It's going to make you a whole lot richer too. This is the Spiritual Hustler Podcast. Well, hello my beautiful spiritual Hustlers and welcome back to the Spiritual Hustler Podcast. I am your host, Jessica, and I'm just so grateful you're here. I'm so grateful to be with you on another solo episode where I get to just drop in heart to heart with you, my community, this treasured tribe of sisters. And you know, I've been bringing you so many beautiful interviews. I have been so blessed to welcome all of these women into Nashville in the podcast space here. It's been such a treat to have this physical studio and record in person all of these amazing women that literally fly in from all across the country. Not for me, but for you. They come in to pour into your lives, your businesses, your spirits, your souls. And I'm just so honored to be the vessel and the vehicle that gets to bring these conversations to you. But today it's just me. And I've been tuning in to what I want to pour into you today. What I've really been focused on on a personal level when it comes to my business and my next year. Because here we are towards the end of the year, which is so crazy. Like, where did 2024 go? We say that every year and it just feels like time is speeding up. It gets faster and faster every freaking year. And at the same time, I love this part of the year. I love the holidays when we get to kind of slow down and anchor in and cast visions and build the strategies and set the intentions and create the goals and put down on paper like what we want to manifest in the next year. I really have obviously been reflecting on the past year of 2024, which was crazy for me and beautiful. You know, I really believe that many things can be true at once. It's one of my absolute favorite expressions, actually. And this has been an amazing year and it has also been a very intense year. It's somewhat been an anomaly of a year because I launched my second book, the light work. Reclaim your feminine power, live your cosmic truth and illuminate the world. This is my second book. My first book came out in 2021. Be a no bullshit guide to increasing your self worth and net worth by simply being yourself. So if you're doing this thing called launching a book twice, I know in my body that it takes a good year to really hyper focus on a book launch and those years, which is a reason why I don't write books every other year. Like, I. I'm very clear I'm going to give myself another couple years before I write book number three. And I already have an idea of what that's going to be, but we won't talk about that today. But I just know that these years are insane. And I mean, granted, it's all a choice, I know that. But I really felt a deep call this year to get this book out because it's a book for humanity. It's not even about me. It was a bigger, bigger reason and message that channeled through me for this book. So, anyway, this last year has felt a little. I'm not going to lie in the hustle. Like, I have definitely found myself with tinges and moments of burnout. Not the same burnout as 22 that I've talked about pretty extensively on this show, which is like, hey, the whole inspiration for the spiritual Hustler podcast is to hustle from a different vibration and not from fear and scarcity and lack, but really from love and from safety and abundance. But at the end of the day, sometimes you just gotta work hard and it's tiring. And so unlike 22, where my burnout was mental and emotional and psychological. I mean, I was diagnosed with depression throughout that burnout because my whole system had shut down. This year's burnout was not the same as that. It was more just a physical burnout. And I've recovered and bounced back and have had quite some time to integrate from being on the road for seven months promoting this book here in Nashville, and have now had so much space and time to really plan what next year is going to look like. With no book launch. And I'm assuming maybe you're launching a book next year. And I do have a podcast on what goes into a book launch, so I'll leave that link in the show notes. But today I really want to talk about for all of us as we get ahead of 25 and look at our year, how we build it differently. You know, in many ways, I've taken the feminine frequency in my body and have built a business from year one this last year. I mean, I sold my agency that I ran for seven years simply B, which was a beautiful business, but I ran it from my toxic, masculine, internalized, patriarchy, unconscious, internalized, patriarchal boss bitch vibes and energy, which was the reason that I burnt out and was traumatized by that experience, woke up to the truth of who I really am. Through that experience, we find our light in the dark and decided to go off on my own and really build a business, a third business rooted in the feminine principles. And I shared my hustle 2024 moments on purpose to know that it is a journey and we're all working towards an ideal state, but there really is no destination. It's really the journey. And I have had a very, very different year than I had with simply be. This has definitely been the most supportive, flowing, aligned year in my career that I've had ever. Maybe. But I want to take you through all of the things that we are doing as a business right now to, to scale without that burnout, toxic hustle, masculine patriarchal pattern rearing its ugly head again. And not to say that it won't ever, but to really get ahead of it and to create accountability and mitigations so that you don't repeat your own patterns and cycles and ultimately make a whole lot of money. That's the goal. And very transparent with my numbers. And we've done about a million and a half, close to two in less than 10 months, which is