This is the Potter's House Podcast. We're here to keep you filled with the Spirit and guided by the Scriptures. So let's get into this. Walk it out Wednesday as I wrestle between last week's panel and this week's delivery From John chapter 21, I'm going to read it from the New International Version, I.e. the NIV. Afterwards, Jesus appeared again to his disciples by the Sea of Galilee. And it happened this way. Simon Peter Thomas, also known as Didymus Nathaniel from Cana of Galilee, the sons of Zebedee and the two other disciples were together. Verse number three I'm going out to fish. King James says, I'm going fishing. Simon Peter told them, and they said, well, we going with you. So they went out and got in the boat. But that night they caught nothing. Early in the morning, Jesus stood by the seashore. But the disciples did not realize it was Jesus. He called out to them Friends. In one version, he says, children, haven't you caught any fish? No, they answered. He said, throw your net on the right side of the boat and you'll find some. When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish. Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, it is the Lord. As soon as Simon Peter heard him say, it is the Lord, he wrapped his outer garment around him and jumped into the water. Verse number eight. And the other disciples followed in the boat, towing the net full of fish. In other words, we're not going to leave this behind. For they were not far from the shore, about a hundred yards. When they landed, they saw the fire burning coals. There was fish already on it and some bread. Jesus said to them, bring some of the fish you just caught. So Simon Peter climbed back in the boat and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish. 153. But even with so many nets, it was not torn. Jesus said unto them, come have breakfast. None of the disciples dared to ask him, who are you? For they knew it was the Lord Jesus came, took the bread, gave it to them, and did the same with the fish. Wait a minute. He's doing it again with bread and fish. This is now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he has risen from the dead. I read all 14 verses because there are some things that I want to illuminate in it. But I want to share with you this particular topic tonight as we begin to walk it out Wednesday. He always provides. Turn to your neighbor. Tell your neighbor, he always provides. He's all. He always provides. I'm not backing off that word. He always provides. I don't. I'm not asking you what you feel like. I'm telling you he always provides. I'm not asking you what you want. I am declaring he always. In other words, there's not a moment that he misses in provision as you take your seat. Somebody shout, he always provides. He. Oh, he always. He always provides. As we begin to walk it out, this journey, this road to Pentecost after the resurrection, this is now the third time. This is the third time that Jesus has shown himself to the disciples, which now puts us in a really predicament or a curious situation because isn't it funny now, this is the third time that he's shown himself, but they still can't recognize it. Isn't it strange how God can do something for you over and over and over again, then oftentimes you can't recognize that it's the hand of God that's doing it in your life. It's almost as though we confuse. When as good as God, when as bad as the enemy. I'm going to say it again. We equate. When it's good, then it's a God thing. But when something uncomfortable has happened to us, it has to be the enemy. You know you've done it because I've done it before. I have rebuked every demon in the world when I'm in an uncomfortable situation. I like, this is the devil. This has to be the devil that is doing this in my life. Unbeknownst to me. That oftentimes God will orchestrate uncomfortable seasons in your life. That oftentimes God will allow some uncomfortable things to happen to you that is meant to happen for you. I'm going say that again. He. He allows things to happen to you so it can happen for you. Because there's a season of our life that sometimes we get confused where God wants to do for us and what he wants to do through us. And Peter, Peter, Peter. I'm a friend of Peter. I think Peter may be my first cousin. Peter and I have so many similarities. Peter and I have so many similarities. I don't know about you, but Peter have so many similarities. Like, listen, I'm gonna play with you, but for so long. After a while, I'm gonna tell you how I really feel about it. Maybe that's not you, but Peter and I have some similarities. And we also have similarities that we felt in our life. Sometimes we let God down. Ah, God, I know you had this expectation of me, only to realize that I feel like I've let him down. And I honestly believe that this is the season that Peter is in right now. Cause the Bible says Jesus is on his way to show himself to the disciples again. And Peter says, I'm going fishing. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I'm going to. Fishing is a dangerous statement. Here's why I'm going fishing is a dangerous statement. Because it's not only the very thing that God delivered you from. It's a decision you made in the dark when you were uncomfortable. And God pulls you out of it. And you have to be careful what decisions you make in a dark season of your life. It's not that he's just going fishing because this is not just a hobby. This is not just a recreational thing that Peter does. This is his life. This is what God called him out of. This is what God called him to do. And you mean to tell Me all of a sudden because I'm uncomfortable. I made a bad decision in the dark. Oh, can I pause right there? But please, without shouting to church, have you ever made some bad decisions in the dark? Have you ever made some decisions you wish you can recall and say, God, please, if you give me another chance, I promise you I won't do it again. God, you can'. Leave me out by myself. God, I just need one more chance. If you please give me a redo button. If you please click the reset. If you please. Can you let me rewind. If you please will allow me the opportunity to do it over again. Because I understand Peter's emotion. Because Peter is still fresh off his failure. See, most of us, we walk around with this level of anointing on our life, but we hide the fact that we have secret failures because Peter now has denied Jesus three times, walked away from the promises of God, and he still has to realize. I walked away. And failure is fresh. And the only place I feel comfortable in is what I'm familiar with. Be careful, because when clarity isn't present, we find ourselves in unfamiliar places and a default button in familiar situations. Oh, I'm gonna say it again. Go ahead, Pastor. Seriously, I wish I could say that better. Oftentimes, if we're not careful, we will find ourselves because we're so uncomfortable hitting the default button of finding ourselves. Going back to Egypt again. The children of Israel said it was better for us. And was it really? Or are you just so uncomfortable with the will of God right here that you want him to do something in your life so fast that you're not patient enough to wait out the waiting season? It's the waiting season. It's the waiting season. I don't have a problem with how God's gonna do it. I don't have a problem with what God's gonna do. Oftentimes, I struggle with, when is he gonna do it? Cause you told me you were going to do it. And I held on to what you said. But the problem is I have to realize that God cannot be put into the boundaries of time. God says, I don't even know what time is. I created time for you, not for me. So why do you want me to lower my status and come down to your time? Because you said