This is what she said. She literally said that she trusted you and that she thought you were her friend, but you betrayed her. And people told her and she didn't want to believe it. Well, you know, before I ask you some questions, we gotta go to Instagram because they always have some good things. And I agreed with some of them. That caught me off guard real quick. Hill Nikki is back. Why Nikki, why? You're supposed to be mu Caliente. Sexy amigas felt the same. The ring gear says it all. Saw it coming. Lol. I don't know. For me, this was her ultimate heel gear. Back in diva's era. 2013, 2014. You know, it's so weird. And they wrote fearlessnikki, but can I tell you something? Your eyeliner was a little different.

You came out looking extra sassy, which, yeah, wasn't intentional. But, yeah.

[Brie Bella]

Yeah, that was a great belt shot. Love seeing He'll Nikki. I mean, you were trending number one. It was pretty cool. Oh, Soraya even, you know, wrote he'll. But, you know, I think something that was cool is you and John were like the top, you know, trending out of Monday Night Raw in Boston. So, you know, it definitely caught everyone's attention and everyone's loving it. It's fun to see the debates online, you know, because I think people were sad that you decided to turn, but I think a lot of people are excited to see He'll Nikki.

I mean, I think there's more excitement.

Yeah. We all know He'll Nikki is probably one of our favorite.

But then from, you know, I was thinking, I don't disapprove. You know, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

You know, and nowadays there's just, you know, it's. It's.

So this coming Monday night when you're at Madison Square Garden, are we going to be able to hear why?

Yes. And so that's why I'm not going to really say anything here, because I'm going to wait. I'm going to wait for a live mic, and it should Be in front of that MSG crowd. And I will. I'll explain myself because I got. I got a lot I want to say so. And there's no. No better crowd to do it in front of them than msg.

[Brie Bella]

So that is for sure. And, you know, I mean, it was even cool to see, you know, Biggie has been seeing your praises a lot this run, which has been incredible. But one thing I did like that he said, and I agree with, is he. He said, I want to see a Nikki Bella who's going after world titles. I want to see a Nikki Bella who is ruthless. That's the Nikki that we came to know and love. That's the Nikki from a decade ago who was on top. I got goosebumps.

Me, too. You know, and he spoke a lot, like, about my impact and how our impact, total diva's impact. And it's not spoken enough about how many women there now came because of that. And he really went in on it. And it's really nice because I feel like more people who have credibility are really starting to speak up for me because I know for so long, like, people are like, I don't want the trolls to come, you know, at me online. So people just never really did. But I think people now are kind of like, the hate's so gross. Like, even some of the chants that I got last night, like, okay, I.

Thought I heard some chance I didn't like when I was watching, but honestly.

[Nikki Bella]

I think they got picked up more on TV because. Or I was just too in my moment that I didn't even know. I didn't even hear it, tell you the truth, till I think mom told me. And then I just left. I know Mom. Oh.

[Brie Bella]

Or then.

[Nikki Bella]

Was it you? I don't know. Maybe it was you guys on the group text. So. But Boston, I mean, Boston's an amazing crowd. It was so fun.

[Brie Bella]

No better crowd.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah. But it's nice for these people with credibility that are speaking up, because I think at the end of. End of the day, they all know. They all know how much I love this business, how much passion I have for wrestling. They know the work that I put in. You know, it's not like I come on here and always say, like, oh, when I had two days free where I didn't have my son, I flew to Orlando. Just get in the ring for five hours to fly straight back. You know, I don't talk about all that stuff all the time, but the people that know that know, and, like, I truly love this business and I want to give it my all. And I really loved what Biggie said because, yeah, I don't. I don't need to just sit around, always put people over. I know what I can do now. I know what my worth is. And you're going to start to hear it a lot more.

And so you'll wait for Monday for that. But what's nice is I didn't even. I haven't even said a word. And I love the recognition people are already giving if you've seen it on social media or to talent. And so, girl, that's all I'm going to say.

Dang. All right, well, I think we're all looking forward to Monday night Raw and Madison Square Garden this coming Monday. I think we're all excited to see what unfolds with Nikki.

