Hi, I'm Jaclyn Snyder and this is the Product Boss podcast. I've helped launch and grow thousands of product based businesses, even one of my own. And over the last 20 years, I've seen behind the scenes of businesses just like yours. Whether they are makers, manufacturers, artists, or food and beverage businesses. I have spent so many hours studying it all. I've discovered what makes them successful, what mistakes they could have avoided, how did they turn their ideas into a successful business, and what are the strategies that they have used to make more sales and be discovered by more customers. And this is what this show is all about. Whether you're just starting out or you're looking to become a million dollar product boss, I'm here to give you the permission to chase your dreams, no matter how big or small. All you need is the right mindset, a little courage, strategy and support, and you too can be the next million dollar Product Boss. Let's do this. Hey. Hey, Product Boss. Welcome back to the Product Boss podcast. I'm your host, Jacqueline Snyder. I am so excited to be here with you and today we're tackling a topic that might ruffle some feathers, but trust me, it's going to be a game changer. We're talking about the shift from hustle to flow and why the hustle harder mentality might actually be holding your business back. Now, I know what you're thinking, but isn't hustle good? Isn't that what successful entrepreneurs do? Well, buckle up, buttercup, because we're to challenge everything you thought you knew about building a thriving product based business. And stick around until the end because I've got a super exciting announcement that's going to change everything for you. Okay? So now let's dive in. Let's paint a picture. You're working around the clock, you're juggling a million tasks, people are pulling you everywhere, you're constantly putting out fires and you're hustling hard, but it feels like you're on a hamster wheel. You're exhausted, you're overwhelmed, you're not seeing the growth you expected. You're not sleeping, you're not getting naps. You're not with the people you want to be with, right? Maybe you're working a full time job. May, maybe you've got young kiddos at home. Whatever it is, you are feeling like you're being pulled in a million directions and maybe nothing's actually moving forward for the effort you're putting in. Does that sound familiar? Now listen, I've been there. I've been there. And I know so many of you have been there too. And so many of these business owners that I have worked with have been there. You've heard it on this podcast and all of these coaching calls. But here's the truth. It doesn't have to be this way. And today we're going to talk about the mindset shift that can take you from constant hustle to strategic flow and transform your business in the process and ultimately transform your life. It's all about blending both, right? It's blending business, it's blending personal. It's the care you want to give yourself, your family, your friends, your pets, your plants. Whatever it is, right? Whatever you want your life to look like. It's this beautiful blend of putting it all together. Here's the truth bomb. The biggest obstacle holding back your product based business isn't your lack of effort, because you know you'd be winning a gold medal in effort. It's actually the hustle mentality. This work harder, not smarter approach is the silent killer of business owners, especially product based businesses, right? Think about it. How many times have you heard, if you want success, you need to hustle harder, right? And that's probably why right now you're making more. You're making more. You're doing things. You're constantly in that doing mode. You're showing up at live events on weekends, trying to sell the stuff. You're posting on social, you're scrolling. It feels like you're constantly doing, doing, doing, doing, right? You're in the hustle. But here's a problem. Hustle alone is not a strategy. It's a recipe for burnout. It's a recipe for hitting a wall. It's a recipe for not actually getting the results you're looking for. So I know you know this and maybe you've heard previous episodes, but you know that I think about my mom a lot when I talk about this. She was wildly creative and dreamed of starting her own product business. In fact, from the time I was born, like, I was, she was just sending me pictures and she created the bedding and the bumpers and all the things for my crib when I came home from the hospital, right? She just sent me like a Polaroid of that to baby pictures of me with like pants and shirts that she made me. And later on, you know, she had made blankets and headbands and T shirts. I mean, my mom literally could make anything she set her mind to. And every time she did it, people would say, you know what, like, these are great Maybe you should sell them. And at some point she tried, but she didn't have all the opportunities that all of us have. There was no Etsy at the time. There were checkbooks. And, you know, this is when you used to, like, write down in the checkbook and like, write down how many checks you've sent and people are paying in cash. All the stuff. I know kids. The kids out there are like, what do you mean, cash? What is this cash thing? But that's the thing, right? She was doing this for a very long time, but she was struggling because she didn't have that, right education. She didn't have any support. She didn't have support from her friends, her family, my dad. She was supporting us in the way of, like, raising us as kids. She definitely didn't have a community of support, and she didn't have that time to feel like she could