you got to have it done by 3 o'. Clock. God said, I don't even know what 3 o' clock is because the way I operate is season. It's Cairo's moments. And when you learn to trust me in Cairo's Moments. It doesn't matter what time it is. God will redeem the time. Peter. Peter has an issue. Peter issue is, Lord, I done. I think. I think my time may be up. I think it may be over. But, Peter, I got a message for you. It's not over. And I have a message that I have to declare to somebody here today that it's not. It's not. It's not over. I don't care what you've been going through, what you're dealing with. I don't care if you denied him 14 times. God said, it is not over. Don't fall into the season of familiality, because being familiar doesn't mean fruitful. It's in the text. Peter says, I'm going fishing. And there are other disciples saying, well, I'm going with you. Oh, be careful when you carry an anointing of what I would call a great evangelist, because people will follow you even if they follow you in the wrong place. Sometimes you have to be careful for what you declare in the season. That is not the assignment of the other people, because Peter is a professional fisherman. Not all the disciples were professionals. So you have people on the boat with you that don't even know what they're doing. Oh, you have to be extremely careful when you start declaring some things when you're in a season of waiting and you're uncomfortable. Girl, if that was me, well, it's not you, man. This is what I would do. But it's not you. Because once you put it in the atmosphere, other people agree with you, and, oh, here it is. Agreement does not mean you correct. I'm going fishing. Well, me too. Which can give the assumption that Peter was correct in what he was doing. Just because people agree with you don't mean you. Right. Okay. Okay. I got 20 million likes on that one. Don't mean you. Right. I got so many views on that one. Don't mean you. Right. Please don't confuse the fact that they watched it. That means God's approval of it. So now you're operating in a season of dysfunction, and God is saying, I never wanted you to go fishing, but because you can't wait on me, you hit the default button. And the default button. You became comfortable with the default button. And now because you're busy, you're still empty. I've been working, but I'm not winning. I've been going and doing everything. I've been activated under the anointing, but I'm still unfulfilled. So now Peter is In a strange predicament that I absolutely love. And the Bible says in verse number four, early in the morning. I believe in etymology, so I just don't walk it out. Wednesday, I just don't read all the words. I take it word by word, line upon line. If they put early in the morning, early in the morning is there for a reason. It's not there just to give a description of the day. You have to understand that Jesus disciples kept with Jewish tradition, which means at the third hour, they were supposed to be prepared to pray, which means right around 9am they should have been getting ready to go to the synagogue, the temple, and go pray. But they out fishing. Okay, you missed it the first time. I missed the first time too. Which means they should have been getting ready to pray, but they're out of place and out of order, which means they should have been saying, I got to get my mind together. We got to get ready to pray, we got to go to temple. But what happens is, because you can't wait, you find yourself out of position and God is saying, I want you to do one thing, but because you can't wait, you're doing something, you're doing something else. And the text says early in the morning. Well, here's what happens early in the morning. It is roundabout daybreak. It is when the light overtakes the night. I'm gonna say that again. It is when the light overtakes the night. It is the moment in time where the sun breaks out and said darkness has ended. Okay, I'm going to miss that. It is the declaration that the time of darkness has ended and he can't come back until I go away. Okay. Okay. I don't care how bad darkness wants to come back, it cannot come back as long as light is present. I don't care how bad darkness wants to reign over you as long as light is present, darkness cannot rule over you. And I'm here to declare to somebody today that you're too busy worrying about dark. Baby, just shine a little light on it Just shine a little light It'll take a lot It'll take a lot just to get a look I said, I said I was going to try my best to teach and not holler and shout but every now and then I get a little excited when they see this little light of mine I'm gonna let it shine See, these I thought were old kindergarten songs until I started realizing, wait a minute. This little light of mine is a possession. I'm gonna let it shine is a responsibility which means what God put in me. I have a responsibility to show up in dark places and change the atmosphere of the dark places. Oh, God, I wish I had about a hundred people in here and online that realize this little light that I have in me. Baby, I'm about to change it on my job. I'm about to change it in my home, because I am. Okay, I'm gonna prove it to you. Because verse number four says, early in the morning. Early, early in the morning. Jesus stood on the shore. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Okay. Early in the morning. I did not tell you. That is when the light overtakes the night. Didn't I just tell you? Peter made a decision in a dark situation. And the text says, jesus is standing there. Okay, I miss it the first time, too. So I'm sitting in a dark season. I am out of order. I made bad decisions, and Jesus still shows up. I don't know who this gets ready to free right here, but I am so glad that I don't have to worry about the judgment of people because I've done some stupid stuff in my life. But I'm sorry. Glad even though I made some bad decisions, he still stood on the seashore waiting for me with my bad jacked up. It's in the text. It's in the text. It's in the text. He shows up. Wait a minute. I said, when the sun shows up, darkness has to be driven away. When the sun show up, darkness has to be driven away. When the S O N shows up, darkness has to be driven away. So darkness cannot stay at the Sea of Galilee because the sun is. Okay, the text, the text, the text. The text is simple. The sun has showed up. Joel, please stay with me. Don't jump off the boat yet. He shows up. Peter's messed up. Peter got everybody on the boat with him. And the text says, but the disciples didn't recognize him. It didn't say, peter don't recognize him. It said, the disciples don't recognize him. See, this is my whole problem. I would have been okay if Peter didn't recognize him. But you mean to tell me nobody in your circle. You mean to tell me nobody on your phone list. You mean to tell me nobody in your prayer group can recognize when Jesus has showed up? Baby, I questioned your circle because if I'm wrong, I need somebody in my circle to at least recognize. