Well, hello and welcome back to the podcast, my beautiful spiritual Hustlers. I hope that you are finding yourselves soaking in what I consider to be like, honestly, such a magical time of the year. Not just because it's the new year, like new year new you hashtag vibes. No, I don't really play that game. I love the dark wintering, magic gestation, resting Capricornian energy of January. I just think it's so mystical. And we slow down, we nest, we get cozy. And I've had a little bit of extra, I want to call it gratitude and beauty on my heart for so many reasons. And one of those reasons is why I'm coming on today to share this extra special bonus episode. Because I couldn't just, I couldn't not, not talk about this on my podcast. Because as we start this new year 2025, I really have to celebrate what just happened at the end of 2024, at least in my world. And I launched a very special program last year called the Feminine Frequency Business School. It's a group coaching and certification program for conscious female entrepreneurs. And we had close to 50 women get certified, graduate, go through the entire program, pour their hearts and souls into this program, put pen to paper, dig in, do the work. And in 12 weeks, I witnessed every single one of these women transform their lives, not just their businesses and making now way more money and stepped into their worth and their wealth and their abundance in their businesses at an entirely new level, but who they have become. And there was just such drastic 180 transformations that took place in front of my eyes over the course of three months that I really was able to pull through the true, I believe, core themes of how all female entrepreneurs are going to win in 2025. And these are three things that I really wanted to share with my community so that you can take these with you. No matter where you are in your business, wherever you are in your revenue, wherever you are in your life, wherever you are in your confidence, wherever you might be in your potentially imposter syndrome, in your goals and your dreams, these are, I think, not only the three things that are going to work this year, but are truly the future of female entrepreneurship. And that's because no matter what we do, we have a common thread, and that's our identity as women. And I saw three women in particular who I felt really represented sort of the spectrum of where most female entrepreneurs are that I really want to pull out today and give you all these nuggets as things to think about and implement in your own business, in life. So let's just talk about the feminine spectrum, like, what it really means to be a woman in her power, in her feminine power. Right. Which is really what I call the feminine frequency, which is why I named this program the Feminine Frequency Business School, because it's really about activating our unique DNA as women and all of what that encompasses. I'm going to drop a little bit of, you know, quantum history isn't only about being in our feminine values as women. Our feeling states, our empathy, our prioritization of beauty and stillness and magnetism and maternal nature and all of the beautiful things that make us women, that are our gifts. Absolutely. But also our masculine power of leadership and assertion and linear thinking and problem solving and protection and confidence and fire and action and creation and building and going right. That's all masculine energy. And what I really witnessed in this program, and really what I witnessed in the world, and this is honestly why I started this school, was because most women that I know, that I work with, that I am friends with, that are a part of my community, are either tipped on the scale way too far, are either on one extreme of the scale or the other. There isn't a lot of balance and calibration between both of these frequencies, the masculine and the feminine. And so, number one, and I'm speaking to you, if you are like one of the women that came through my program, I won't give her exact name out. I'll call her Mary. And she came from corporate America, super burnt out. Like, when I've talked about my burnout on this podcast a lot. Obviously, it's like, the whole impetus for this podcast itself. Spiritual Hustler. This woman had been burnt out, like, maybe five times over. And when she showed up on the Zoom calls those first few weeks, I'm getting emotional just thinking about it. There was a dullness to her eyes. There was a dullness in her skin. There was a dullness in even the way, like, she lit herself up on her zoom to be seen in the room she was dialing in from. And she spoke kind of quietly, like, you could just tell. This woman was really worn from life and from business, and she had really tied herself to her masculine identity and almost with guilt and. And, like, a shameful sense of pride in how good she was in that world. Like, there was this complexity she had with her relationship, with her identity, because she exalted that part of herself, but she also hated that part of herself. And I think one of the top three ways that female entrepreneurs are gonna win this year, this is number one. Following in the footsteps, honestly, of Mary is to accept all parts of ourselves as gifts, to accept all parts of ourselves as valuable, even if it's cost us in the past, even if it's caused us pain in the past, even if it has maybe hurt other people in the past. All of those things we've brought into our identity and our consciousness for a greater reason, and that is to refine, to grow from, to heal from, because in our healing, we find so much wisdom. And I witnessed Mary recognize that all of herself was valid in this program, and it was from that place of sheer acceptance that she could really integrate her spiritual gifts and really step into actually the feminine side of her power. And she has designed a 5D business, coaching women who have been through all sorts of burnout, not just in the professional world, but divorce and menopause and death and loss of identity themselves. Like she is now teaching, which she herself has walked through with her boss bitch skills from corporate America, who knows exactly how to build a strategy