I'm so excited to see Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks. I mean, those are two actresses I love to see on the screen. And I always love a good show about sisters.
B
Me too. And you and I, we love backdrops in New York City. Especially like, I like when it has this like family history to it. Good fashion, good fashion. And they're trying to untangle it. Like I like when every episode I'm.

Like, what's going to happen next? Oh, let's be honest, after every episode we're going to be texting each other what we feel is going to be happening next.

A
Hey everyone. Welcome back to the Nikki and Brie Show. Hello, Nikki.
B
What up, Brie?
A
Look at you. You look cute.
B
Do I?
A
These are new jeans.
B
They are new jeans. I just didn't. I couldn't do makeup today. I can't lift with the training.
A
Oh, no. Okay. So I blow dried and straightened my hair.
B
I don't know how the whole time.
A
I was like, but don't you love the feeling of being sore?
B
Yeah, you know, this is crazy sore, but I love it.
A
So the fur it was the first time I've ever done the, the lat thing where you were hanging and we tried it and like the pulse and the up, that's what's gotten me. I feel like that.
B
And pull ups.
A
And pull ups. Which I have to say, you and I are getting a lot better at pull ups.
B
Yeah.
A
And I'm feeling it. Like, I'm almost feeling. Because he really will move my thumbs. Like, your thumbs are wrong. Like, and I actually feel myself gaining muscle. I'm like, I've always been doing it wrong.
B
Well. And I've never been a pull up person since I got my fake boobs. Because even doctors will tell you, like, just avoid that and push ups because.
A
I do feel like they go out.
B
They do. Well, you're. That's the peck. You know, it's. That's that muscle that works. That's why doctors don't like you doing that kind of stuff. We're not doing it every day.
A
You're fine. Fine. Okay, good.
B
But it's crazy, like, how sore you can get from doing a ton of pull ups.
A
I mean, wild. And also, I have to tell you all, Nicole has been killing on the weight. So you always lift stronger than me anyways. But I noticed you heavier. I noticed you went up in weight yesterday and I did go up a little bit.
B
No, actually, you're doing great.
A
Yeah.
B
You're doing really good.
A
Yeah. You know what it is, is our trainer has realized my knees have always gone the wrong way when I squat. So it's.
B
I mean, I could have told him that. I remember that from back in the day.
A
So retraining my body how to squat, that, that's hard.
B
Yeah.
A
But that's okay. I'm, I'm, I feel like I'm nailing it.
B
Yeah. It takes, it takes time. Like, that's what I tell myself. Like, the weight I'm doing now from what I used to do, it's like, it, it's a slow journey, but, like, hey, I'm going up £5 every week. Like, that's huge. Like, it feels great. I mean, yesterday, the fact in my RD that I had to put straps on because the weight was just too heavy for my grip. That's the one thing that trips me out, is how weak my grip is.
A
Okay. Mine too. Which I feel like I should wear.
B
Gloves because I'm starting to get callouses.
A
Yeah. And I don't know, but that just.
B
Shows how hard we're working.
A
I know.
B
We're really like, lifting heavy.
A
Yeah. But I gotta Go stop the. What is it? Big five and get myself some gloves.
B
Or Amazon. Isn't it almost prime day?
A
I know, but I get tired of all the boxes. You know what I mean?
B
Well, are you gonna go get a bag at the big fat.
A
No, I'll just grab the gloves and I'll just walk out. But I will say the straps around the bar, I couldn't believe how much better it felt.
B
That's what Rob always said when I lifted. Because you. You do get to a certain weight and, like, I don't know how you felt, but before we put the straps.
A
On, I felt like I was gonna drop the bar. Yeah.
B
Will you? And then your form gets bad, and then you're not even feeling it in your glutes and your hamstrings where you're supposed to be feeling it, and it's all off. And then when you put the straps on, you realize, like, now it's back to being where the focus body parts. Look at us and look at. What are they talking about? Bri and I have been training a.
A
Bunch of gym rats over days.
B
Yeah. A week with a personal trainer. It's been a few weeks, I was going to say.
A
And then I do my one mom class that I freaking love. And then.
B
But I mean, I'm just talking about personal training.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
It's just different when you have someone.
A
Pushing you weight, and he's been pushing us, form, weight, everything. And because I'll be honest, like, sometimes, like, you know, in class, I might supposed to do 12. I might count to 10. And you might cheat a little bit on, like, not fully going down in a squat. Like, you get away with, like, little cutting corners.
B
Right.