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Get it together. Get it together. This is when accountability comes into play. You. Here's why I don't want you to jump off the Boat. Because if you can't be corrected by the people in your boat, maybe you're in the wrong boat. You need somebody in your corner to say, if you don't get your butt together, you need to get it together, Pastor. Nobody can't tell me nothing. And therein lies your problem right now. Cause nobody can't tell you nothing. Because the text says. But the disciples did not realize it was Jesus. I'm uncomfortable with that. I'm not just uncomfortable because I'm wrong, because there will be some seasons in my life where I am just jacked up wrong. I'm just uncomfortable that. Did I pick my friends properly? My question is, is your picker working right? Because he says, I'm going fishing. They in the middle of the sea. I won't even say in the middle. They're about 100 yards south. And Jesus shows up, and nobody recognized him. Nobody recognizes that it's him. He hasn't said anything, but the Son has showed up. Here's where I could have shouted all by myself during my prayer time because I got a revelation I had never seen before. And I said to myself, oh, my God. He said, son, don't you realize I knew where you were? I said, wait a minute. He said, nobody told me where the disciples were. I knew where they were, okay? He says, no one has to send me an Instagram message to say they out there doing what they ain't supposed to do. He said, I know I showed up. Even when you were wrong, I knew you were out there doing the wrong thing. And I showed up anyway. I knew you were gonna sleep around. I knew you were gonna drink. I knew you were gonna smoke. I knew you were gonna get high. I knew you were. I knew you were going to do everything you were going to do. And I still stood at that seashore waiting for you to get your life together. And I wish I had about 100 people that understood. I'm so glad he showed up. Even though I was messed up, he still showed up. My thoughts were messed up, and he still showed up. I was out there by myself, and he still. Somebody shout, he showed up. He showed up. He showed up. He didn't have to, but he showed up. I didn't recognize him, but he still showed up. I didn't know who he was, and he still showed up. You want to talk about grace? Grace is when you don't know who he is, but he's still there. You don't even know who he is. And he said, I still love you in your mess I' ma love you when you're done Imma love you when you dirty Imma love you with your jacked up self Imma love you when you finish pausing around in the seat Imma love you when you finish fooling around Imma love you through all the mess Somebody shout he loved me through it all My God, he says he's standing there. No one recognizes who he is, but he still shows up. But y', all, here's for me. The text oftentimes in Walking Out Wednesday takes a paradigm shift. In verse number five, he says no one recognizes him. In verse number five, he says, hey, hey, friends, y' all caught anything. This? Now remember, they don't know who he is, so they don't know who's talking to them. They don't know who he is, but all they know is somebody's talking to me. Okay, can I talk to some those who may be in their early Christian stage of life? Sometimes you may not be able to recognize who he is, but answer him when he goes to talking to you. Because every now and then, as a new Christian, I was like, God, is this you or is it not you? He says, don't worry, error on the side of caution, because I want you to learn my voice. And a sheep will know my voice. And a stranger's voice they will not follow. And he says, friend, children, have y' all caught anything? Now, you know he already knows the answer to this question. But my problem with this is we know it because we have the cheat sheet. What if you were there? How does Jesus know you ain't got nothing in that boat? Is it possible that every now and then, if you know anything about fishing, that the backside of your boat would weigh down according to what you're carrying? But if you ain't carrying nothing, it won't show you ain't carrying nothing. In other words, you don't even look like you've been through nothing. Okay, okay. I want to pause right there and talk to somebody who wants the heaviness of the anointing, baby, but you walking around light like you ain't went through nothing. Don't talk to me until you got some scars. I want to see the scars. Tissues don't walk around every day is fine. No, no, no, no, baby. I've had some good days. I've had some heels to climb. Oh, that's the one I want to talk to right there. Because you have a heaviness, but you still survived it. He says, you don't look like you carrying nothing. Have Y' all caught anything? They said they didn't say it. I'm saying, like this. Nah, man, we ain't caught nothing. Wait a minute. How have you not caught nothing all night long? You are a professional fisherman, Peter. What you mean you ain't caught nothing? Is it possible that God is trying to get your present attention with yesterday's failure? Wait a minute. Wait a minute. So God is trying to get your attention today by what you failed doing yesterday, which means he already knew you were going to fail at it, which means he said, I was waiting on you to fail so I can get your attention today. Did you catch anything? No, we ain't catch nothing. He said, okay, cool. Throw it on the right side of the boat and you'll find something. Wait a minute. Wait. Wait a minute. I ain't crazy, but you mean, tell me y' all been fishing all night long and ain't nobody say, let's throw it on the other side? I am not. I am not convinced that somebody said last night, hey, we ain't caught nothing on the left side. Let's put it on the right side. Okay, let me tell my fisherman we ain't caught nothing on port side. Let's try starboard side. You cannot convince me that somebody with their brilliant self did not say, hey, let's try the other side. I'm confused because I know this conversation had to have happened. And if it didn't happen, I'm even more concerned because now you don't recognize Jesus and you don't recognize when to move, So now you don't know his presence or his movement. So now I'm even more concerned because you don't know how to recognize anything as it relates to God. But the text says, he says, throw it. Throw it on the other side and you'll catch something. It's something over there. Okay, y', all, I have these questions when I'm reading the text because he says, throw the other side and you'll catch something. Let's pause right here for one moment. Same boat, same water, same fisherman. Nothing has changed. The only thing that's changed. Don't move the boat. Move the net. And the only reason I'm moving the net is because I got a word. Oh, I might want to run around this church because sometimes you waiting on the environment to change. And God says, I ain't waiting for the environment to change, baby. I'm just waiting on a word. I don't need the water to change. I don't need the temper to change. I'm just Waiting on a word. Tell me what to do. And Texas, he says, they take the net, they toss it on the right side. But before I talk about the right side, I got a question. If you tell me I'm going to catch something on the right side, there is no border between the right and the left side. The fish didn't arbitrarily just show up magically as my net is falling on the right side, which means the fish were always present. Okay. Every now and then, God will make sure you catch nothing in some season to prove Himself in the next season. Okay, I'm going to say that one more time. Every now and then, God will make sure you catch nothing in one season of your life so you can learn to praise him in the next season of your life. And he will orchestrate everything. Okay? The best thing that ever happened to the disciples was they failed at it. Oh, Pastor, you got to explain that. Pastor. The best thing is that they failed at it because fish in this scenario was opportunities. And if Peter and the disciples had caught fish, they might have been subject to going back to what they used to do. And God says, I will not let you catch an opportunity I don't want you to go back to. If I let them walk out of your life the first time, you better let them walk home. And I won't let the fish get in your boat, because what I don't want you to catch is last season operating in a new anointing in the next season. I