with someone or whatever you have, you probably have to get right back out there after someone's divorced or they're died, because I think those women do well. I think when you spend too much time on your own, you get a little bit funny. A little too independent.

[Nikki Bella]

Totally.

[Brie Bella]

One of my friends laughed so hard about three months ago. I went out three or four times, and someone really liked him. And then, you know, I just decided I had then saw a friend for dinner. Truth. And they said, hey, what happened? What happened to that ex who you were dating? I said, he's a nice little. But he kept bugging me with, what are you doing this weekend? What are you doing this weekend? My friend said to me, well, isn't that kind of nice? I'm like, it's none of his business. The thing is, I'm used to being a lone ranger now, which may not be such a great thing.

[Nikki Bella]

Right. I. I mean, I even see that with my mom, and she's like, well, I don't need anyone. I have my dog. I have my skates. Like, she's in that. And I'm like, well, mom, but you might need someone. She goes, well, I probably won't. And I'm like, well, I'm not saying get married, but I'm like, you know.

[Brie Bella]

That'S the fine line.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah, like spend your idiot.

[Brie Bella]

Someone that was of, like, mind that I could to do some stuff with. But I have a lot of people. I just. You know what? I don't think about it. I think if it's meant to be, I really do believe that that's my journey. You know, you may. You may be coming to the nursing home at 84 to a wedding. Who knows? You know, life works in strange ways.

And I think also when you're in the public eye and you're busy and it's like, I come here and my home, it's just my sacred space. And I've been in it, and now I've had to get used to. Even though I stay busy. But, like, half the time, I'm not going to bed with my son now, which that was, like, very new to me. Yeah. And now I feel like, okay, I only ever in my space at night. He can be here, or it's just me. Like, I'm starting to get into that routine where I don't.

Wow. And I did that with. I did that with Hannah. That's what was very surprising when Richard came along. Because I had a strict rule when I was dating after Hannah's father, no one. Do you know that no one ever slept in my apartment ever. Even after I got engaged to Richard, I would go stay in his place, but no one slept in my apartment because I never. I wanted my apartment to be sacred space place for Hannah. Didn't want her waking up with. So Richard was very tolerant to that. But it's hard to find a man that's following you. That.

[Nikki Bella]

And I want that, by the way, because I don't want Mateo when that day comes. Like, I want him to only meet one person. But I know that's not gonna be for years and years. Cause I wanna know that one person is it. I don't want him meeting a bunch of people. I don't want anyone being in our place.

Because you do.

You look at it as their home. Like, this is.

[Brie Bella]

But I think all these different. You know, they. They're much. You know, in very young age, they're much more in tune. You know, you don't want to keep changing the energy for them, changing it. And then, you know, they're going through their development as is. I didn't. I thought, Hannah need to start adding this as part of her development. Right, let's. I wanted it. Her father could come whenever. I want her father to have an open door policy. So he could stop by whenever he wanted to, and he did, and it was the best thing for us. But listen, I'm not saying I was an angel when she was with her father. I did a lot of sneaking about.

[Nikki Bella]

Mama has to get her drew back.

[Brie Bella]

I mean. Oh, yeah, there's a lot of sneaking about.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah. How old was she when you guys divorced?

[Brie Bella]

Well, we came back to America when she. Because I lived in London for 10 years, so we came back to America, I think, when she was about seven.

[Nikki Bella]

Okay.

[Brie Bella]

And. Yeah, but we. We. We got separated, but we didn't. I. I didn't get divorced for a while because we just got in a group. No one was in a big rush. It wasn't until Ralph met someone. And I was very lucky because I didn't have a sort of big, egregious marriage. And there was no, you know, thank God. Yeah. So it was different times, I guess. But, yeah, we just worked. It was different times. You know, Ralph worked like a maniac. I took care of Aunt Hannah, and we kind of had an agreement that he could see her whenever. And I didn't want him to be involved with another man until I knew it was real. And, you know, listen, it's hard because, you know, like you said, that they're the goal. I always was like, hannah's the goal. Hannah is the compass. So we gotta keep it due north.

[Nikki Bella]

It's so true.

[Brie Bella]

And you'll be surprised how and when and who you'll meet someone. You will just. I do believe in putting it out there all the time. If that's what you want. I really do believe in that manifestation and prayer and all that, you know, Every morning I say my things to myself. And if you do, the universe will find what you need.

[Nikki Bella]

Totally. And that's what I do. I'm. I'm just like you. I'm big with church. Power of prayer. I. I bring so much of that in. I'm just like. That's who has my back and who's carrying me through and they know my path and my journey.

[Brie Bella]

Yeah. You should try this thing that I've been doing. It's been so amazing. I wake up in the. Cause, I wake up super early. I've been listening to this. I can send it to you, actually. This database music. Have you heard of this thing? It's like. It's like the four to seven gig, whatever it is, sound wave. And it's supposed to be really great for your hypothermis or whatever it's called. So it really opens up Your mind to things and it helps you with whatever you want, prayer or beliefs. And. And it's only seven minutes. And I thought, oh, I'm going to try it. You know, I was reading about it. Someone sent me an article on it. I've been doing it for about two weeks. It's pretty amazing. I'm gonna send it to you.

Send it to me. I would love that.