A
When you. It's just us two with Kyle. Oh, no, no, no.
B
And what we love is he's a former Philadelphia Eagle Y. So that's huge plus huge plus.
A
Fly, Eagles fly, baby. All the time. Well, how's little Mato doing?
B
He's finally feeling better.
A
Wow.
B
It's been a rough few days, but.
A
He had exactly what my kids had a month ago. So poor little Mateos had the fever. But it's weird because it's like the kids will have the energy, but the fever, but then they're all stuffed up.
B
Yeah, it's called, like, adenovirus. I'm saying it wrong. It's something like that, but it goes around. It's going around right now with kids and they get high fevers. I mean, Mate was in the Emergency room with 104.5. It was wild. The poor baby he was just like, mommy, I feel like my bones are breaking. Please protect me. And like, me having the flu. I know. Even though it's not what he has, but we've all been there where we've been really sick. You know how your bones ache. So think of him.
A
Oh, my God, I love that.
B
So, yeah, it's been, like. It's been hard, but he's finally doing better. So we were out earlier. We went to the playground, and I got him for a share. We went for a long walk. Yeah, he got mad at me because I was like, we have to go back. I have to go to Anti Breezy's to podcast cast. And he. It's camp for some kids already. So whole camp was at the playground right now. So like 20 kids.
A
But he bawled his eyes out on Sunday because we had to leave the playground. And we had been there after church for a while. Yeah, bawling because he didn't want to leave.
B
That playground is so fun.
A
It is good.
B
So, yeah, he. But I was like, look, we could go back later. But also, you know, when they're feeling good, you want to take it easy. He's graduation tomorrow, and I just want him to make his graduation because, you know, it's the last time, like, we're leaving schools after that. He's graduating, like, big. You know, it's a big graduation for him to.
A
I mean, you guys, that's it. Done of the year. You and I, this is it. Last year.
B
But isn't it weird also to think with our boys, it's after this now it goes kindergarten first, second, third. Like, that was, like, tripping me out. When I was thinking about it, I was, like, getting so emotional because he's almost 5. Pre K is done tomorrow. I mean, we have summer school, but I'm like, oh, my gosh, my baby. Yeah, I could. I mean, tell.
A
Just think Birdie is. I mean, she's gonna be a second grader next year. Second grader. Like, that's wild to me.
B
I mean, when I have conversations with Birdie, it's wild to me.
A
I know.
B
It just goes, like, so fast and.
A
Yeah, it goes really fast. I actually have a really funny story. I have one actually about Buddy and then one about Birdie. But you'll get a kick out of this. So Birdie, you know, she loves to read in her bed and actually everywhere, you guys, it's so cute when. Even when she eats breakfast, I mean, she's so Brian. I look at him like, brian, when they said copy and paste, even Though she heard someone say that. Did you say, I. This person goes, did you say, look like my dad? And she was like, and this isn't the funny story, but I wanted to tell you this. I forgot. And they're like, yeah, this happened two days ago. She was, No, I don't. She goes, I look exactly like my mom, but with blonde hair, blue eyes. Oh, is that not so cute? I like. And I'm like, you do, baby. She's like, no, but I do. Like, she was like, I do not look like my dad. Is that not so funny?
B
That's really funny. Which Birdie's profile is identical to me. And then face on. She's very similar to Brian's side of the family. Not Brian exactly, but when I look at. Yeah. Brian's sister's daughters, like, she looks like a Danielson.
A
And, you know, everyone listening is like, sorry, Bri. Nope.
B
No, but is Brian.
A
I.
B
No, but I for sure agree. Her personality is very bright.
A
Oh, yeah, but.
B
But like, Teo, because he's been blowing his nose a lot. I'm like, oh, my gosh. He has our nose that we get from Nana, but, you know, like, identical. Yeah, but it looks a lot like. Because of his coloring. And he does have his dad's, like, identical eyes, but other than that. Like, if you look at my photos at his age, he looks so much. We look so much alike. Like, our face structure from the cheeks.
A
Down are like, you got Artemis eyes, but he is you down.
B
Yeah.
A
It is wild. And he smiles like you.
B
Yeah, it's a trip.
A
Every time I look at him, I'm like, oh, my gosh. I. I have visuals of, like, some of our baby photos. And I'm like, that's.
B
That's tape. Mom says it all the time. Every time Mom FaceTimes with me. That's what she thinks.