don't know who I'm talking to today, but God said, I made sure the opportunity passed you by. He said, I made sure the opportunity passed you by. I said, God, you got to explain that with me. He said, because not all opportunities is the right one. There are one. I take that back. There are several things that God had known, had he allowed you to do, you would have missed the best season of your life. Okay, okay, okay. Let me come and get you. Have you ever prayed for something only for God to tell you no? And then all of a sudden, you realize, years later, God, I am so glad you kept that thing away from me. I know I wanted to catch that fish, but I'm so glad. Okay, I won't. Don't do it. Okay. I said I wasn't gonna do it. I'm so glad. He let it swim by. Okay, the tags, the tags. The fish. The fish now serves as opportunity. But here's opportunity that Peter doesn't understand when fishing don't work. Because if I let you catch the fish in Your flesh. You're gonna miss the next assignment in your life because if I let you catch fish at night, you might miss the fish that's coming at the day of Pentecost. See? See, here's where I can lose a bunch of people right here. Because we want to write down answer for tomorrow's anointing. And God is saying, I can't give it to you now because there's a new season that's coming that I need to prepare you for. So I got to get you in light right now. Pastor, he don't want me in light. Yes, he does. He wants you to like so it can create hunger. This might make some of you mad, lady. This might make some people mad, but it's okay. I love y'. All. Some of y' all have an appointment for failure. Pastor. Not me. I rebuke that spirit. Rebuke if you want to. It doesn't matter. Because if Peter does not fail at fishing, he misses the opportunity to recognize Jesus when he shows up. So what really you think as failure is really a promotion? What you think you lost is really a gain because your mindset said, I'm so functioning and dysfunction, I'm comfortable with what I used to do. God says, I don't want you doing that anymore because your current decision affects future outcome. Listen. He says, throw it on the right side. The text said, they gathered it, threw it on the right side. Hell, they still don't know it's Jesus. All they got is a word. They have no idea who is giving the instructions. The only thing they know is, I'm tired of doing it my way. I'm going to try the new way. And every now and then, God will put you in a predicament to where you get sick and tired of doing it your way. And he'll give you a set of instructions that does not make sense. And it'll be, watch this. The instructions is not for the abundance. The instructions is for Revelation. The text says, they caught a large hall. They were unable to drag it in. Verse number six. Give me verse number seven. Verse number seven says, then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, wait a minute. This disciple whom Jesus loved, his name is John. This is not John the Baptist. This is the Revelation John. This is the John. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God. And this is the Revelation, John. So he gets a revelation from a word. He says, hey, Peter, that's the Lord. Okay, okay, okay. I missed it the first time, too. He said, peter, just in case you confused That's God. Wait a minute, John. How do you know this? Because I've seen this before. I seen what he's done before. And everybody in the boat don't need to recognize what I've seen before. But I can stand all by myself. And I know when this is an act of God, I don't have to see the manifestation. I see what he's doing through His Word. Because I'm reminded. All I need is a word. Somebody shout. One word. One. One word. Come here, centurion soldier. Do you remember the centurion soldier? He says, master, I am a man under authority. Don't come to my house. Send the word. Send the word. Oh, if I had time to deal with this. Unpack this text. He says, send the word and my servant will be healed. Jesus never said, your servant gonna be healed. The man said by the time he got back home, everything was already done. By the time he says, I understand authority. And the fact that I thought it. The fact that Jesus thought it, I already know it's going to be done. Come here, Legos. All I got to know is he's thinking everything is going to be all right. Oh, somebody better hear me today. By the time you get home tonight, that thing's gonna be worked out. I don't know who that's for today, but I'm gonna pause about 30 seconds. I hear you, Holy Ghost. By the time you get home tonight. Here's why. Here's why it's gonna be worked out. Because you are here in his presence, and you, too, are a man or a woman under authority, and you understand the word. Somebody shout. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Okay, let me come get you. That is the Lord, your declaration that you have now declared that even though the weapon may be formed, even though it looked like it's more than enough to knock you out, it will not prosper. I don't care how it comes to you from the north, the south, the east or the west, but because I got a word, it will not. Sit down. We got. We got some more word to get in. Sit down, please. Sit down, please. We got some more word to get in. We still get some word. We gotta walk out. Text says. He says, hey, Peter. And that's the Lord. Now, I don't know what we've been doing all night long. I know we ain't called nothing, but that's the Lord. And I almost moved on, bro. I almost moved on from the text. And the Lord said, you missed something in the text. I was like, How? He said, you missed something. So I backed up again to verse number six. I backed up again to verse number five. And he said, hey, did y' all catch anything? No, we ain't catch nothing. Throw it on the right side. They threw it on the right side. He said, you missed something again, Don. I said, no, I didn't. What did I miss? I took everything out. He says, you missed it again. I said, what? He says, listen, none of them repented. I said, what? He said, they were in a dark place, out of order, but still close enough to hear me. I want to help free somebody today. That you can be jacked up and God's still talking to you, that you can be messed up. And God says, still, I want to talk to you. And the problem that Peter has. Peter doesn't have a problem with Jesus being gone. Peter has a problem because he feels unusable. And we are dealing with bodies of Christ where people feel unusable. Well, Pastor, you don't know, I did this. I did that. I did. I don't care. Well, Pastor, I did this. I did this. I don't care. Okay, maybe it ain't good enough for you. He don't care. And that's not proper vernacular. But he don't care because he's talking to some people who is out of order, have not repented, have not asked for forgiveness. But he's still giving them instructions. Don't you tell me because you did something wrong, Jesus still won't give you instructions. He'll say, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Here's what I need you to do, because everything I'm doing is orchestrating to get you back in line. And the problem with the church is we want people to get back in line how we want them to get back in line. Maybe God is talking to them on the sea and abundance hit their house. And God's still talking to him. Cause most of us will declare. I've read it, Mother. I've read it in the text. I thought that wasn't fair. How in the world you still gonna get him 153 fish them jokers out of order. You can't bless nobody out of order. He said, really? I said, you can't bless nobody. He said, you might not want to say that again. I said, why wouldn't I want to say it again? Because he says, because I'll give you a reflection of