Hey everyone. This is just a quick plug for anyone who is interested in the OCD camp. Now. You would have heard me talk about it over the years. It's been going on since 2018. It's now run through the Integrative center for OCD Therapy and myself and Johnny are the kind of lead therapists. We run the camp on the days. So if you're interested, this should just be one or two minutes. If not, thanks for listening as always and I'll see you on Sunday. The OCD camp is a chance to escape the everyday. We aim for it to be an empowering three day outdoor experience in Surrey in the uk. Designed for adults with OCD to connect, grow and thrive together in nature. Since 2018, this unique camp has brought people living with OCD out of isolation, offering shared adventures, group challenges, reflective moments and opportunities to build resilience alongside others who truly understand the journey. With all the meals, activities and support staff included in the cost, the OCD camp blends fun, connection and meaningful community in a beautiful natural setting, giving you space to share stories, build friendships and rediscover strength beyond compulsions. So, applications for the camp, which will be happening on the 12th to the 14th of June this year, are now open. They close on the 31st of Jan, so. So in about five days. So if you're interested, please go to icocd.co.uk. that's I C-O C D.co.uk, the letter I and the letter C or the link will be in the podcast description. Wherever you're listening to this, if you click below in the description you'll see a link and it'll take you to the camp page on that website. It is open to over 18s and anyone globally. So if you're interested, please make sure you can get to the camp on those days, the 12th to the 14th June, read the FAQs on the website and you'll find out all the information, everything you need to know. And if that all works for you and you want to go ahead, please apply Send in your form by 31st of Jan. Details on how to do that will be on that website. And this year we are selecting campers a little differently and making it a bit fairer, which is something I've always struggled with. How to pick campers, it's a really tough decision. So now what we're going to do is we'll have an initial call and then we'll put people into a lottery and then we'll pick people at random for the places. So that is how they'll be picked from now on, on a lottery basis, which we think is much fairer. So if you're interested, we look forward to receiving your application. The center is handling it all. So again, all the information will be on website. Thanks again as always, for listening and speak soon.