and to create a plan and to grow revenue and to create a team and to lead an initiative, because she recognized all of those things were equally a superpower and not something to throw away and lock away because it didn't serve her in her past identity. It can serve her now in so many new ways, alongside her quantum codes. And Mary is launched a whole new platform, a whole new business is writing. A book is on fire and the light in her eyes is sparkling like glowing skin Bright lights like all around, hypothetically and literally. She is such an example of what I think is going to be one of the top three ways women win this year is to truly accept all parts of themselves. I want to take you into number two and refer to one of the other women that I saw make one of the biggest transformations in the group, and I'll call her Allie. And Allie was on the other side of the spectrum, way, way, way in her feminine, in all of her magical, creative, juicy, non producing, magnetic, deeply feminine, sensual, slow feeling, emotional state of just wanting to be in the now. And she really, really struggled for most of the program to find her thing, to find her message, to find her mission, to find her model, to find her business. Not only was she so stuck in her own non doing the Uber, I think mega feminine, that is a place that doesn't truly serve us as female entrepreneurs. She was in a state of resistance around not wanting to do her thing like anyone else's thing. Had a lot of projected comparison that was really paralyzing her. And she would show up every week again, I'm like, feeling tears in my eyes, like witnessing her be so vulnerable in this container of her own struggle. And just week after week, she was like, I'm not making progress. She would just come on the Zoom to ask her question and cry. And we would hold her in her feeling state and we would hold her in her honesty and the beauty it is to be in the process. But what Allie did is she chose herself in this program. She found her masculine power to do the damn thing, to get out of her own way, to stand in her confidence that she could do it. And Ali graduated. She built an entire business. She got her certification, she wrote out her entire dissertation. The Feminine Frequency Business School is not your typical, quote unquote, group coaching program or online course at all. It's a true certification program where every single week you're required to submit assessments. At the very end, you have to submit a very robust dissertation. And I didn't want it to be like something anyone would spend money on and not actually get value out of. And Allie did the work. She graduated and got certified with flying colors. I read her dissertation personally. I read them all personally, actually. And she did more robust work than anyone. And what she ended up building for herself was a business, a model, a brand, a message, a market positioning, a strategy that didn't look like anyone else's, not just in the program, but in the entire spacing game. And so the second way that female entrepreneurs will win in 2025. The second thing you must do this year and beyond is to take a page from Alli is, yes, dig in, find your masculine power, get out of your own way, stop comparing yourself all of the above. But truly to zig when everyone else is zagging. To truly disrupt and innovate beyond the narrative of what quote unquote works, to truly make it your own. To throw out the scripts and the playbooks and the tried and true methods that have been preached now at this point on the Internet and social media and in the online space and in business for a decade, and to truly create a one of a kind technicolor business brand model that nobody can compare themselves to. And Allie did that in this program. And I'm gonna make a bet that we're gonna start to see a lot of female entrepreneurs completely blow up the game and totally disrupt models. And number three, the final way that I think female entrepreneurs are gonna win in 2025 is inspired by one of my top students in the program. They were all my top students in the program. I'm going to call her Brene and she'll know who I'm talking about because I'm calling it now. She is the future Brene Brown. She's an Italian Brene Brown. And she came into this program actually she works for one of the top companies in the world, like one of the absolute biggest global companies in the world as an executive and decided to take the feminine frequency business school for herself because she is not going to be at this company forever. She's on a mission to become, become a global speaker, an author, inspirational teacher. She's the real deal. I could not believe this woman joined my program. And she really was so in her heart, so not your typical corporate executive from one of the biggest multi billion dollar companies in the world. She was a complete quantum light worker who was really there to just take it up a notch as much as she was there to really support and amplify and create the best frequency in the container for the other women in the group. I'm telling you, the school was like the best community, most legit lightworker women I've ever, I've ever gotten to work with. And it's kind of incredible that this is my community. But I guess you attract what you are. And I say that with a lot of humility because I was blown away at these women that they decided to come and trust me and we all created this sisterhood, like these are my ride or die women for life. But I digress. So Brene What I loved so much about witnessing how she took this certification program on was that she really wasn't doing it for the short term. Gains and wins, she said very boldly. I'm not leaving my job for another five years, but I am here to play the long game. And I love taking a page from Brene on this because we live in a world that is obsessed with right now on demand. I ordered it on Amazon and it's here in two hours. I want instant results on my business and my revenue and my Instagram and my podcast downloads and my book sales. I mean, we live in an insatiably fast paced collective consciousness and it's killing us. And I believe that because we're becoming more embodied and we're stepping