[Brie Bella]

It's seven minutes. I put on my bows, I sit and I just let it go for seven nights. And it's supposed to stimulate that little. What is it called? I can't think of the name of it. But you do feel an amazing. It's a form of meditation. Right. But I'm not. I tried these meditation classes and I'm terrible at it. I can't stop looking at people. I start thinking about too many things. I want to go home. I. I'm. I don't want to go. It's more of a dis. It becomes like a terrible discipline punishment with my. My coffee or tea. And I gotta say. And I put it on this morning. I've been putting on the last day without my earphones. But in my kitchen and I think, my poor. My daughter's dog. I'm taking care of her dog, parsley. She's be gone. Like, she's becoming like a little bit weird. Oh, nice.

She's like, I'm feeling, I'm getting in tune. I'm feeling this.

[Brie Bella]

Whoa. Like I walk her. She's a little like this.

[Nikki Bella]

Yes. But I believe in these sound waves. I had one of my old roommates who lives in Greece, when I was going through all this, she was like, hey, do you listen to sound wave music? Like I. She has a playlist, so it hits all these things. She says it's changed your life.

[Brie Bella]

I. I'm going to. Seriously DM me. You know, I have three playlists. I particularly love that it's the four point something to seven that is the hurts you need and it just stimulates it. Yeah, I think you'll like it. Especially with raising, getting divorced, raising a child, running your career. It just sort of pulls it all. It girdles it in totally. You really feel good in the morning about it.

I mean, I don't know.

It's all those kind of. Like you said, you have Survivor, and then there's the, like, naked and afraid and my.

Oh, God, yeah. Celebrity getting afraid to be naked, period. So that would. I would do maybe the Big Brother one in the uk that way, you know that the Osborne. What's her name?

Sharon.

Sharon Osborne did it.

Oh, she did?

Yeah, she did. And they let her have her own bedroom. Like, I would do that. I would love to do Dancing with the Stars. Oh, my God.

I would love to do that. That would be like a dream come true. And since I did years and years of, you know, I was a big aerobics teacher. Oh, you were?

No, I didn't have this.

So I was a bigger barbers teacher. And I had a thing when I was on the house race where I taught dorobics, and I used to teach it in Philly at the basketball stadiums and stuff to open up the games.

They just would hire me in the Staples Stadium to come and do a whole dorothe. You know, I make everybody dress up in full 80s.

I love it.

I mean, it was all my extra cash during college. And, you know, when I first moved to New York and I'd talk, and I took it very seriously. Thongs warm. You know, I love it. Mixtapes. I did it all.

I love it. I could see that, like, coming back on Dancing with the Stars, it being, like one of the weeks. Like Dorobics. Okay. We need it. Gotta hit Athena.

[Brie Bella]

No, I did it at. And Andy Cohen did it with me, so it was really fun. Yeah. No, I like that stuff. So I think Dancing with the Stars I really love. Cause I like him done costume. I love to dance.

Yeah. Yeah, I think that'd be perfect. And it was like, I mean, look at all the noise Traders did, like, with Phaedra and, you know, saw her. So, I mean, you were.

[Brie Bella]

This is on fire. And I'm gonna tell you something. She may kill me for this. You know, I love Phaedra, but I think Phaedra star came to Ultimate Girls Trip at my house in the. In the Berkshires, and she just blew up after that.

Yeah.

The fact that Phaedra was. If it was not on TV for a minute is a sin. I think she is one of the best TV personalities out there. You can't stop watching it. The way she looks. Create.

Yes. And she's so good. Like, I suck at doing my hair makeup. She is phenomenal.

Like, I remember seeing her. And so I was like, oh, so can I bring my glam team? And they're like, no. They go, phaedra does all that on her own. Like, she doesn't have glam. And I'm like, she doesn't have glam.

We did it at Bluestone Manor as well. And she looked beautiful every day. The hair was perfect. The makeup was great. Yeah. I can't even tell you. I, for the life of me, can't put on a lash. I just.

Oh, I can't either. My eyes either get glued shut or one is different. Like, I just can never do eyelashes.

I made the dreadful mistake of doing those magnetic lashes for a minute. And, like, I got a horrible eye infection. That was a disaster.

Yeah, that stuff. Stuff scares me.

No, I know. But if anybody out there could teach us how to do a. Yeah.

Before I let you go, I would love for you to leave some inspiration, affirmation for all of our listeners. So is there any motto or quote that you live by or any advice that you could give them?

Well, I would say the probably. I think one of the best lessons that I've learned that I had to learn because it's very hard and as I always say, especially as a woman is don't get overly concerned by all the noise, don't care. I'm really at a point in my life where I don't really listen to too many opinions. I don't surround myself with too many people. I don't need you to respect, approve, adore me. Because I really do wake up in the morning and I say I like you. When I look in the mirror, I like you. You're doing a great job. And just be able to always look in the mirror. Very important. And understand, know and love the person that's looking back at you.

[Nikki Bella]

I love that. And you know, I believe that so much because I'm really Be easy on yourself and be easy. Yes. Because you have incredible energy. You have an amazing aura. I just remember meeting you in person. You give very happy vibes. Like, like everything's great, everything's cool. Like you give that energy off big time.

[Brie Bella]

Talk to Hannah. Not always. Like I borrow one shirt from you and you're like yeah, self ass. You talked my stuff. It's meanwhile you're like carney beat on the floor. I feel so bad. I did take her bow my. Oh, sweet. I hope she doesn't have a uti.

Oh my gosh. I'm not gonna lie. Bri and I have this funny thing with my mom, like how she is with her dog and then with us, like dog, it's main picture frames now and I'm like, who are your kids? What's going on? Yeah, she can't make certain things like flying cuz she's like, Teddy, like, I don't know if I could get a sitter. Like, I just don't get it.
