I love it. Oh, look at this. You know, we. We're slowly growing up. We're slowly adulting.

So Nikki and I wanted to take some time today and talk about the end of the Philadelphia Eagle season. We're still recovering. As you can tell. It was a hard loss against the 49ers, but, you know, you can't win them all.

Yeah, you just can't.

[Brianna]

Well, first, I'm gonna blame the refs. So there. And this is how I look at it. Like, I'm like, okay, I'm an athlete. I understand a lot. I just am like, I just don't understand stand when there's bad game calling. And it just happens to us a lot. I'm like, I'm not that fan. I know I'm not that fan. No, I agree with you, but it was just hard to watch. And let me tell you, like, yeah, I didn't feel like we stepped up and played how well we can. So it's like, I'll take the loss, but also tell you some of the things I did See, so, I don't know. You know, Nikki and I are big Eagle fans. We love our team. And so, you know what? It was a fun season. I feel like this whole season of watching NFL all the games, because I love watching all of them. They've all been close, stressful finishes.

[Nikki]

This past weekend was an incredible weekend of football.

[Brianna]

What a way to start the playoffs, honestly.

[Nikki]

So. So, you know, grateful for that. And hey, you lose some, you win some. Obviously, when it's the Eagles, it hits harder because we were super bowl champs, so, you know, you're going in to reclaim the throne. Plus, because our team is so good, people love to hate on us even harder. And that's fine. I look at it as now we're going to rebuild and we're going to go claim it again.

[Brianna]

Right. And now we get to comfortably sit on the couch and watch the playoffs. But, you know, because the Eagles lost, it made Nikki and I kind of reflect on our last week, and we're.

[Nikki]

Like, you know what?

[Brianna]

I go, nikki, what's been some of your wins and some of your losses in the last week? And so we thought it'd be kind of fun to go over, like, a win we each had.

[Nikki]

Yeah.

[Brianna]

And a lost we each had in the last week. So I'm going to start with you.

[Nikki]

Oh, gosh.

[Brianna]

Tell me, like, a big win you had in the last week.

[Nikki]

Well, I would say, like, a big win for me would definitely be the fiestable experience. The actual game. That was one of the most incredible experiences. It definitely has made me more of a fan of college football and, like, wanting to get into college football more next season. I, like, obviously I've known. It's incredible energy, the heart. There's just, you know, different feels. But being at that bowl game, I was like, whoa. Like, seeing Ole Miss in Miami, all the fans that shown up, the bands, the cheerleaders, the fans, the players, and like, I gotta do everything. I was on the field majority of the time. Even when they came out of the tunnel, they had me right there with like the whole media where they come out. They really gave me an incredible experience. I felt important, you know, getting to just chat with different former NFL players, getting to be in the suite. I mean, I met some of the most incredible people. I just was like. And JJ was with me the whole time.

And Claire, Molly. And we just were like, this is an insane experience. And it was so much fun. And I was just on a total high. So that was like a total win for me. And also I got to Showcase the new ESPN and WWE belt. That's another thing to go on the Pat McAfee show during the bowl game. Like, that was so amazing. I was like, wow. That was like a huge, like, whoa.

[Brianna]

So cool, right? And I loved the picture of you, Eli Manning and jj.

Oh, yeah.

[Brianna]

I thought that was a great picture.

[Nikki]

Can I say that out of all, let's just say celebrities, athletes. But he's a celebrity, right? That I have ever met. He is in my top three or maybe two of the nicest people. And like, that's an Eagle fan saying that.

[Brianna]

Yeah. You can tell he's nice. He reminds his eyes, his facial expressions, they're very gentle.

[Nikki]

Very. And you know how a lot of people say, like, you and I take the time to listen to people in conversation, make eye contact. Eli's the same to where I was like, I need to stop talking his ear off. Cuz he's just so sweet. Doesn't mean I get to take advantage of his time. But just one of the nicest people ever. Like, even, even JJ walked away and goes, wow, that's like the nicest human being. I go. And I, I was like, jj. I've met him a few times. He's consistent. Um, Amy Poehler would be the next person that I've ever met who's like the nicest person ever. But Eli's like one of my top.