A
Yeah. Well, it's funny. So Birdie, you know, she reads a lot in her bed. And she was like, you know what would be really easy on us? And I was like, what? She's like, if you had a room service menu. I was like, what do you mean? She's like, well, something where I could pick off the menu and go get it for me. And I was like, burr, like, cook.
B
It for, like, here.
A
She goes, but think about it. She goes, if you had a menu and then we didn't have to sit there. And you're like, what do you. What do you guys want for dinner? And we're all guessing. She goes, if you handed me a.
B
Menu, I could just pick I mean, she's not wrong.
A
I walked out of a room and I'm like kind of genius.
B
Yeah.
A
I didn't want to like give into it. So she thinks I'm like her waitress.
B
Yeah.
A
But I was like, you know, I kind of can get behind that. And a little bit of me thinks this summer it could be fun to have like a little menu for them. Like, hey, this like I go grocery.
B
Which actually. So grocery shop quesadilla. I mean like chicken tender.
A
Yeah.
B
Like, it's like this is not going to be a Michelin star asking anyways.
A
No Michelin star menu.
B
Yeah. It's not like homemade raviolis and lasagna.
A
It might be a homemade banana bread, gluten free on there or whatever. But.
B
Well, you need to put like the. The surprise of the day.
A
Yeah, no, soup of the day or.
B
No, but it wouldn't be a soup because it could be banana.
A
Oh, I get it. Side of the day. Which will be like peas or broccoli and they won't even know.
B
But surprise.
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah.
A
That's awesome.
B
Yeah. Here you go. Broccoli on a plate.
A
Even though buddy swallows peas every day. But lucky. Yeah, but so. And he likes them frozen. So he eats frozen.
B
Actually, I need to give Mateo more. He loves frozen stuff. But he used to smash peas. Like they were french fries.
A
Broccoli. And now she like sees broccoli. She's like. But yeah, so I was like, you know what? This summer I think I'm gonna try it. Sunday is always like my food prep day. And I think I'm gonna look at. Okay, what do I have? And then I could come up with like a great menu and I'll just show it to them.
B
I.
A
Let's try for a week. Why not get back to us?
B
I. I would be very curious.
A
I'm gonna let you guys all know if that works or if I tortured myself.
B
Yeah, who knows? Let me know.
A
But okay, so. And if you think of something funny mat you have to let me know.
B
But I know why I have so many funny stories of them.
A
Yeah, I know we're gonna ham, but.
B
I can't think right now.
A
I know, cuz we were laughing the other day about something and I can't think. But so Nikki and I actually. Cuz we didn't get to really tell you guys about the F1. Like we.
B
Oh, I know.
A
Recorded out of Monaco. But it was like the day before we actually got racist. So we're going to get into that. And also this fun charity event we were at this weekend where we walked in a fashion show.
B
Oh, I did so mean.

Lightweight, effective, and perfect for sunny days is just what your summer needs. Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunscreen. You can't feel. Shop now at Target, but you know, Buddy, so Sunday, I still had my really great blowout. It looks super good. So we go to the pool and, you know, there's people at the pool. We go to this, like, club place. So there's, like, people at the pool. Whatever. It's Sunday fun day. We're all there and my kids. So Birdie's actually really great at swimming now. It's, like, really crazy to see her do laps. Buddy's like, good in the shallow end. But he freaks out when he gets to the deep end. But he, like, knows how to do it, but we're not there yet. So I watch him like, hawks. And I told the kids, literally before we left at the house, I'm like, mommy's not going to wear her swimsuit. I just, you know, I'm. I just don't feel like swimming. Really. I didn't want to ruin my blowout. I'm like, this blowout can go for a couple more days.
B
Oh, yeah. When you get the blowout, or do.
A
You know what I mean? And you're. So go to the pool, you guys. And literally sitting there watching, and this older kid, there's something in the deep end, and goes to Buddy and says, fetch. And what does Buddy do?
B
Fetch.
A
Sprint and jumps into the deep end. And then literally. And I watched the whole thing, but I'm like, is he gonna swim? Like, did he get the confidence to swim or something?
B
Nope.
A
And then Birdie's like, it's drowning. Like, so dramatic. So I sprint and jump into the deep end.
B
Blowout and all.
A
I mean, clothes, everything. Good thing I was barefooted, you know?
B
I wish you weren't.
