Did you know buffalo charge into storms rather than avoiding them as a strategy to minimize their exposure? How often do we avoid or try to outrun processing or moving through emotions or facing our fears? What we resist, persists. When we avoid rather than moving through those emotions and circumstances that are challenging or that we are afraid of, we are prolonging our experience. The Universe is always communicating with us. I believe every experience, whether positive or negative, is here to teach us a lesson. When we face them head on, we allow ourselves to move through and experience the full spectrum of emotions and make space to understand the valuable lessons that life is teaching us.