wild. And I know that I want to hit multimillions next year and the year beyond and the year beyond. So how do we do that? How do we scale with feminine flow with ease and abundance and magnetism and receptivity and surrender and allowance and all of the beautiful feminine things that you know you want to. And I'm here to tell you that you've got to do it in total calibration and equal polarity and harmony with your masculine. Okay, we cannot throw the baby out with the bathwater. We just can't. And there is a real strategy that we are putting together as a Business. There's actually six steps that I'm going to encourage you to think about, for you to look at and take as you build out your 2025 strategy so that you can absolutely elevate into a feminine empowered queen of your business, rise in wealth and still get to rest and still get to enjoy your life and your family and your peace and your play and your pleasure. That's the whole goal of, I think being a female entrepreneur or if you don't run your own business, just a female boss woman. We all want to have, I think both. And if you are married to the idea that it has to be hard, you're still stuck in the programming. So let's talk about how we get unstuck and we really have to be practical here and let our bodies and our businesses in equal measure know that we are safe. Right? That's the whole premise of this show, that we are safe. Safe to receive, safe to be supported, safe to fly, safe to dream, safe to receive. And it really starts with number one. This is 100% a hands down, non negotiable. If you want to scale to a million dollar business, a multimillion dollar business, you have to hire support. I know that's going to be like, wow, I've heard that before. You really have to know the experience in your body, not just of how to hire a team member or have an assistant or have multiple people supporting you, but to be safe in your body, to be supported. We've learned a lot as leaders about the power of delegation. It's one thing to delegate, it's another thing to fully trust that that person can actually do it without reaching back in and micromanaging and feeling like you have to check on that person or be one or two steps ahead of that person, just in case that creates that anxiety in the nervous system when you are not fully supported. That is a real recipe for burnout. And I will say that having the ability within myself, yes, it comes down to hiring the right person and finding that perfect executive assistant or that great director of operations or that amazing integrator. And by the way, no one is perfect, not even you. It is a relationship. It's person, title, role, employee, agnostic. It actually has nothing to do with them. Your greatest upgrade into becoming a true queen in your business and scaling to multi seven figures or more in a feminine flow requires you to fully allow yourself to let go and to be unafraid, to ask for what you need and to receive and accept support every single day. You're not a diva. You're not some sort of wannabe celebrity. You're not elitist. You don't think that you're special or more special than anyone else. When you step into the identity of a queen in your business, it just means that you got really important work to do that only you can do. And in order to do it at your highest, you have to be supported. It starts with you allowing that support in truly in your body. That's number one. Number two is creating a true tactical, granular, crystal clear, hardwired structure to your calendar that manifests itself into a full 12 month roadmap for the business for the year. So we've all heard. Creating a business plan. Well, what does that really mean? In my view, it really is quite pragmatic and linear. Of here is what we're doing as a business. January of 2025 through December of 2025. Quarter by quarter, month by month, week by week, day by day, hour by hour. That's our business plan and roadmap that then maps to our marketing and content and sales strategy. That then breaks down into Here is how we're showing up across social media and our emails and our webinars and our podcasts and our events and our retreats and all of the messaging that is going to come to life inspired by the brand, broken down day by day. And do we map out 12 months worth of social content? No. But we do look at it from a very bird's eye view from the beginning of the year. That allows us to really understand our focus as a company, week to week, month by month. That then inspires my team and I with the clarity we need daily in order to drive our business forward. Not only does it do that, it helps me with my schedule so I know exactly what months of the year I need to be home, where I have the space to travel, where I have the space to play, when I need to be on, when I'm delivering my coursework, doing my launches, hosting my school, being on retreats, site visits for the next retreat, all of that is planned. And while that sounds masculine, and it sounds maybe hyper vigilant and a little neurotic, maybe I don't find it to be that energy at all. I find it to be so freeing and empowering and clarifying. The structure represents the masculine. I want you to like picture a sacred geometry made of like squares and cubes and not circles, but like this structured sacred geometry. I remember pulling an angel card once that had this like gorgeous angular sacred geometry and the card was called structure. And it is within the structure that the feminine can rise, the feminine can flow. And I've said this in the past, without structure, shit just flows everywhere and makes a mess. And it's like one big rolling river without like perimeters. And we cannot be in our feminine flow with a pointed direction to scale without that structure. And that is really