more into our truths and we are getting into alignment with our purpose and our mission as a feminine collective in humanity right now. And my feminine frequency school of these 50 women is a prototype petri dish in the micro of what I believe is happening in the macro. And I know that this final thing, number three that female entrepreneurs are going to start to embody this year more than ever is playing the long game, is recognizing that we're actually not just here playing a long game in our 3D timelines, but we're here playing an eternal game. And to truly shift the needle and rotate the axis, if you will, of the planet moving more into harmony from a masculine into a feminine calibration so that this whole world can heal and we create a better future for our children, like, this is the eternal game I'm talking about. Like, we are all playing such a vital role right now and we sometimes get lost in the sauce of tomorrow, next week, next quarter, next year, that we lose the plot of not just our potential, but really our impact and what it takes. Like, how committed are you to your mission? Because if you're going to think that it's all gonna happen in 2025 and get frustrated when you don't hit the goals or the markers or you feel defeated because you lost a client, or you didn't get the speaking engagement or your Instagram reel bombed, you're doing the world such a disservice and witnessing Brene take this program for her own long game and to see in, in her eyes when she would show up on Zoom, like how her brain was working and how she was infusing this information that I was teaching her and the entire community and synthesizing it for what she's really here to do. You guys feel me? Not just what she's here to do what she's really here to do. And playing the long game is how we're all going to win. Like on a macro, macro scale. So to recap, number one, claiming all parts of your identity as valid in 2025 as a female entrepreneur is going to accelerate you so fast and so deep. Number two, disrupting the entire game, throwing the playbook of how everyone else does it out the window and creating your own technicolor world that no one can touch because it's yours and you created it from your one of a kind DNA. And number three, playing the long game. And isn't that going to help heal your nervous system, give you a huge opportunity to take a deep fucking breath and relax that you've got time, sister. It's all coming. It's actually already done. All we have to do is show up and serve with love. Like that's it. That's really it. And you do need to learn some strategies and tactics and messaging and marketing and modeling along the way. And that's really what my school is all about. And I'm just so inspired by these 50 women who just received their modern MBA with me in the Feminine Frequency business school. You hear me talk all about sisterhood all the time and this is a moment for me to really walk my walk and acknowledge all 50 plus of these women who joined the Feminine Frequency business school who chose themselves. This is my special bonus episode to honor them and hopefully their stories inspired you today. And I am going to leave a very special link in the show Notes today where you can go find each and every one of them. At JZ.com, we've created a directory on my website where you can go read about each and every one of them, their bios, their businesses. You can link to their socials, you can go contact them. They're across multiple different industries of so many coaches, consultants, entrepreneurs, recruiters, intimacy coaches, coffee makers, cacao distributors. I have the most beautiful, beautiful group of women who have taken the leap, the quantum leap in these last few months on themselves. And their stories are just incredible. And I've said this before, and I've whether you've caught it on Instagram or here on this podcast that I really believe that the personal brand is in some ways dying. And the birth of the community brand is here. And I could not be here today without my community. They really are the leading character of this entire story that I tell each and every week on the podcast. And that includes you, my listeners, my Instagram community. I Don't love the word followers. I've never bought into that word. You are my community. And everything I do, I do for you. Everything that I create, I create for your rising, for your success, for your expansion, for your embodiment of your worth. And I sold my agency in the end of 23, early 24, stepped out to launch, yes, my personal brand, JessicAsweig.com but my vision was always to make this a program, make this a platform truly about all of us. And if you really want to know the truth, I wrote the Feminine Frequency Business School on a Google document a year ago. A few months after that, I popped a microdose mushroom and played some incredible music and lit my aromatherapy diffuser of my oils from Egypt. And for four hours, I channeled this entire program on a whiteboard in my living room by myself, with my dog sitting on the sofa. And four months later, we launched it. And 54 women signed up for it. And 99% of those women graduated, filled out the entire dissertation and got themselves certified. And I only shared that at the very end, hopefully as just an invitation to you to truly know that you can do anything you put your mind to. That your seeds of inspiration come to you for a reason. They're meant to be birthed, brought into the world, not just so that you can profit and run a business truly, but so that you can truly help the people who need your help. And I'm just deeply grateful for the women that found the Feminine Frequency Business School to be the thing that they knew they needed. And let's go 2025. Let's rise as sisters together in this incredible moment in time. 2025, go to our new Feminine Frequency business leader directory in the show Notes to go learn about each and every one of these women. Thank you so much for being here, for listening to me, for being inspired by these stories. This is really what it's all about. So go find these women, hire them, learn from them, follow them. Let's all walk our walk as sisters in sacred feminine community.