A
I know. Spray. I was in, literally, a middle of a conversation with five adults. Five. And I was talking, and I just sprint. And then. Yeah, yeah. And so. And I grab him, and we come up, and Buddy's wearing Birdie's goggles. So they're these, like, humongous, pink, glittery, sparkly goggles. And he's like, you know, like. Like, so upset, which you should be. And I'm like, oh, my gosh. And everyone is dead silent, just staring. And then, like, you know, we're going, like, walking and, like. But he's, like, looking like he's so upset. I mean, you, Nicole, know, the whole setup. And, like, I just was like, damn. Like, you know, that is what I deserve. If I had my swimsuit on and I said I would get in with everyone, I would have never been bothered. But the fact I had my normal clothes on because I don't want to ruin a blowout.
B
Yeah, man.
A
But Brian's like, at least you watch the kids like a hawk. And, you know, I see it. But I also go, buddy, just because someone tells you to fetch.
B
Right.
A
Doesn't mean you go.
B
Because I get so scared now of, like, what they call dry drowning. You know what I mean?
A
Yeah. Well, good thing I was on it. Like, totally.
B
That's what I mean. Like, we watch our kids like a.
A
Hawk, but it's all terrifying. It's terrifying. So it's summertime, everyone. So if you have pools, make sure gates are locked. Everything. You know, it's like we always are. Like, oh, we don't have to remind ourselves. We know. But, like, remind. Let's all remind each other, honestly. Because we come from Arizona and you hear of so many devastating things, so.
B
And if you're. You're going to pool party, a pool party, just even a family get together and there's kids and there's a pool. It's just adult dude.
A
Gotta be there.
B
You gotta do. Whether it's two at a time and people catch up on conversation, but two need to be sitting at the pool. What? Even if everyone's inside, doesn't matter and everyone do.
A
Like, even if you make doors.
B
Yeah.
A
Hit a timer. I agree.
B
It's just. You gotta do it.
A
You gotta do it. So. It's crazy how quick that stuff can happen.
B
I know.
A
So sad. I know. It is sad.
B
I hate it.
A
But I didn't want to bring everyone down. I just wanted to sprinkle a little, you know, knowledge on everyone. But F1, I mean, so we've been back. We definitely felt like we only were affected by jet lag. What, one or two days.
B
Yeah. Right.
A
I mean, we really weren't affected by.
B
Jet lag because we stayed up. That's the key. You had to stay up on your flight even when it hurts. So when you land, you get home, then you. You're going to bed at bedtime, and then what do you call it? And then the next day, you got to treat it like regular day. Even when you want a nap or fall asleep, you just. And then it goes.
A
And that got a little hard because my.
B
Yes.
A
Legs were like, feeling like sandbags.
B
You just feel like you're in, like a zone and it's foggy.
A
Yeah. But we did good. But it was crazy because we dealt with, like, the cancellation, switching flight. Like, we dealt with so much chaos out of Rome. And then I was telling Nicole. I was like, oh, my gosh. A volcano erupted in Italy, you guys.
B
That happened last time when we were in Rome.
A
Last time we were in Rome, we were on our way to Monday night. Raw. The volcanoes was it just one erupted. But all that smoke made all the planes. No one could take off.
B
Anyways, about that. We have to talk F1. Seeing that up close and personal. Monaco was so incredible. Just the race. I've totally become an F1 fan. Like, you know, I've always loved NASCAR, but now seeing those kind of cars, like up close in the race through the cities. I was just brand new fan over here. I was in such awe. And just the fact how they could drive that fast through city blows my mind. Because, you know, you think of nascar, they're on a track, right? And it just. There's no turns and dips and distractions and all that. So it was just F1 was so impressive to me.
A
It was impressive. And like, the one thing I'll say is NASA's NASA. NASCAR has always been really fun to go to. Like, I've always enjoyed NASCAR and it's a vibe. Vibe. But I will say F1 seeing like a McLaren Ferrari Aston Martin, like when you see those brands and those cars racing, it adds.
B
Oh, totally.
A
Like, I. I will say I like the bougie element to it. Oh, my God, I love it as being on the McLaren yacht.
B
Oh, and gosh, that was unreal. And to watch the qualifiers on there and then have McLaren kill, it was like, unreal. Yeah.
A
So it was definitely an experience. I'll say this, it was a little too overpacked for my liking. Like, Monaco was jam packed and that was tough.
B
Yeah, that was.
A
I just realized I just don't like the massive crowds. But. But I would definitely go see another F1. I think it would be so much fun.
B
Well, I mean, you have Miami now, you have Vegas, and then there's so many others overseas. Of course. That would be really fun to go see.
A
Yeah. So we'll definitely have to do it again. But what an experience.
B
I know.