build this business while raising five kids. So honestly, as much as she started and came up with these beautiful ideas, she started, she'd sold a little bit and then she'd stop. She'd sell a little bit and then she'd stop. And honestly, you know, there were times where it really could have taken off, but it didn't. Her dream never took off. She had a lid on herself, right? We talk, I talk a lot about the glass ceiling, and women are talking about, like, breaking the glass ceiling and what can we do to break the glass ceiling? And sometimes I'm like, can we just lift the lid? We've set our own lid on ourselves. Lower than low, right? I say, like, we've got Oprah's glass ceiling, right? We've got the glass ceiling. When you work for someone else but us, we've got the glass ceiling of, like, the low. The low basement ceiling, right? We've got this, like, super, super low ceiling that we put on ourselves. Lower than anything. Like, we're setting our own ceiling that's keeping us capped at what we're capable of or what could be possible for us in our life. So I watched this day in and day out with my mom. And it really drove me to want to have a different life than the one that I saw her grow up in. I didn't want to ever feel stuck. I never wanted to live a life where my dreams were not brought to fruition, right? Where I didn't believe in myself, all of the things. And I'm so grateful to my mom. So if you're listening, mom, I love you because she always supported me also, in hindsight of her dreams, not Taking off. So cut. Two years later, hey, work as a fashion designer for people. I'm in between jobs and I've somehow started my own consulting business where I'm helping people start and grow companies. And then I have my own idea and I'm like, well, if I can do this for other people in designing and developing and all the things, what if I do my own thing? I had this idea and I launched my own product, Cuffs Couture. But honestly, as an entrepreneur, didn't exactly know what I was doing either, right? I could design for people, I could develop, I can come up with great ideas. Like, I could tell them what to do. But even after fashion school, I had to figure it out myself. So I had to learn this on my own before I could teach to my consulting clients, right? And I had to launch my own product and I had to walk through every step and I had to fail and fail again, and fail again. And let me tell you what the cost was of going at it alone, right? It cost me a lot of unnecessary time. It cost me a lot of money. Like literally all of my savings and trial and error. And like I said, time is money. But then I finally cracked the code, because in my first year of business, I hit $100,000 with my $11 product while having babies at home and or with me, or at my desk or on my back, wherever they were, right? I had little kids, I had my full time job, which was my consulting company, and I launched my product business as my side hustle. But I took this 11 product and I hit $100,000 in my first year. And soon after that, my designs were seen with Kim Kardashian, Carrie Underwood, Jamie Presley, and hundreds of happy customers, right? And it wasn't because I hustled harder than everyone else. It was because I learned how to work smarter and not harder. So through my journey and working with over 80,000 product based business owners around the world, I've discovered three key secrets to making the shift from hustle to flow. So you ready to jump in? Okay, so let's talk about secret number one. So secret number one is that systems trump hustle. Systems trump hustle. So when you build the right systems, you can scale your business without scaling your stress. I know, awesome, right? It's about creating processes and operations that work for you and not the other way around. So let me give you an example. I had a client, let's call her Sarah, who was hand making every single order herself. She was working literally like 18 hour days and she was still falling behind, right? She had her full time job, she had a kiddos, she was working, she was working on weekends, all the things, and she still felt like she was falling behind of everything. So we set up a system to batch her production and to automate her order processing. And within a month, within a month, she cut her working hours in half and she was able to double her output. Right? So systems trump the hustle. Sure, you can work 18 hours a day, you can work all of your weekends and your nights away, but if you don't have the systems in place and you don't have the strategy in place, you're just working hard all the time without seeing the results that you want. So we have to start to think it's not about all the hustle and the doing and the doing and the doing. It's about getting the right systems in place. It's about getting this business to work for you with processes, not the other way around. So let's talk about secret number two. Oh, my goodness. I was in business for over a decade without this. But community and support is your superpower. Hey, a decade in business by myself, crying to myself and to my husband. I'm not, I'm not joking. Like, I think I have, I have like, memories of me being at my office in downtown la, which if you know, downtown L. A, it's not the best place to be after dark. And I remember, like being in my office and watching the sunset and be like, oh my God, I'm still here and it's dark and I'm like, I'm going to miss dinner again and my husband's going to be so pissed. And I got to go, but I can't go because I have all these things to do, right? And I just felt so alone. I felt so alone. And I had no one to talk to about my stressors, which goes back to