how we go from six to multi, six to seven to multi, seven to eight figures when we have those processes and systems and structure and strategy in place. So number three. Now you're going to probably be shocked when I say this because I built and scaled one of the most recognized personal branding agencies in the entire country. Called simply BE Agency, it was a personal branding firm. And I rang the bell and tooted the horn and like, was the biggest bright yellow spokesperson for personal branding for seven years straight. And I really think that the personal brand is dying. Yeah, you heard it here first. Actually, I heard that from one of my coaches and consultants and I was like, that's right. Because not only did they say the personal brand is dying, they said what's being born is the community brand. That sort of the days of like the ultimate guru. Maybe you can think of a few, you know, the master coach, teacher that everyone sits in the audience and idolizes while they stand on stage. Those days are done in a way that is somewhat old paradigm. What's really the future, like new earth consciousness, is community, like really making your entire brand about your community. And so instead of really looking at our business in a traditional funnel model where it's like that upside down triangle that we're all very familiar with, where you do like the top of the funnel activities and then you bring people into your like low ticket, mid ticket, high ticket ticket, take them on a customer journey. What that really requires so many of us to do, Regardless of your business model, we all have to do sales and marketing, top of funnel to bring people into our business. Right? And it's not about more, more and more as far as growing community and audience and customers and clients. I think that just creates that hamster wheel and keeps us stuck in that perpetual go, go, go hustle mode is actually looking at your product suite like a house. And how do I invite people into my world and get them to stay and really pouring in and going narrow and deep with the people who've already invested in you. Because the best people who will ever invest in you are the people who already have. I'm going to say that again. The best people to invest in you, the people who already have. And so that's our model of really going narrow and deep and giving them code after code after code after code, code that takes them deeper and deeper into their professional entrepreneurial journey, simultaneously with their spiritual journey. And we can't always meet people at the deepest depths. We've got to kind of start with where they are. And we're creating programs that are pretty exclusive that you can't gain access to unless you've already come through our doors. Because again, I'm not really going for quantity per se. I'm going for quality and really making my community the leading character of my business. So take a page from that. I really think I'm not the only one that's headed in that direction. And to really maybe reimagine your business model, number four is really identifying rinse and repeatable products and programs, really looking at your content. Like, here's a hot tip, you guys. I actually have been resharing content on Stories and Instagram that I've shared before on my grid. That's like way down in my feed, that's a sidebar. But like, at the end of the day, like, no one remembers but you. And so I just use that as a quick, like, unlock potentially, that you can really truly make it once you obviously tweak it, refine it. But when it comes to your product suite, when it comes to your services, when it comes to your webinars, when it comes to your email templates, when it comes to your downloadables, when it comes to your podcast formats, I'm just saying you can rinse and repeat pretty much every asset in your business, build it once and it is done. And the only thing you really have to do is tweak it and refine it based on how the market responds. But to try and reinvent the wheel and be in a constant state of innovation and a constant state of visioning, which frankly, as a visionary, I get how hot and sexy that is. But to really know that your business will only truly scale based on its operational efficiencies at the end of the day. And if you're constantly an idea machine cranking out like one new hot thing for the sake of it never doing it again, it's burned fuel in your business. And I think they're requires a sense of a greater vision. And what asking yourself not what do I want to build this quarter or this summer, it's what am I building over the next three to five years? What is the true legacy of my business? What are the flagship pillars that I want to be known for what is this business going to stand upon? And really sticking to that script. That is queen energy. That is priestess energy, that is goddess energy. Staying hyper focused on your own unique gifts and medicine and going deep. It's a theme here, guys. Narrow and deep is always going to be better than shallow and wide. And so we are really anchoring into our flagship product suite and all of the different elements and pieces behind each and every one of these launches and experiences to bake into the cake of the business. And that's not to say that it's going to never change. And trends and relevancy and moments of the year that we can capitalize on and astrological events that are very timely won't allow us to iterate. Of course they will. And inspire us to do so. But just to be really consistent and vigilant with what you do and how you do it and doing it again and again and again. Because if there is one thing I will say about branding and personal branding, community brand or not, while clarity is king, that will stand, that will help you pierce through the