[Brianna]

Another person. I feel like you can tell by her demeanor and how she speaks.

[Nikki]

She seems to be sweet and so nice. Doesn't, you know, you could tell they don't look at like status or who's who. They give everyone, whoever comes and has a conversation with them. They treat them exactly the same as anyone. Do you know what I mean?

[Brianna]

So anyt I see these bowl games, it always makes me think how much I missed out in college. Do you know what I mean? Okay, so it's Nikki and I, we dropped out of college, but I never got into that side of college. And when I see these bowl games.

[Nikki]

I did with asu, but yeah, yeah, but not remember the time when mom, when I accidentally ran into mom. Mom thought I was in San Diego and didn't know I flew to Arizona for the ASU game.

[Brianna]

I don't remember that. You don't?

[Nikki]

Wait, what happened when she was married to Greg? Craziest things. So I fly to me, Ariel and Jamie and everyone for the ASU game. So we're like tailgating and then. And I am like, are they playing Buzz? I don't even remember who they're playing. But Sun Devils, like, whatever. Like, I. I went to quite a few of their games and remember some of our guys from Chaparral were on there, right? So, like, Ty was playing, like, just a bunch of them. Like, so it's that group, right? So we're just. Oh, my gosh. The ASU parties were insane. But anyways, I'm. I, like, got totally buzzed. Of course, that's what you do even when you're underage at these college games. So I'm going up. It's the, you know, ASU stadium, so. Not car. The new Cardinals is obviously old school. So how they had, like, how you would walk up to, like, the different levels. So I'm coming around the corner, I run right into mom and Greg. Mom goes, how, Nicole? Like, what are the odds? What are the odds? I was like, hey, Mom. And she goes, you're in Phoenix. I could tell she was like, just disappointed. I was, like, trying not to be Buzz.

[Brianna]

But why wouldn't you call your mother?

[Nikki]

Because what do you think in college, you.

[Brianna]

You want to go? You stop by, you say, here's my laundry. See you later.

[Nikki]

Your girls pick you up in ASU gear, and you're, like, heading to the tailgates, and you're, like, excited. Like, you just want to go party.

[Brianna]

I'll tell you the one time I ran into mom on accident. I was smoking a cigarette at the movie theater.

[Nikki]

So much worse than going, it was you game.

[Brianna]

And she came around the cor. Saw me a little puff, puff off a.

[Nikki]

That's terrible.

[Brianna]

And she was like, brianna. And I flicked that cigarette.

[Nikki]

And I don't like to caused a fire.

[Brianna]

I thank goodness I didn't. Thank goodness I didn't get the literary fine or litter fine, whatever it is. 500 wish I got the lottery fine. Yeah, I wish I got that. But I remember. And I was like. And she's like, do you smoke? And I'm like, no, it was one of my friends. I really didn't. You know, you're 18. What can I do that makes me a rebel and cool? But yeah, that's the only time I remember running into mom when I wasn't supposed to. And I'm like, are you going to a movie? She's like, well, yeah. And I'm like, I swear, girl, let's.

[Nikki]

Just talk about the issues of you smoking cigarettes at that age.

[Brianna]

Don't do it. I did it for one year. Barely. Like, I did it when, like, I actually.

[Nikki]

Everyone else smell of cigarette smoke. I don't know if that's A weird thing, but actually, some people like the smell of gasoline. I love the smell of cigarette smoke.

[Brianna]

Who likes the smell of gasoline?

[Nikki]

Oh, there's people out there.

[Brianna]

It's awful.

[Nikki]

I know. I literally want to pass out. I remember someone saying that one time, like, I just love the smell of gasoline. I'm like, ew.

[Brianna]

But every time I board a plane and I smell that smell, I'm like, this isn't healthy.

[Nikki]

No, obviously. Or cigarettes.

[Brianna]

I'm like, oh, I did it for one year and this was a long time ago and I'll never tell my kids about it.