systems. And I had no one to kind of like commiserate with or to have wins with, right? I'm like, I had my, my mom, my siblings, my husband, my friends. Like, okay, sure, but what are they really going to say? So here's the. No one builds a successful business alone. We really truthfully need a support network. Because a support network can fast track your success. It's all about surrounding people who get it right, who can offer you advice that can fast track things for you. If you're like, you know, you, you're in this community, you're like, hey, I'm looking for a supplier of wax because my wax ran out. Does Anyone have a wax place that I can reach out to? And then having people be like, oh yeah, here. Or I'm looking for an app for upsells for Shopify. Does anyone have that? And you could post that and someone's getting back to you and they're like, they have this. Or you're like, you guys, I had my best sales day ever. Okay. So I've just gotten these different messages from students inside of my community and it's just so good. Okay, So I got this one from Ann. She said, my first Christmas market this year, I only had time to do one of the points that I learned and with social media and I've been posting every day and I actually also did the Q4 timeframes and goals that I teach inside of our membership, the Product Boss Academy. And she's like, I shot high. I put $700 more in sales than last year. Right? She, she was like, I'm just going to put this as like my goal for Q4. I'm going to make it 700 more in sales than last year. She's like, a lot of people told us that they saw our post and the reason that they were there at this in person market. She said, I sold 3500, which was $1,000 more than last year. And then this other message I got, which I love someone said, I decided to dig in and work on my business. And after just three weeks, I'm seeing an 80% increase in sales attributed to organic search. And I'm now ranking on page number one on over 20 of my keywords. I've been putting this off forever and I'm always seeing immediate results. If you're like me, I encourage you to get started. So I wanted to share this because what's cool about this is who are you telling this to? Who are you telling? People are like, I set a goal for $700 more than last year and like, I'm going to try it. And then, oh my God, I surpassed it by a thousand bucks. Or you're like, hey, I got this thing working in my business and holy moly, it's working, right? Who are we going to tell that to? Community? And then when you're like, hey, I tried this thing and it didn't work and I'd of some feedback or hey, I've just launched my new website. Can someone take a look at it? Or I've got these emails created that I'm going to send out for Black Friday Cyber Monday. Or I've got a new product drop and you're like, hey, can someone look at this? This is who you would send it to, right? It's about surrounding yourself with people who get it, people who are also making products, people who can offer advice, and people who can celebrate your wins with you. So I remember feeling so isolated when I first started, but when I found my group of fellow people, right, Fellow entrepreneurs doing what I did, everything changed. And suddenly I had a sounding board for ideas, a shoulder to lean on during tough times, and a cheering squad for every milestone that I hit. This was the differentiator. These are the friends that I made back then. And truthfully, I talked to probably more than my friends now because I love to talk about business and I. And that support. And it's really the thing that, like, keeps me going. Yes, I still have other friends, but you know what I mean. I know you know, because you're listening to a business podcast. Let's do this. Okay. All right, here's secret number three. Okay, so let's get into this. And I think you know this, but we're going to say it out loud together. Continuous learning is a non negotiable. Continuous learning is a non negotiable. That's why you're listening to this podcast in your spare time. You want to learn more. Am I right? So the product landscape is always changing, right? The business landscape is always changing. The seasons change. We're just coming out of a year of like an election year in the States. Things were super wonky leading up to it, you know, then we're in the holiday season. Things are constantly changing. So staying ahead means constantly updating your knowledge and your skills, be having your finger on the pulse, right? Knowing what's happening right now. Which is why community is really important. Because community is a thing that we can also go to and be like, hey, anyone else? Is this happening for you guys? Am I just alone or is this happening for a lot of people? Right. We can really kind of be up to date on what's changing and how the market is operating. So when you stay ahead, it's updating your knowledge and skills. But here's the key. It's not about learning everything. It's about learning the right thing, things at the right time. Okay, so I've seen this and I've heard this a lot lately. I see so many product bosses get overwhelmed trying to learn it all at once. And you have so much input, right? You're listening to my podcast, you're listening to other people's podcasts. Maybe you've signed up for programs or courses from all these other people. And maybe, maybe you're a student of ours and maybe you're not, but. And also maybe you're in comparison, right? Like you're comparing to other people are like, that person's doing what I'm doing and they're doing it that way. But like, how come my thing's not working? But here's the deal. When you focus on learning what you need for your