A
It was absolutely incredible. And I mean, I'll just never forget this trip. It was memorable. It was absolutely incredible.
B
It really was.
A
And so. And then we have to tell everyone because. So Nikki and I went to this charity event this past weekend. It was for one of the hospitals in our community that really want to grow the afib area of the hospital. Like, really doing, like, a lot with.
B
Like, heart self care.
C
Right.
A
Cardio section of the. Yeah.
B
Yes.
A
So we were asked to, like, walk in this fashion show, which. Sure. And I were like, yeah. It was like a bunch of us moms. We're like, let's do it. Wow. I forgot how hard it is, like, well, in the hills.
B
Yeah, high hills. I mean, that's since the pandemic. It's.
A
It just. Why is it hard now to walk in, like, tall stilettos?
B
We rarely do it. And before we just like, lived in it. Well, when the arches are super high and you know, the stilettos are super thin and then you're trying to strut, but then you're trying not to fall in the pool. It's just all difficult, you know, it was difficult, but what a beautiful event.
A
It was a beautiful event. They raised a great amount of money for it.
B
And I. It's kind of made me think, like, oh, wow. No, that's really important. If you live in a small town, it's really important to raise money to have a unit in your hospital that is, like, top, top care for heart. Any type of heart issues. And I was like, whoa, Yeah, I really want to help raise funds here because I want to grow old in Napa Valley. And, you know, hopefully I'll never have a heart attack or some type of heart issue, but if I do, I want to make sure there are good doctors down the road, you know, not having to wait to be air back to San Francisco or Sacramento or San Jose. So I was like, wow, that's a really smart charity. Really incredible.
A
Well, and it made me, like. And I've already kind of done this in the last year, but realized that, you know, sometimes we concentrate on supporting, like, these massive charities that are, you know, nationwide or worldwide, which are great, but it is crazy if you can concentrate the ones in your community, how much it benefits you as well, because it's where you live, where you're raising your family. And so they. I remember last year because I always like to do the end of the year, like, donations. I'm like, I'm only going to do local. And it was smart. It is.
B
Your own communities need it.
A
Yeah. Like, even, like, I mean, we live.
B
You know, where whatever your community is, you live in it every day.
A
Right.
B
Your kids are growing in it.
A
And so, like, I even did one for the senior, like, what do you got? Senior citizen living or something for them to be able to have this thing for, like. Like their bridge or, like. And you're like, wait, they need that?
B
I love that.
A
And that's like. It means a lot to them. Right? So I was like, you know what? It's important, I think, to support your local charities. You benefit and. And it's fun to do the research and see, like, okay, who needs help? Like, where do we, you know, put the help? And it's great.
B
I agree.
A
You know, I love that. Yeah. Nikki, Life can get really busy.
B
Really busy. I mean, I would say it's been busy for all of us.
A
I know. And sometimes we just need to take a breather, sit down, and ask ourselves one very important question.
B
What's that, Brie?
A
Have you had your Hershey's.
B

And so and then, you know, Nikki, I thought we have two emails or emails, right? So we have two voicemails that I thought, you know. Oh, yeah, are great, because we have not done voicemails in a really long time. Well, we don't really get a lot.
B
Of voicemails, but I feel like. Because we don't push our phone number enough.
A
You don't think.
B
No, we will check on it, but I'm excited to hear these two.
A
So I say we listen to these voicemails and see what they have to say.
B
Okay.
C
Hi, Nikki. My name is Nikki. I'm from St. Helens, Oregon. I just wanted to say I just finished listening to your episode from your return in December 2024, and I had to reach out. Hearing you talk about staying home, being private and protecting your peace really hit home for me. That's exactly what I've been doing, too, for my own mental peace. I've always admired you and Bree, but tonight, listening to your words just gave me a sense of comfort and strength I didn't realize I needed. Thank you for being so open and real. It truly helped me feel a little better. God bless you, Nikki. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
B
Oh, Nikki, thank you for that. Those messages really, really help. Like, and it was, like, good timing, too. You have no idea. So thank you. That means a lot because I told Bria, I go, sometimes I struggle because, you know, I. I talk about my situation or things that go on. I. I give a little bit because, you know, as you say, protecting my peace. You know, there are certain areas that I choose to, you know, keep private or disconnect with. But then I think sometimes it's hard for people to see, you know, the overall picture, and I'll get trolled or whatever will happen. So sometimes it's hard to be, like, not feel down about it. So thank you. I appreciate that. Because, you know, the times that I do talk about things is to help people like you, because I know so many women and even some men, but majority women, you know, are going through things like, I am even worse. And it's nice when you can, like, sit and relate to someone or, you know, feel that. That's the one thing I've learned. And there's some people in our community that I really talk to, because that's what I've realized is you really have to talk to people who are going through what you're going through. Like, it's. You need that connection. It helps so much. It's like you could talk to your sister all The I or your therapist. But to really also talk to people who are going through what you're going through, I realize is like it helps so much. And then also like you said, protecting your peace. And I think that also though keeps me strong too is I know what I am protecting and you know.