you. And I want to talk to anybody in here today who think you got the right to judge when somebody should be blessed or should not be Blessed baby, you better get the Michael Jackson anointing and look at the man in the mirror. Because every now and then God will say, turn the mirror on you and say, hey, with your jacked up, messed up self, I still bless you. You, you didn't deserve the job, but I still gave it to you. You didn't deserve the money, but I still gave it to you. You don't deserve where you are right now. But I still. But somebody shout, he still blessed me. Oh, no. Put in the comment. He still blessed me. See that, that, see that? That hit a little different because I started thinking about my life. He said, oh, yeah, yeah. You remember that? Oh yeah. Yep, yep. You remember that? He said, boy, you ought to be thankful. Watch this. I dealt with you privately. So I can bless you publicly. And then it hit me. Wait a minute. This is how Jesus is dealing with disciples. He's dealing with them privately. All crowd don't need to see. Correction. Sometimes for those who know what I'm talking about, sometimes you just gotta pop out and show them. Okay, so the text, the text. Somebody head. It's okay, it's okay. But whatever your head, it's okay. Sometimes you. I gotta. Hey, look at, look at what God did. Look at what God did. And here's, here's how I judge my connection. If you spend more time talk about who I used to be. We have severed our relationship. Because I need friends in my life who see where I ought to be instead of who I used to be. I need people in my circle who can declare no weapon formed against you, even though a weapon may be formed against them. Baby shall prosper. I need people in my life that's on the boat with me that says, that's the Lord that's blessing you. And if he's blessing you, he gonna bless you Me in the same like manner. I need people in my circle who says, even though he don't may not bless me, I still want him. I still want to bless you. I found this out in the text. He says, no, no, they were close enough to hear my voice. Now, I need you to understand this. If you go back and study the text, the equivalent, they were almost 100 yards away. If you understand 100 yards, that's the equivalent of a football field. So he's literally a football field away giving instructions. You got anything? But on the right side, you'll get something there. Wait. Not only did they hear him, he heard them. Sometimes we don't think God hears us because of the position that we're in please don't minimize God to your mental bondage. To think the only way he hears you is if you're doing right. I want to open up the heat. Remember, they have not repented. Peter's still jacked up. Nobody knows who he is, but he still hears their voice. And he gives them a set of instructions to get them back in line. He says, throw it on the right side. John says, hey. Because of what's happened. Wait a minute. Yeah, that's the Lord. I seen this before. Remember that last time with them two fish, that five loaves of bread? You remember? I remember that last time. You. You remember that last time in Luke chapter five when he said, throw it on the side, but we only put one net down and the net broke. Not this season. This season I recognize who he is. In this season of my life, I don't care about the blessing. I care about the blesser. In this season of my life, I don't care about what's in his hand. I care about what's on his heart. In this season, season of my life, I don't care about the tangible. I care about his presence. I don't care about the fish. I care about him. And if I can get to him, him will give me more fish. Forget the fish. If I can get to him. Texas, they catch the fish and the fish get in the net. Wait a minute. That means Jesus, speak fish. Because evidently there must have been some type of dialogue between me dropping my net and the opportunity being there when my net failed. I don't know what happened between the transition of my net falling from the boat to the water. Wait, wait, wait a minute. This ain't in my notes. I just heard the Lord say. He said I told him to throw it on the other side, which means they had to pull it from one side and throw it on the other side. Okay? Which means there's a human responsibility that comes with my instructions that if I tell you to do something, don't question it, just do it. Because to you, it may not make sense. Sense. But to the spirit, it makes all the sense in the world. Has God ever given anybody in here a set of instructions? And you were like, do what? Are you kidding me? Do what? Nevertheless, at your word, I'mma drop this net. I don't know what I'mma catch, but the only thing I do know is I'mma catch something because you said something. I don't know who that's for today, but I am declaring because you have spoke something into the atmosphere. The Bible Says you're going to bring something home. It says 100. Wait a minute. It says 153, which means there are a variety of fish, which means there's a chance he does not catch the same type of fish. Which means I got to spread my net and I'm going to bring in whatever I catch, because whatever I catch is an assignment from God. Okay? This is a message for the church. We need to stop judging the fish we catch and just catch the fish and let's work on it when we get in here. Cast the net of love and see what you can catch in the sea of hate. Cast the net of forgiveness. You do know. I don't know who this is for. I'm off my notes. I don't know who this is for. You do know. Forgiveness is not for the other person. Okay, let me slow down when I make this statement. Forgiveness is not for the other person. Forgiveness is. Is for you.

Forgiveness is the power you have. Now let me say this for those who say I forgive. Pastor said forgive and move on. Wait a minute. Pause, pause. Forgiveness is my responsibility. Gaining my trust is your responsibility. Okay, I'mma. I'm going to say that one more time. Forgiveness and trust, two different things. I can forgive you and never trust you again. I can forgive you and move on. But trust Is something you have to earn back to the individual. So for those somebody have forgiven you, but you're trying to gain that trust back, go work for it. I don't know who this for. Go work for it. Go work for it. Get back in their life again. Go work for it. Watch this, because this is a part of catching the fish. Back to the text. Verse number seven says, this is the Lord. The Bible says Peter wrapped himself in his outer garment, the clothes he had taken off, and jumped in the water and swam to Jesus a hundred yards away. Peter, you on a boat. Why did you feel the need to jump in the water? I got a question. See, me and Peter talk like that. He said, don, you don't understand. I said, please help me understand. I cannot tell people to jump off the boat into the water without an explanation. He says, you don't understand. I said, explain it to me. He said, you remember the last time me and Jesus met on the sea? I asked him could I come and he told me to come. And I walked on his word. And I got a revelation based off the storm this time I got a revelation in the boat. I don't need his power for this one. This one I'm going to do on my own. I don't need him to come get me. I'm going to him. Okay, you missed it. You missed it. I don't need him to come get me. I'm going to him. As a matter of fact, Jesus don't even to want walk toward me on this same Sea of Galilee. I'm getting off the boat and I'm coming to you, boy. I want to talk to somebody today who is operating in an unusual strength that you did not have last season. I'm in a new shrimp this season. Last season I had to walk on water. This season I'm swimming in the water and I don't even know what