But how do you manage to stay present while also prioritizing your time effectively? Whitney welcomes guest and client, Sara who we can learn valuable lessons from as she has mastered the ability to be fully present by shedding what doesn't serve her and embracing her calling allowing her to priotize her time with God.

One of the most valuable lessons we can learn from Sara is the art of letting go. She emphasizes that sometimes, in order to move forward and be fully present in the moment, you have to let go of the things that are holding you back. Sara attributes much of her personal growth to understanding her identity in Christ. By letting go of the need to please others and focusing on her faith and values, she has been able to strip away layers of distraction and embrace the present moment.