[Nikki]

I. I felt really special and what was so cool too is I just have never stay. I did the stayed at the Princess back to back and experiencing, experiencing their spa restaurants and stuff. I just was like, I think that's one of my favorite hotels there.

[Brianna]

It's incredible.

[Nikki]

It's incredible. Their in room dining menu. You know I get very like strict with like what's on there like because if I can stay eating healthy and I know you have organic ingredients and seasonal and they do and you know.

[Brianna]

You have to like wait for the day. I think it's early September. They drop to, like, sign up for their fire pits for Thanksgiving week. I remember, but I don't want to do it. Alarm.

[Nikki]

But, you guys, it was Christmas. Winterland. So I was talking to the owner.

[Brianna]

Oh, whoa.

[Nikki]

So when you're the grand Marshall, I.

[Brianna]

Called you the commissioner. Okay. The grand marshal.

[Nikki]

Wow. Well, the night before, I got to go to the VIP Fiesta bowl party, which, by the way, Dirk Spentley did an acoustic set.

[Brianna]

Was it so good?

[Nikki]

No, he's insane.

[Brianna]

Yeah, I like his.

[Nikki]

And hearing his stories and, like. And then he did a little Johnny Cash for all of us, too.

[Brianna]

Oh, my God.

[Nikki]

Oh, the Mississippi Women were like. Oh, he. And it, like, fired him up. But they were like. I'm like, see, that's my group right there. I'll show you video. I actually have a video of them. They were just like, yeah, getting wild and fun. But I was talking to the owner, and you'll appreciate this. So you know how they have the Christmas special? You know, they. They do their holiday season at the Princess, which, if you have never experienced that, I suggest you go. You go there and do it. Fly in.

[Brianna]

It's worth it.

[Nikki]

He told me every year, so he thinks of something new to add on. So he's already thinking right now of what's going to be the new thing he will add as a surprise for the next holiday season. But when I walked by, people were hitting buttons, and these trees, they had snow. You could stand and get the feeling of snow. There was these singing penguins, like, certain things that you and I had never seen before. I have so many videos sent you, which I. I kind of was. Right.

[Brianna]

A bunch of those. Yeah. I loved it.

[Nikki]

But you know what? I didn't know that the girl who did my makeup, she goes, have you ever come for his Halloween stuff? And I go, no. She goes, if you love Halloween, it is spectacular what they do there for Halloween. So now I'm like, okay. So now that I know, I could go cold plunge and be in a lavender room and get, like, a detox massage along with, like, the best chicken noodle soup ever delivered to my door. And Bougie Barolo on the reserve list. Like, dang, I'm good.

[Brianna]

I live a spot in Arizona.

[Nikki]

Do you know what I mean? JSX, like 10 minutes away. Not even.

[Brianna]

Oh, because they're in the Scottsdale airpark.

Yeah.

By the way, also, I gotta show you the video. So a new coffee shop opened when I was there called La La Land at Kierland, because, you know, Kieran's right there. I love Caroline the line was around the block. It was like, what's special? Four hours to do that, supposedly. It's amazing.

[Brianna]

I can't wait in those lines, though. Even if it's like four to five hours. I don't even care if the coffins came from Paris. Columbia.

[Nikki]

Honestly, I can't do it. Yeah, ask Molly for the video. It was insanity.

[Brianna]

Now will I try to go there maybe next time in Arizona again?

[Nikki]

Well, of course. Am I, like, I'm gonna wait. Like, when the line first, I'll stalk.

[Brianna]

Them on Instagram to make sure they're the hype.

[Nikki]

Well, I go, does it come from la? And she's like, I'm not sure. I was like, oh.

Because, well, land doesn't have to be la.

I think, like, lost in your mind. La. La Land.

I don't know.

Anyways, so what's your win?

So my big win in the last week is Buddy had his first flag football game.

[Nikki]

Nice. And it was really keeping it football. I like this.

[Brianna]

Yeah. You know what I mean?

[Nikki]

We didn't have three big wins, but that's okay.