noise any day of the week, is a crystal clear, razor sharp message. But consistency is queen. I wrote about that in my first book. B. Consistency is truly the only difference between you and everyone else you think is more successful than you that you're comparing yourself to. It's really that simple. Consistency is a game changer. It is the distinguishing factor between those that are winning and those that are not. And I say that with love. Number five is really learning how to draw boundaries. And this kind of goes back to number one and being in your queen energy and allowing support and your structured schedule and all of the things that I know are the biggest game changer and stepping out of the hustle and into the spiritual hustle. But you're allowed to disappoint people. That was a huge realization for me this year in taking on too much. I had to turn things down or go a little bit back on a promise because my wellbeing and mental sanity and physical health were sometimes at stake. And we don't ever want to get there again. Right? I'm here to help us all, including myself, avoid that. But boundaries is a beautiful word. My friend Terri Cole was on the podcast. She just came out with a great new book, Too Much. She wrote the book the Boundary Boss. She is the boundary boss. And that's a beautiful word and a lot of people use it. And I, I do love it. But I also think it's a little loaded. I like to Use the word sacred lines. I feel like it's a little bit more gentle and loving and has a bit more of a feminine vibration to it of just what you allow past your moat, if you will, of your castle which you sit within because you are the queen and there's a reason why there's a moat and a drawbridge and guard that a queen has. And those are all expressions of not just boundaries, which feels very defensive, but just sacred lines you're not allowed to cross unless you are, you know, my husband or my best friend or you know, my mom. There are just certain things in my life that I will allow in and lots of things that I don't and being really okay with drawing your sacred lines. And they are different for all of us. And I would recommend you journal. You know, here are my non negotiables and here are my boundaries. I actually want you to use the terms holy yeses and holy nose. I want you to journal on this and I want you to write down, here are my holy yeses. Feel it in your body. What? And only you know the answers. What are the holy yeses in my life and what are the holy nos? We're here today to talk about how we build a multi seven figure business using the feminine flow. And if we're in the state of reaction and defensiveness and hardcore boundaries, that just keeps us stuck in the masculine energy and patriarchal structure of hard lines. We're creating sacred lines as the queens that we are. And when you journal on your holy yeses and your holy nose, your whole life gets to become your ceremony. Your business gets to feel like a ritual every day, not a grind. And number six, going back into the structure, the true actual day to day strategy of how you create a business, a multi seven figure business using your feminine flow requires you to keep your vibration clear, high, healthy, yes, but most of all, joyful. And I'm leaving you with this because this is by far and away the greatest gift that I got in Egypt. This is what my whole entire book, the light Work is really all about. This was my remembrance after my amnesia. Took me 40 years to fucking wake up and remember this, that we are here for joy. That joy is our birthright, that there is a magnetic frequency of pull. When we are in our joy, we get into alignment and the universe starts becoming our playground and things start to manifest. We start to connect with that person and the door opens up that we never thought we could get get into. We get this massive client contract, we oversell our launch, we get Invited onto the podcast of our dreams, we fall in love with our long dreamed about partner. We find our closest new girlfriend in a. In a. At a connection. We meet at an event. Like, when we are in our joy, we are truly magnetic. And that is really what this show stands for. The Spiritual Hustler. We are stepping into a new understanding of safety in the body to receive and tapping into the feminine power of magnetism. I say that in the intro of the show. And one of the ways to dissolve that lack of safety is to start to tap into our joy and to feel that freedom in our bodies. And when we are in our bodies with that energy of joy and exuberance and playfulness and happiness and silliness and sexiness and juiciness and presence, we literally walk through the world like magnets and everything that is aligned to that frequency, because that's quantum mechanics. Like attracts like. We just draw in more of that same energy. So, yes, we can build the beautiful product suite and the clear customer journey and the gorgeous community brand and the masterful structure and roadmap for the next 12 months and hire the perfect assistant. I am here for all of it, all the things we cover today. But girl, sister, honey, lightworker, spiritual babe. If you are not in your joy, nothing's going to work. None of it's going to matter. It's all going to be for naught. So Those are the six things that I am doing myself for. 2025 took you under the hood of the Jay Z, Inc. Brand. We did really well this year. It was one big sort of experiment. It worked. We stuck the landing, and now we get to fly. Well, we're going to not just fly, we're going to flow. And I want that for you, too. So let's go make some money, sisters, and we're gonna have fun when we do it. All right, I love you all so much, and I will see you on the next episode of the Spiritual Hustle Podcast. Bye, guys. Sample.