A
Right. Well, and it's hard because it's like, you know, it's like if the, if everyone came at things with like love and kindness, people would be more open and be speaking more or whatever. I mean, still people say a lot of things, but you know what I mean? Overall, we all feel for our mental health. We have to protect our peace and you know, privacy.
B
Yeah, it is.
A
But at this because of trolls and that's too bad. And it kills me at times because I'll see certain stuff and I'm like, should I ruin this person's day to day? I'm like, no, but I will take the high road.
B
Their day wouldn't be ruined. They're looking to engage. They're looking for a reaction is what I realized. You know what I mean? That's why I either just block or just ignore. I do whatever. But. But then you get look voicemails like Nikki and then you realize how much, you know, amazing it is right?
A
It's true. And that you're doing the right thing.
B
Yes, that is right.
A
That is so true. Okay, our next voicemail is from Jessica.
B
Hi Nikki and Bri. This is Jessica from Dallas, Texas. And my question is how would. What kind of advice would you have for someone to be able their inner beauty? I love you both very much. I will forever be a member of the Bella army. Take care. Bye.
A
Yes, the Bella Army. Well, Jessica, inner beauty, you know, it. I feel like the biggest thing for me is just acceptance. Like that was at least for me that worked. Is accepting who I am, what I am and loving that person. And I think it's hard. You know, in my 20s was hard and that was before social media. So I can't imagine what social media does to people in their 20s. But for me in my 20s, it was just like the constant comparing of where you're at in life, what you look like, the person who's getting more attention. You look nothing like them. And you know, it was that constant like comparison which would really bring down, I feel like the inner side of you. That's the beautiful, beautiful part. And it really took me a while. And like, let's be honest, our grandparents and our mothers would tell us all the time, like the, you know, beauty comes from the inside out. But they're right.
B
Yeah.
A
Because I met people who could have been physically stunning but had mean hearts and not good people, and I'm like, ew. And then they change. Right. They look ugly. And so I honestly feel like inner beauty is all those, like, you know, not only accepting yourself, but being kind and also coming at life with love. It's like all those positive things that we can give out to the world. People will gravitate towards you and all of a sudden just be like, well, you're a beautiful person. And they're talking about your soul, which is inner beauty. And so really, it's. I. I feel like it's not hard to be a good human. Maybe it is, but just being a good human and your inner beauty grows, and it is true. Like, when you are beautiful on the inside, you're beautiful on the out.
B
Oh, for sure. And it's that, like, what you're talking about, people attract to your aura. You. You walk in a room and people gravitate towards you, and it. The foundation is kindness. It's having a good heart. And then, you know, and every. And doing the work on yourself and getting to the point of happiness. Like, when you have all the inner things, so the things that we can't see. When you work on that, everything on your outside changes. I. Someone used to say this to me, and I go, it's so true. At times when I know I'm a happiest. My. My brown eyes are light. Like, they're lighter. And I can't remember, someone told me that, like. Yeah. When people are in, like, such inner beauty, like, their eyes start to sparkle. They get lighter. And then it's true. When you see, like, evil people, like, their eyes seem just so dark. Yeah.
A
If they're not the color.
B
No, no. Yeah. They. There's a thing to it. And I. It's crazy. I'm like, it's so true, but it's because it's all within. And it's like when people will be like, you're glowing. Oh, my gosh. It's like happiness is just shining right through. It's like, you're like, sunshine can't help the white light. Can't help but, like, just blast right through you.
A
Right. Well. And I feel like, too, when you meet people that you're like, wow. With the inner beauty, they. They beat to their own drum. Like, you can tell they're not trying to be anyone else except who they are.
B
Yeah.
A
And I've always admired that.
B
Yeah.
A
There's countless times I met people and I'm like, wow. Like, they are just everything.
B
They're just so confident in who they are and comfortable and you need love them, like love themselves in like such a great way. It's like, what a great place to be in. Plus, I think it's so great to be in that space as you age, especially in our society we're in right now.