[Brianna]

I know.

[Nikki]

Oh, we gotta stop with that though, huh?

[Brianna]

What?

[Nikki]

Well, I meant like the.

[Brianna]

No, we're allowed to be grieving. Okay. Until Super Bowl. We can grieve throughout the playoffs, I believe.

[Nikki]

Oh, watching everything again, I want to hear me about. Yeah, but I really feel bad for our players.

[Brianna]

I feel so bad for them, cuz.

[Nikki]

Because we honestly have an insanely talented team and you can't help but like, feel some can come from certain coaching decisions. I don't mean coaching from the top, but like.

[Brianna]

And that, like, sometimes I feel like people don't want to see the Eagles thrive. Like, I like, everyone loves the Eagles.

[Nikki]

Get when you're the best, lose when you're the greatest.

[Brianna]

People want you to lose.

[Nikki]

Like, we have standout stars that people talk about and other teams don't. Like, they don't have that. You might have good players.

[Brianna]

They have great. A lot of people have great.

[Nikki]

No, but what I mean is, like, I know we have people with great stories.

[Brianna]

We have.

[Nikki]

We just.

[Brianna]

Look at us. We're just such hardcore fans. All right, So a big win for me.

Before we sound too disgruntled, a big win for me. So seeing Buddy in his first flag football game. Yeah. I didn't know what to expect. You know, it's new for all of us. I could tell Buddy was really nervous.

Like, you know, he kept asking me a million questions in the car on her way. And I'm trying to answer not to expect. Right. So it was fun to see him, but Brian and I, to be able to sit there as parents and watch, and he crushed. He got three touchdowns. He did so good. And Brian, I were like, this was really fun. It was, like, early in the morning, crisp air.

I was impressed by the videos.

[Brianna]

Right.

[Nikki]

Like, natural.

[Brianna]

Yeah. So just as a parent, big win. And then Birdie, you know, I'll just say, like, she had this adorable weekend of just, like, coming up with this party with her best friend and all the arts and crafts. She did, like. I don't want to dismiss Birdie because Birdie, you know, she is also a big win for me. But, Buddy, it was a new experience.

[Nikki]

Yeah, but you're young.

[Brianna]

And you know what Brian has said? He's right where he belongs.

When I looked at all the teams, all the boys, they have his energy. They all had the same energy, all wanting the same thing. And Brian and I were like, we are where. This is where Buddy belongs and where we have zero anxiety and we feel like we're good with this.

And that's how I was with Legoland. But Nicole, you know, the coaching staff, incredible. But then they also had high school football players helping. And you know what I realized? They talk to the boys. Like, boys.

[Nikki]

Yeah.

[Brianna]

They're not parenting. They're not like, straight being straight up. And they need Boys need that. And Brian, I were like, how great. So big win.

[Nikki]

Huge win.

[Brianna]

You know, and so. And I feel like when you're a parent and you get those wins with your kids, you need to recognize them and rejoice it. And Brian and I really did. And then we told Buddy, let's take you to this spot or this. And he's like, no, I just want to go home and tell Birdie all about it. Oh, he really. And then we obviously drove to our cousin's house, Nicole and I, with the boys, and that was a long drive to watch the Eagle game. But he really. He was just like, I don't want to a treat. I want to go straight until birding.

Isn't that cute? So we really loved that. So that was a big win. Okay.

I feel like there was something that was kind of bothering you in the last week.

Felt like, oh, the Legoland photos. Yes, dude. Okay. It's so weird. I mean, there were quite a few reasons why I turned my comments off on that post. And it just goes to show why I don't put my son on social media. But, like, what's so crazy and sad about that is, like, you know, and it wasn't even that many comments, but it was enough to, like, bother you about where, like, I can't believe she kisses her son on the lips.

[Brianna]

He's five.

[Nikki]

And I'm like, dude, I can't believe you're so bothered by it and annoyed. Like, that's like, crazy to me. And I was just like. It was just. I thought. I felt so rude. And I get so over the people, like, stop telling me to get my son haircut. He loves his long hair. His long hair is beautiful.