The Spiritual Hustler Podcast: Episode Summary
Title: The 6 Behind-The-Scenes Steps on How I’m Building Another Multi-Million Dollar Business With Feminine Flow
Host: Jessica Zweig
Release Date: December 3, 2024
Jessica Zweig, the multi seven-figure serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, and branding and business coach, delves deep into her transformative journey of building another multi-million dollar business rooted in feminine flow. This episode offers an insightful roadmap for female entrepreneurs aspiring to scale their businesses without succumbing to the toxic masculine hustle paradigm. Below is a comprehensive summary capturing all key discussions, insights, and conclusions from the episode.
Jessica begins by reflecting on the whirlwind that was 2024, highlighting both the beauty and intensity of the year. She shares her experience of launching her second book, The Light Work: Reclaim Your Feminine Power, Live Your Cosmic Truth, and Illuminate the World, contrasting it with her first book released in 2021.
“This last year has felt a little… I'm not going to lie, in the hustle.” [08:30]
Despite moments of burnout, Jessica distinguishes this year’s exhaustion as more physical rather than the mental and emotional burnout she experienced in 2022. She emphasizes the importance of recovery and integration after seven months on the road promoting her book.
Jessica discusses her shift from running a business with "toxic masculine, internalized patriarchy" energy to embracing a feminine approach. This transition has led to a more supportive, flowing, and aligned business environment.
“This has definitely been the most supportive, flowing, aligned year in my career that I've had ever.” [12:15]
She underscores the necessity of balancing feminine qualities like magnetism, receptivity, and surrender with masculine strategies to achieve sustainable growth and prevent burnout.
Jessica outlines six strategic steps that have been pivotal in scaling her business while maintaining feminine energy and avoiding traditional hustle pitfalls.
Hiring support is non-negotiable for scaling to a multi-million dollar business. Jessica emphasizes not just hiring staff, but finding the right individuals who align with your vision and can be trusted without micromanagement.
“Your greatest upgrade into becoming a true queen in your business and scaling requires you to fully allow yourself to let go and to be unafraid, to ask for what you need and to receive and accept support every single day.” [20:45]
Developing a comprehensive 12-month roadmap is essential. This involves detailed planning from month to hour, ensuring that every aspect of the business aligns with overarching goals and strategies.
“The structure represents the masculine… I find it to be so freeing and empowering and clarifying.” [27:10]
Jessica likens this structure to sacred geometry, providing boundaries within which feminine energy can thrive and flow.
Jessica asserts that the traditional personal brand is evolving into a community-centric brand. Building a community around your brand fosters deeper connections and loyalty, moving away from the old guru model.
“What's being born is the community brand… The best people who will ever invest in you are the people who already have.” [35:20]
This approach focuses on nurturing existing relationships and creating exclusive programs that deepen engagement.
Consistency in product offerings and processes is crucial for scaling. Jessica advises creating repeatable assets—such as webinars, email templates, and podcast formats—that can be refined based on market response.
“Consistency is a game changer. It is the distinguishing factor between those that are winning and those that are not.” [45:05]
She stresses the importance of operational efficiency over constant innovation to maintain steady growth.
Setting boundaries, or as Jessica prefers, "sacred lines," is vital for maintaining personal well-being and business integrity. This involves defining "holy yeses" and "holy noses" through journaling to protect one's energy and priorities.
“When you journal on your holy yeses and your holy nos, your whole life gets to become your ceremony.” [55:30]
By establishing these sacred lines, entrepreneurs can create a harmonious balance between work and personal life.
Joy is paramount in sustaining a magnetic and productive business environment. Jessica highlights that being in a state of joy attracts abundance and opportunities effortlessly.
“If you are not in your joy, nothing's going to work. None of it's going to matter.” [63:50]
She encourages cultivating a joyful, exuberant mindset to align with the universe and attract positive outcomes.
Jessica wraps up the episode by reiterating the essence of spiritual hustling—building a business from a place of love, trust, and service rather than fear and scarcity. She invites listeners to embrace joy and structured feminine flow as the foundation for scaling their ventures.
“Let's go make some money, sisters, and we're gonna have fun when we do it.” [70:10]
This episode serves as a powerful guide for women entrepreneurs aiming to grow their businesses authentically and sustainably, blending strategic planning with feminine energy.