A
Right.
B
It's like so important to have that acceptance of yourself.
A
Gosh, I so agree. Well, thank you, Jessica. That was a great voicemail. And you guys hit up our hotmail. I always call it hotmail, hotline, hotline. It's because I used to have a hotmail account. But head up our hotline. Ask Nikki and I any questions. Anything you guys want to ask us or even tell us, please call us at 8:33 Garcia 2. And look it, we will answer it. I know we kind of went for a while not answering it. So people kind of.
B
We did. We were bad. We were bad.
A
Many people think all tequila is the same.
B
Not quite that kind of thinking. Classic gringo move.
A
Enter Grand Centenario, Mexico's number one tequila. That's a hell of an endorsement. Since Mexicans know tequila best.
B
This isn't some trendy knockoff. It's the real deal. Handcrafted in Jalisco, Mexico. Family owned and with a recipe that was perfected all the way back in 1857.
A
Their campaign, don't Be a Gringo is about recognizing that anyone can be a gringo, but there is a way out.
B
Out of that identity. Because being a gringo means missing the vibe. Like thinking Cinco de Mayo is Mexico's independence day. Or choosing a tequila because a celebrity told you to.
A
Gran Centenario has a smooth, rich flavor that comes from aging in oak barrels. Warm notes of agave that really shine alongside hints of vanilla and toasted almond.
B
It tastes high end, but it won't judge you for late night tacos. So if you're going to raise a glass, do it with the tequila Mexico drinks. Don't be a gringo and don't drink gringo tequila.
A
Be someone who knows the real stuff.
B
Grand Centenario Smooth, rich and absolutely the move.
A
Grand Centenario tequila 40% alcohol by volume. Proximo proximospirits.com as of late.
B
I have to say, it's just so amazing to escape to space that truly feels like my own. And I just love planning all of my outdoor stuff because it's the time of year, right, that we're always outside. A
But you know, I thought, Nikki, it would be fun to play a game. And you and I, we're really good at games. So this is called Roaster Toast and we don't normally respond to haters online. Nick, you used to. And they were. It was amazing when she did. And then I kind of started to. But we don't do that anymore. No, instead we like to kill them with kindness. So this game is called Roast and Toast. Our job is to flip these haters comments into something positive. Okay, so for example, who even listens to your podcast? We would respond with something like gratitude for the community you've built with this pod.
B
Oh, I like that.
A
Right? Okay. Okay, so I'm gonna give you the first one and then you can give me. We'll go back and forth.
B
Geez.
A
I know it's a little nerve wracking.
B
It's gonna be hard.
A
Yeah, you gotta find like your inner.
B
I like it, but I feel like it's gonna be hard.
A
Okay. A follower keeps posting attention seeker under all your cute selfies.
B
Sharing the happiness that I have worked so hard on building from within to share with from without. Perfect, right?
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah.
A
Amazing.
B
Okay. Hashtag glow, girl glow.
A
Yes. There you go. Okay.
B
Someone comments another glass of wine under a bonita bonita post.
A
Yeah, but I get those like, hater comments a lot. And I'd say I am so blessed to have a wine brand that I get to promote on social media.
B
Love it.
A
Okay, someone says you should just stick to wrestling after you share an opinion on a serious issue.
B
So more than likely that's probably a man who's a feminist hater, female hater, can't stand a woman who's building an empire. That would be definitely my guess. So my comment back to that would be, thank you God for giving me incredible platforms to have such incredible impact and to be able to spread a lot of inspiration and motivation and that.
A
I'm a Jill of all trades, that if I want to go back to wrestling, I can.
B
Yeah. Hashtag empire.
A
Okay, you asked me last fun.
B
This is fun. A follower suggests your lifestyle choices are not kid friendly and you should think more like a role model.
A
You know, I would write, I would be like, I'm so grateful for the non judgy family I have built where we all get to live and express who we are openly in our family, where we love each other and support each other so much.
B
Mine would be, here's to being a 40 year old, 41 year old woman who has had an incredible journey of breaking barriers, inspiring people, relating and showing them the ups and downs of life on how you live. So if you're Talking about a 10 year old looking at me, hopefully there you go. You know I love it.
A
Okay, let's do one more each. You asked me one and then last.
B
Okay. A commenter dismisses your accomplishments as luck rather than hard work.
A
I would say, you know, actually with that I'd say yes. How lucky am I to have the career that I have? I've been so blessed. But it does not take luck to get here. It definitely took hard work.
