They got beautiful personalities. I was blessed. I don't have no bad children or I don't have any disappointments.

Do you feel like parents who have kids who are disappointments are going around doing interviews and saying they're disappointments? I feel like that would be crazy if you said they Were disappointments.

I don't know. I'm honest. So it's like.

If I had somebody that I wasn't proud of around me, I'd be like. I probably wouldn't even mention them, to be honest with you.

I don't have anxiety because I breathe. When your body experience anxiety, then you in fight or flight, you're not breathing. So if you scared you and you hold your breath. That's from past traumatic experiences.

That you horrible. You never and something might trigger it and you and stop breathing. So your body enters fight or flight and then you go and have anxiety. Me, I breathe and I feel good.

My first cup of coffee. I think I was like in pre K or something. My grandfather had a cup and I was like, I want to try it.

No, I got yoga mats. I'm gonna just do it at the house.

She's super young. She had me at 14. She look better than probably all the women that was in here today. Like she beautiful or my daddy beautiful too, though. But I'm beautiful, so it goes without saying, but my daddy and my mama are like beautiful. Like drop dead gorgeous.

I don't know. Because she gonna say some silly shit if I ask her. So I just stay up, you know, it's certain. Certain places I just stay away from.

That's a good place to stay away. What other places do you stay away from?

Once I meet somebody, I formulate my assessment and I see how they are. And if my inner child can't come out around you, I don't fuck with you. Really. So if I'm around somebody and it's safe, it's a safe place. And my inner child could come around, come out, and I could. Cause I'm a goofy person. So I could be goofy and things of that nature, then that's cool. If not, I respect everybody's energetic boundaries. Because everybody isn't on the same level of the spectrum. And you don't know what frequency they operating out of. So I have to ask myself, am I bringing the best version of myself or am I bringing a representative? So I'm gonna be as vulnerable as possible, you know, in hopes that me being my authentic self can help somebody. Because being authentic, excuse me, operating out of authenticity, is the highest frequency. Because that's showing that you love yourself. That's the greatest act of self love. So that's the highest frequency you can operate out of. And that's just where I'm at with it right now.

And, and because the laws was fucked up, they should have provided programs for somebody that's in juvenile detention and at a young age. That's what they should have provided. But by them not providing, it contributes to recidivism because once your fear of imprisonment is gone and you back in a poverty stricken environment, it's so much easier to go back because you no longer have a fear of imprisonment. So you don't change unless you want change for yourself. So I was just one of the ones that was fortunate enough to want change for myself.

I done met some good people, but I'm so to myself and introverted when I'm in those type of environments. Because that's not a time to be extroverted. That's a time to be self reflective. So I don't do. I don't engage in any social activities. I don't watch tv, don't get on the phone. I read and work out.

Yeah, I started my own book club.

And when I say I started my own book club, it was just you. I got stacked. I get stacks of books mailed into the prison and then I go to.

Yeah, I get mail. Fan Mail. Stacks of books. I go to the law library. I drink coffee.

The law library.

Well, it's a library where you can study law. Like they have the Criminal Court of Procedures and you can go through there and look up old cases that may be relevant to your case.

You can find loopholes and you can get back in front of the judge and come home. Hopefully, you know, yeah, shit like that.

[Bobby]

The law is ambiguous in nature, and ambiguous means it can be interpreted however it needs to be interpreted. But I do love law. Yeah, I learned a lot about the law. I try to operate within the confines of the law now because I know it. Once you know it, you can't un. Once you see something and learn something, you can't unlearn it. When it's relative to law, you don't.

To be honest with you, I'm done with it. Like, the universe just saw that I'm done. Like the way that I've leveled up in my life, like, I no longer need prison. I can self reflect. I can isolate out here and just self reflect. But God, the universe felt like I needed that isolation period because most epiphanies happen when you're in your solitude.

So you learned a lot during.

By myself, I'm so advanced that God had to slow me down.

You feel like it was good for you?

It was the best thing that ever happened. I would have never agreed to doing this had I not started thinking outside of the box. And my last. I said, you know what? Every time I come to jail, I don't do nothing but sit and play chess and drink. I do the same shit and nothing else changes. So I said, you know what? I'm going to involve myself in programs and, and this and this and that. So when I started doing yoga, that was like getting outside of the box for me. And when you start. When you start wanting better for yourself, you start doing better for yourself. So it's the mindset. You have to sacrifice your old habits for your new life.

Do you do anything now to help younger people stay out?

[Kevin Gates]

Yeah, just look at me. I exude positivity. I exude adversity. Like, getting like adversity builds character. I've had the hardest life ever. I wasn't born rich, born poor. We don't have to be.

I'm born in Louisiana. Oh, that's the worst place you can be.

Yeah. They have more people incarcerated there than anywhere in the country put together. There's nothing to do there but die and go to jail. That's it. So just for me to get on Instagram and say, you know what? I'm about to go to the gym and work out. There's been a big boom in the fitness community since I started working out. Everybody's working out now, so it's beautiful. I'm influential in ways that look like nothing to me. But people walk up to me and tell me how. I listen to your interviews, man, you've changed my life. That's the most beautiful thing people tell me. And no disrespect, I never heard nobody walk up to nobody that was on only fans and say, hey, you changed my life. You might have changed my wallet, but you didn't change my life.