current stage of business, that's when you're going to see real progress. We have to be like horses, you know, with those blinders on the sides. Like, you see the horses in the park that are like, they're going to. I say this because I live near Central park, but whatever it is with horses, don't you love when I give like analogies of things that I have no idea? I'm like, let's give you a baseball analogy. No, but if we keep our blinders on and we set a goal, right, we create a North Star for ourself, which is something that I'm teaching to my students in the Product Boss Academy, which I'm going to tell you a little bit about more later. But we're going to start to talk about North Star goals. When you yourself, you yourself set a North Star goal for yourself and you keep your blinders on and you're like, okay, that's where I want to go. And you stay focused on that and then you have the knowledge, right? You have the steps, you've got the classroom that you can go to and pick up the information that you need. That's when you're not going to get overwhelmed. That's when you're going to have a clear goal and you're going to have the steps to take towards that goal, no matter what level you are. Because that's where I see the overwhelm come. You're like, I need to do this, I need to do this, I need to do this. Instead of setting your goal and going towards it. And that's when you see real progress. Happy holidays. We want to get you uber prepared for this holiday season because what we want is that you can get consistent sales, right? So now I know a lot of you might be thinking, okay, Jacqueline, this is all great, but I'm not good at business, which I get, right? I'm not naturally good at business, or I'm creative and I'm not strategic, or I like to make, but I don't like to sell, right? Maybe you're worried that you don't have what it takes to make this shift, but let me tell you something. These are just stories that we tell ourselves. This is a story I told myself. I remember. And maybe you've heard me tell the story before. I remember I was, I was probably like eight or nine years into business and I was charging the most I'd ever charged my one on one clients, okay? They were paying me $10,000 a month to work for them, right? To be their designer, their strategist, to help them with their making, right? All the manufacturing, getting it to market, all of the things. And I remember saying to one of my clients, it was a gentleman, and I said to him, I was like, God, I just wish I could have a business partner, that new business, because I'm just not good at business. And he like, laughed out loud at me. Okay, one, silly me saying this to a client that's paying me 10 grand a month. But two, he said to me, he goes, jacqueline, you are good at business. Why do you think I hired you? And it's because in my brain I kept thinking, I'm a creative, I'm a designer. I'm really, I can come up with ideas, I can design stuff, I can make beautiful products that people are going to buy. But I don't get the business part. But here's what I have to tell you. That's just not. That wasn't true for me. It was a story I was telling myself. Because I've seen artists become savvy CEOs, right? And numberphobes turn into data wizards, right? I used to not want to. I know when I do math on the podcast, I know it's funny, but that's just because if you all had thousands and thousands of people listen to you while you try and do simple math and you're afraid you're going to mess up, you too would be nervous. Unless you're a math genius. But remember, I'm the artist in this, in this relationship, so. But people who were. I was used to Be afraid to look at my numbers. I was afraid to look at data. I didn't track anything in my business. I didn't want to open up my bank accounts because I didn't want to see the number inside. But then I became more savvy. I became the boss of my business. I started to realize the numbers I needed to know, because I say math, not drama, or know your numbers, right? So once you start to do this, things start to fall into place. There's certain things that we just need to know. If you're willing to put up your cold, hard cash and your time into this idea that you have, then, my friend, I'm telling you that it's time to step up into the person we are meant to be. You can be the best boss you've ever had. You can be the boss of your business. Whether you resonate with the word CEO, whether whatever you resonate with. This is your life. This is your one beautiful, amazing life with this amazing business and what you've come up with in terms of this idea. And you're putting your time, right, your time into this, which is the most valuable thing that you have on this planet Earth. And second, you're putting your. Your money into it. And so don't you think that you deserve the right guidance and support? Don't you think that you can learn how to be creative and strategic in your business? Don't you believe that you can blend all of this? Because I want you to remember that every success story that you've heard, they started exactly where you are now. The difference is they decided to believe in themselves and to take action. Right? They decided to believe in themselves and take action. I used to think before I turned. I think I was. Yeah, before I turned 30. Oh, my gosh. Years go by. But when I was in my 20s, I think I started. I started my company at 26 years old. And I remember just thinking, oh, like, when I'm 30, I'll know more. I was young. I felt really young. I'm like, who am I to tell these grownups how to run their businesses? But I knew more than they did. And I used to tell myself, just fake it till you make