And by the way, so, you know, with all the crazy travel going on, I was like. Because I have to go to New York City. Like, oh, why am I going to take a flight to have to, like, show up super early to just, like, wait around or whatever? Because the airports have been insane on the east coast, by the way. Oh, I got really lucky on my way here. But everyone after me because I took an earlier flight. Anyone who took a later flight had. Was up in the air for a long time, kept getting delayed on the runways, cancellations, like, everyone's travel coming in. I was so happy I took an early flight, but I was like, I'm gonna try. I'll just have a car service take me to New York. And by the way, exactly, like three and a half hours. But we go through a snowstorm and I like, look at the driver. And I go, I didn't know it was supposed to be snowing. And he goes, neither did I. I mean, Bri was a full on snowstorm.

[Brie Bella]

Oh, my gosh.

[Nikki Bella]

So then. And I even DM'd it to Scott. I think I DM'd it to you. What is it? A polar vortex is going on in New York right now.

[Brie Bella]

Wow. On 1111.

[Nikki Bella]

Polar vortex ice. Do you hear that? NYC under freeze. Watch temp set to plunge thanks to a polar vortex.

That's interesting, right?

Which it is cold. Boston was freezing too. But yeah, I mean. And we're Cali people, right? So, like, they're all like, why is she in a puffer? And I'm like, why are you not in a puffer? I packed my puffer. I got my. Even my puffer vest behind me.

It's like, well, it has been crazy because of the government shutdown, all these flight issues. I mean, even when we're. We were in Santa Barbara, you know, my flight gets canceled, I get rebooked, then delayed three hours. It was wild. But I was talking to someone who said, like, what are you going to do during Thanksgiving week when, if the government's still in shutdown, like, do you travel still? Do you cancel your flights? Like, do you just kind of rethink and stay home? I don't know.

Well, I'm. It's wild. I'm kind of in the same boat right now because I'm in New York till Thursday, but I have to be back in New York on Sunday. So I'm like, wait, am I really gonna fly? San Francisco right now isn't letting planes land till 8am they start, but they keep saying they're getting worse. So I'm like, wait, I'm about to go to, like, there's like the top three worst or top four worst airports I think I heard right now are Boston, Chicago, all New York airports in San Francisco. And I'm like. So I'm like, torn in a place where you get mom guilt. Like, I want to go home to Teo for three nights, but what if I get stuck? Or how travel's been? Am I just safer staying here? And like, obviously if I didn't have mom Gail and I didn't, like, like, you know, if I wasn't a mom, I would stay, right? But I'm like, no, I need to go back to the other coast to go see my son for three days before I come back. But then it is kind of crazy. I'm thinking like, damn it so much, you know, my body. It's so weird, Bri, because maybe you have some advice on this. I've noticed this three times so far when I flown to New York and then I have to get to bed. Like, you know when remember the days because you were west coast girls, so you would fly east coast and you're trying to get yourself to bed at a decent time because you have TV the next day. But it's just hard. So this has happened to me with Brooklyn tv, Birmingham, obviously going to Birmingham England, and then in Boston, my eyes get so puffy and I can't depuff them. I put stuff on, but it's because I can't get to bed till like three in the morning. And then I wake up at like. Like when my body starts to see light, it just naturally starts to wake up. But I think I slept in like yesterday. I tried to sleep until almost 10, and then I went and worked out, but I couldn't depuff my eyes. Now, I never used ice, which I should have, but this has been three TVs. Okay, so you've been doing cupping. What's the deal there?

[Brie Bella]

I mean, granted you're looking at me now. I didn't cup this morning, but I also had a night because buddy got a fever and he had really bad coughs through the night. So I'm not on a lot of sleep. But when I do my cupping in the morning, I do notice a difference. And I followed this woman, so I looked at all her videos and I. I have three different, like, cupping tubes. So now if you're someone who has fillers and Botox, you can't do cupping because they'll move all your stuff around. I don't.

[Nikki Bella]

But I don't, I don't do Botox here. So am I fine to do cupping here?

[Brie Bella]

So they have a little one where you will, like, squeeze, like.

[Nikki Bella]

And that helps with the puffiness because that's. I need puffiness.