I'm swimming with. It could be sharks infested. I don't care. Because I know what I'm swimming with can't affect me because my eyes. I can prove it to you. I can prove it. Somebody say, prove it? The text says, he swam to Jesus. Now they were on a boat and he still beat them to shore. I cannot explain. How do you outswim a boat? I cannot explain it. But what I can explain is when my eyes are stuck on Jesus, I'm not worried about any other movement around me. I'm not even in a race with the boat. And I am so concerned about people who think I'm trying To compete with them. I didn't even know you was in my lane. I'm just swimming to Jesus. I didn't even know I was competing against you. Oh, you just trying to beat me. I didn't even know we was in the same race together. I just know I saw him and I wanted to go to him. So I decided to jump. Compete with you. I didn't even know we was in the Olympics together. That's why I don't understand. Y' all gotta help me. I don't understand, Pastor. You know, people just don't like you. Why they ain't did none of them. And they said, well, this why? No, no, that why was rhetorical. I don't care why it was rhetorical. I was just being nice, saying why? I thought it might have been rude if I said I could care less. But I chose the better option of why. I told you. Me and Peter, some kid, each other. I told the better option. Why? Because, guess this. I'm not even paying attention to what God is doing in your life. If he bless you doing that, let him keep blessing you. As a matter of fact, I want God to keep blessing you. Because the more he bless you, the more I'm a reminder. God is not a respecter person. Because if he did it for you, he'll do the same thing for me. So thank you for showing that a billboard that God is a. And I have news that I think some of you probably will agree with me in here and online. If you got a problem with my praise, and I don't have as much as I want, wait until I get what I want. You think I'm on your nerve now? You think my rope got a problem with you? Now, baby, when God shows up, you're gonna have a whole problem with me. Because I'm gonna dance all around this church. Cause the last time I was dancing because I ain't catch nothing. But this time, I'm dancing because he show. He showed up, he showed he showed up he showed up showed up and showed up he showed up, he showed up he showed up he showed up, y' all. And he gave instructions. Catch this. And he says, here's what I want you to do. I want you to bring it. Wait a minute. Paul can't forget this revelation. The Bible says Peter jumped off the boat, which means he left everybody behind. That's a shout all by itself. Sometimes there comes a time in your life where you gotta jump and leave everybody behind because they have no idea. They looking at what you have. They Looking at how you walk. They're looking at what you got on. But they have no idea what you lost. They have no idea what it took for you to get to where you are today. They have no idea the hatred that you've been dealing with. They have no idea about the anger you had to deal with. They have no idea, baby. So guess what I'm not gonna do? I'm not gonna occupy my mental space trying to convince you when I just need to leave you behind. Cause guess what I'm getting ready to do? I'm getting ready to jump and swim to Jesus. Leave it behind. Leaving it all. I'm leaving. And. And. And I got a message. I got a message. If you follow me to fish, you might want to follow me to jump. The text says, peter says I'm going fishing. They say, we going, too. Peter says, I'm jumping. And they stayed. Be careful when the people who started with you don't go with you because it don't take faith to get on the boat, but it does take faith to get off the boat. And I want to talk to somebody in here and online that God has given you a season of your life where he says it's time to leave the other stuff behind. Okay, I got. Wait a minute. I got to get to the excited part of the text. I got to get to the excited part of the text. The text says he says the disciples followed in the boat. Wait, hold on. I'm fishing. I caught all this. I jumped off the boat. I'm swimming. And the text says the disciples followed him in the boat. You mean to tell me ain't none of y' all gonna jump in here and swim with me? You mean to tell me y' all are comfortable with what we caught and not comfortable with destiny? The text says they were towing the net full of fish, for they were not far off from the land. Wait, wait. Wait a minute. So they were not far from the land. That mean they were close enough to it. But when they get to the land, in verse number eight. Hey, guys, the Bible is clear. It says they got there and there was fish already there. Not only was the fish there, they saw a fire burning. Wait a minute. You mean to tell me Jesus has been here the whole time with a full fire burning, and you still don't know who he is? Fire gives off light. You mean to tell me the fire that he's standing by, you still can't recognize him? And the text says when they got there, the fish were there and it was bread. Okay, okay, okay, wait a minute. So God said, the miracle you caught not even the provision you need. I don't even need what you caught. I already have something prepared for you. Oh, lady, here's where I start to shout. Which means even if you hadn't caught nothing when you knew it was me, I already had something prepared for. For you. I don't know who I'm talking to today, but even if you don't catch anything, God says, I already have something prepared to matter of fact, touch everybody. You can't tell he has something for you. Yeah, he has something for you. He had. He has something for you. He has something for you. Some. Something is for you. Here it is. Not only do I have something for you, I have something that you didn't even know was going to be here. The text says he has fish and he has bread. He has fish and he has bread. Now, I don't. I don't know about you, but last time I checked, the text says they fished all night. Jesus shows up in the daybreak as night is transitioning out, so there can't be any stores open for him to stop and pick up something. So. Which means he came prepared for what you were going to need even before you knew you were going to need it. So before he even got to Galilee, he knew in a corner. Well, they in the middle of the boat yet? Yep, they out there. So let me get this fish and this bread, because they going to need it. Okay, you just missed a shout right about there. He's coming with what you need. Even when you're living in the wrong season. He's still on his way for what you need. And he says, I'm still on the way with your crazy self. I'm still on the way with your jacked up self. Because I want you to fail at something so you can recognize me, so you can realize it's not about the fish. It's about the revelation. It's not about what you caught. It's about who caught me. It takes this. The text. The text. The text says, here's what's critical, y'. All. Here's. I don't even want to land here. The text says, Jesus says something that is absolutely gangster. Hey, bring me some of what you call. What. Wait a minute. Bring me some of what you call. Now, I don't need it because I got enough supply for you, but bring me what you call. I started laying here and do an altar call right here because he showed me something that was so significant that I had not Seen previously in the past, that I thought to my theologians, it was absolutely amazing. Here's what God does. He shows me the power of partnership even after failure. He says, even though you failed last season, I still want what you have. Bring me what you got. I didn't ask you what it took for you to catch it. I just said, bring me some of it. And