it, Jacqueline. Fake it till you make it. Meaning I had to just in my brain say, and I wasn't really faking it, but I had to speak to myself in the mindset of, like, people are going to pay you thousands of dollars a month to design for them, to develop, to build their dreams with their money. And I had to fake my belief in myself until I started to realize that I actually knew what I was talking about. I know it sounds nuts, but then one day I woke up, and I'm sure you've had an experience like this where one day I woke up and I was like, oh, yeah, I can hang. I remember there's this woman, she was one of my mentors and, well, more of a colleague, but I looked up to her. She wrote books. She was like the number one person in LA for fashion advice. She had this, like, really cool institute that she had. And I remember, like, having conversations with her. We'd be in Vegas at different markets where I'd be speaking on stage, I'd be at her space speaking to her community and all these different things. And I remember having conversations with her. And I think maybe I was just under 30, and I realized, 30 years old, and I realized, oh, look, I'm. I'm in a conversation where I can hang, right? I can hold my own. I can have this conversation with this woman who's. I think she must have been in her 60s at the time that we were chatting. And she had been in this business for so many more years than I had. And I was like, I actually know what I'm talking about. But for so many years, I didn't know what I was talking about or I didn't believe in myself that I knew what I was talking about. So I want you to know that we all start there and. And so much of it is mindset and confidence, but the difference is, is that we take action anyways. The difference is that we believe in. In ourselves and we know that who we are now and who we're going to be, it's the same person. We just have to take this step forward. And so maybe you're also worried about some of those external factors, like maybe you think the market's too crowded. Right? I just coached someone the other day, actually, I think it was actually today. It's been a long day. I coached someone today where we were coming up with ideas for her business, right? She has already been making and selling stuff that's really not going anywhere. So we had to go back to the IDE phase and we had to think through, like, what product could she make, what could be a sellable product. Why should she make this product? And I remember her thinking, like, well, I've seen these other people do this and this and this, so maybe I shouldn't do it. And I'm thinking, that's not true. You just have to find your own angle. This is where the branding comes in. It comes into. There are, I don't know, thousands, if not millions of candle companies and jewelry companies and clothing companies and, and any kind of product you're making, there's, there's those. Unless it's an invention, but your invention is probably a variation of something that's been out there. Who's to say that your product doesn't have a place in the market? Who's to say that your product doesn't have people who want to pay you good money for it? You just have to find where you shine, where you stand out. We talk about the Zappos story. You know, zappos.com when they started selling shoes online and people thought they were absolutely nuts. They're like, how are you going to sell shoes online to people? People have to go into a shoe store and try them on and walk around and put their feet, those cold metal things, see what size they are, right? And slip on those little weird socky things. And then when they came up with a concept of Zappos, they looked at the market and they said 5% of shoe sales came from catalogs. Yes, my friends that are younger, catalogs were paper books that got mailed to your house where you selected on a sheet what you wanted and you sent a check in the mail and you prayed that it all came to you. So they said 5% of this huge market comes through catalogs. So why couldn't they take over portion of the 5% of this huge category and makes a little bit of money, right? They didn't need the entire entire market. They needed part of the 5%. And we all know the story of Zappos. We all know how huge they are. And they revolutionize the idea of selling shoes online the same way that Amazon revolutionized selling books online. You do not need to have a shark tank idea. You do not need to have an invention. It does not have to be the most creative, creative, creative thing to stand out. But you do need to stand out and you do need to build a brand and you do need to know your why. So when you're thinking as a market, too crowded, and you tell you that probably not. It's about you figuring out your differentiator. And you might also be thinking you don't have enough time or money to invest in your business. How much time and money are you investing in your business without it going anywhere, right? Like, what are you going. When you go to craft stores and you're in, you're excited or you're ordering Samples or you're spending all this time in the making process, but what about the actually like building a business process? So I want to assure you there is always room for, for your products as long as they're backed by smart strategy. And when you work smarter and not harder, you're going to find that you have more time and resources than you ever thought was possible. I had a student who was convinced her niche was too saturated. But when we dug deeper, we found a unique angle for her products. Within six months, she carved out a loyal customer base and was seeing consistent sales. Okay, so I want you. I want you to imagine