Hey all this is just a quick invite to be part of the 10 year anniversary episode. So we're a couple episodes away now from 10 years of the podcast, which is incredible to be hitting this point. And thank you for all of you that have listened. That's the reason I'm here. No one listened. Obviously I wouldn't have kept going. So I would like to have your voice on the episode. So if you are over 18 you can go to speed speakpipe.com cocstories or I'll put a link in the episode show notes and record up to a 30 second sound bite about how the podcast has helped you or something you've really enjoyed about it or anything you want to say about your time listening to the show, then I'll do my best to include it. I probably won't be able to include everyone's, but I'm going to try and include as many as possible so a few quick t's and c's got to be over 18 years of age. Please use first name only for your anonymity unless you're a clinician. No self promotion and by submitting the recording you grant us permission for your audio to be used in the episode. The deadline for submissions is this Tuesday 25th November, so I'll leave it open till the very end of Tuesday UK time. So yeah, if you're interested I'll put the link in the show notes, but thank you so much for the continued support and for helping me get to 10 years. I'm really happy about it, so thanks a lot. If you want to participate, link in the show notes and I'll see you in the next episode.