[Brianna]

Why do people. It's weird.

[Nikki]

It's weird when people put opinions on your kids and then you're like, see, this is why I don't post them. Because, like, I love my kid to death and do you think I want to read this stuff about him? But the kissing thing was so annoying to me and just bothersome because I'm like, first of all, like, I love my son so much, and I feel bad if your kid wants to kiss you on the lips and you tell him no. I think that's sad because I don't know what that would do to them mentally. In that photo that's on that cover photo. Mateo. That was Mateo. That was his first time seeing Lego Santa. Just the LEGO version. He got so excited. So the lady was just taking posts. Mateo grabbed me and gave me that big kiss. Like, it was the cutest thing because he was just, you could tell, so excited and grateful. Like, he was actually going into Legoland and he saw Lego Santa, right? So it was such a great moment. And then how people, like, try to.

[Brianna]

And then, like, you know, on our. And when he popped in on, you know, our last episode, and we gave him kisses like people like, put were putting on Twitter. Like, I can't believe she asked him for a kiss. Oh, my God, me. And I'm like, you're wild.

[Brianna]

So this is what I'll say. We're all raised differently. Yeah. All our cultures, we all do things differently. I actually still kiss my cousins, my aunt, even my parents on the lips. And it's a very. Like, you know, we're not like. And like, I did it to my grandfather the day he died. My grandmother till the day she passed. For me, it's like, I don't know, but I think maybe we're Mexican. Italian. We got a couple other things in there, right?

[Nikki]

And where you're comfortable. Like, it. Obviously, the people who wrote comments, there's either something's happening to them or they weren't raised in a way. Like, they probably weren't raised where their parents were like that. So then it's weird to them.

[Brianna]

Well, and.

[Nikki]

Which is fine. But why write it on a post? Like, that's my whole thing is like. Like a session when people are like, can we talk about the fact she's kissing her child on the mouth? Like, do you understand how stupid and ignorant that sounds? Like, oh, my God, this is how you should replace it. Oh, my. Can we talk about the fact how much she loves her child? That's what it sounds like.

Well, I guess the thing for me.

Which is such a huge loss.

[Brianna]

I don't. In humanity, everyone I follow, I. There's nothing I'd ever think negatively about what they.

So many people were like, that's not weird. Like, who I was in person. When I go look at these comments, they're like, oh, my. That's so weird that they're writing that.

[Brianna]

But I think it's weird to follow people. And then if you're hating. Right. Like, just follow people that you actually like. They vibe with you. And 100. You don't have to follow everyone. And this is my thing. I get where that feels like a loss because it was like, such a beautiful moment for you. And then it kind of turned. Made you think, like, not like it made you think differently, but made you like, something you were so excited to share because you do Rarely post Mateo.

It made me be like, I don't. This is why I never want to post him.

Too bad. Because so many of us love to see those little moments. Right? But you know what? We live and learn. And if that's what you learned from the experience, then that's what you learned, right? My loss is a little.

Okay, so I'm not. I'm more dry Jan than a brim mode this month. But I was like, all right, I. You know, I kind of.

[Nikki]

Because you broke your dry Jan. No, this is why.

[Brianna]

Because my big thing was like, cuz I like wine, let's take out sugar this month. But what I did last week, smashed a bunch of cookies. I could not stop eating cookies.

[Nikki]

Well, you did dry Jan still, so would have.

[Brianna]

But my thing is, is like, I took. I might as well had a glass of wine because my big point was like, sugar. And obviously it's good to get, you know, break from alcohol. But like, I looked at Brian one day and I go, I gotta stop eating. Okay, you guys, there's these cookies because I'm gluten free and dairy free.

[Nikki]

Probably just PMSing.

[Brianna]

It's called Lorna's. Well, what is it? Two weeks of PMS? I guess maybe I literally caught myself like, going into the fridge, sneaking and grabbing, like, because they're like, I, you know you can eat the raw dough, right? I hope I, like, pop it in my mouth. And I'm like, what am I doing? I do got some up in the fridge if you want some. Oh, girl. I.

