'Good vibes only' is a fallacy

We've been sold a version of wellness that only wants the highlight reel — good vibes, high frequency, manifest your dreams. But Amanda draws on Buddhist non-dualistic philosophy to make the case that you literally cannot have light without dark, and spending all your energy trying to stay in the light is exhausting you. The shadow isn't the enemy. It might actually be where your power lives.

The void and feminine magnetism

This is the part that might rewire something in you. Amanda introduces the Hindu concept of Shakti — primal feminine force — and explains why the void isn't emptiness, it's potency.
