“WE’RE GOING TO FALL CONSTANTLY. WHAT KEEPS YOU YOUNG?” We all go through struggles in life, and it’s so easy to get into a loop of self pity. Instead, find a way to focus on your future. Make goals for yourself, especially if you find yourself in a life changing event. Where do you want to be in six months? What accomplishment do you want to make in the next year? The importance of creating this sort of accountability really got me thinking about a past episode with one of the most inspirational people I had on the show: Amy Purdy.
