The older kids adapt, help, problem-solve, and sometimes figure things out on their own.

Letting Go While Still Holding It Together

There’s a quiet recalibration happening—around the house, expectations, and control. Choosing sleep over perfection. Letting things sit undone. Finding small ways to reset mentally so the whole thing doesn’t feel like it’s spinning out. Not a full system… but small practices that create grounding and intentionality.