Release Date: January 15, 2025
Host: Jessica Zweig
Introduction
In this compelling episode of The Spiritual Hustler, host Jessica Zweig delves into the transformative journey of female entrepreneurs and outlines three pivotal strategies they must embrace to thrive in 2025. Drawing from the success stories of participants from her Feminine Frequency Business School, Jessica provides actionable insights that blend feminine energy with entrepreneurial prowess, fostering a holistic approach to business growth and personal fulfillment.
1. Embrace and Integrate All Aspects of Yourself
Jessica emphasizes the importance of accepting every facet of one's identity as a catalyst for profound personal and professional growth. She illustrates this through the story of Mary, a former corporate executive who overcame burnout by embracing both her feminine and masculine energies.
"Following in the footsteps of Mary is to accept all parts of ourselves as gifts... from that place of sheer acceptance that she could really integrate her spiritual gifts and step into the feminine side of her power."
— Jessica Zweig [12:45]
Mary's transformation involved recognizing the value in her strategic and leadership skills—traditionally seen as masculine traits—while nurturing her intuitive and empathetic strengths. This holistic integration enabled her to launch a successful coaching business tailored to women experiencing burnout, divorce, and identity shifts.
Key Takeaway:
Accepting and valuing all parts of your identity empowers you to leverage your unique strengths, fostering both personal healing and business success.
2. Disrupt the Status Quo with Unique, Authentic Business Models
The second strategy highlights the necessity for innovation and authenticity in business practices. Jessica shares the journey of Allie, a participant who initially struggled with self-doubt and comparison but ultimately created a distinctive business model that stands out in the market.
"Take a page from Allie and disrupt the entire game, throwing the playbook out the window to create your own technicolor world."
— Jessica Zweig [26:30]
Allie's breakthrough came when she embraced her unique vision, free from conventional templates and societal expectations. By doing so, she developed a business that not only reflects her personal values but also resonates deeply with her target audience. This approach not only set her apart but also positioned her as a leader in her niche.
Key Takeaway:
Innovate beyond traditional methods by infusing your unique identity and values into your business, creating a brand that is both authentic and unparalleled.
3. Commit to the Long Game: Focus on Sustainable Growth and Impact
Jessica underscores the importance of long-term commitment over immediate gratification. She presents the story of Brene, a high-level executive who chose to engage deeply with the Feminine Frequency Business School to build a sustainable and impactful career rather than seeking quick wins.
"Playing the long game is how we're all going to win, not just in our 3D timelines, but in the eternal game of shifting the planet's energy towards harmony."
— Jessica Zweig [40:15]
Brene's dedication to her long-term vision allowed her to develop a meaningful career path as a global speaker and author. Her approach reflects a commitment to creating lasting change, both in her personal growth and her broader societal impact.
Key Takeaway:
Adopting a long-term perspective enables you to build a resilient business foundation, fostering enduring success and contributing to greater societal transformation.
Conclusion
Jessica Zweig's episode provides a rich, insightful roadmap for female entrepreneurs aiming to excel in 2025. By embracing all aspects of their identity, disrupting conventional business models with authenticity, and committing to sustainable growth, women can not only achieve financial success but also drive meaningful change.