waking up every morning excited about your business, not dreading the mountains of tasks waiting for you, or that I gotta do this or I gotta do that, but I'm not sure if it's gonna work. I want you to imagine having a picture or like picture, having a clear roadmap to follow, knowing the steps to take, knowing what you should do at every phase in your business, all the way from coming up with the idea to growing and scaling this business and everything in between. And I want you to envision being a part of community that truly gets it, where you can celebrate your wins and get the support you need most. And I want you to imagine having a coach or coaching on a weekly basis where you're not just listening to podcast episodes that are general. And for the thousands of people that listen to this podcast or even the millions, right? It's about getting strategic advice that works for you and when you can do this and you find that community that celebrates your wins and gives you the support you most need. Right? That's what's possible. That's what's waiting for you on the other side when you shift from hustle to flow. It's not about working less, necessarily, while we will definitely get back hours, but it's really truthfully about working smarter. It's about building a business that supports your life and does not consume it. Am I right? Okay, so now what if I told you that there was a way to get all of the tools, the knowledge and the support that you need to make the shift in one place? A place where you could learn the exact strategies that helped me go from struggling to selling my products to celebrities? Okay, so you may have heard this announcement, but I'm going to announce it here again because I've got some super incredible news and I've been working on something behind the scenes and we've been doing this for over a year that we've been working on. This and it's something that's going to guide you through this exact transformation from hustle to flow. It's brand new. It's the thing I'm so excited about and I'm proud to announce the Product Boss Academy. This is a membership that is going to hold everything that you need and it is officially open for enrollment for my founding members. Okay. And what I'm going to share with you right now, it is only open for a limited amount of time and when it disappears at this founder's members rate, it's gone forever. So stick with me if you want to know more about it, okay? Because the Product Boss Academy is everything I wish I had when I was starting out. Everything I wish my mom had access to. It's the complete ecosystem designed to support you at every stage of your product based business journey. Okay? So up until now at the Product Boss and as you know, I used to have a business partner and now I've been solo and I've been really trying to craft and figure out what could be the most support for our Product Boss community around the world in 2025 and on. And what I realized was having this ecosystem of education, of coaching, of community, of templates, of systems, of the things that you need are going to be the things that are going to support you on your business journey. Okay. Every step of the way. So here's what you're going to learn, okay? Inside of the academy you are going to have the library. The library is where you're going to learn the profitable Product Boss method. This is the same system that's helped over 80,000 students hit their first six or seven figure year. Okay? So what's inside of this, there is curriculum that when you join and it's a membership. So when you join and the full membership is going to be up and running in January of 2025 and there will be some pre work for you when you join now. So you're basically getting a couple months for free and I'll tell you more about that in a sec. But when this entire thing is up and running and the academy is up, because remember, you'll be a founding member, you're going to get the profitable Product Boss method. We're going to go through all of the stages, ideate it, make it, brand it, market it, sell it, delegate it and grow it. Okay? And in those seven different portals, right, the seven different phases, there's education in there to help you build this money making machine. It's the entire operating system of your business that you're going to get to help you through all of these phases. So if you're just starting out, this is the best, most perfect place for you to be as a product. Bottom. If you've been in business and you're not seeing the results that you're looking for, you're kind of selling, you're selling ish, you've got the product. Things don't feel like they're working. It's for you, maybe you've been selling, but you do not have a structure, you do not have a system. You, you're like, I just want to know literally all of the steps. It's inside, right? My goal is to help you, if you're just starting out, get to your first hundred thousand dollars this year, right? We want to go from zero dollars to a hundred thousand, right? And we want to help you grow that using this system, using the profitable product boss method. And what's cool about this is that it's a membership so there will be new things added. And I'm going to tell you all the other things that you're going to get inside of this, but it's not the thing that's different between and I was getting into this of me having a partner and the way that we had our programs is that our programs are very, you know, multistream machine was a portion of your business and people are like, well, what if I'm just getting started? Or maybe you didn't have a sellable product, right? So it's just like a portion of selling and getting more eyes on