[Brie Bella]

And then you have a. A bigger one. And then it's like, okay, and you do three times for all of it. And then you go down your neck. I do up here too. But granted, I didn't do this morning. I didn't have time. But when I do it, I see a difference. I feel like you've even noticed it at times, like when I show up to him and different things. And I just. Obviously, your skin is one of your largest organs.

[Nikki Bella]

You're.

[Brie Bella]

It needs to be moved. It needs to be worked out like everything else. So cupping is bringing the blood. It's moving. But I've noticed a different difference with my eyes.

[Nikki Bella]

Yeah, I even. Is it guasha, what's it called?

[Brie Bella]

Yeah, where it's like silver, like you have.

[Nikki Bella]

Well, it's not always silver, but it could be turquoise or whatever stone, some court, whatever. Rose quartz. So I did that to try to help, but that didn't take away the puffiness. But also sometimes it's how the makeup, I think, is applied. And I was talking to some of the girls about this. I go, why Is it so bright out there? Like crazy bright. And they're like, oh well ever since we've had LED lights put in overhead and around the ring, it's just crazy bright out there, like, and it's LED light. It's not like it's soft lighting.

[Brie Bella]

You're nitpicking. But the thing with cupping, you're not moving, you're pulling your skin out. You're like, it's like because you suction cup it. So it's supposed to help flush fluid. I don't know.

[Nikki Bella]

Okay. So you know something crazy. So Brian's mom, when I saw her last time, I couldn't stop looking at like her under eyes. I'm like, she doesn't have like puffiness, not even a lot of wrinkles. I mean she has some, you know, she has wrinkles but not like I was like, kind of like whoa. But I was talking to her and she uses only tea bags.

Okay. So I mean I think I'm gonna try tonight. So the chamomile I hear is the best.

But how stress and like, if you're not doing the right things in your life can age you and how if you are like living connected. Connected, that's what it is. And I do believe taking away the stress and when you think of what makes you stressful is when you're thinking, like, how you can move up the ladder, make more money, all the things. Stuff it like shows you the field and how it shows you the lines going. But Grayson, who's actually huge Eagles fan. And it's so funny because he's from Australia, but Grayson's like, he had the actual game up. So it was funny because before I was going out for my segment, he like came up and told me about whatchamacall getting injured and he's like, finally got a field goal. And I'm like, oh, good. He was like giving me updates too. But like he literally had it on. Yeah. And he was like, he's gonna try to go to the Detroit's game. Because what's cool is like with msg, Eagles have Sunday Night Football home. So it's like a quick drive, right? So he's like, we had talked about going, I might go, but he really wants to go. But I have, you know, you have a lot to do, but you know how it is before the arena and I just have to get in my headspace and it's. I start to think of how late that is. I'm like, oh, for sure.

And then one of the other camera goes like, he went back at it, who is an Eagles fan. And so. But we're literally talking about the Eagles as they're about to come out. Yeah.

That's amazing. It was fun game. It was stressful though. I was like, I don't know if I can watch the ending of this game.

I mean, the girls and I are. There was a group of us in the car on the way back and I'm like, come on. Or like saying all These things, and they're like, the game isn't done. And I'm like, oh, my gosh, why does this feel like a stressful last two minutes? And I wasn't even watching them play. I'm still just watching the app, but I'm seeing the lines and seeing where, like, everyone, like, where the team's going. And I'm like, well, you should have.

Caught in person because. Well, not in person on tv, because it was even worse. But Birdie, like, gets really bothered when I'm yelling, like, at the TV Buddy loves. Yeah, he gets real bothered. I can hear, like, talking to Brian about it. It's so funny. So I did something crazy.

And. And it wasn't even in Santa Barbara. I did so came home and I adopted two cats. Twin girls.

Birdie and Brian convinced me, and I'm happy for it. I'm happy we did it, because these poor twin girls have been sitting for months and months, like, waiting to be adopted. They never do. Not even Brian picks up the chicken poop. But now I'm like, okay, got to clean up after the dogs, the chickens. Now I'm going to have a litter box to clean. But whatever, I can do it.