[Nikki]

My past weekend, I just.

[Brianna]

I told Brian, I go, how am I not able to control this? Like, I'm telling myself, don't get a cookie today. Next thing you know, I'm like turning on the oven like 3. 25. Can't wait to put those babies in for 10 minutes. So, you know, I told myself, bree, this week we have to be mindful of like, our cookie intake. So I'm hoping last week that's it, we did it. We ate 10 cookies and we're good for the rest of the month.

[Nikki]

My 1G day turned into three, and I was finally this morning, but I still knew. I was like, okay, girl, your one cheat day turned into three. That's fine.

[Brianna]

Yeah.

[Nikki]

But then before you came and met me for avocado toast, I smash the top part, the lemon loaf. And I was like that icing with the lemon.

[Brianna]

So.

[Nikki]

And then I go, okay, this is. There's something going on. But honestly, I'm PMSing so bad. I always can tell when I'm at my worst pms because one lifting super heavy doesn't feel good. My back always hurts because, you know, pms, that's normal for all of us. And I just am like telling like, everyone off in my head, like, I just am, like, going down slow. And as I lift up, I'm like, ah. Everyone, did you hear?

[Brianna]

A couple times when I breathe really hard, it's like.

[Nikki]

I was like, it's so weird when you have to lift weights when you're female. Scene. It's like, the worst. But what?

[Brianna]

But we got through it. But we felt on fire after we felt on fire.

[Nikki]

But that's always when I know, like, okay, give your body a break. Like, you're just PMSing. So if you ate the top, the lemon loaf icing, like, you just scarf the icing real quick before your sister walked in. But then I confessed.

[Brianna]

You did confess. But I'm like, dude, don't choke. Like, I don't care if you eat the lemon loaf. But literally, before I went into workout, I looked at Nicole. I'm like, I could take one of those snow white naps. Like, girl, going down. You gotta get Brian to wake me up in a couple. Honestly, like, I was so exhausted.

[Nikki]

I was. But then, like, I still am exhausted.

[Brianna]

Yeah. But 30 minutes into the workup, I had a big fire up.

I was like, all right, I'm live.

[Nikki]

I've had a cold brew. I've had a Americano. I've had a lot of water.

[Brianna]

I've been really, like, not liking coffee that much lately. Like, some.

You tried the danger coffee?

[Brianna]

No, don't get me to try this and that. I just.

[Nikki]

Well, it's supposedly their beans, so. Supposedly coffee in America, there's, like, a lot of mold.

[Brianna]

Well, you know, Dave Ashby's been talking.

[Nikki]

About this, so the danger beans that he'll, like, promote supposedly for sure have no mold in it. So I've used them. But I'll admit, at times coffee can make me dry heave. But it's the acidity, right?

[Brianna]

Yeah. Brian and I talk about all the time now.

[Nikki]

Italians say, put sea salt in it. And I did that, and it had no change.

[Brianna]

Yeah, you gagged even more.

[Nikki]

Yeah, but, like, yeah, I'm just over all the things.

[Brianna]

Brian and I said the same. We're over all the things.

I kind of feel like I need to go, like, to we care spa for three days just to be forced to, like, juice and not, like, be tempted by all the things and just, like, get clonics and chill out.

[Brianna]

Brian and I, we, like, die. Because, like, even last week with the cookies, he was, like, doing the same. And he'll look at me and go, brianna. And I know I didn't force Ryan's.

[Nikki]

Like, us we have no control at times zero.

[Brianna]

And he's like, when? Like, how many going to stop? I'm like, brian, how am I gonna stop?

[Nikki]

Honestly?

[Brianna]

I'm like, we just got to do it cold turkey. Stop buying Lorna cookies and bring.

It's so hard because Mateo has all these fun snacks and like, yeah, they're good, healthy brands, but, like, I'll be smashing with them. And I'm like, what am I doing right now? Like, geez. And I'll be like, well, just at least don't have dinner. Dinner comes along. And I'm like, no, I'm having dinner, Brian. I'm like, and if he's getting them egg rolls, I'm getting that orange chicken and white rice.