your business, which is still an amazing program, but it's a portion of it. So inside of the product boss academy, I really want to help tackle all of it. It's going to be so good. Okay, so that's in the library. Then we've got the classroom. So the classroom are weekly coaching sessions where you can get answers to your toughest business questions and receive direct feedback. Every week there is going to be something live, whether it's me and their coaching and answering questions or one of our coaches or an expert that we bring in to speak week. There's going to be so many different things happening throughout the weeks together that you are going to feel fully supported week over week. And then we have the playground, right? You're going to go have some fun and that's that private community of fellow product bosses who are ready to support you, cheer you on and help you score some major wins. This is where the collaborations happen. This is where the community part happens. This is where people get to give feedback or you can dig deeper into the different, you know, modules inside of the membership. All of that happens in here. And we're not going to be hosting this on Facebook. There will be an app that you get access to because I want to make sure that you just feel supported and in an environment that feels very supportive to you. But that's just the beginning because we've also packed the Academy with other things like the Blended Life headquarters. Now in here I'm going to help you figure out how you can blend both life and business. So we're going to get into how I schedule my days and my week weeks, how you can build a flow for your life. Maybe there's a little bit of manifestation and mindset stuff in there, right? It's really ways for you to have this operating system for your life as well and how you can blend business and life together. Because I know that comes up so often for people where they feel like it's one or the other. And I call BS on balance because balance is a myth. It's never balanced. It's very, very hard. So we just have to blend. Maybe this day or this week is a little bit more business, maybe it's more family, maybe it's more personal. Whatever it is, I want to help you have that blended life. And that's what's inside of the Blended Life headquarters. You're also going to get a massive template vault with done for you resources. Okay? Like these are all of the templates that I use in my product based business. Ones I created for my one on one clients, ones that I've given to my students that have worked one on one with me, ones that we use now at the product boss. These templates are everything that I've used in building my businesses that are going to make your life so much better. And you're also going to get exclusive access to masterclass library featuring industry experts. I mean, we've got experts in there from, you know, an expert from TikTok, We've got people who are sales reps, we've got coaches. Like so many amazing things are inside of this masterclass library to support you. And here's where it gets really exciting. Really, really exciting. For a limited time, we're opening up a founding member rate, okay. And it's going to be at an incredible discount. So this is a time where I'm talking to you about it. And there's this founders members rate that normally the regular price for the academy will be 997 a year, okay? That's 997 a year, which is an incredible, incredible investment for everything you're going to get inside. But right now, because we are enrolling our founding members and we're going to kick off officially in January of 2025, you can lock in your spot for just 444. That's a whopping 50, 55% off. Okay? So $444. And it gets even better. When you join as a founding member, you're going to lock in this rate for as long as you stay in the program. That means year after year, you will continue to get access to everything the Academy offers, including updates and new trainings and new templates and all the amazing things as this, as this membership evolves. And you are going to get it for this incredibly low price. In fact, it will never be lower. This will be the lowest ever. So 444, I know it's bonkers, but that's how much I believe in it and that's how much I believe in all of you. You all have been with me through, you know, some of you have been here since the beginning. Some of you are new this year, Some of you are brand, brand new. But I want to be as supportive as I can to you. And so we're offering this one year rate that'll never be lower. Okay? And I want to make this a no brainer for you. I want to make it a no brainer for you. So I'm also going to throw in an exclusive bonus. So when you join now, you will also get. We're going to add this in how to make a Thousand dollars by Christmas training. Okay? We've been talking all about getting ready for Black Friday Cyber Monday and all the amazing things you may have seen me drop a freebie to all of you, which is my roadmap or my exact playbook for Black Friday sales. Now, after that, I want to help you make a thousand dollars by Christmas. And that's going to be a bonus inside. And this is just like a preview of what will happen throughout the months together inside of the membership. This is the place that we are to constantly add to and be supportive and have our ears to the ground of what you need. Because the membership is going to be this leaving living breathing ecosystem of business owners just like you, right? And this thousand dollars by Christmas training is going to be perfect for those of you that want to see quick results and make some extra cash on the holidays and really make this thing work.