B
Nice.
A
Hashtag learn.
B
We get so sassy and then we get sassy.
A
We're supposed to only do kindness.
B
I know.
A
We're those like kinder sassy spirits.
B
Yeah. Okay. Gratitude.
A
A troll comments that your twin bond is all staged for clout.
B
I mean, hashtag get a life like that one.
A
I mean, kill with kindness. Okay, how do we do that?
B
You must not be a twin. Sorry for you. Just kidding. That's not killing with kindness.
A
Can you write twin clout 100?
B
I don't even, I don't even know how I could kill that with kindness. How do you even give inspiration to someone like that?
A
Just give the melting emoji face.
B
You a be an only child. Yeah, I'll pray for you.
A
All right. Nicole, you're crazy.
B
I'm crazy? You're crazy.
A
I love it though. That's what we had to do, you guys. I mean, Nikki, And I, we always have to bring a little roasting and toasting into the podcast. Cuz we get roasted a lot for some reason.
B
Oh, really?
A
Hilarious.
B
I think me more so than you.
A
You definitely. But it fires me up because I'm your twin.
B
I know.
A
So do that clout comment about this twin thing. Now I'm gonna go off. No, I love it. Okay, well, it is now time for some inspiration and affirmation. Do you have any for us or am I going to go into my.
B
I say our inspiration affirmation comes from the heart after reading a roast.
A
Okay.
B
Okay. Well, each. We'll each give a comment on it. A troll asks you to stop discussing personal matters on your platforms claiming that you over share. Bri, hit us with that inspiration affirmation. Hit that troll with some inspro.
A
I mean, I'm thinking, you know, I'm an over sharer and so I. There are.
B
And you don't have to be like, I know. Just.
A
Yeah. I feel like we have been put on earth with special gifts. And my gift is that I feel confident enough to open up my life for people to learn from the good, the bad, the ugly. Why succeed in reality television? Why I have a great following on social medias because I let you all in. But I let you see where I failed, where I've succeeded, what was hard in my life, what seemed easy, or what I6 what made me successful. And I hope for all of you that you don't feel alone, that you are inspired in some way and that you feel like you can meet me at my speakeasy and have a drink with me. So yes, I do overshare for those reasons.
B
Yeah. And you know, my. Mine would be my inspiration affirmation would be, you know, there's hearing everyone's stories like you and I, whether we're in the tasting room, whether we were at wrestling events, you know, just walking in the community, traveling around the world. It's incredible to hear all the people we've connected with when we don't even realize or the impact that we've had because we are so relatable or we have, like you said, put the good, the bad and the ugly out there. So of course you're always gonna have those people. Oh, they over share and we don't even know. We may be inspiring them or they just don't want to be open to whatever change they probably need in their life. But there's so many more stories of the good that it does. And I will always continue to do it because of the people that it helps and in the up, you know, in that it also helps me for sure.
A
So here's to the over sharing twins.
B
Yeah. The oversharing twins. And. And you're right. I feel like we have been put on this earth to do that. And I think when like we say, you know your purpose. Hey, you do it, you do it, you do it.
A
So happy Monday, everyone.
B
Yes.
A
Enjoy that week.
B
You know, it starts tonight.
A
What?
B
Love Island.
A
It's tonight.
B
Tonight.
A
What do you think of the cast so far?
B
I don't know. I mean, one thing I'll say is I'm happy where we don't have to podcast this season for it. It was just really hard to talk about people.
A
Now we can talk about on our own.
B
Yeah. Like I just deal with all of you judge. Like I. I just like how we could just talk. But. But I'm excited, you know, I'm excited to see like how it'll be. So it's always hard, I feel like to tell the cast on social tell you get intro.
A
I'm excited. Good.
B
I do like when it was like you would just have a surprise because I feel like now we hold them at an expect. I feel like now we kind of hold them at an expectation for sure. But I just hope it's a really good season.
A
It will be for sure.
B
I mean, they had. I already watched Ariana do like the villa tour and you know, I like how they added the speakeasy. You know, they spruced up the fire pit a bit. So that's all good. So it'll be fun to spill the tea in our own way.
A
Yes.
B
Where we don't have to make whole episode about dragging people.
A
Oh, gosh. Brian's gonna be like, oh, my goodness.
B
I know. But I'm not. I'm excited. So everyone on Peacock tonight. I can't wait.
A
All right, well, everyone, you enjoy your week and we will catch you all on Thursday.
B
That's right. See.