So Brian and I will be like, you know, we'll just have bone broth for dinner. Dinner comes. I'm like, we're hungry. We should be able to.

[Nikki]

I have told myself a thousand times, I'm just gonna have bone broth for dinner. Yeah, F. Right.

Bone broth noodles. Mix them with the rice and chicken. That's right.

You know what? This is the thing. Dry, Jan, but hibernation jam. Like, our bodies just want to hibernate and be cozy.

Last night I had to sleep in Birdie's room because she really wanted to sleep with Brian. And I was like, oh, fine. Okay. So she made all these decorations, like I was saying this past weekend, super cute. They all landed on me at 11pm because I guess she gently how she put them on her bed. I didn't realize she didn't string them right. All fell on top of me. I had the biggest panic attack. Like, screamed. You know what I mean? I thought someone did something.

[Nikki]

Imagine something falling on me like a child.

[Brianna]

I had, like, was peeping under the blanket, looking around like, was that a ghost? Is someone, like, effing with me right now? And I'm like, does Birdie ever, like, feel this in a room? And I lost so much sleep over, like, her little paper decorations falling on top of me.

[Nikki]

Well, Mateo did the whole thing that we've been through last night. He goes, well, what's that in the corner? And I'm like, oh, who am I fighting? I don't know. Who is it?

[Brianna]

What do they look like?

[Nikki]

Yeah, I'm like, that's just a shadow.

[Brianna]

Yeah.

[Nikki]

Like, stand up.

[Brianna]

Oh, my gosh, Nicole. Well, we both had our wins. We both had our losses. Same with the Eagles. They've had many wins. They've had losses.

Yeah.

Yesterday was a hard loss. But I will say this. I feel a lot of big wins.

Okay, people. We do. People are shocked. My son's name Buddy, so I know.

And you were about to name your daughter Branch.

Okay, and here we go. You can't win unless you learn how to lose. And you know what I love about that? That is what I tell Buddy all the time.

I need to start telling, too, that. Jeez.

I mean, both our boys hate losing.

Yeah.

[Brianna]

But you know, and I always tell Buddy, I'm like, if I ever see poor sportsmanship, you will not play team sports. So he's been really great about it. But I do tell Buddy. I'm like, you will never know how good it feels to win until you know the feeling of losing. I'm like, losing is going to come with every game you play, whether it's a sport or whatever it is, like, you know, just whatever in life. I'm like, but you're gonna lose. It's growth. Losing is actually the best thing. So I know you have to get going to get potato to go get Tay, but this was fun.

But yeah, all right, well, Nikki has to get going. But for all of you at home, I think it's, you know, something I find really important is to really go over your wins and losses. I think it's kind of fun to see in a week one with your wins how grateful you are. And. And, you know, I. I think take a moment like Brian. I took this moment when we got the kids down last night, and he and I were just, like, went over, like, the morning with Buddy, and it was just. As parents, I. I feel like it just makes you appreciate the work. We've been doing a lot of work on Bud. You know, he's our one child. That can be exhausting. He's constantly challenging. Brian and I, we have gone through all these different parenting techniques to work with someone who has such big emotions like Bud. But, you know, yesterday, Brian and I are like, he was. He had manners. He played by the rules. He was a team player, and he also was just incredible to watch. And we're like, there wasn't a bad moment. So Brian. And we're just talking about it, and I think it's important for us to stop and be like, it was a really good day today, and it was really great to see Buddy be in this perfect environment for him, because there's many times I've walked away either just embarrassed how Buddy acted or something went wrong or there was a struggle, and I'll get anxiety to. Every other time we go back to, you know, whatever situation it was. So Brian and I was really, really nice to, you know, kind of recognize that and just makes us excited for now every week to watch Betty and flag football. So I suggest all of you do the same. And you know this. I love when my sister texted, I leave my keys in here. No, she didn't. Okay.