most of us, we argue with the fact of. But God taking on. He said, no, no, no, no. This is partnership. I want to show you I didn't need your fish. Okay, let me come and get you. God showing you I don't need your money. My will gonna get done regardless. But what I will do is give you power to partner with us and say, bring all the tithe into the storehouse. Whoo. I know it'll be tight right about here. Cause what's going to happen is we'll argue with finances. And God is saying, wait a minute. No, no, I just want you to. I want you to partner with me. But here's what Peter does that absolutely blew my mind. Peter says he jumps back in the boat and drug the net outside of the boat, y'. All. I started shouting first. I started shouting because I thought to myself, isn't it amazing that Peter couldn't find himself to be tired enough to not still drag the fish? I thought I was shouting. He said, it's not a reason to shout. He said, well, do you know why you should be shouting? I said, why? He said, because this time, the nets didn't break. I said, wait a minute, right? In Luke 5, they got a blessing so big the nets broke. But in John 21, they got a lesson so big the net sustained the heaviness. And God showed me something. He said, son, you and everyone who hears what I'm getting ready to say is about to enter into a season of. What broke you last season will not break you as you enter into this new window. There were some things that happened in your life a year ago that broke you. But because you now recognize who I am, I don't know who I'm talking to today. But the Holy Ghost said, it will not break you. And the text says, here's what he did. Peter climbed in the boat full of fish. But even so many, the net wasn't broke. It wasn't torn. Give me verse 12, and I want to lay in verse 12. God, I still had 13 and 14. But he says, come have breakfast. And none of the disciples ask, who are you? Because they all knew who he was. Catch this. Y' All I am declaring to you, watching, and everyone here in this house that you're getting ready to enter into a season of your life where other people gonna declare, that's God on your life. God did that for you. Oh, I don't know who this is for today, but God. God did that for you. I don't know who I'm talking to today, but God did that for you. I don't know who this is for today, but God did that for you. God. That is undeniable that God is doing this thing for you. And I want to talk today to somebody in here who you feel like failure was a setback, but it wasn't a setback. I hear you, Holy Ghost. Come on, stand with me. Stand with me. I'm gonna land right here. Maybe I'll bother 13 and 14 when we on the panel, and we kind of jump into it. The Bible says that he presented himself the third time. But this, this is what got me. I'm talking to you in the back. You up here in the front. Doesn't matter. In line. I always thought this scripture was about the fish. I thought it was about Peter swimming through the boat when it hit me. I got to go back to verse number one when he says, this is why he doing it. Afterward, Jesus appeared again to the disciples by the sea. And it happened this way. This way. Wait a minute. This whole text was about restoration. Oh, this whole thing was about rest. This whole thing was about restoration. Peter had gotten out of place. The disciples had gotten out of place. You have gotten out of place. We are thinking out of place. We're operating out of place. And God created a failure to get us back in line. And I want to talk to at least 20 people that was not afraid to understand. There's some things I need to get back in place. Pastor, I know I've done this. I've done that. But I need to be restored. I need to be restored. I'm not talking about your salvation. I'm talking about your position. And if there's anybody here under the sound of my voice, whether you're here, online, if you're online, just type in the comments. Restore, restore, restore. If there's somebody in here and you're saying, God, I'm sick and tired of being that way. And he always provides. See, you thought I was talking about providing fish. I'm talking about the provision of restoration. I want you to meet me here at this altar. I don't care who you came with. I don't care about your husband, your Spouse, your girlfriend, your boyfriend. I don't care who you came with. This was a personal restoration thing. I don't care if you have to be like Peter and jump off the boat from everyone around you. Restore me, God. Restore me. Restore me. Because he always provides. Always provides. He always, always. There's not a moment that he misses and he doesn't provide. There's not a season that he misses and he doesn't provide. It is complete restoration. The problem with some of us. The problem with some of us is when God restore us, we go disqualify ourselves again. We feel as though what we don't deserve because of what we did. Well, you know I don't deserve it. Well, you don't. But he gave it to you anyway. He gave it to you anyway. Come in tighter. Come here. Tighter. Especially because it's over, y'. All. Come in tighter because he. He gave it to you anyway. He says. He already has fish going. He already has the bread going. So. Peter, man, it's not even about you and catching fish. This is about the fish you're gonna have to catch that they're gonna write about in the Book of Acts when I gotta add 3,000 souls to the church. And the problem is the enemy is fighting you now over the present. But your future. Oh, hear me. If I could give you my real testimony. Listen. Whoa. I don't think we want to go there, lady. If I could give you my real testimony. I ain't talking about that. Blessed highly favor of the Lord. No. If I could tell you where she brought me from. If I could tell you what he brought me through. And to be standing here preaching to you, there is a God. And you know what? I don't think I'm the only one he did that for. Some of you out there can testify. I am so glad he kept what I did private. I'm so glad he didn't connect me to a USB and put on the screen what I did. I am so. Oh, I am so glad. Forget he didn't tell what I did. I'm so glad he didn't tell what I was thinking. See that? That's how deep I'm talking about restoration. Not restoration to come back in church. I'm talking about. I want to think differently. I want to move differently. I want to shift differently. I want to walk differently. I want. When the oil is on my life, I want the anointing to flow through me. That not because I'm perfect, but because I've been broken. One other plea. I want to do before I pray and we get out of here. If you're living in the season of your life and you're broken and you feel like you're unusable, this is. This is. This is. This is humbling right here. I want you to come meet me at this altar. You're like God. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I've done so much. I don't know. I see you. I know. I hear your holy Ghost. He said, I don't know. You are usable. You are usable. You are usable. That's why they make recycle bins.

What other people throw away, God wants to use. So, Father, for every soul that's here on this altar, God, we're not looking for provision of tangible things. We're looking for provision of restoration. Restore my joy. Restore my peace. Restore my family. Restore my marriage. Restore my money. Restore me. God, give me the peace which surpasses all understanding. God, for the wrong that I've done, please forgive me. God, give me the heart to forgive others for what they have done for me and to me. God, give me the mindset to look beyond what they've done and know that there's a greater oil that you have on my life. In this new season of my life, I am declaring that no weapon formed against me shall prosper now. God, we thank you for every attack of the enemy, every place where it seems like we've fallen, every place where it seemed like we're coming up short. We bind you, Satan. Now. In the name of Jesus. Now, God, we thank you for removing the spirit of heaviness and giving us a garment of praise. God, we thank you for moving the spirit of heaviness and giving us a garment of praise. God. Restore the gift that's in me. Give me the oil to destroy the yokes of the enemy. Stir up the gift that you placed on the inside of me that I may be a distribution center for the kingdom of God. God, restore. Surround my kids. Surround my family. Surround my husband. Surround my wife. Surround my family, those who are connected to me. God. And for everyone who doesn't get on the boat with me, God, give them the strength to. To do what you call for them to do. God. Now, God, we declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. And every tongue that rises up against us, everyone that speaks against us. God. God, tell them to stop because we don't want anything to happen to them. Because you say, touch not my anointed. Do my prophets no harm. And God, let me walk in the fullness of the gift that you promised. And it is so in here and all across the world. And with an amen and a great praise, we tell you. Thank you, God. With a great praise, we tell you. Thank you, God. So do me a favor. This. This may not make sense. Do me a favor. Kind of. I just had the spiritual illustration. Kind of lock arms with the person next to you. Just kind of lock arms with them. You're good. You can stay right there. Yeah. Lock arms with them. Lock arms with them. Now do me a favor. Tug back and forth. Tug, tug back and forth. That cord is not easily broken. God said, y', all, we just formed a net, and we're getting ready to catch some things in the spirit that cannot be broken. I don't know who got that in the Holy Ghost, but God said, you just formed a net, and if he blessed you, he got to bless you. And if he bless you, he got to bless you. And if he bless you, he got to bless you from over here to all the way over here. Why? Because we are connected. I am connected. Oh. Oh, I am connected. Oh. I just. I just. I just saw that God was like, don't let the enemy come between any of that. Don't let the enemy come between any of that. You formed a net that cannot be broken. And every fish and every opportunity, God says it's not going to slip by. I don't know what slipped by you last season, but God said, Not this season. Not this season, not this season. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Now, in order for darkness to be driven away, light has to show up. And tonight, whether you're in here on your own line, light is what you're carrying. And when we show up, there's a shift. And at any moment you feel like you can't make it it. At any moment you feel like I'm about to get. At any moment, when no weapon formed against me, it might. No. No weapon formed against me. It is a reminder that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. So, Father, we declare that what has been released into the atmosphere will bring manifestation of his glory. In Jesus name we pray. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. As you go back to see somebody shout, no weapon. No weapon. No weapon. No weapon. No weapon. Listen, my God, we getting ready to get out of here because I still hear that song in my head. And we'll go another whole nother hour because we have so many things that we're fighting against. But I'm so glad that the enemy has now understood that I walk in an authority and God has created boundaries that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. I want to do this. And I hear your Holy Ghost. I just told you that in. In one of the verses, it is the power of partnership. But God says, well, Jesus says to him, bring me some of your fish. This is the moment that you have now that we can share with each other where God is saying, bring me some of the opportunity. Bring up some of. Bring me some of what you caught. So if you're in need, we're getting ready to give. If you're in need of a tithing, an offering envelope, somebody raise your hand. Our PMTs will serve you. But I'm gonna say that again. We're getting ready to give. We're getting ready to give. We're getting. For those who caught fish, that was a celebratory moment. We're getting ready to give. We're getting. We're getting ready to give. We're getting ready to give. If you're in need of a tithing and offering envelope, please, please raise your hand. Our PMT be there to serve you. Whether you're tithing offering is. One of the things that I often struggle with is I try not to use numbers or things arbitrarily just to extract or pull something out of a text. But I thought that interesting that that number is 130. I thought it was. I would never say that God told Me to tell you to give it. I just thought it was interesting that maybe some of you may be pressed to give that $153, it maybe say, you know what? This is what I want to do. I am not telling you in 30 days God's going to turn it around for you. But what I am saying, if you feel an unction for that, I'll make sure you give that. And I will tell you if I believe. God told me, but I just felt that number lingering in the atmosphere. But whatever your tithing, your offering is, here's the thing. He said, bring me some of what you call. He's not asking for what you didn't catch. He said, what you have the ability to give, make sure you give it. And here's what happened. I'll give some 30, some 60, some a hundred fold. And if you read Deuteronomy 1 and 11, he says, and he blessed them a thousand fold. And I don't know about you, but I need God. I'm asking God what I give. Put a comma and three zeros behind it. See, that type of faith I'm talking. See, I'm jumping off the boat. Put a comma. Let. Let deals come through. Let joint ventures happen. Let opportunities happen. Watch this when I drop my net this time, let there be opportunities that I catch when business deals. Opportunities to be an entrepreneur. Not just an entrepreneur, even if I'm entrepreneur by acquisition to buy a company. See, all those things are the things that I ask God to do that I can be a distribution center for the kingdom of God. So we're getting ready to give. We're ready to give. Come on. The ways it takes to give is on the line. You scan the QR code. If we're ready to give, let's jump up on our feet. Let's jump up on our feet if we're ready to give. And you know what? This. This seed is a no weapon seed. Yeah, I hear that. This is. This is. This is a no weapon seed. This is a no weapon seed in our giving as we're standing. For our giving as well. I want to give you two brief announcements. Two brief. Two brief announcements. Let's raise our offering. Raise it high. Raise it high. Raise it high. Raise it high, Babe. Yeah. Thank you. Raise it high. Father, we thank you for the seed that we sow. Though it leaves our hand, it'll never leave our life. God, let it return. Thirty, some sixty, some a hundredfold. In some cases a thousand. But God, let it be because you trust us and we trusted you to give and it shall be given to us. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, shall men give it to our bosom. And we declare this seed will multiply before we know it. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Take your seat. Take. Pass it to the left. To the left, to the left, to the left. Pass it to the left. Don't pass your phone to the left. Pass your phone to the left. Unless it's an Android so we can get you an apple. I'm joking. I'm joking. I'm joking. They're like, pastor, see, we loved you, but there you go. There you go. I'm joking. I'm joking. Pmt. Serve the people of God. Yeah. Can we.
